Product ID 118329156853955519303, Here&Now Women Midi received by us was found to be defective for fitness and color patch. We returned the item on 15-Sep-2021 for refund. But Myntra returned that item back on 21-Sep rejecting refund. When receiving back we found that item was mishandled compared to what form we sent it.
Even after multiple calls with customer care, the issue is not attended and resolved/refund.

On 22nd September 2021 I received 2 pairs of roadster t shirts and one Mast & Harbour Men Navy Blue Slim Fit Solid Chinos, the shirts were ok but the trouser is too tight for me so I tried it once and requested for a return at the very same day, I kept all original tags intact and kept it secure in the very same bag it came with and haven't touched...

My myntra credit money is not yet been refunded

I have raised return request a month ago and nobody came to pick up the product . Now I am calling Myntra customer care for last 10 -15 days . But they are just raising the complaint again and again but don’t want to resolve it .

Today is the third time they raised a complaint for that same product for which 2 more same complaints still stand .

This is not right to treat the customer like this . And making me call every day . This is so annoying.

The Product I Ordered And The One Is Received Was Completely Different. The Product I Ordered Was Athena Women Green Solid Blazer Dress With Puff Sleeves on 16th August 2021 But I Received A Burgundy Color Long Dress on 24th August 2021 Completely Different From The Photo And Product I Wanted. Even After Requesting Myntra And A Lot Of Customer Service Calls, The Return/Refund Was Declined Saying The Product Wasn't Tampered With And The Product You Received From Us Is Correct. I Waited A Month For The Problem To Get Resolved But It Got Declined Again And Again. Now I Cant Request For Another Return Because The Return Period Is Over.

The seller cheated me by giving me a defective product and in a very bad condition as you can see in the photos. Box was broken and then taped and wires from Watch strap have come out which hurts.
Now Myntra has rejected my return request citing Tampering at my end which is not true. I am very annoyed by this kind of Work Ethic. I filed a return request the watch within 5 minutes of delivery and they are saying that I tampered the product within 5 minutes and Why would I do something like this, Breaking the Box, and the strap issue is Manufacturing defect.
Please resolve my issue 🙏🙏🙏. ₹6250 is a big amount for a middle class person.

I have ordered multiple products from Myntra, i got a call from delivery boy that my product is going to deliver on 2nd sep it was otp based delivery i received a single packet in which they sent me 4 items according to them, then i raised a complain that part of my product is missing only 3 item i received and other 1 item has not been delivered. I have raised my complain a number of times amd explained them on calls also but instead solving my problem they keep me dangling. Today is 22 sep and still they have not solved my issues. Every time they are telling me 24-48 hours your query will be resolved. They are not even admitting their fault. This is the first time i have ever raised a complain regarding missing package, i am an elite customer according them, this what i am getting. No customer support even try to understand what i am saying. They are closing the issue each time by saying it is an OTP based delivery.

I had placed multiple orders at a time through app. I was supposed receive total of seven items on the day (3rd September 3021). Instead I received 4 items that day but in the app i got the message all seven items delivered. I have left complain with the myntra customer support on call. Through app. Through mails. But there's no positive response I received.
I have explained to your customer care team several times that I have not...

I have redemeed 2 times 3000 star balance of myntra move voucher on 21st sept 2021 and 16th aug 2021 but i have still not received the vouchers i have complained many times to phone banking and also written to them but have not yet received any querries

I have been repeatedly asking for a copy of my invoice for an item I purchased - Pantaloons Junior - but they keep on sending me a wrong invoice at least thrice and mark my issue as resolved. No way of getting through to them.

I have placed an order in Myntra. Amount got debited from my account and credited in Myntra account. I have my bank's written statement stating that the amount has been credited in beneficiary account. But Myntra is keep on denying my complaint.

I have ordered 2 shirt and one waistcoat from online shopping website myntra of amount 2546 on 01/09/2021 and then return the shirts and myntra has issued refund amount but i did not recieved the amount yet after 20 days
my bank says this is myntra's fault

I have ordered 3 tshirts from Myntra, I received only 2 items and in app it shows 3 items are delivered. Now I don't see an option for contacting customer service as well. I need a solution for this issue.

At first, my order was automatically cancelled by myntra itself.. and the other orders were not being delivered by the delivery agent. They either do miss call and then call does not get connected.. for one order I got call but then the call was not able to connect. So, at the end I was ultimately had to cancel the order myself.. now also due ton fail delivery, orders are being cancelled by them only.. So please I request you to look into issue..I will really be thankful to you..
