I ordered "Red Tape Men Blue Air+ Walking Sports Shoes" on Myntra. The product delivered on 4th August 2021, supplier Mirza international, Kanpur.
But what I found was wrong product, it is Red Tape leather shoes. Within 15-20 mins I requested for return mentioning wrong product delivered.

I have order a W dress from Myntra...after receiving it I found the size small for me than I placed a request for exchange with bigger size...as I loved the dress that much so I exchanged it for bigger size...I got my exchange and that piece was damaged all the threads were coming out... accessories button was missing...now they are not ready to take it back...

I forgot my password... So I was sending password reset request to the myntra... But it didn't sent me any link to the mail.. After trying so many times my account is locked now... I want it to unlock immediately...

I have ordered 6 kurta and kurta set from myntra. 4 orders got delivered before but 2 orders (one kurta and kurta with palazzo set) was about to deliver later. It delivered but the parcel had only kurta in it while it had bill of both dresses)

This is really bad!! I never expected this from myntra at all . I ordered a jeans worth rupees 2000 from myntra and it came on 6th August when I opened it was not same colour and it looked used as well as there was fitting issue si within 15 mins I requested return and on the very next day the dilevery boy came and picked it up ..and now they are showing quality check failed ..!!! Why why why .. that's your fault myntra not...

My mobile number is permanently blocked on there platform and after talking with customer care they are telling they can not do anything about it....

I want black plain jeans but I received different product which is cutted jeans. So kindly deliver the product on an immediate basis which is black plain jeans.

Myntra.com send me a package without price tag.I received a product which i didn't liked and thought to return it. But the delivery man said that it didn't had the price tag and how can i return it....

I have placed an order on July 24. The expected delivery date was Aug 1. But The product is not yet delivered and the status is still shown as shipped. Many times after contacting Myntra, they have raised an issue regarding this and an executive called me and he suggested me to wait upto 14 days for an update.
It is really a bad experience from Myntra and the product can neither be refunded nor cancelled....
