Order no-537124 and 537205 i have ordered rakhi on 12/08/19 and it was supposed to be delivered on 14/08/19. But till today (16/08/19) even after rakhi it hasn't delivered and their customer care is totally fake they don't pick up calls and if by chance they pick up try to escape out of the problem. Even on the chat they don't reply. Worst service i have ever seen, such a fraud company. I want to cancel this order and want my money to be refunded.

Order No: 546400/546425, placed on 14th August but still no delivery made. Customer Care doesn't get connected. No one response to chat!!

There is no way you can request a refund or initiate a cancellation request on the website/customer care. So, its more of a gambling website rather than a shopping website!!

All in all, once a order is placed you're screwed.

3 days ago i was ordered for a rakhi (350 rs). The delivery date was given as 14 th august but still we didn't get anything from them... Today is the when we used to celebrate rakhi... But iam unable to send rakhi to my brother because of myflowertree.com. Its just given fake promises to the customers.. We are totally disappointed... If they are not ready to send my rakhi then they want to refund money to the customers who are dissappointed by them...

The amount got debited immediately post payments
The site mentioned the delivery slot was 11:30- 12:30 pm on 14th aug 2019

My package has still not been received.

Plus, there is no response on the no cell no shared in the web.

Extremely disappointed with service.

I have ordered rakhi thali of rs 1200 and paid extra 350 for early delivery which is suppose to be delivered on 14 august 2019 midnight but still product hasn't delivered and on top of that there customer care number are wrong their online executive chats are just scam they are not replying at all. They running a scam and charging high amount from us and not delivering anything. They should be thrown out of market.

Worst website ever. Absolute cheaters.
On 14th of august 2019, i had paid for and ordered a same day delivery for my brother on the occasion of rakhi. The order never arrived, though they had updated the status as delivered.
Their customer care number was defunct and their chat was another nightmare.
I want my money back or am shutting this place down for good.

Before placing the order i got a call for them which assured me delivery. Now its 15/08/19 and no is picking call or answering messages. They only accept payments online. Kindly help and shut this site off. I also want refund. Kindly do not place any order from it.

Ordered for same day delivery still the product is not delivered and they have updated as the product is delivered. Customer care is completely non responsive either on mail, chat or messages. Call is always in queue and on chats they reply a one liner and then stop replying. There is no other way you can contact them or escalate it to higher authorities other than going to consumer court. They do not even refund the money. This is a fraud website. Please do not order form this. Ferns and petals or archies are far better than this.

My order no 533224 which is a Rakhi for my brother was to be delivered on 10 Aug 2019 and today it is 12 August 2019 and my order has not been delivered yet..just one day is left for Rakhi and I m afraid these people don't spoil my festival ..what if my Rakhi is not delivered by 15 Aug..plzz get my order delivered by tomorrow.. highly disappointed.

I used this to order a sugar free cake. They charged extra money for making it sugar free. After consuming the cake, i felt that the cake had sugar in it. Contacted them and they told me that cream is not sugar free. Nothing of this sort is mentioned on their website. This is a serious and dangerous thing they are doing because serving sugar to diabetic patients by cheating is as bad as it can get.

I placed an order. With extremely terrible support staff and poor chat quality, cancelled my order immediately within a minute because of their unprofesssional services and untimely delivery. Even after this, they would not refund the amount to me. I h have immediate emails of order cancellation but they have sent the amount to my myflowrr tree wallet which i do not wish to ever use again. It is a complete waste of my money

I had ordered a cake and on the occasion of friend bday and it is still not delivered.
No customer care response, call is in a queue since last 3 days.
They are cheaters and now i have realized that they only have fake website and earning money via just taking orders and not delivering at all.

I had ordered a photo cake which was worth 2000. They have delivered a very basic chocolate cake with a few gems on top which is worth maximum of 300 rs. They are not responding. They never informed me about this change. This is extremely unprofessional and I want my money back. That have ruined a special occasion. If they can't do what they promise, they should stop doing it. Useless I competent fools

The worst ever experience I ever had. The actual order and reship both are waste. They are not ready to provide my money back though I have attached all Photo proof.

They do not really care to satisfy the customer or provide solution for the issue.I couldn't believe that I spent Rs. 999 on this crap.

They packed a jade plant in a small square gift box.

When I contacted them for broken plant They asked me to plant a small root(attached Picture) which accidentally survived in shipping and water it. This is unacceptable.

I need refund.

I wouldn't recommend this product or website to anyone.

Please please do not buy anything from this site.. They are fraud website.. There is no customer support. The toll free number always say you are in queue and never connect you to any agent my flower tree is fraud. I lost my money and i am very frustrated that how smartly they are stealing our money and still making other people fool.. This website should be banned.. I ordered flowers for my mother and it never reached her.. When i tried to reach this site there is no way you can reach to them. There is one chat window there also the queue was 80 but i waited and raised my concern but no proper response... After many complaints they delivered flower on 16th evening and when my family member said it's too late mother's day is over we won't accept the flowers but the delivery person said it's not his problem and left the flowers at 8pm... This is total unprofessional behavior.. My mother was not even there to even see flowers as she had left the town day before.. I don't know where to go and complain because as i am writing this there are other people who must be ordering flowers from this site and feel face the same frustration as i m feeling now.. Plz plz don't use this website.. They are fraud

Really very disappointed with the service.. The products look good in there pictures only.. But in reality it is totally different than that.
I have ordered “lucky charm for mom”.
The product which i have received not at all similar with the product mentioned at there website for which i have paid more.
Neither they responded to the call or the chat. I want refund for this.

Ordered 2 mother’s day flowers from myflowertree. They updated delivery date from 12th may to 13th may without intimation despite me paying for special delivery charge (Rs.50 per order). Their customer care number was switched off, and all social media handles went silent. On 13th evening, 24 hours late, my mother received a drooping bouquet. My mother in law's flowers were worse (Order no 501467). The ’ma’ in the case design was replaced by a tattered ’m’. The flowers were old and ready to fall off. It was so hideous, my mother in law thought it was a cheap hurtful joke!! This new website is toying with emotions of so many mothers today, it needs to be taken down asap
