I had placed an order for Kurta set, it got delivered and the product did not fit me. I placed for a return and ordered the same product in a bigger size. Now the product that i placed for return has been rejected saying the quality check is failed and now it is getting reshipped back to me. Why on earth would i place an order for the same product bigger size before its even picked for return and also when the product does not fit me and the tags are intact, how can you reject saying its used. I need my refund, what if was damaged post my return or even if i already received it damaged or used. This is really not right.

Complaint marked as Resolved Myntra is reshipping back that product to me, no email or resolution has been given. The product is worth 1049 rupees. I do not understand how did they declare it used while tags are intact, product does not fit me at all and also i have placed order for same product with bigger size. This is not expected from Myntra. The order id is - 1155583-0595613-4344903. And now why is this marked resolved?
