Hi there i have received a wrong product and i have placed a refund request the reverse pickup person from Shadow fax says the product is not per the item description, which is actually the issue. He also told me that if he scans this it would end up in Quality Check failure. Kindly help I'm really disappointed.

    I have not received my last order but it is showing delivered. When I called the delivery person, he told he delivered it to a wrong address my mistake and he will manage to take the parcel from that address. I still have not received any order. I want my refund as soon as possible.

      Hello Sir/ Madam, my name is Anjali Chhetri from Nagaland. I have ordered two clothes during the Diwali sale. I ordered one HRX by Hrithik Roshan hooded sweatshirt and one Denizen from Levis sweatshirt. I ordered it on 2nd November 2020 but I haven't receive my product yet. The products have been shipped to delivery center on 4th November but it's taking so much time. This is the first time I'm facing this problem kindly deliver it to me at the earliest.

        I have order sky blue color shirt and ihave received light indigo color shirt and it very large also I have send return request and the pickup boy come and he says this shirt is not look like a photo on myntra I did'nt recive it and call customer care.please help me this is not my fault you send me wrong order.

          Now we received the update that,

          "Declined: Your return request for Sera Kurta Sets has been declined as it did not pass our quality check process. This item will be reshipped to you & we will notify you about the shipping details soon"

          This is totally unfair that the reason mentioned for reshipping was the reason behind our return request. We also returned the product for the same reason. we repacked the product immediately once she noticed that the product looks like used one due to the fear of covid.

            I had purchased a women silver toned Analogue watch order no[protected]-2143401 from Myntra. When I opened the packet, product was missing. There is only product tag was there inside the box and product was taken out. I had booked a complain but costomer service is closing it and said that the problem wasn't created by their team, they have dispatched from their warehouse in a properly sealed package and also said that they received a confirmation from their logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition. My issue claim stands declined for number of times.I am sure the delivery people must have done something. This is such a disappointment from website like Myntra.I want my money back.

              I have called customer support many times, they were keep telling your refund will be processed but i have not received anything

                When I placed an order for a kurti of biba on myntra product delivery date showed 13th n next day I received a mail from myntra which said "Shipped: We're sorry for the delay! In these tough times, our team is working hard to ensure you receive your order with 1 Biba Kurtas by 17 November,
                while ensuring highest safety standards. Your patience means a lot to us.
                Stay Home, Stay Safe." And right now also while tracking it's showing delivery date 13th November n I want the product by 13th November any how my order I'd 115673847520923614703 and Tracking no - ML[protected]

                  I’ve ordered puma shoes from myntra and they delivered me the same foot shoe. So, I requested for a return the shoes but after 2 days when I checked the status of my request request, it was showing return on hold (quality check failed). The funny part is they never picked up the shoes from me so how could they display this status? I couldn’t able to talk to their customer care representative because my call never got transferred to them. I opened more than 5 tickets and they marked as closed without even giving the proper details. Now, this is completely unprofessional. They took my 2000₹ and now ain’t replying nor calling. What should I do in this situation, Myntra??

                    My name is Raj Sanjivkumar Shah. I am from Surat, Gujarat, India.
                    I have a complaint against myntra.com.

                    Date of Incident: 30th October 2020.

                    I bought 8 items from myntra.com android application on 30th October 2020. The items include 5 men jeans, 1 men jogger, and 2 women jeans. This cost me a total of INR 6121.00.
                    Myntra has given an offer for instant cashback of 10% for buying more than INR 3000 if payment is done using an HDFC credit card.
                    I have paid INR 6121.00 amount using my HDFC credit card but I did not receive cashback from Myntra. I have confirmed from Myntra customer care that my card was eligible for the 10% instant discount on the products which I have bought.

                    I have raised an issue in the Myntra app (Issue number: IN[protected]) on 2nd November. I got a message that the issue will be resolved by 5th November. I called the customer care of Myntra daily for any progress but they just delayed the matter by saying we didn't get any update and wait for 24 hours. I was told two times that our higher authority will contact you in 24 hours but I did not get any calls from them.

                    I want my cashback as It is the money that I deserved to get instantly from Myntra.

                      I have been delivered a damaged 5 year old product from Myntra (Order ID #1156216 [protected]). This was my first ordering experience from Myntra. The team is refusing now to take the product back.

                      I would suggest all my contacts to stop all their transactions with Myntra as it has started cheating and fooling its customers by sending old, worn out, bad condition products.

                      I request the Consumer team to look into the details shared and help in getting me the required refund.

                            I have ordered Kalini Brand Coton saree, but they have delivered me a wrong product and different brand. While requesting return they are not accepting and not letting me the reason also. I asked them the proof from their side if they shipped the right product, but no response and not accepting anything. Its pure case of customer harassments and cheating

                              I recieved a product which is smaller than I expected. The product came without any tags attached and now I'm unable to return it. It's not my fault, and there's no way to directly address my issue. Is my money wasted here?

                                I have purchase a Girls olive green and pink floral print hoodie of H&M from myntra amount 1274 Rs. Team has delivered wrong product me. so i returned it on 26-oct 2020 and no refund is issued to me.
                                I have returned the product and now they are asking for product photo with price tag. as i have return the product I do not have photo. NOw haver call them multiple time but my issue is not resolved.

                                  We have ordered seven items of max products through Myntra app on 17th October (order no:[protected]-8979603) and we received a max product on 24th October which was not ordered by us. So we raised a complaint and item was returned. On the cover our invoice 12921LD[protected] was correctly given. I think some packing mistake has happened band that item was returned on 27th October. We raised the complaint through their help desk several times. Meanwhile they have initiated refund of two items but remaining five items/ refund not yet received. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    I would like to inform you that on 19th October 2020 I got a delivery of Rex Straut JeansMen Maroon Solid Polo Collar T-shirtwhich I ordered . But the product wasn't satisfactory to me, so I put a return request on 20th ( Return Id [protected]), on 21st a guy came from Myntra and said there don't have the brand tag so he can't pick the product. Although I have returned him as I received the product not even trialed also.
                                    After that several times I put complaint but they asking about the price tag not the brand tag, although there have price tag with that item and I sent them the picture of the same also.B
                                    ut still they have not picked the item and not accepted my return request.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I had ordered an Under Armour Hooded sweatshirt for Rs. 2474/- on 21.10.2020 ( during sale ) from MYNTRA and on 07.11.2020, it was showing that my order had been cancelled after 17 days. It's price is now Rs. 5499/-. Difference is of Rs. 3025/-. This was completely unethical. They refunded the amount Rs. 2474 but were refusing to replace the order due to higher price. I used the social media platform (Facebook, Twitter) after no response from them . I finally got a call from them and they just refused to anything more. And for compensation they gave me Rs 100 in Myntra Credit.
                                      I want to lodge a complaint against Myntra for customer dissatisfaction.

                                        I had ordered an Indo era INERKASS[protected]IE26KSOMR1614S) Folksy Floral Screen Print Cotton Kurta Set Size S HSN : 6114200 of Rs. 3699.
                                        But have recieved a different set of cheap design of only Rs 2499 only of Style code 1736.
                                        Very disappointing as wrong order of lower price than that of desired was delivered.
                                        You must have then shipped out desired expensive set to wrong address though our address was very clear.
