I tried to return the product thrice .no one ever comes to pick up the product.their delivery partner xpressbees sents messages saying they would come and pick up products.But no one comes.it has been thrice but no one comes

      Dear myntra Team,

      This is in reference to both the jackets ordered from myntra of mast and harbour having order Id 1155705 [protected]. My issue is myntra executive have marked this product failed in quality check and providing reason that price tag is missing on the product therefore kept my return on hold. In this regard I have made many complaints on myntra that myntra executive didn't even came to pick up my product and marked this issue fake as my product packet was not even opened which I have cleared very well in the video attched. I am very disappointed with this behaviour from myntra. Now I am scared while ordering any product from myntra as such fake and liar exist with the team, how does they treat with their customers. Also, I have ordered some products from myntra which has been cancelled without asking me and neither no compensation no apology nothing, only due to some technical issues. This is annoying as now people have to lost their trust from myntra. I should definitely take this forward to customer court with all the facts and proofs to protect my interest and otherone's interest so the same should not be suffered by the other person. I am very disappointed thanks for doing the same with us.

        Hi, Have placed order of 2 jackets from Myntra. Both of the Jackets were of bad quality, I immediately requested for replacement for both but Myntra is denying to do so. They have rejected my request because of quality check. So it's basically a scam from Myntra, First they Shipped damaged and bad Quality products to customers and when customers are creating replacement they rejecting it due to bad quality. I request please take appropriate actions against them.

            Myntra product delivered but not received

            Address: #8 , 7 th 'B' cross, Jakkur Layout , Yelahanka , Bangalore

            We had ordered Anubhutee Women Pink and Off - White Printed Kurta with Palazzos, Size - XXL. We haven't received the product yet but we have received a message from myntra that order is delivered and share your experience messages. The delivery man had come on Nov 7 and went back without giving the product (saying that I will get it afterwards, I have not brought now ). If we call them they aren't picking up the call. Please do needful....

            Harassment experience after many purchases. They sent me defective product and put returns on hold.. There is no option for contact with cc. Still waiting fir Mail since 9days.they r Not listening.. Never recommend other to this app. They give you genuine product generally, Bt if they gave you defective product. U hv no option to refund. I loss 1700₹! Never buy from myntra go for local market..

              I had placed an order for Kurta set, it got delivered and the product did not fit me. I placed for a return. Why on earth would i place an order for the same product bigger size before its even picked for return and also when the product does not fit me and the tags are intact, how can you reject saying its used. Myntra is reshipping back that product to me, no email or resolution has been given. The product is worth 1049 rupees. I do not understand how did they declare it used while tags are intact, product does not fit me at all and also i have placed order for same product with bigger size. This is not expected from Myntra. The order id is[protected]-4344903. And now why is this marked resolved

                Some of my product are put on hold. It is completely unused. And they blocked my number. I am disappointed customer. Just returned my product. I would never purchase anything from myntra further. As I was old customer.

                  I had placed an order for Kurta set, it got delivered and the product did not fit me. I placed for a return and ordered the same product in a bigger size. Now the product that i placed for return has been rejected saying the quality check is failed and now it is getting reshipped back to me. Why on earth would i place an order for the same product bigger size before its even picked for return and also when the product does not fit me and the tags are intact, how can you reject saying its used. I need my refund, what if was damaged post my return or even if i already received it damaged or used. This is really not right.

                  I need my refund, if you guys cannot quality check properly before sending the product why blame customer after they return and you find something then? When the product does not fit me even a bit how is it put as used. There where so many times you guys hav sent me wrong products and defective ones, what about quality checks then????

                      We have ordered a watch but it was one year old and so we decided to return the same. Delivery boy said some tags are missing. Myntra put the same on hold. We have submitted the pictures of the product along with the tags. Myntra is not at all accepting our request. We are trying again and again but there is no response from their end. Would request you to look into this.

                        I brought Women Rose Gold-Toned Solid Wedges from myntra whwn i opened it i found it damaged i contacted myntra several times but they denied to take it back and cant help

                          I ordered 1 Under Armour Women Hoodie Sweat Shirt from Myntra on 30th october, 2020 at the price of Rs 633.00 in sale on Myntra. After that Next day on 31st oct, 2020 order was cancelled by Myntra, they sent me an email your order is cancelled due to technical issue. When I Called Myntra customer care they told me just they will give me only 100 Rs Myntra Credit. But when they told me this the order price increased from Rs 633 to Rs 2924. They didn't give me any equvivalent compensation . They didn't re order my order at the same price of Rs 633. and they didn't give me the actual refund when the order was cancelled by Myntra. They didn't resolve my issue. And after all this they sent me an email confirmation " your myntra order is confirmed and will be deliver by 4th november". They mislead us. We waited till 4th nov and we didn't get my order. When I called myntra again they told me your order is cancelled by technical issue. and we can do nothing except myntra Rs 100 Credit thats not reasonable for me. And they told we didn't sent you email but they done that. After that they told us we will contact you in 48 hours what we could for just only email. They din't contact me or didn't send me an email or any information. They totally mislead me or wasted my time.

                          I want the refund of actual price of that Under Armour Sweat Shirt order from now.

                          I ordered puma shows in myntra. Delivery boy contacts me to collect your order in their place only then I call to customer support they said that it will solve as soon as posible and they gave max date of solving that is 30 oct 2021. Now when I am seeing order status is cancelled again I call to customer care they said that sorry order cancelled we cannot do anything. I buy that in sale now amount is higher hope myntra will solve this issue thank you

                            Hello,

                            I would like to share my experience of shopping with Myntra in Oct 2020. Please read carefully and read till the last.

                            On 28th Oct, I paid for two Maserati watches on the Myntra website. When I received my order, both the watches were defective. On the same day, I placed a request for a return on the Myntra website as well as shared my concern with the Myntra customer care phone number.
                            However, the next day, the Myntra pick up person refused to pick up my order. He refused on my face, saying that he hasn't received any update from Myntra about the product defect.

                            This is really sad & disappointing because Myntra follows a systematic process of return status. I am very unhappy with the way the pickup person has behaved.
                            Next, it's been 10 days since I raised a return request, still, the defective myntra watches are lying with me - and my money has not been refunded. Every time I call, write or communicate to the team, they say that they will get back in 24 hours. I am facing a lot of hassle, and mental turmoil because of this...
                            Friends, I am sharing pics of the defective products I have received from myntra...
                            A company like Myntra has been quite careless in dealing with a customer who has purchased not one, not two but hundreds of items earlier. Sad to say, but will not be buying from myntra anymore..

                            Happy to share with you, today I have finally got my defective products returned to http://Myntra.com.

                            Even though it was a long battle from my side, I acknowledge the contribution of a few of the Myntra customer service personnel, without whom this wouldn't have been possible. I would like to acknowledge publicly them. You can also share this with your team as a token of my appreciation & gratefulness.

                            1. Ms. Priyanka (Myntra Callback Champion, whom I would like to mention, was one of the first representatives I had a positive response from.)

                            2. Ms. Meenakshi (another Myntra callback champion, also like to acknowledge that she was the first one to actually ask me questions regarding my problem & was willing to listen to my concern in depth.)

                            3. Ms. Savita Dhani (a leader in every way, and an excellent communicator from the Escalation department, Bangalore.)
                            4. Mr. Jude, same.
                            5. Mr. Aijaz Ahmed, same.
                            6. Finally Mr. Prayash from the Escalation Department, who called me this afternoon at 3 pm to give me the good news. :)

                              Amount deducted but order not placed dimple I placed an order on 4 nov on myntra of inr 3804, amount deducted from my axis account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - axis confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference[protected],[protected]not created order with this ref no) two times I placed my order 1st is confirmed 2nd is not . if ref no. has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. what is going on.. how can myntra cheat like this. they are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. i want my money back. contact me asap :

                                    Received defective tshirt from myntra but courier not accepting return, they are saying tag is not there. Tag has been thrown by courier guy on road but Myntra is asking me to arrange the tag for the product.

                                      I had ordered for Lavie flats and I received a shirt instead. On same day I filed a complaint, sent Myntra the photos and also raised the return request. The next day only same delivery agent took the product . Now Myntra ppl are saying we haven't received the product. I am not sure of you guys receiving the product, I want my refund now, you have rejected the return request after you deliver wrong product. This is unacceptable, I want my refund
