I’ve ordered puma shoes from myntra and they delivered me the same foot shoe. So, I requested for a return the shoes but after 2 days when I checked the status of my request request, it was showing return on hold (quality check failed). The funny part is they never picked up the shoes from me so how could they display this status? I couldn’t able to talk to their customer care representative because my call never got transferred to them. I opened more than 5 tickets and they marked as closed without even giving the proper details. Now, this is completely unprofessional. They took my 2000₹ and now ain’t replying nor calling. What should I do in this situation, Myntra??
