I have placed 4 order on 30 October 2020 but then on 31 October 2020 Myntra have cancelled my all orders without any notice and when I talk to Myntra customer care they have said me that there was some technical issues so they have cancelled my all orders.

    Myntra delivers products without price tags or similar tags & deliberately delivers wrong size or product and then refuse to take back/exchange the product. Now you're stuck with something you never ordered in the first place. Their customer care is the worst.

      Wrong product delivered & return declined

      I ordered four products from a brand MAX on MYNTRA (e-commerce site). All those products were packed together, delivered to me, while opening the packed I found that I recieved 3 products similar to what I ordered and 1 product was wrong means it was not the one I ordered. I placed a return request for that requesting MYNTRA customer care to approve the wrong product return and refund my amount but MYNTRA declined my request. I again asked...

      I am complaining about this again. The payment got debited but no order got placed. Attaching the payment screenshot with this. I even talked with the myntra customer care but they are like we cant do anything as there isn't any order details. Please refund the amount.

      The payment of Rs.1636 is made through internet banking but yet the order is not placed. Take a note of this asap and take some action and if you cannot then at least refund my money as early as possible.

        Today the delivery guys called me to deliver my product, which Myntrate ordered. When I picked him up the call and was unable to header his voice, I told him that if I am audible please come to my address, which is mentioned on this product, other wise call me again, so I I will suggest you your address, they cut my name. Call and marked "Customer Delivery at Sport / Venue was not available.. so request to team please resolve my issue and delivered my product as soon as possible. here is my order ID[protected]

          I have ordered a t-shirt in Myntra when it is delivered the packaging of the product is so worst and and the quality of the product is so bad so I thought I should return this product..so I returned the product and the delivery boy came to pick up the product and he check if the t-shirt is ok or not and he picked up the product... The next day Myntra emailed me that my request is on hold because the tag was missing but when I gave the delivery boy the product.. the tag was there and when I tell this to the Myntra website then they have blocked me from their portal.. then I I was trying to call to the customer care they they pick up my call and heard my case...then they told me the product which I have returned is again delivered in my house and I have to pick up the product and again I have to call the customer care so that they can help me then the product has come to my house and when I checked the t-shirt for PSI for my size and I I am trying to wear it... The t-shirt is automatically turn on for its most quality of cloth so am I I tried to call again to customer care but they did not response me they did not pick up my call... The price of the t-shirt is 799 and I requested them for refund but they didn't answer me and rejected my request ...I am requesting who help me me on this case so that I I get my my money back

            Orderd a kurta set on Myntra. Bhama couture peach embroidered kurta set. But i recieved only top and NO BOTTOM. I complained the same and they told investigatin going on and finally saying quality check failed. I attached pictures and everything as i am clear from my end. They didnt provide any details also of the quality check fail as claimed. I need my return and refund.

                I order a nike backpack on 30 octomber worth rs 599 they instantly confirm my order and i paid 698 rs as 99 delivery charge and now next. Day they cancel my order instntly without any reason.

                  I am unable to return a dress ordered from myntra as it came without a price tag. The fit of the dress is not good and costs rs. 25999.
                  The dress has only one tag attached to it which is the company’s name which is MISH.
                  If they are not allowing to return at least they should apply for exchange

                    Received partial product from Myntra. While I reached out to them for exchange request. They are not ready to process my request as per them they had shipped was sealed while it left their warehouse. I had been following up with them for more than couple of weeks, but, no resolution until now. (attached is response from Myntra)

                    Hi, Myntra has not reached out to me with proper resolution.
                    I ordered 2 products of same company in single order. I received bill of both but only one product..pls help.. After complaint..i received message of pickup.. Didnt get product how to return?

                      I bought a puma jacket on 31 October 2020 and i threw the package because of COVID.
                      due to fitting issues i made a return request .
                      Snd on the same day return agent came and took the product.
                      Next day i got a call and the person says your product has been rejected because it’s use .
                      How can a person use product on the same day.
                      They are not initiating the refund.

                          Placed order on Myntra.com on 17/10/2020 for H&M jacket. Order no 115481234811082916803. After approximately 10 days i received a parcel which contained one female top I had initiated returns and provided them with necessary things which was required to channelize return within 1 or 2 days after i received the product. Return request was approved.In spite of sending images of the wrong products shipped; the person who came to collect the products (For return) refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. Further they declined the return request. After repeated calls they initiated the return request again declined. Even they refused to provide the products which i had ordered. Then i had called customer care and registered a complaint with them on 28/10/2020 for picking up products for return and initiate return and provide me with the products which i had originally ordered. Customer care executive told that your return request and complain both has declined. I am unsure now will they accept return now. This is not how such a reputable website should give such a pathetic service. And iam not a usual buyer I have been shopping with myntra since they started iam even one of their Myntra influencers I need to beg them to rectify even when in mistake is done by their team.How can be a big. Leather jacket be replaced by female top. I want to return the products and in return i expect compensation for my loss.

                              I have received a wrong product from myntra. I have also did an exchange process. The delivery agent came but denied to pickup the product since it is not same color. Even I am myself doing exchange for wrong product delivered to me. Haow can I give him the same colour of the product which is impossible to do it. What should I do now? Help me.

                                I placed an order for 7 different products from Myntra on October 16, 2020. All the 7 products cost me Rs 6791. The payment was made online. I received 2 of the products on 2 different days. The remaining 5 products were to be delivered on October 22. But on October 22, I received a packet containing only 3 out of the 5 remaining products. The packet contained a bill of all the 5 products but products were just 3. The app also shows the delivery of all the 5 products. The 2 missing products are worth Rs 1918. The company says it has delivered but I have not received all the products. The company had sent the 3 products in a paper bag which can easily be torn and then sealed again by anyone. I want a refund or the company should send me the products.

                                  I got my product out for delivery message at at 30 October and on that day I would not received any call from the delivery person and our next day next day I call delivery person from myself about my delivery parcel and he said that I will deliver evening and when I call him in evening he could not deliver my product he say I deliver in 1 to 2 hours and then he call me and say me hi hi and I have send your parcel to another person and he will give you and after that I get a message that your product is success fully and delivered but still the time 726 I can't received my parcel this is very very same full delivery I have ever got same you Myntra I never want any product from you.. my mobile no.                                     I ordered a product, first they sent me wrong product and after multiple follow up i was finally able to return the account. But the account number they stated for my refund was wrong, so I raised complaint to changed it. But even then they processed the refund. When it was an error on their end, still they are ready to rectify it.

                                      I've ordered a pair of jeans from Myntra and a day after I've ordered them the order has been canceled due to some technical issue. There is no proper response from the customer care. This is not the first time for me, they keep on doing this everytime.
