    I had an order delivered on 23-aug-2021, after opening the parcel understood that the product delivered was not what I had ordered. Immediately after that i raised an return, the associate partner shadow fax services refused to pickup the order as the order was not the same what they were able to see in the picture. Exactly the reason for raising a return request. I raised it to customer care and the return request was again raised but same thing happened, the pickup guy refused to take the product. Now the time frame for returning the product will expire on 7-sept-2021, which means no ways the product will be returned neither i'll get the product which i had placed an order for.

      The experienece was very bad.. My order status shows delivered, but i haven't got it yet..Immediately i want refund my money otherwise i will raise the complaint against myntra application.. Myntra.Com service is very worst.         Hi, My name is Akash Vispute. For the last 1 year, myntra has blocked my account due to which I am unable to log in. I called as well as an email customer care a thousand times, but to date, myntra did not resolve my issue. They are frauds. I have very important information in my myntra account, therefore I need to log in to my account. Myntra did not care about the consumers and their problems. I hope this complaint will help me to resolve my issue.

          I had ordered for 3 dresses and it was all with tags and the return is rejected ?
          I am trying to call, no one is responding.
          When the guy picked I showed him all the tags and he checked and picked the products.
          I have ordered from them so many times before but this is new.
          Have cancelled the remaining orders.
          Can someone help ?

              I received two products yesterday and yesterday only I requested for return but today the delivery man came to the address and denied picking up the product. The products are in the same condition as I received them, he still denied.

                  My concern is on 24th aug 2021 I've placed return request and on 25th august 2021 at 2:55PM delivery agent from EKART picked up order after that I didn't any SMS from myntra or EKART that order was picked up. Today is 30Th August still didn't get any update and on myntra app the status is not changed that item was picked up. When I raised concern n myntra app they are asking for pick up sms acknowldegement. From where should I get it. Please contact with EKART and process my refund.

                    Wrong product sent and return request rejected

                    I had ordered two Marks and Spencer t-shirts and one Gap t-shirt on the 13th of August 2021, all were size XS for my daughters. I received both the M & S T-shirts on the 14th August itself

                    Got a new shoes through Myntra .Pathetic packing by Myntra team. They took a new carton and. Plastered a torn piece of the shoe cover on top of that n send a shabby shoe to the customer. When I asked for exchange even their delivery boy refuses that Order ID # 1181364 [protected]

                      I ordered 2 products from Myntra for which I have done the payment through online mode but my delivery status shows delivered but meanwhile I haven't received my order yet . Neither the delivery person contacted me nor I get call back from customer care after requesting multiple times. Also when I searched customer care number in Google, I found one n contacted them they said they were from Myntra company n asked me to do many thing at last they were fraud n took my 2078 cash .I never expected these things from Myntra .I want the refund of my order .please help

                        Absolutely pathetic quality products sold by this company and then won't even return it saying its a non-returnable/non-exchangeable category.

                        Mr. Sameer from the same company working as a consumer helper wasn't even helpful, no help from his side too.

                          I ordered a Mynta e-card (gift card) worth Rs 2000/- on 10th August 2021 but till today i have not been able to use that card.Whenever i try to redeem the gift card it shows already redeemed and shows some random person’s email id everytime.Even after numerous complaints to customer care, they have not been able to provide a refund or activate the gift card.I am feeling helpless and not able to recieve any help from myntra.They have ben asking to wait and wait and provide no solution.Its 20 days now

I was told by their supervisor that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours last friday but since then i have just been waiting for a call or any update.I am tired of calling them again and again.Their system is insecure and my money is just gone !

                          A supervisor names Sabana called saying that your e gift card has been hacked by someone and you need to report it to the cyber crime yourself and we will not be able to provide a refund or any other resolution as it is not our problem.So basically, breach in Myntra data is a customer’s problem and they dont have authority to provide a refund to me as a fraudulent activity on such a big e platform is customer’s problem not theirs !

Even though the moment i purchased the gift card and tried to use it, i was not able to redeem as it was showing already redeemed.For past 25 days they kept saying that we are providing a resolution but could not find any and now just to pass it off they are saying that you go and report it to the cyber crime yourself and we can not help you .Is myntra such a big e platform created by me ???

                            I requested for a size exchange for a product, what was delivered to me was a different product. I complaint about the same and exchanged for the right product the 2nd time. At the time of delivery, the agent said that he cannot provide me with the product as its different. He was not notified about the same.. and this is going on from a month now.
                            Very poor service. Everytime I lodge a complaint it gets closed without any solution.
                            I'm still waiting for a reply from them about the product. There is still no solution from the company's side. Very poor service.

                              I bought an all about you jeans from myntra Order ID # 1180296 [protected] I received the product with the price tag and now they are not letting me return or exchange the product.                                 At first they send a product of mast & harbour sandals which i order of size 8 but unfortunately the size is not came as expected and it is tight so i return the product as it is, the return courier partner check the product thoroughly and all brand tags were intact now they put hold on quality check and no matter how many times i contact they never respond, myntra is fraud stay safe

COM NOT PROVIDE MY REFUND LAST 10 DAYS AND REPEATEDLY UPDATE ISSUES RESOLVED ordered adidas shoes on 12th August from Myntra app, the delivery was done on 16th August at 3:00 PM.                                       Myntra sent fake item with tags just sitting on shoe. I have made a video of it as well while taking delivery and hence raised a return request.
                                      The return person checked the shoes and tags and only after then he picked up the item.
                                      Now myntra is trying to stick this fake item to me by saying tags missing which is not possible at all from consumer end.
                                      I have sent them video as well which clearly shows tags were there and the condition they were in.
                                      Please help me get my Rs 6000 back.
