I placed a refund for my product and it came as return on hold because of quality check failure. The product had all the tags intact with the same. Why will I even remove the tag of a product I dont want to use?? Stop fooling people with all this. The product had all the tags like it came without any changes. I want my refund back. Thankfully I took the photo before I sent for return today and I am attaching the same below.

    Myntra sale on 30th oct 2020, i bought shoes at discount. I was charged cost of product + handling fee(98rs).

    Myntra cancelled my order and refunding only product amount but not handling fee.

    Its ok if i get cheated but how many such customers they are scamming like this and how much free money they are stealing from customers pockets showing promotion and cancelling orders and stealing extra fee they are charging.

      I ordered the 4 product in 4th october. I got the information it should be late till 20 October..since every alternate days I called customer care there is no response. And they make me fool that u got the email and there is no mail..

        I ordered a MANGO wallet and received a damaged product (the wallet was scratched). I opted for an exchange of the product with the same wallet. The delivery boy came to pick my wallet and put my request on hold saying that it does not pass quality check since it is damaged. He asked me to get an approval from customer care. Customer care number of Myntra is not working.
        I am helpless about how to return my product in exchange of an undamaged one. Please help

          I had placed an order(Order ID # 1155923 [protected]) on 30th October 2020, there was an offer running buy 1 at 599 and 2 at 999. I bought 8 items, it was a prepaid order. But one by one my orders are getting cancelled, with no proper response ( internal issue they are claiming) while the products are still in stock, and even one of the product was even shipped. PFA screenshots of the same. I feel cheated, just because I bought them at discounted price, how can they cancel my order. Till now 3 are already cancelled, tomorrow there are chances they'll cancel each and every item I ordered under this offer.
          The offer was provided from their end, while the product is still in stock, how can they cancel it.
          I want to take legal action against such fraud.

            1. I had ordered Vero Moda Yellow white top on Myntra.com - online shopping portal
            2. The faulty top was delivered on Oct 6th - tuesday (this is one among many other tops that i had to return as all except for one top looked like poor quality tops)
            3. Inspite of my busy work schedule, i was excited to open and see but due to pandemic and fear of products delivered from outside, i opened it on Oct 7th - wednesday raised the exchange request on Myntra Portal by choosing the correct category - "defective product" and i also uploaded pics on the portal
            4. The delivery boy who came to pick refused to take the top and told me to raise a request and write an email to myntra support (for no fault of mine again)
            5. I called up the customer care and asked as to why i should do that as i have already posted the pics on myntra portal stating the reason - the customer care representative had no answers to explain (not trained properly maybe)
            6. After my efforts went in vain, i had to search my mailbox of 15K+ mails to search myntra support to upload all sorts of pics again - Imagine the pain the customer has to go through - again, for no fault of mine
            7. In spite of my busy work schedule i managed to set time aside for this utterly useless work and on top of all this, i get a response which doesn't even make sense.
            8. There were multiple follow ups and myntra support responded very vaguely with confused responses - once they said "product return to the origin" whereas i still have the product with me, then they said can't exchange / return as the product is with me.
            9. They don't call back as they had disabled call back option on the portal
            10. Then i had to go to the extreme of approaching Twitter - social media platform to vent out my frustration.
            11. I got a call from a "case manager" by name Piyush from Myntra who assured me of a resolution and again asked me to share pictures of barcode, transparent plastic cover, etc. - total harassment again
            12. In the middle of the working day, i asked as to why should i share the pictures again when I have already shared with the Myntra support ( I have all the emails)
            13. He said he will find a solution and the call got over around 4:20PM and i got the reply within 7 minutes at 4:27PM that the top can't be returned or exchanged as it seems they had done the quality check beforehand. Where is the proof of Quality check?
            14. Is this the way the customer care department works in Myntra?
            15. Harassing the customer to go through all the hassles and again and again asking photographs for no fault of mine again i insist "for no fault of mine"
            16. Has the world forgotten to work trusting people in good faith?
            17. The products on Myntra are really cheap and they are spoiling the reputation of brands and as well as Flipkart
            18. Request a solution for damages done to my quality time, mental harassment and for no resolution till now.
            19. I am a working mother with roles and responsibilities. I ordered this to save time but realised that i had to waste more time to get a solution for a damaged top sent by Myntra - all for a single top. Really disappointing.

              I ordered Kurta on Oct 18th, received it on Oct 26th.
              The product which I didn't like, so I applied for return request . Next day a delivery guy came to pick up my product. On 29th Oct Myntra saying " Your Myntra return request has been put on-hold" due to tag removed and damaged.
              Why I will damage that product and remove tag. When asked to provide the proof where it is damaged, they closed the ticket(issue)
              I demand my refund. Myntra is cheating

                I kept exchange order of el paso footwear in Myntra because it was small and when the delivery boy came to exchange item he asked for prize tag inside the footwear but there was none. So he didn't accepted the exchange and said to contact costumer care. So how can I exchange my order now?

                        I ordered a pair of carlton london shoes and received the package on 28 October 2020. I opened the package and found out that the shoes were in bad quality. They were quite dirty and appeared to have been used. So I made a return request the same day. Next day the package was picked up and later I got a message from the company saying that my refund is on hold because the item I returned didn't pass their quality check. I returned the item exactly the same way I had received it. It was already of bad quality. They must have checked before dispatching it to the customer. Now, they won't refund. That's preposterous.
                        I request the company to see through this complaint and resolve it.

                          I had ordered a pair of crocs shoes from myntra.but received mis matched products one white and one grey shoes...no response from Myntra side neither return is not initiated by Myntra despite repeated request..please look into the matter

                            I placed an order on myntra for Rs. 663 on 15th october 2020 at 7:38 pm . I made payment through phonepe UPI. My amount got debited but order failed to place. I contacted myntra but they are saying that they have not received the amount but phonepe is saying that they have transferred the amount to myntra. I have contacted myntra so many times but they are denying the payment. I am attaching the payment details from phonepe. Kindly help me in getting my refund.

                              Very disappointed by the service provided by you. despite of the stating the fact that the product which i had returned wasnt mishandled by me and also i couldnt have worn it as it was much larger, the product was reshipped to me and no refund was made. The brand tag was not there even when i had received it

                                I had ordered one Veranga kurta set from Myntra.com on October 17, 2020.

                                I neither got any call from agent nor received the product; just a text message that it's delivered on October 23, 2020.
                                I wrote multiple complaints to Myntra, I tried to reach out agent as well, but all in vain. Myntra customer care persons are giving me vague replies.

                                I seriously regretting paying online beforehand, had it cash on Delivery or post delivered payment, they would have some sense of responsibility.

                                    Incorrect/Fake product received

                                    I had ordered a Philips Trimmer for approx 3000 rupees from Myntra.
                                    On delivery the Philips trimmer and it’s accessories were missing but a trimmer from some local brand was delivered inside the Philips box.

                                    Even after lodging 5-6 complaints for the same and sharing an unboxing video of the product, Myntra claims that it had dispatched the product in a sealed and pristine condition and hence they have rejected the claim.

                                    Similarly for another order placed during the same sale in which I had ordered 6 Maybelline lipsticks and a highlighter, I received a “Here and Now jeans” instead of the lipsticks. Also there was no transparent packaging and myntra barcode provided with the jeans.
                                    On placing a complaint for this order, Myntra’s team again reverted by saying that they had provided the product in a sealed and pristine condition and again the complaint stands rejected.

                                      I ordered 2 products from myntra.com and i paid online for them,
                                      1. House of Pataudi Men Black Straight Fit Solid Churidar.
                                      2. Nike Unisex Navy Blue HAYWARD 2.0 Brand Logo Backpack.

                                      Now both the products were not delivered but their status is showing delivered. However one wrong product that is T-shirt of some poor brand were delivered.

                                      I am complaining myntra about the issue but they are hiding their face from the problem. They are not responding correctly.
