    I ordered a pair of shoes on myntra.com on 2/3 of September 2021 on a discounted price rs 2429 and firstly they mailed me that order has been delayed because of heavy demand and its shall not be delivered as per promised delivery date then i told them that i need shoes because i have a function to attend then they said my issue will be resolved my 20th of September 2021 but last night they mailed me that my order has been canceled and they are not delivering my ordered shoes. Please help as possible.

      I bought two kurtas from myntra app with online transaction..but I received poor quality products..so I returned my products to myntra.products pickup was successfully but my online transaction money not came in my account...the total products my is 507+922=1429...I want my money back.. plss help me...

        My pick up is done 9th August I haven't received my refund yet

        Myntra is saying they have refunded but it is not received in my bank
        I have also shared my bank statement to Myntra but still it is not done yet
        Myntra is making me fool since more then 1 month

        I need my money back please refund this asap please help me

          Dear Concern,

          I have ordered Mochi handbag from Myntra on 01/09/2021, Its order ID - #118231642602815307803. According to app it was supposed to deliver on 03/09/2021. However order got delayed & when I called customer service to know the reason, they asked me to wait till 05/09/2021. I waited but again product delivery got delayed. So, when I called 2nd time to customer service they again asked me to wait till 11th Sept. I waited again but as usual app was still showing delivery is delayed. Finally I decided to raise issue through twitter (Screenshots attached), on which one of their case manager called me after 24 hrs & requested to give 2 days time. I told her clearly that I will give you 48 hrs only if you will deliver my order asap or by this week or replace it with other bag of my choice & she said yes. I waited for 48 hrs & when I checked the order status in app it was showing order is canceled & refund is initiated. Please note they have canceled the order without taking my consent. I was not aware of it. After knowing this I spoke to 2 customer service people they listened entire matter, put my call on hold & then disconnected. I even followed up with Myntra on twitter but till now no reponse apart from apology message. I don’t need their apology, I don’t want my money, I want my order.

          Request you to please look into the matter & escalate it. Thanks in advance for your kind support.

            I have ordered an Armani exchange analogue watch for men on 25th August 2021 (Order ID # 1181780 [protected]) and received it on 27th August. It was for my friend and when my friend opened it, one of the watch's hands (which showed 4, 8, 12... thing) was not in its place instead it was moving here and there inside the watch.
            I raised a return request saying that the product is DAMAGED. But the return guy told me that he is not supposed to pick up the Damaged product.
            Then I raised a query twice in customer support and it got closed saying that the product passed the quality check.
            It it passed the quality check how does the hand come out from it's place? I can be sure that the product was not mishandled.
            I either want a replacement or refund for this.

              I have placed an order in myntra on 11th september which includes 13 items of Rs.12508 . Order ID # 1183240 [protected]. I received the product on 13 september around 1.30 pm which is WROGN Men Blue Solid Joggers (Rs.1535). I had size and fit issues with the product so, I raised a return request within 20 mins after delivery and the product got picked up the next day.I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.

              Now, I see the return has been rejected and I have been told that there is a quality issue with the product. I don't understand how the product is used when I raise a return request immediately after delivery? As I have not used the product, not even tried it then how can it show that the quality check failed what is the reason behind it. And how the customer will know why it has failed and what is the reason as I am not getting any updates from myntra regarding this. And worst of all, the sellers have not mentioned any reason for the quality check failing to Myntra.

              I am wondering now, either Myntra has delivered me a used product in the first place or if the seller must be dishonest with the product. I request an investigation on this issue and refund my money.

              I think next time i have to think before buying anything from Myntra. And hope I will get my hard earned money from Myntra.

                    I had ordered a Dhoti kurta set ( Here&now Flare of fusion dhoti kurta set) on 2nd september from myntra. It arrived early (4th sept). I tried the set out but due to fitting issues I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day and it was successfully picked up on 5th September.After the pickup, I received a message stating the pickup was successfully completed. Post that I received another message saying my return request was declined as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                    I called the customer care, they said I have to call again post the product is reshipped to me. The product has not been received by my till date i. e. 15th September, 2021 which ideally should have been reshipped to me within 48 hours as per the customer care. At this point, they don’t even know where the product is, neither have I received any details regarding the same. It’s been 2 weeks, and they say quality inspection has failed, they can’t even trace the product at the moment. I clearly remember the product being perfectly fine with all the tags and invoice, still the quality inspection failed and now there is no tracing of the product, at the end if anything goes wrong with the product, they are supposed to take the whole responsibility. It’s been 15 days, neither have I received the refund nor has the product been reshipped to me.

                      I bought a dress but when it came, it color was faded. I submitted request to return but it showed failed quality check. The main point is that no body came for a quality check ! How on earth did my return request fail then !
                      Give my money back you stupid people without scamming !

                          I m getting the issue of 305204 is not serivable for placing order but in july i received the parcel from myntra i m shopping from 2, 3 years from myntra with this same.pincode.i called customer care support they said they will fixed the problem but its been 12 days the problem is not solved give the solution

                              I had placed an order(Order ID # 1180555 [protected]) on 11th August 2021 which was meant as a gift for my family. I had opted for for 1 day delivery as I wanted to gift him this product as a first birthday gift. The very next day when I checked the status it said that the item went out of stock during processing. Just because I had ordered at a discounted price, my order was cancelled. I feel cheated and when contacted they said that they can remind me again when the product would be available again and can do nothing about it! Is this the way customers should be treated? I was very disappointed and angry at the same time. Myntra is cheating with the customers and they have to be taught a lesson. I will take this issue across platforms and even to the court if they do not come up with a proper resolution.

                                I had made a payment on 2nd September to Myntra for an amount of 1006 rupees. The payment shows confirmed from my end however, Myntra/merchant confirms that they haven’t received the payment. I have already spoke to Bank and they have confirmed the same. Please help me in filing a complaint against these frauds

                                  Gift card not working

                                  On 15th August 2021, I purchased a gift card on Myntra, which is not working. I raised concern with them, they asking me to go to cyber crime, as gift card is already used by someone else. They have all the details of who used the card. Still they say they cannot do anything. I feel cheated by them. I bought card from them, they should look into this and refund me my amount. Their card can be used only on their website so how can they not...

                                    I had ordered a dress (women pink embroidered A line dress of DressBerry brand). I received dress on 8th September 2021 when I tried dress due to bad fitting i decided to return it. I requested for the return within 30 min on the same day and return picked up on the same day. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". When I called to customer care and explain them that I had returned product as it is with tags n all.they said I will get refund in 3-4 days but it's been more than 5 days no refund processed. they haven't changed product status even marked it as "return rejected". So now they have pruduct with them and also amount not refunded.not allowing me log ticket on their site even so its clearly seems they are doing fraud as they have taken pruduct from me now my amount also not refunding.please help.
