I would like to share my experience of shopping with Myntra in Oct 2020. Please read carefully and read till the last.
On 28th Oct, I paid for two Maserati watches on the Myntra website. When I received my order, both the watches were defective. On the same day, I placed a request for a return on the Myntra website as well as shared my concern with the Myntra customer care phone number.
However, the next day, the Myntra pick up person refused to pick up my order. He refused on my face, saying that he hasn't received any update from Myntra about the product defect.
This is really sad & disappointing because Myntra follows a systematic process of return status. I am very unhappy with the way the pickup person has behaved.
Next, it's been 10 days since I raised a return request, still, the defective myntra watches are lying with me - and my money has not been refunded. Every time I call, write or communicate to the team, they say that they will get back in 24 hours. I am facing a lot of hassle, and mental turmoil because of this...

A company like Myntra has been quite careless in dealing with a customer who has purchased not one, not two but hundreds of items earlier. Sad to say, but will not be buying from myntra anymore..
