My Login suddenly got blocked last week and i am not getting a satisfactory response except that i have vioalated the fair usage policy. I have requested for a reason and the clause that i have violated as i dont have any clue on this subject and i have shopped as i have been doing till now. My efforts to reach the customer care is going no where as they are sending me the same text again and again. I just wanted to understand why my account got blocked and clarify any misunderstanding if any

    I have returned this product but haven't got a refund for this product "Under Armour- Women Blue Solid Whisperlight Tie Back Tank Top"

    The product amount is Rs 2799
    I am having a very bad experience since the day I returned my product to the delivery guy.
    Since Myntra has a paper-less policy so I wasn't provided with any receipt for the returned product. Apart from that, there is no way through which I can contact the delivery guy about the product status.
    So I put a complaint on Myntra customer care multiple times but from there also I got disappointment only. They promise that they will resolve the issue but it's poor customer service regardless of making a complaint every time asking for a refund.
    @Myntra I don't even own the product then why don't you refund the amount.

      I had ordered one Nike shoe which i returned due to very poor quality and size issue. I got a message that due to retern of the used product the refund is on hold. I have returned the product the next day only and also the Pickup guy didn't mention any issue so how could they refuse now. So in this i raised a complaint that i had returned the product as it is And I also have proof. Myntra can't show me the proof that they had dispatched the product with the original tags. That's why I hate shopping in Myntra they don't give the quality and service at all.
      So here i'm to tell the clear fraud by myntra.
      Please someone help me to get my refund back since the ount is 2466.
      I have attached the screenshot for the same
      And also the proof that it is not a used product that i have returned.

        Order placed and received on 15th Oct . Received wrong product ( incorrect colour ). Set up return for the same as didn't have time for exchange . impossible to get in touch with customer care .
        raised online complaint through app . disgusting service even there . the complaint was ' CLOSED' stating 'RESOLVED', saying the return product is not same as ordered (quality check failed ) .
        i mean what the hell, you are talking about . myntra has sent me an incorrect product ( with colour ) and now not setting up return putting it on to me about this not being the colour order. this is a cyber fraud straight away . i got a call after 12 days from a donkey ( named Mahendra ) of that company, who disconnected the line because i was fuming after spending 34 minutes on phone . i not only demand my refund, i should be compensated for the time and harrasment i have gone through

          Hi Team,
          I have ordered Wishful by W Women Pink Self-Design Layered A-Line Kurta costing Rs 2519 and received an old used wrong product with Wishful tag not intact and when i placed return on the same day, they picked up on the 2nd day and later I received message my return request is put on hold and rejected as quality check failed. First of all Myntra sent me a wrong used product on what basis they check quality from customer side. I have returned as is with the tags. Now they have reshipped the wrong product back to me, and inspite of calling cutomer care for more than 10 times, there is no refund initiated at all. This is highly unacceptable. This is what kind of business Myntra is running to fool customer you charge high amount then send us wrong defective product and dont even accept return and refund. I am totally unhappy with Myntra. Please assist. I am attaching the pictures of what i received and what i had ordered.

            Arrow newyork shirt just received the product seriously after seeing the cloth I was so devastated that, why I had ordered this product from this so called popular online platform I mean arrow company is known for premium quality and huge name, and thinking the popularity of the brand I ordered the shirt from Myntra but the Myntra people don't know what they sended me the worst quality of cloth. I mean no proper packing, iron is not done looks like they sended me some old cloth or the footpath side cloth, It looks like tat. so disappointed by the team and many big actors also giving ads to this fraud worst company, and they say quality is checked very properly. I recommend all my frnds relative's and people not to buy any products from this fraud, worst, pathetic online shopping platform. And I take this further also bcz iam so disappointed of wat they did so they are defaming big companies name too by sending worst quality of the clothes. seriously when I saw the shirt it looked like some 100 rs road side cloth seriously Amazon is far better than this so we have to teach a lesson to this fraud cheap online platform I recommend all ppl to think twice before buying any thing form this ### site.And iam not gonna leave this thing here I see to it which consumer site is good and I fight there too .these ppl are just defaming some of the biggest brands names too by sending copy replica products.

                  I had ordered shoes from Max on Myntra and when I received (delivered on Oct 22, 2020 at 1:30pm), it was extremely dirty, old and had ink marks all over the shoes and sole. Within 5 minutes of delivery, I placed a return request (placed on Oct 22, 2020 at 1:41pm) thinking if I delay more, they might not accept it. But, the pickup agent looked at the product and said that it has been used by me. This is ridiculous since I have immediately placed return request and even tried to give it back to the agent on the same day (when he had arrived to deliver another product) but he refused. Then, I got a message saying my return request is put on hold and when I told him to take it, he said he'll show it to his manager, and if he accepts, I will get a refund and if he doesn't, he will return the product to me. But, till now I have neither received a refund nor received the product. This is terrible, I have decided to not shop in Myntra at all. It is extremely pathetic service and the customer care is always unavailable.

                    Recently I purchased 2 kurta sets from Myntra, from the same brand Indo Era. I received a package on 23rd October and inside the package I found the invoice which showed that the package should have two products (i.e.2 kurta sets), but I received only one kurta set. The missing product is 'INDO ERA WOMEN BROWN AND ORANGE YOKE DESIGN KURTA WITH PALLAZOS AND DUPATTA'. The package was not tampered and it was opened by me.
                    On putting forward a complaint regarding the missing product, my complaint is getting turned down again and again. I have talked to customer care helpline numerous times still it is the same everytime.
                    I paid for the product and did not receive it. Why will I lose my money for the packaging fault?

                      I had ordered a dress from 20 dresses on 4th October from myntra. It arrived early (10th oct). I tried the dress out late as I was not in town. but due to fitting and design issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on 23rd October. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 25th October. Later I called the customer care and they made the pickup done on 26th October. The person who came for pickup checked the product thoroughly and later I received the message that the pickup was successfully completed. After few minutes i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". I called up the customer care but I couldn’t connect with them. I requested a call back. But again no response from them. It’s written in the site that “GOT PERFOME SMALL” which I Literally couldn’t understand what did it mean. I want the refund asap as the product was successfully picked up from me and I am no way responsible for any issues after that.

                          I got a very dull quality of FOREVER 21 JEANS which wasn't at all worth the money. I forgot to keep the price tags in the return parcel and it failed the quality check. They put the return on hold. I have the pricetags with me, but this is not at all fair with the customers. Truly miserable act.

                              I have ordered 12 items in Myntra and I ve received 5 of the items already and I got a message stating 6 of the items has been out for delivery. Myntra guy delivered the package to my neighborhood and left. They have given me the parcel after sometime. May parents opened the parcel and in that only 3 items was present and 3 was missing but I can see Bill of 6 items. When I checked with my parents they told only 3 was there.. I was missing 3 of Tshirts, when I contacted contact center they told the package was delivered in sealed manner so they are closing the ticket. I keep saying that during packing itself they might ve forget it. The contact center again never contacted me to tell resolution they just copy pasting the same response and trying to close the issue.

                              I am using myntra for longer time I never faced such issue and never recorded to prove that while opening itself the content was missing. So I am asking to show me the parcel weight content which they have couriered and the content of weight which I have ie 3 dress since both will be same from that itself I can prove that 3 dress they missed during the warehouse itself. But they not even listening and I am facing loss of 1000 Rupees.

                              Worst customer service which I have ever seen since they keep doing the copy paste and never call u and discuss the problems. Please record all ur courier content since myntra and flipkart behaves like a cheap company. I am regretting that I ve valued them more and purchased for more than 20k in previous years... They again proves it s worst customer service. I will stop buying going forward.

                              I hope karma takes care all of them who handled this case and company itself. I ll make sure my friends never buy from Myntra.

                                Hi, my myntra account was randomly locked. When I tried to login to my account to track an order, I realised that my account was locked. I am unable to login. A few products have been delivered, however, I am unable to exchange / return them. I tried reaching out to the customer service executives, however, failed to do so. None of their 'support' options are working.

                                This is no way to treat customers. How can you randomly lock accounts?! I am helpless at the moment.

                                    I have ordered a pair of sandal..that cost me 849 rs and part of the package was missing..I have received only one leg footwear right leg footwear is missing.after raising my query I didnt receive any apologize msg or call and I came to know that my matter has been closed...I am one of the esteem customers of the Myntra...I buying from myntra from last 3 years..this is first time happend that product is missing and..I didnt get any solution..Such a big disappointment with Myntra...due to someone else fault I didnt receive my ordered product and I loose money too because Myntra is not ready to pay my amount... either I want both leg footwear or refund my money
