First of all, I had ordered for a number of products from Myntra on 21.08.21 amounting to 15, 759. The payment got deducted from my bank account, but the order did not get placed. Later, on the same day (21st Aug, 2021) I posted this issue with their help center and the response received by me mentioned that for such cases the money is refunded to the account within 7-10 days. Thereafter, I contacted the customer support by phone and I was told that the payment had got stuck in the payment gateway and I need to contact my bank to retrieve the amount. Thereafter, when I contacted my bank they asked for a letter from Myntra saying that they had not received the amount. When I called back to customer care for the letter, they mentioned that they cannot issue such a letter. It is already 11 days and my money is still stuck. Neither is Myntra taking any responsibility, nor are they allowing me to coordinate with the bank by giving me the said letter.
Another issue is with an order that I had placed later on the same day (21st Aug, 2021). Amongst all the other orders was an earring I had ordered for. I received it on the 27th of August, 2021, but I received a wrong product. I have been trying to return it since 30.08.21, but every time the pick up partner is cancelling the pick up. Hence, till today, I am still stuck with the wrong product and unable to return it.
