    I ordered a kurta on 29th September 2020 on Myntra but received wrong product and design. I immediately created a return request but they denied to pick it up saying it does not match the product they want to pick up so I filed a complaint on Myntra website but instead of resolving the issue they are saying to wait for 24 hrs from 2 weeks so they can solve the problem and give my money back. It is a mistake from there side but still they are being so unprofessional and not picking the product and giving my money back.

      Ordered A Nitara Earings Which Was Delivered On 20th Sept. I Try To Pay It By Gpay But At That Ppoint Of Time It Was Not Working So I Paid COD. After 10 Minutes Money Was Deducted From The Gpay To Myntra. Asked Customer Care Many Times But Every Time They Were Asking For Receipt And Bank Statement. I Have Given Them The Same What They Were Asking. Still Money Was Not Refunded.

        When i got the product i found it defective and after an hour only i applied for exchange and in that they gave me the reason of product being defective or wrong which proves that they has the facility of exchange even for damaged product but when i called on cc they said that defective piece cant be exchanged but inspite of that they accepted my request of exchange on one hand and without my permission initiated the refund process and when the delivery boy came to exchange the product he said that he did not got any information about it and asked me to call cc again .
        this is clearly being very unethical of them and also neither i got exchange my product nor di i got my fund but still they sent me a message that my query has been resolved.
        I haven't seen such kind o[censored]nethical business practice on online -platform which is made for our convenience and so that we can buy products of our choice but sseing myntra's policy i can see neither it provides me convenience nor allows me to buy products of my choice
        i must say i am highly diappointed by MYNTRA this time. you guys really need to very fair and ethical regarding your practices.

          I ordered a watch which was delivered on 1/10/20. It was a wrong product and writhing one hour I have placed a return request. I was told by 6/10/20 someone would pick up my product. It is now 12/10/20 and the Myntra people keep saying to give them 24 hours more everyday and now my money is blocked.

            I had an amount of Rs 660.41 in myntra credit. I got a mail from them saying this amount will be there till Jan 2021. Now they have debited my account and it shows zero. After numerous mails and communication these people are not refunding my money. I have provided them the bank details. Still they are refusing to credit my refund amount into my bank account.I want to file a case against them. Please look into this. They are cheating innocent customers like me. They are doing unethical business.

              An order of "BLACK TEXTURED SLING BAG" - "LYCHEE BAGS" was made on with the following details :

              PLaced on : -13th September 2020
              Order No.[protected]-0546601
              Payment Mode - UPI.

              The product that we had recieved was a MULTICOLORED FLORAL BAG instead of the Black bag we had ordered.

              The multicolored floral bag we had recieved was missing brand tags and other items even though the packaging seemed to be sealed.

              On placing the return request for the wrong order delivered to us. The Myntra.com team has tactfully declined our request for the same by telling us to wait for 24hours everytime we raise the complaint. This has been on going for almost a month now.

              We request to kindly initiate the return process and issue our refund.

                We received a damaged product. We requested return on the same day the product delivered, they said that a man will come and pick up the product and u will get your refund. The man came and took photo of the product and went. They said that wait. We waited for more than 7days, after that they said your return request has been rejected. We were very disappointed because this was our first order with mynta.

                  My complain number is IN[protected]

                  I am a regular customer of Myntra. I ordered a product from Myntra.com, I put the return request of the product.
                  My first return request was reattempted 2 times. Pickup boy already picked up my product but after some time I got text message that my return request is declined.
                  I also talk with Myntra customer care. he registered my complain and say that in 24 hours you get a call from our senior. But there is no call and no issue solution on that issue.
                  days I again talk with Myntra customer care. But same thing happened with me in the next day. still there is no solution of my issue.
                  I again talk with Myntra customer care. He also registered my complain. After westing of my golden time and effort, still there is no solution.
                  I am shocked with Myntra. Myntra is playing with peoples by Such a cheap service.
                  I want to solve my issue and refund as soon as possible.

                      I was the new user on mantra having id with registered phone number [protected] and I placed the order of watch on 6th october 2020 via order number[protected]-1691001. The watch was delivered to me with missing part with which time is set. I immediately put the return request within 5 minutes of delievery by taking pics .I called everyday continiously regarding the matter. But finally the return was rejefcted by saying that product was packed ok from seller.
                      the issue is that there is no value of time of customer and myntra is believing only seller side. and accoding to them customer is telling lie and wasting his valuable time with customer care.This is cheating from myntra as i am new user and it was my first order. i am really harrashed.

                        Hi, i had purchased a fastrack analogue watch from myntra.com on 29.9.2020. It was worth ₹2835/-. I did not like it because of size problem. Nd i did not notice at that time that it was also not working. I issued a return request and mentioned size problem in it. But next day, when the agent came to pick it up, he mentioned quality check failed and put that return on hold as it was not working. No mail was answered. After a call request to customer care, myntra first of all misguided me to exchange it from titan and gave me their customer care number. But titan said it will be returned by seller only..
                        Then in next call, they said that your claim to return can not be accomodated as the product was sent in proper condition...
                        But it was not working earlier also... Now, acc. To them, issue is resolved and return on hold. No further action is being done.. Please help!

                            HRX shoes are worst within few days it started detaching from sole... myntra have 30days return policy no it... just by wearing 3-4 times the sole starting removing out...
                            Now this shoes are just show piece for me...
                            WORST BRAND HRX...
                            I will show the images...

                              I had ordered two same products but of different colour of dressberry and one more product of HRX . The quality and size of HRX product wasn't upto the mark . As for the dressberry product, the size was small so I didn't even open the second product because I knew it wouldn't fit as well . I requested for the return for all these products. The tags were in tact and the product was unused . Infact the dressberry product (a pair of bra in one box ) was attached with a single tag, so there was no way I could've used it without removing the tags. The pick up was due 26th sep but it wasn't picked up first . I had to request for a return again and finally the product was picked up. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                              I called up the customer care and they kept telling me that they'll generate a complaint regarding the same and re investigate the matter . After few days I saw the complaint was closed without providing any solution and now the products have been reshipped back to my house. I went on to call the customer care again and they asked me to open the product and give them the article number and some barcode number and told me that they'll re investigate the matter but they never filled a complaint in my name and gave false assurance.
                              Also the box that I didn't even open earlier
                              when I first received the products, is in a poor condition when it was re shipped .
                              Now how is it possible for me to wear two clothes at once ? And how can a product fail quality check which wasn't even opened. What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. I do not understand what do they expect from me and why I should be paying for a product I don't want . I state it again - the products were returned in the very same condition they were received by me. I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund. It almost feels like they are doing this just so that they don't have to initiate the refund.
                              I've been calling the customer care and sometimes they just listen to my problem and then keep me on hold for eternity and cut the call later or they've been giving me false assurance that they'll file a complaint from my side but later they didn't . My money is stuck with these people and it's completely unacceptable

                              Myntra has shamelessly refused to give me the refund of my HRX product and falsely claiming that the product was used. I returned that product as it was delivered to me in the very same condition.While returning the product I explicitly mentioned in the " reason of return " that it seemed used and the quality and fit was poor as well.I want my refund back .
                              After I posted my complaint here, within a month's time refund if two dressberry products was initiated but till this date I've been complaining about the refund of HRX product which was unused and still Myntra isn't resolving this issue and giving me the refund of that item. Moreover any concern or issue I've raised is being Mysteriously removed by Myntra from the timeline. I request the authorities to look into it and please give me my refund back . It's high time now. Also the products were reshipped to me as I said earlier and they can be picked up from my home anytime they want . They are still unused and kept in the initial packing.

                                I ordered a watch on 3 oct and on 6 Oct I received the package without the watch.
                                I immediately submitted a complaint with them however without proper investigation they have denied my claim. I need to know what investigation have they done. They are thiefs they have my money as well as the item. They do not value their customers.. I need my refund.. also wanted to know how do they overcome the situation in future.. Myntra is fraud..

                                  I have ordered a Nike shoe from myntra of rs 3200 on 4th October and it is expected to be deliver by 8th Oct. But its still showing me in the same initial status and even it is not shipped or packed. I reach out to myntra but their customer executive told me we required 5 business days to get update of the status or if you can't wait then cancel the order. I ask them give me the delivery date or let me know if you are able to provide me the order shoes or not but they didn't give me any answer.

                                  This is really a pathetic service and rude behaviour of their customer executives. Your money is stucked with them and they are not provided you the details about your order or any status.

                                    3-4 days ago, I purchased a Dressberry dress from Myntra, the product did not fit me well so I placed an exchange order but since the expected delivery date for the product was later this month and I wouldn't be at home to receive the product due to Durga Puja, I cancelled the exchange order today and placed a return order instead. And today itself, a delivery guys came to pick up my product. Now I've received a message that my product has failed to pass the quality test and on contacting the customer care, they are telling me that the product was used. Now why on Earth would I use a product when it doesn't even fit me? And all the mrp tags are intact, I'm not going to go around the city wearing a dress that doesn't fit me and also has the mrp tags intact to it. This is sheer nuisance. I demand my refund.

                                      I ordered a jumper on 5th oct from myntra and it was delivered on 7th October. The very same day I tried it and realised the material was very itchy. So placed the return on the very same day without removing any tags . On 7th the pickup was done and the delivery guy verified that all the tags were intact. Still I get the status of order as 'color is not mentioned on the tag' . Well thats how the brand put the tag. What kind of a reason is that to not process the return. They have no proper methods to verify the before after condition of the product. Upon calling the customer service they keep telling me that the tags are not missing. I even double-checked with the agent who picked up and he also confirmed that while picking up the tags were intact.

                                        Good Evening
                                        After a lot of calling, talking and mail exchange with Myntra I am saddened and writing this here.
                                        I had ordered for a pair of shoes from Myntra. The shoes cost me 1996/-
                                        Order ID # 1152137 [protected].
                                        I received the shoes Mid Sep 2020 and since then I am struggling with the exchange.

                                        I had an issue with the size so I raised return request. However, when the agent came for return collection he stated that there are some spots on the shoe and that he cannot take it back. He requested me to raise this matter to the Customer Support. So I did. Post explaining the issue and also sending the photographs the Cust Support is not agreeing to the request I made and one of the agents uploaded the issue as Product Tag missing. So instead of dealing with the size and defect the whole matter resolved around Tag missing. I then again sent all photographs and close up shots of all tags it came with. I have stated time and again that the SHOES CAME WITH THE SPOTS AND THE TAGS IT CAME WITH ARE STILL INTACT. I have raised close to four complaints and exchanged more than 10-12 messages and spoken to 4-5 Cust Care Executives, but all in vain.

                                        Please help me solve this issue.
                                        As I have had a really horrible experience I would like to state that I would probably bot be associated with Myntra for my future purchases. However, I cannot let my hard earned money go waste. I would either request a RETURN or REFUND.
                                        PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

                                        The Myntra has closed the case stating that the ISSUE IS RESOLVED without addressing it properly. I have reopened the issues again and again.
