    I ordered a pair of carlton london shoes and received the package on 28 October 2020. I opened the package and found out that the shoes were in bad quality. They were quite dirty and appeared to have been used. So I made a return request the same day. Next day the package was picked up and later I got a message from the company saying that my refund is on hold because the item I returned didn't pass their quality check. I returned the item exactly the same way I had received it. It was already of bad quality. They must have checked before dispatching it to the customer. Now, they won't refund. That's preposterous.
    I request the company to see through this complaint and resolve it.

      I had ordered a pair of crocs shoes from myntra.but received mis matched products one white and one grey shoes...no response from Myntra side neither return is not initiated by Myntra despite repeated request..please look into the matter

        I placed an order on myntra for Rs. 663 on 15th october 2020 at 7:38 pm . I made payment through phonepe UPI. My amount got debited but order failed to place. I contacted myntra but they are saying that they have not received the amount but phonepe is saying that they have transferred the amount to myntra. I have contacted myntra so many times but they are denying the payment. I am attaching the payment details from phonepe. Kindly help me in getting my refund.

          Very disappointed by the service provided by you. despite of the stating the fact that the product which i had returned wasnt mishandled by me and also i couldnt have worn it as it was much larger, the product was reshipped to me and no refund was made. The brand tag was not there even when i had received it

            I had ordered one Veranga kurta set from Myntra.com on October 17, 2020.

            I neither got any call from agent nor received the product; just a text message that it's delivered on October 23, 2020.
            I wrote multiple complaints to Myntra, I tried to reach out agent as well, but all in vain. Myntra customer care persons are giving me vague replies.

            I seriously regretting paying online beforehand, had it cash on Delivery or post delivered payment, they would have some sense of responsibility.

              Hi,

              My orders are getting delayed.
              There was NO delivery attempt done, I didn't receive any call from delivery person.
              But they updated wrong delivery status as"Delivery failed "

                Incorrect/Fake product received

                I had ordered a Philips Trimmer for approx 3000 rupees from Myntra.
                On delivery the Philips trimmer and it’s accessories were missing but a trimmer from some local brand was delivered inside the Philips box.

                Even after lodging 5-6 complaints for the same and sharing an unboxing video of the product, Myntra claims that it had dispatched the product in a sealed and pristine condition and hence they have rejected the claim.

                Similarly for another order placed during the same sale in which I had ordered 6 Maybelline lipsticks and a highlighter, I received a “Here and Now jeans” instead of the lipsticks. Also there was no transparent packaging and myntra barcode provided with the jeans.
                On placing a complaint for this order, Myntra’s team again reverted by saying that they had provided the product in a sealed and pristine condition and again the complaint stands rejected.

                Incorrect/Fake product received

                The claims were made on the same day on which the product was received. They have been harassing us since 19th October and indirectly blaming us of making false claims.
                Even after providing with evidence to corroborate my complaint, they have been denying my complaint.

                  I ordered 2 products from myntra.com and i paid online for them,
                  1. House of Pataudi Men Black Straight Fit Solid Churidar.
                  2. Nike Unisex Navy Blue HAYWARD 2.0 Brand Logo Backpack.

                  Now both the products were not delivered but their status is showing delivered. However one wrong product that is T-shirt of some poor brand were delivered.

                  I am complaining myntra about the issue but they are hiding their face from the problem. They are not responding correctly.

                        I have ordered a Hang up Blazer which doesn’t fits me and the quality of product was worse also the I had placed a return request from my myntra account and my product is not picked up till date and before two days I got a message from Myntra that my return request has been declined without any reason..I called about 5 times on Myntra costumer care but every time they told me to wait for next 24 hours but still my issue was not solved till date.
                        Now, I request you kindly solve my issue asap.

                          Products not delivered to me physically even though it is showing delivered in the Myntra application.
                          The delivery agent didn’t even contact before delivery.
                          I contacted the customer support who did nothing to resolve the issue.
                          Even spoke to the supervisor who was of no use and stated nothing can done and that the update has been provided

                            I ordered a *****brand kids tshirt but received a ladies kurti. After talking to myntra executive, I sent the barcode mentioned on the myntra bag along with the image of kurti. I didn’t have anymore information. The product did not have any price tag or any kind of tag. Now they are telling me that they have investigated and found everything right from their side.Its been 10years with myntra. They dont even check and consider your previous record. I have never returned or filed any complaint like this. Who takes the responsibility if we dont get our desired product? What is inside the box who knows? How can I trust them now? How am I assured that next time I wont get this problem with any other much expensive products? Its such a risk.
                            Its been 10 days I am going through this. After filing complaint I kept waiting for their response and suddenly they closed the complaint without giving me reasons. I want an apology and my refund now.

                              I ordered two jackets from myntra and total order value was 3058 INR but as I received my order bag .when i open the bag that had only one jacket and the one item is missing in my order .I compalin about this to the myntra support staff but they gave me no solution about this and declined my claim .I want my refund for that item or give me the missing item from that bag that delivered to me.i m having the pics of thr bag I received

                                I had ordered a dress from Myntra, the dress was delivered to me in damaged condition without the price tags. Myntra is now refusing to collect the dress and refund the amount.

                                  Please stop scamming customers of their money. Just for the past month i have ordered at least 15-20 products from you guys. And when I try to return JUST 2 products that YOU SENT DAMAGED, the return KEEPS GETTING DENIED.

                                  I placed the return request THE SAME DAY i received the products and yet the company says that they FAILED QUALITY CHECK.

                                  I wouldn’t have to return it if the company had NOT SEND DAMGED PRODUCTS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

                                  I am LITERALLY fed up of calling you guys every day and waiting for the “so-called call” your agents always say they have arranged.

                                    We have been a customer of Myntra since many year, unlikely this is one of the incident where we had ordered Amazefit GTR ( Black) watch using the Myntra App. Product was delivered on 26th Oct, however the box was empty.
                                    Upper cover of the package was intact, whereas the inside box was torn ( sideways).
                                    We raised a complaint immediately, for which the date to get this query resolved was marked as 29th Oct-20, however the query was closed from back end on 28th Oct-20, when I ( personally) reached the customer care, I got to know that they ( Myntra) had packed and dispatched the product form their end, however it is not their lookout why the product was not delivered or received.
                                    We ave invested our hard earned money of around Rs, 10, 000, this incident has left us shaken with no fault of ours.

                                      Original product was lose so I returned it but they rejected it by saying that it failed our quality checked but it was not even properly with tags and everything. And they reshipped a wrong product to me it's all happening because of their pickup boy on mix matched my returns didn't fact the return product properly that's why I am facing the problem and I am complaining about the fraud and they are not registry my complain they are kept saying that please wait for four days please wait.

                                        I received a product ( indus top) from myntra. It did not match the image color where image had pink and order delivered was magenta and I had to return the product as it did not match the lehnga. After returning the product, I got the message that quality check failed, as it jas smell of perfume. When the check of color failed for me and I did not try, what would I do with the perfume. Stop this return hassle and refund the money.
                                        This check should have been performed before delivering the product to me and not after the return. What can I do if it smells perfume or whatever. Just not refunding 1000 rs is not the solution way out. Refund the money of the order returned.
