I ordered for a product from Myntra on 13th October 2020. The details mentioned as under

I received this order on 17th October 2020. I had to place a return order on the same date 17 October 2020 as there was a size issue and also the tag was not available on the product. The courier person came to collect the product and took it.However I got an email stating that the return has been rejected. I also lodged a complaint with Myntra on 17th October for which I was given a reference number. Without a revert, Myntra people today on 18th October 2020 sent me an email stating that my return order has been rejected and my item has been shipped back. What nonsense is this. This is not for the first time it has happened. For the last 4 months I have been facing such issues and I have raised multiple complaints to Myntra but it seems that these people dam care about things. Please help.

    Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased a product from your site(Myntra.com). I have received a different product on 11.10.20 vide Item code no. U1MJIL6919177. I have applied for return immediately after opening the product on 11.10.20.
    Delivery boy came to my house and picked up the product. After some some time, he came back again to my house and return the product to me and said that " your product is on hold and Call to customer care as the product seems different". I have immediately called to customer care and lodged the complaint vide compliant no. IN[protected]. Your executive assured me that the issue will be resolved by 14.10.20. Today is 14.10.20 but no response received from your side. I have tried to contant your customer care but could't make call as IVR msg was "please email to my complaint email Id".
    Sir, it's already too late to resolve my complaint. You are requested to resolve my issue and return the product and refund my money on urgent basis.

      I am Oishee, my order was picked up which was worth Rs 2749..I got an update from Myntra that my refund was successfully processed and I was suppose to get the refund by 16 th Oct .11 days have passed still it is not reflecting in my acc balance . Pls help me solve this issue. If they had actually paid it then where will the refund go? And why it is not reflecting in my balance

        On 18 of september, I ordered some clothes from Myntra worth INR 8000, out of which I got items worth INR 1471 within 2-3 days. The delivery date for rest of the items worth INR 6529 was 25 September but I didn't got anything. SO, I raised a complaint about the same. I tries to contact them, put mails, tweets but got no reply. Finally on 7th October, I got a text message from Myntra about my order which says that "Due to some internal issue you order got cancelled. We have initiated your refund of INR 6529 and it will reflect on 17 of October." My orders were prepaid and I paid them through flexypay for which I have to pay 1st EMI on tomorrow. Now 17 of October is almost passed and I got nothing. Today noon, I contact their customer executive. Firstly he told me that My payment gateway got error at the time of ordering that's why orders got cancelled. If this was the reason then why I got 3 items and why did they initiated the refund and why the load amount is still 8000 which is reflecting in my account. This clearly shows that their employees got no I formation no knowledge. Then I told him about this story and he assures me that I will be getting refund before midnight. Is it some kind of joke for Myntra. I want strict action against Myntra and also want my 6529 rupees back.

          I had ordered an item on myntra, I placed a return request for that item, item was picked up on 27th sep, that item failed quality check and it says product has been reshipped but I have not received any product or money what I paid for that product. Myntra 's customer service is also very bad. Bottom line i have neither the product nor money what I paid for that product.

            Money deducted twice

            Hi! I ordered a few lingerie on myntra yesterday worth ₹1178. My order is confirmed and fine but my money has been deducted twice. I paid through Googlepay and have all the statements from my bank and Gpay that my money was deducted twice.             The cause of action arose after I placed an order with Myntra in June of 2020, Order ID #[protected], on 21st June when the pickup for scheduled.

            The order contained three products.
            1. H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS) - 1499/-
            2. H&M, Women Grey Double-Layered Running Short (Size 25) - 1499/-
            3. Allen Solly, Women White Slip-On Sneakers (Size 5) - 1624/-

            However, due to a misunderstanding, the order was placed to my old temporary residence addresses from where I had shifted back due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

            Allen Solly, Women White Slip-On Sneakers (Size 5), was soon cancelled and the refund was generated.

            However, H&M's two products were processed and thus could not be returned thereafter and not cancelled.

            The order was paid was a paid order.

            My concern starts from when the product was delivered by the delivery guy without contacting me to the guard of my temporary apartment building.

            It is of importance to know that the two H&M products were delivered on the same day and in a same packet.

            Soon after knowing that the products were delivered, I initiated the return request. However, the pickup for the two products were scheduled for different days.

            Because the product was delivered to the guard, he did not open the package. And when the delivery guy came, he offered the same single packed that he possessed. The delivery guy without checking what's inside it, took the entire package, containing two products against one return. Again, it was the duty of the Myntra delivery guy to check the product before returning.

            This came to my knowledge when the date for second product return (H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS)) came and there was no product to return as both were given back to Myntra in the same previous package.

            Thus, products worth 2998 were returned against which I received only 1499 for H&M, Women Grey Double-Layered Running Short (Size 25). Since then, I have contacted Myntra multiple times, sharing my concern. However, every time they insisted on contacting me back with some details but they never did.

            I am tired of requesting them to look into my concern as they are unhelpful as it can get.

            Currently, the status on my "H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS)" says 'Return Rejected because quality check failed'. This is utterly untrue as the product was not even opened nevertheless worn and tested to hinder with the quality requirement.

            I have filed this complained to get my 1499/- Rs. against H&M, Women Black Seamless Sports Bralette (Size XS), which I rightly deserve.

            Please assist me by making Myntra initiate the same against my order.

              So as i ordered my product from myntra the order didn't not get placed but the transaction happened. So the amount ₹2138 got deducted without any orders . I contacted my bank and myntra various time but my money didn't back . it's 3 month now

                I purchased Pepe Jeans shorts and they were delivered to me on 8th Oct 2020 with rest of the order. I want to return them as the quality is poor and customer executive says since I have claimed the insider points, I cannot return it.
                First of all I did not claim it knowingly as I did not claim for the rest of the products in the order.
                Secondly if a customer does claim the insider points by mistake, Myntra should allow them to return the product. Insider points should not be used as an excuse or a cheap marketing trick to prevent consumers for returning the order.
                Thirdly customer relations should matter to Myntra and not the insider points.

                  I had ordered a Catwalk Blue Wedges and Jove Navy Blue heels product on myntra. Catwalk blues wedges product delivered is different than what I had originally ordered. Also Jove Navy Blue heels product is old product i received. Now, when I have filed a complaint on myntra for this and asked for the replacement, then they are saying that we have sent you correct product and we won't be able to help you with the replacement or refund.

                    I ordered 4 product from myntra on 11.10.2020 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled for 5 days in a row. No update has been provided by the courier service. This is so frustrating. Please i need them before 20 October. AWB numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] and tracking screenshots are below. And asking about this to ecom express they replied that the order has not yet handed over to them by myntra.com. please look into this matter as quickly as possible.

                      The product is defective and have small holes on the shoulders.. I had call many times on customers care no. But I didn't get any response I am very disappointed I thought mntra is best app for online shopping but no it's is not best

SBI confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no: IGAJQHCQD8. if ref no. has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. i want my money back.                             I have added an amount of Rs. 2000 to Myntra account with Mobile Number [protected] and Name Shreyas. After adding an amount of Rs. 2000, Myntra.com locked account with number [protected] from logging in/accessing. Because of which I am unable to utilise my money from last 10 days.
                            I feel Myntra.com is doing a big scam by collecting public money and refusing them to access by locking their account.

                              I didn't receive my product with a price tag and that was not of my size so wanted to exchange it. But the exchange was rejected due to no price tag. That is your fault. This was our first purchase and we are very sad abt this. I want to exchange the product

                                  I received an order on the 2nd of October, for which I kept a return pickup request the same day due to size issues. A day after this, I got a message mentioning that 'your return request failed quality check' without any one coming and checking the item's quality. I raised a complaint with their customer care, they assured that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. I then received a call from the pickup service asking my location and after I told my address, he said he can come only the next day. The pickup date was then abruptly extended till the 14th of October. I had mentioned that I am in need of the refund amount and requested to make it soon. The next day I could see that the return pickup date was extended to the 19th of October. I again raised a complaint to the customer service, post which I received a call from pickup guy telling that he would pick it up that day. The next day morning(i.e today), I woke up to see a message that 'Your return request was declined' and no reasons mentioned. This is very frustrating and such an ill mannered response. I called the customer care and they assured a call back from their senior executive, but no one has reached out to me so far.

                                    I received an used and horrible looking jeans, so that day itself, I immediately requested Myntra to return the product. First of all, a month passed and no one came for pick up (even after continuous follow ups), then they picked up the jeans after 1 and half months from delivery date. Next to that, they accused me saying, I used the product and said they won't refund. The tags were untacked. Still, they are refusing to refund. Please help, I don't wanna let myntra take my money and scam the ### out of me.

                                      I purchased a Roadstar men solid Bomber from Myntra. When I received product, it doesn't fit well and color is also not same as per advertised. I placed a return request and delivery came for pick up on 7th Oct. As per him, the price at which I purchased product is different from the price tag, so I need customer care pre approval for pick up. I talked to customer care and provided all details as required. Now they are saying that pick up can be done and you have keep your product.

                                      There is no fault of consumer then why he has to suffer.
