    I have ordered 'JBL T500BT Powerful Bass Wireless on-ear Headphones with Mic' on 12-Oct-2020 having order Id[protected]-2338401.
    We got it delivered on 15-Oct-2020.
    But we received wrong product, headphone is not same headphone which i have ordered. I have received some different headphones.

    It was very tough to reach out to them, when you will call customer care, they will ask you to send email, when you send email they say they are not accepting emails and asks you to reach out through 'Contact Us' through Myntra App. When yo will try to contact using 'Contact Us', it will always be like 'all our agents are busy'. (Please refer screenshots)
    After trying for hours somehow we managed to chat with an agent. They registered IN[protected].
    On this issue, they are always updating below message since last 6 days :
    'Dear Customer,
    This e-mail is with regards to your concern raised with us.We apologize for the inconvenience caused and delay in response. Please be assured that we are already looking into this & will get back to you within 48 hours.We value your association with Myntra and thank you for your support & cooperation.Regards
    Team Myntra'.

    They are trying to avoid giving updates or dosen't looks like they are bothered to look into the issue, so complaining here.

    Please help us from this FRAUD.

    We have notified Myntra multiple times, they opened issue and they keep on closing the request without any update or resolution.
    Pathetic experience, please help us @consumercomplaints.

      I placed a return of Gerua women brown and maroon striped kurta with trousers worth Rs. 1049 on the 12th of September. The return was picked up on the next day, i.e. 13th of September. However the refund has not been initiated till now and today is 21st of october. I have raised a complaint thrice with the website and they have assured me and asked me to wait but still the refund is not sanctioned.

        This is regarding my recent bad experience with myntra customer service for return of the product. They are asking me for the price tag missing on the shoes but i didnt got any price tag along with the shoes. Maybe the seller is lying. I got the ferraiolo shoes on 16th October and i placed the return request the next day on 17th. Then why would i remove the price tag if it had any. I just opened the box and found out that the shoes have wrinkle marks so i just placed a return request. But myntra customer service team keeps saying that shoes got a price tag. I already got a shoes on the same order and it also doesnt have any price tag. I didnt even touched the box after inspecting the shoes. So i think you are just making people fool by sending product without price tag and asking for it later.
        I am going to attach the images of the product, wrinkle marks can be clearly seen on the shoes and also all the stuffs like tax invoice even your myntra package is kept intact. So please look into this issue and if myntra is claiming of a price tag then they must give me proof that it was sent with it while shipping.

            I’m being charged on with 149 shipping charges on all the products which is really unfair. I have more than 5K now in myntra credits and I feel Myntra is taking advantage of that. The support guy was very rude while speaking and he said that because of more returns I’m being charged for all the products. (Disappointed)

            Myntra says “No questions asked on return” right then why is this being done??? Is this being justified??

            Either make it free shipping or let me withdraw my Myntra credit to bank account so I can stop using Myntra.

                I have received damaged and used Levis jacket from Myntra and now the delivery agent is putting the request on hold for the 3rd time because now he needs to pay for it and the customer care service is even worst just fooling you around, they cannot provide a solution. Now I have to think twice before ordering from Myntra. Worst service.

                  I ordered two items from Myntra . When I got them I decided to return one and replace another due to size issues . Both of them are paid .Now company messaged me to handover the returned items to the agent on given date . When agent came I handed him over both the items he didn't ask me to give him only that item that is returned by me . Now company is messaging me that I'll get my replaced product only when I'll provide them the replacement of it . Which I had done earlier . I don't have any product now and I'm not getting my paid product . I tried contacting the company from day to evening nobody is available . What should I do now . I'm a middle class person, I m very sad by this behaviour of the company.

                    I happened to cancel an order at Myntra on October 2nd. Its been 18 days and more than 10 business days and I still have not received my refund. I tried getting in touch with their customer care as well but nobody assisted me or reverted to my emails. Please help me get my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

                      I ordered a Kurti from Myntra for 2500 and it didn't match my expectations so I placed the return order right at the moment I recieved the product. But now they're notifying that the return for the product has been canceled as the product didn't pass the quality check, it is just not possible that any damage could have been caused from my saide as I placed the return right at the moment I recieved it.

                        I had ordered a dressberry product and due to size issues I had to return it on the same day, with all the tags due attached to it, in the same box and same cover.
                        Now on after a week later they are telling me that it didn't pass quality check for some reason like maybe it was used or didn't have tags attached to it, which is absolutely rubbish.How can I use a product within hours and return it and that too with tags attached to it?

                              We would like your help to resolve the issue.
                              We have ordered an item from Myntra, While Return this item due to poor quality issues it’s get always rejected with out getting call from courier service.

                              Informed the same to customer care for many times & didn’t get any much help from their side.

                              We used to get return accept mail after few days again got mail saying it’s rejected.

                              In that case they should clearly mention that no returns acceptable, but they mentioned 30 days return policy, Delivered poor quality products & reject for returns.

                              This is not fair policy.

                              I have ordered a pair of sneakers.My return request was rejected without no proper reason justifying it. First of all why the delivery boy collected it if there was anything inappropriate with the product ???
                              This is to inform you that the product has not been used from my end. I have returned as it is. The only reason i returned as the product image was not the same as it was displayed. I just got to know from the delivery boy that the quality analyst has found stains in the shoe but then it must have been from beforehand and i do not agree as Myntra claimed that the product has been sent after a successful quality check. Earlier i have received a top with lipstick mark on it and no tags hence it proves the level of quality check it carries.
                              This latest product was completely unused from my end and I can assure on that. Myntra stated on 12th dec they will reship my product but I haven't received it yet.
                              I am waiting for my product and I also want an action to be taken against this. I would like to demand refund against it. I have been with Myntra since long.This is not a fair policy. Its a complete harassment and fooling customers in the name of business. Attaching the picture of the image as i received.

                                The person who made the delivery was very rude while speaking on the phone as well as in person.He threw the product very rudely and went off. Even if social distancing is being followed he has no right to throw the product that way. There were many other people who place the parcel on the doorstep and left

                                  I ordered a Levis Shirt Which is not fitting for me which costs 2k .
                                  I sent it back but the order was rejected by saying that there is a perfume smell .but it is cheating and I won't agree to it because I checked for a couple of seconds and placed it on the same cover.
                                  i called customer support multiple times, you people also said that please collect the order and you people help further but when i called after taking the return from you the voice from your side is changed by saying it is not possible to take retur.

                                  Everything is recorded on mobile .I will take it to the consumer forum and I can go to any extent.

                                    I ordered a pair of shoe on 13/09/2020 which got delivered to me within week. After trying I didn't like the fit and decided to return the product, but when the courier guy came for pickup he refused it with a reason that their is no price tag on it. I tried explaining the same to him and multiple times to customer service executive that there was no such price tag available. Even the tiny piece of paper (tax invoice) is in the bag then how can I loose the price tag which is tied on the product but they are giving me a scripted statement every time we cannot take it back. I have asked them for a senior escalation to which they have raised multiple request but i never received a call back from any senior managmenet.

                                    I have been asking them proof on what basis they are giving a statement that price tag was there? is it the warehouse team or the supplier statement?
                                    They are not agreeing to even confirm on this.

                                    I request you to help me get a resolution on this as it has been going on now for more then a month.

                                      I bought a nike basketball shoes from Myntra and it got delivered on 18th September. I tried that shoe on 29th September and it was very tight in my ankle. So I placed a return. The product got picked up on 1st of October. Since then Myntra has been continuously harassing me. 1st they put my product on hold in quality check. Then reject the return after 5 days.. Then reshipped the product after 4 days from my nearest warehouse which is just 2 k.m distant from my address after my several calls. They still rejected my return request. Their customer care executives have been continuously harassing me. I've shared 10 to 12 photographs of the product with them only to prove that it's unused. Still they were harassing me with many excuses. I've sent them photographs of the product. I've sent them my fitness certificate as I was on bed due to severe road accident. Hence I tried that shoes after 10 days of its delivery. But they were just playing with me and harassing me. I've shown them proof that the shoes are unused, still they have been harassing me continuously. I want to take drastic steps against such fraudulent activities.

                                        Today in morning I purchased a shakumbhari kurta from Myntra, but I placed a return order instead since the quality of product was very bad. And today itself, a delivery guys came to pick up my product. Now I've received a message that my product has failed to pass the quality test and on contacting the customer care, they are telling me that the product was used. Now why on Earth would I use a product when it doesn't even fit me? And all the mrp tags are intact, I'm not going to go around the city wearing a dress that doesn't fit me and also has the mrp tags intact to it. This is sheer nuisance. I demand my refund and that too earliest as many more legal ways are also there .
