I received my lehenga on 1st November. Wanted to return the product coz the color is wrong. Now the company is not taking the product back because they claim tiny beads are coming out. But they were coming out from since the day the product was received. This is nothing but a fraud problem created so they won't have to take the product back.

    I was delivered a lehenga on 1 st Nov. I wanted to return coz the color was wrong. Now they are refusing to take the product back coz beads are coming out right after delivery. They are blaming me for something that is not my fault and refusing to take product back.

    After contacting the company again with pictures of the damage, they told me to wait before they made a decision. After daily follow ups on my end, mind you, the company is lax when it comes to contacting the customer, they agreed to take back the product and issue the refund.

      Very disgusting to play tricks on customers who purchase the product, keeping on hold and telling it is damaged. We have stated the reason and the delivery guy checked and took the product. This is not the right way to do the business. Have some class. One of the order shows collect points seriously it's when we have the product, don't steal money from customers like this

      Called the support he told that i will recieve the response by 6th and it is for the reason. Dont create cases for calls. I am really very dissatisfied the way it was taken care.

      If the product is given as it is and the pick up guy checked and taken it then why there is a point of putting return on hold, i am shocked

        I have ordered a saree which is mitera coral pink and gold one costs about 1485 along with it i kept 2 more sarees, after receiving them, due to the poor quality i requested for return on the same day of delivery, the delivery person came for pickup and took all the 3sarees but he called me after sometime mentioning that the labels are not available for this particular saree so that the saree was on hold, i contacted customer care many times since 1month, they are still working on it and i got the saree back to me, i also mailed the pictures of it, as the labels are not available not only for this saree, whatever saree received from myntra we will not be seeing any labels over it then how come i show them ? I wanted to return the saree and want my money back .

          I am very old and regular customer of myntra. Its 2nd time they not respond me. I purchased dress on 19th Oct. They sent me defective product. Same day I rised return request. Next day currier man came and told me :-" I put it on hold u have to call myntra cc Because its his product. " then I called myntra cc they told me till 3rd November. Today I called many time Bt they refused again and again. And say wait for next 72 hours.. I purchased it for festival. And diwali is coming. I hv no option for refund and purchased other product.. Please respond quickly and refund my money take ur bad product...

              My delivery date was 2nd of November, But without any information the delivery boy transfer it to next date, i received a miscall in late evening, once i called that number 2-3 times he picked the call and speak like a road side gangster with attitude no curtsy and ethics in voice your delivery will happen tomorrow i asked from which company, then i only i asked Myntra, he said yes. I asked my delivery date is today, He replied i can’t do this, then for tomorrow between i asked to delivery he said yes, but tomorrow evening around 4 o’clock he came, I asked him that you have change he said no, while i am making the payment he was watching with theft eyes, I slightly cover the door, half close till the place I was standing in front of him, then he left the place, i keep calling him, Where you are going, NO reply and went without handover product in front of me. So unprofessional. Is this the ethics Myntra is maintaining? penalty of One month salary deduction of delivery boy and delivery with priority.

                I have placed the order of 3 kurtas on October 2nd and cancelled due to some reason and re ordered again on the same day.
                Whatever money got deducted from my credit card I have received only for 2 kurtas and 1 kurta money is still not refunded.

                I have called customer care and they have told it will be refunded sooner still now I have not got the money its very difficult to follow up.

                Not able to connect to customer care if I call from my number .

                If I have cancelled all the 3 kurta's together and paid together why you guys are refunding one by one its difficult to track for common people.

                Please let me know when I am going receive my refund for the Order ID # 1153503 [protected] of RS 714.

                  I ordered a mango tshirt from Myntra but when I opened the courier package, it was some cheap brand tshirt. I thought its not a big deal because it was the sale period of the year so they must have messed up and they would return.
                  The horror began after the return request was put on hold. The delivery guy came to pick up but refused saying the product is different. Well, yes, I know the product is different and that is mentioned on the return request I created as well. But that guy refused to pick it up and told me to call customer care.
                  Goodluck trying to get in touch with customer care. They don't respond to emails or calls. After almost 24 hours, I got across and shared the barcode details with the customer care guy. He noted it down. And next day the delivery guy came to pick it up and again refused to take it with him saying the product is different. I am going crazy over here. I have ordered so many times from myntra but never faced such a situation. Finally I get to see the dark side of their team. No resolution is provided. No one cares about you or your money. Its just a scam.
                  I will nevr be ordering from this site again. Horrible service. I was quite excited to buy a mango t shirt because its an expensive brand and I could finally afford to buy it but these cheats gave me some weird kook brand t shirt. I don't even know what that is. And its not even a t shirt. Its like a mix of kurti and tshirt. Probably the ugliest piece of clothing I have ever seen.
                  Myntra you should follow good policies. If you are doing well because of the customer, you can also disappear from the map because of the same customer.
                  Now I got a message that my request is declined. Tell me where to guy and what to do now? I guess its better to order from flipkart and Amazon. Never faced any issues with them. Never going to order anything from this fraudulent website

                    This item came in broken and I am not able to return it even after trying twice on my own and raising so many multiple queries. I had been told that it will be taken back on or before November 2 2020 and my money will be returned. It’s November 3 2020 now and when I called again they say it will take another 10 days.
                    It’s been a mess for the past few weeks and I have been running behind this like I have no other work.

                      I made the payment (Ref#IGAJTITUF3) of Rs. 1636 today (03/11/20) through internet banking but the order has not been placed but the amount is debited from my account (screenshot of a successful payment is attached below). I want you to look into the matter ASAP and refund me the amount or transfer that to the same order I placed for cash on delivery.

                        I bought a kurta and got it delivered, that kurta set can only be exchanged, can't be returned. But when I try to exchange the item it is showing details as the item can't be exchanged as courier service don't allow, when I try to return it doesn't allow. The item is of 5999 rupees.

                          I ordered a T-shirt from Myntra. First of all the delivery was 2 weeks late and when I received the package on 23rd October 2020, I was shocked to see that instead of a T-shirt, Myntra sent me a bra! I have no clue how can someone mistake a bra for a t-shirt! I immediately called customer care and they arranged a pickup for the package. The pickup guy came on 25th October and took the package and said that this happens while packaging. After an hour, I get a message saying pickup failed. I called the pickup guy and he tells me that the people at the DC are not taking the product because it's not a t-shirt and he told me to call customer care. I've been hassling with customer care for 2 weeks now and all they do is tell me that a case manager will call me.

                          Today, I spoke to Kavita (Case Manager) from the escalation desk for half an hour and she had no replies to any questions I asked her. She said that the refund could not be initiated because they had sent me the correct product. When I asked her what proof she has that the product got delivered, all she could do was repeat the words "As per the validations". She remained numb and silent most of the time as she didn't know what to say. When I asked her if I can talk to someone above her, she said that there is nobody above her. She was speaking like a robot and didn't know how to speak to a customer and then she said that there is nobody above her. If people like her are handling the company then the company is bound to be doomed. However, I know there are a lot of people above her and I would like to speak to them regarding my case because clearly, the case managers don't know anything. I don't care about my 600 rupees. This is about ethics now. Myntra is stealing off of customers and then saying that the customer is trying to steal from you by doing some "internal validations" which don't even include the delivery guy, who when came to pick up the product said that even he thought there is not a T-shirt in the packet when he delivered it. I want a refund as soon as possible.

                            On 17th Oct 2020, I made a shopping for eight items vide order no-1154800 [protected] and opted for prepayment. On 29th Oct, I got an alert message that your deliver agent will bring my four orders including one Mast and Harbour blue skinny fit jeans, W women rust orange kurti, Blackberrys Men navy blue printed sweater and puma shoes (screenshot of the message enclosed). But when I opened the package I found only one item i.e. Puma shoes and the rest of the three items are missing. I raised query on Myntra app many times but they close my issue as resolved without actually been resolved. This is happening with me for the second time. There is a problem somewhere either the myntra packaging team has done something wrong or the delivery agency has done something. I need to know why my items are lost and who will be held responsible for this.

                              I ordered 2 footwear products from Myntra in October 2020 .Both products were sent in same packaging as claimed by the Myntra .
                              Received a small package having one pair of footwear with invoice of 2 pairs . Order history showed delivery of both products on same day .Immediately I complained to Myntra about the major mistake done by packaging team .

                              But team didn’t admit any mistake but claimed both were packed in same package.

                              I had solid proof as package had capacity of only one footwear Pair. I requested them to verify my claim and receive back the Product with packaging. Requested them to verify from the courier man too as I complained to him at the time of receiving about the size of packing and 2 pairs .
                              Myntra Repeatedly refused complete refund .

                              I paid for 2, received 1 pair .
                              Got Refund Of only 1 pair .

                              Worst Myntra, Don’t trust .
                              No genuine verification of complains of genuine Customers.

                                I ordered the kurta. I recieved a defective item. It has a stain on it. I haven't used it yet. All the tags are as it is. But myntra has declined my return request. They say that the product is used by customer. They are not arranging any call with their colleagues. And I'm not receiving any update about my complaint. And easy returns is mentioned in the product discription still I'm not receiving the return policy

                                  I placed an order[protected]-2037001 on 15-Oct which included a DOROTHY PERKINS Black Printed Blouse. The same was delivered on 19-Oct. I initiated a return same day ie. 19-Oct. The item was picked up for return on 20-Oct and put on hold same day and return declined on 21-Oct. I contact myntra support and they stated that the price tag was missing.

                                  The product i received had only one price tag and that was one with Euro and GBP amounts on it. I returned the product with the same tag.

                                  I have been following up with myntra support every day since then and they are resolving my complaint daily with the same same update:

                                  "We have validated the issue and it was found that the item was shipped to you post a stringent quality check and the same was delivered in a pristine condition. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate any return/exchange or refund request."

                                  The product was shipped back to me and I refused to accept it. It was then taken back and no further action has been taken.

                                  How can i provide a price tag that was not provide to me in the first place. Do i need to have the delivery boy open the package and verify the price tags first before accepting the delivery?

                                  Its now 2 weeks since I am following up with no resolution. I need a refund for this item as its is not my fault that the price tag is missing.

                                    Return not on hold.
                                    I return as I received.but now delivery boy said .there is an issue in price tag..but.i don't even about ...so he just put return on hold...so pathetic service...

                                      I ordered a zaptop heels shoes
                                      from myntra Size was large for me so i placed a request for return.
                                      Return was picked up successful but I received a message in the evening and they are saying that quality check is not passed, Mrp tag is missing.
                                      There was no tag avaialble in that cardborad box in which shoes came up.
                                      I returened the shoes same way as they were because size was large for me.Only wrappers and bill was available.I am not aware which tag they are asking when it was not availablein the packaging itself.
