I have ordered multiple products from Myntra, i got a call from delivery boy that my product is going to deliver on 2nd sep it was otp based delivery i received a single packet in which they sent me 4 items according to them, then i raised a complain that part of my product is missing only 3 item i received and other 1 item has not been delivered. I have raised my complain a number of times amd explained them on calls also but instead solving my problem they keep me dangling. Today is 22 sep and still they have not solved my issues. Every time they are telling me 24-48 hours your query will be resolved. They are not even admitting their fault. This is the first time i have ever raised a complain regarding missing package, i am an elite customer according them, this what i am getting. No customer support even try to understand what i am saying. They are closing the issue each time by saying it is an OTP based delivery.

I had placed multiple orders at a time through app. I was supposed receive total of seven items on the day (3rd September 3021). Instead I received 4 items that day but in the app i got the message all seven items delivered. I have left complain with the myntra customer support on call. Through app. Through mails. But there's no positive response I received.
I have explained to your customer care team several times that I have not...

I have redemeed 2 times 3000 star balance of myntra move voucher on 21st sept 2021 and 16th aug 2021 but i have still not received the vouchers i have complained many times to phone banking and also written to them but have not yet received any querries

I have been repeatedly asking for a copy of my invoice for an item I purchased - Pantaloons Junior - but they keep on sending me a wrong invoice at least thrice and mark my issue as resolved. No way of getting through to them.

I received a pair of Roadster shoes from Myntra (Order ID # 1181610 [protected]) recently. Its sole was worn away just after 3 days o[censored]sage...on complaint Myntra raised a return request but as the product had been used it could not be returned... Pics have already been shared on Myntra app... please help ...I want replacement of defective / bad quality shoes which i have received

I have placed an order in Myntra. Amount got debited from my account and credited in Myntra account. I have my bank's written statement stating that the amount has been credited in beneficiary account. But Myntra is keep on denying my complaint.

I received a wrong a product from Myntra it's totally different what I ordered and what I got I was actually shocked for some moment I ordered a aureilia kurta set of 1999 rs and I received W pants which was 1499 rs in pakage I received bill everything but I got wrong product..that day I had done return request they told wait for 48 hours from 14th September 2021 I wait but I didn't get any updates they told me that they will working on it but don't know team Myntra just disappointing ..today I got mail that that return is failed because that is not the same product...then told me team Myntra aap log galti karo aur humlogo vugte humlogo ka paisa bhi gaya muft main aur app logo ka kam bhi aya sab ke samne...

I have ordered 2 shirt and one waistcoat from online shopping website myntra of amount 2546 on 01/09/2021 and then return the shirts and myntra has issued refund amount but i did not recieved the amount yet after 20 days
my bank says this is myntra's fault

I have ordered 3 tshirts from Myntra, I received only 2 items and in app it shows 3 items are delivered. Now I don't see an option for contacting customer service as well. I need a solution for this issue.

Brand: Dillinger navy blue colorblocked round neck t-shirt(L).

At first, my order was automatically cancelled by myntra itself.. and the other orders were not being delivered by the delivery agent. They either do miss call and then call does not get connected.. for one order I got call but then the call was not able to connect. So, at the end I was ultimately had to cancel the order myself.. now also due ton fail delivery, orders are being cancelled by them only.. So please I request you to look into issue..I will really be thankful to you..

I had ordered Skechers shoes but there was a slight colour difference so i decided to return. The delivery person was not ready to come to my floor n collect the item. He asked me to put it down as i denied to do so he came up n rudely said he wont take it. I asked him to call his manager and he immediately approved the item n asked the delivery person to take it back. Even the delivery person checked there was no damage n now Myntra is saying...

Myntra has delaying to provide the refund and only giving assurance via call though they have registered the complaint. Expectation: Consumer wants to have desired refund
And now(20/09/2021) said Myntra via call by mistake missing product when I'm asked Myntra please send me your wire house video Myntra customer care denied
Provide my refund as soon sa possible already take 1 months time but no money refund

I had ordered a saree from saree mall brand and the product delivered was some local saree with no price tags or labels. On requesting exchange they declined saying it doesnt match. On contacting cistomer care they closed the issue without any investigation and i had to reopen it 3 times. Now they say no tampering has been done from their side and closed the account I cant even login .

I placed the order but it was not confirmed but the money 1, 799. Has been deducted from my bank account.
Still there's no confirmation from the site.
The customer care response was also not helpful. I want my money back.

On 19 sep, i was trying to order but my money got deducted but order is not confirmed. I have calld to customer care also, the call got scheduled but did not received any of the call back from them. I am not understanding what is going on. I want my money back ASAP

The order was cancelled from myntra due to internal issues.

The payment was partially made by myntra credit and upi, the myntra credit was refunded instantly but it has been 18 days and still no refund on the upi amount. Customer care just keep pushing the date back.

In first hand wash blue color of tshirt is spread to white portion..poor quality
