MYNTRA NO.1 FRAUD COMPANY. PETHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I just wonder why do Myntra still exist after receiving so many Fraud related complaints. Myntra should be ashamed to be having SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
1) FRAUD with one of my order, i ordered Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette - Blush 9g" with order # 115344931182719143401. As soon as i received the order i notice the PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED ON SEP 2019, and i received the product on 02 Oct 2020.. I RECCEIVED 1 YEAR OLD PRODUCT.
I have raised 4 complaints on this, EXPERIENCED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK even the escalation team speaks so bad . And all the four times i received below reply saying " so what if it is one year old, it’s not EXPIRED SO YOU CAN USE IT, I Was seriously shocked.
they deliver me 1 year old product that we directly use on skin and when escalated get the below reply.
“This e-mail is in regard to the "Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette - Blush 9g" pertaining to your order # 115344931182719143401.
As per record, a complaint was already registered regarding this and I regret to inform you that we can not accommodate your request as the product which is been delivered has MFD of 2019, which is not expired and it can be used before 2022.
Hence, we will be unable to accept return/exchange and the decision stands final”
2) And I have raised 4 complaints stating ask the Delivery person to call and then come to my door step, still, post the 4th complaint the delivery person stands at my gate SCREAMING MY name, He dint even add sir nor Madam", but just my NAME, And one of my order got delivered without even notifying me.
WILL ANY action be taken against Myntra???????????? Or will they continue CHEATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS????????????
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And They return my product as its does not pass the quality check.
So why there is return option.
Plzz help me
And myntra give my money back.
