My order no :- 1154923 [protected]
I have ordered a Louis philippe denim jacket black, I received my jacket on 25/10/2020.
I open my parcel in evening and jacket colour look faded. Its look like old piece. And then in evening 25/10/2020 I request for return.
And then on morning 26/10/2020 they come to pickup my order. And at 2 pm I received a message.
Return On Hold: Your return request for Louis Philippe Jeans Jackets has been put on-hold as it did not pass our quality check.
And contact our coustmer care.
I request to call back.
I need my refund back.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have return this jacket to myntra due to only quality issue.
And They return my product as its does not pass the quality check.
So why there is return option.
Plzz help me
And myntra give my money back.

    It has been a month since I've placed the request for return of the product as they have delivered the wrong product.
    They had delivered the different product of the same brand.
    Initially I had raised a request for an exchange but their delivery guy came at my house and said I have to raise a return request. Since then I've called them 6-7 times. The last time when I called them they told me exchange is approved from their side and I will get my product.
    Till now I am waiting.
    And on their website it is showing refund processed.

    Every time I called them they give me new deadline when my query will resolve.

    They haven't done it till yet. I talked with their delivery partner he said he has got the confirmation from Myntra but they have misplaced the parcel. See how lame is their service

        I had a wrong perception about Myntra.
        I had ordered a Catwalk Wedges Sandle. When it got delivered on 23.10.2020, the pair was of different size. One was of 38 and other was of 39. I immediately filed the return and the next day i.e. 24.10.2020 it was picked up. Later on the same day I got the message that the product failed in quality check.
        I dont know why it got failed.
        1st they could not deliver a right pair and secondly they failed the return in quality check.

            I have ordered a product on 2nd October 2020 from your website. I just tried the size once and as it was not fit to me I have raise a return for the same. The product has been rejected by the quality checking team on 10th October 2020 and reshipped to me. The issue of rejection mentioned by them was that the product was used which was disappointingly unprofessional behaviour as it was only tried once which is allowed. As the product was rejected I called the customer service and raised an issue about the wrong return rejected of the product and ask them to raise the return request again. They told me to wait for 5 working days to pickup the return. After 5 days I again called the customer service and told them that the product has not been picked up yet please provide the pickup service as early as possible as I have to go to to my native place for Diwali Celebration and I will not able to be available for next 2 months on the pickup address. I called the customer service again and again everyday but any proper action has not been taken by them even after knowing the sensitive condition I am having with time. Now it has been nearly two weeks from the rejected date but the product is not picked up from me.The product details are below

              I ordered a Saree from Myntra. The item had a brand and price tag on the plastic covering bag but not directly on the saree. Now when returning the item, the return wasnt accepted stating that the saree isnt having a price tag. This is sheer cheeting

                I have order 10+ items during big billion days sale from myntra on 16-21 oct, 2020 and the delivery was expected on 26 Nov. The order has reached the nearest warehouse itself, Delivery has delivered four items rest item was expected to deliver in coming days. On 23rd Nov, midnight, i have received a message, that due to some internal issues the order was cancelled. When i called the customer care, they told that the product was lost. They said to order the product again but on higher price. They are not providing any compensation and not any solution. Is this my fault paying the amount in advance and not receiving items.I could see from the tracking details that the order has reached the nearest warehouse and it was taken back by myntra. Also i could clearly see in the myntra site that the product is still available but not at the previous discount price but at a higher price. Please provide my product as it is still available.how my jeans, shirt, shoes, suit get lost in one go?these all are from different seller.

                  I have raised a complaint on Myntra app for receiving a wrong product (a black half men's jacket of G-Star brand instead of a women's red coat of Mango brand) on 6th Oct 2020. The amount is more than INR 5000. I placed the return request on the same same day I received the product. However, the pickup got rejected saying "failed in quality check". I have been in touch with the customer care and they keep declining the return request and reopening the case after call backs. This is not fair and sheer loot on myntra's part. I am seeking help to look into other forums I could raise the issue on - probably consumer forum of India. Why should customer have to pay for a wrong product

                    I placed an order of 4 items(prepaid) on 16.10.2020. 3 item i have received out of which 2 are wrong items. I raised a return request but the pickup executive was not willing to accept the return due to mismatch with ordered item. I called myntra customer care and they told once the pickup executive will update the return request they will look forward in this issue. But i have doubt will i get my refund or the order that i had placed. The product i received is of no use for me and i don't want to keep it. Tell me what to do now. This is not acceptable from myntra.

                      I bought Nike Shoes from their site on 18 Sep, 2020.The product already had a yellow spot on it. I wanted the return the product but when their pickup agent came, he told me that the product was stained and that I need a "self-approval" from their customer support before returning the product. And then he put the return request on hold and status of the product was updated as "Stained". Now, they are not responding to my queries properly. They are trying to decline my return request. Please help me. I am attaching the photo of the product.

                        I was making a payment from the myntra app itself on june 26, October 22 2020 and I was making the payment through net-banking of rs 816 and 854 respectively. At first I made a payment on June with Phonepe UPI in which myntra customer service was asking saying that they haven't recieved any money and same was for the phonepe service and then on October 23 I made a payment from SBI net banking the money was debited but no order was placed and still myntra service centres are saying that they havent received the money yet. Its total around rs 1770 debited from my account but not yet received neither by myntra services nor by me.

                            My name is Md Faizan I have ordered police watch on myntra.com as I received the product with bad packaging and I think somebody already returned that product same product they have re-issued to me. When I have returned the product the delivery boy seen the watch and took away with him by accepting the product now myntra is saying the quality check is failed and kept my amount on hold ₹6371.                               It's showing 23rd of October but I didn't get my package and before some days I called your customer care number but they said that I'll get my package by 23rd.It was very urgent to get my dress because it was for Durga puja occasion, I am very hopeless for my order, This is not expectable from your side.I will never purchase from your site.

                                  For Refunded product, selected amount to credit to Myntra Credit instead of amount refund to bank, but that amount got expired and not returned to my bank account...

                                    I ordered a denim skirt but I did not like the product so I returned it now they are saying that product is damaged. I have not noticed any damage that time don’t know why they are calling it damaged. Either I missed to notice the damage when I received or delivery person has damaged it later after return. They say there is huge sale then they grab money like this by delivering damaged product.

                                      I just wonder why do Myntra still exist after receiving so many Fraud related complaints. Myntra should be ashamed to be having SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                                      1) FRAUD with one of my order, i ordered Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette - Blush 9g" with order # 115344931182719143401. As soon as i received the order i notice the PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED ON SEP 2019, and i received the product on 02 Oct 2020.. I RECCEIVED 1 YEAR OLD PRODUCT.

                                      I have raised 4 complaints on this, EXPERIENCED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK even the escalation team speaks so bad . And all the four times i received below reply saying " so what if it is one year old, it’s not EXPIRED SO YOU CAN USE IT, I Was seriously shocked.

                                      they deliver me 1 year old product that we directly use on skin and when escalated get the below reply.

                                      “This e-mail is in regard to the "Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette - Blush 9g" pertaining to your order # 115344931182719143401.

                                      As per record, a complaint was already registered regarding this and I regret to inform you that we can not accommodate your request as the product which is been delivered has MFD of 2019, which is not expired and it can be used before 2022.

                                      Hence, we will be unable to accept return/exchange and the decision stands final”

                                      2) And I have raised 4 complaints stating ask the Delivery person to call and then come to my door step, still, post the 4th complaint the delivery person stands at my gate SCREAMING MY name, He dint even add sir nor Madam", but just my NAME, And one of my order got delivered without even notifying me.

                                      WILL ANY action be taken against Myntra???????????? Or will they continue CHEATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS????????????

                                        I had ordered a jacket from myntra and received a wrong product. I have received a pair of jeans instead of the jacket. Now the mail and contact services are unavailable. The man who had come to pick the exchange says he needs a pre approval from the company.
