3-4 days ago, I purchased a Dressberry dress from Myntra, the product did not fit me well so I placed an exchange order but since the expected delivery date for the product was later this month and I wouldn't be at home to receive the product due to Durga Puja, I cancelled the exchange order today and placed a return order instead. And today itself, a delivery guys came to pick up my product. Now I've received a message that my product has failed to pass the quality test and on contacting the customer care, they are telling me that the product was used. Now why on Earth would I use a product when it doesn't even fit me? And all the mrp tags are intact, I'm not going to go around the city wearing a dress that doesn't fit me and also has the mrp tags intact to it. This is sheer nuisance. I demand my refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved They declined the return request and I received an email saying that they will reship my order and the next day itself they reshipped my order.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
