I had ordered two same products but of different colour of dressberry and one more product of HRX . The quality and size of HRX product wasn't upto the mark . As for the dressberry product, the size was small so I didn't even open the second product because I knew it wouldn't fit as well . I requested for the return for all these products. The tags were in tact and the product was unused . Infact the dressberry product (a pair of bra in one box ) was attached with a single tag, so there was no way I could've used it without removing the tags. The pick up was due 26th sep but it wasn't picked up first . I had to request for a return again and finally the product was picked up. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they kept telling me that they'll generate a complaint regarding the same and re investigate the matter . After few days I saw the complaint was closed without providing any solution and now the products have been reshipped back to my house. I went on to call the customer care again and they asked me to open the product and give them the article number and some barcode number and told me that they'll re investigate the matter but they never filled a complaint in my name and gave false assurance.
Also the box that I didn't even open earlier
when I first received the products, is in a poor condition when it was re shipped .
Now how is it possible for me to wear two clothes at once ? And how can a product fail quality check which wasn't even opened. What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. I do not understand what do they expect from me and why I should be paying for a product I don't want . I state it again - the products were returned in the very same condition they were received by me. I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund. It almost feels like they are doing this just so that they don't have to initiate the refund.
I've been calling the customer care and sometimes they just listen to my problem and then keep me on hold for eternity and cut the call later or they've been giving me false assurance that they'll file a complaint from my side but later they didn't . My money is stuck with these people and it's completely unacceptable

Myntra has shamelessly refused to give me the refund of my HRX product and falsely claiming that the product was used. I returned that product as it was delivered to me in the very same condition.While returning the product I explicitly mentioned in the " reason of return " that it seemed used and the quality and fit was poor as well.I want my refund back .
After I posted my complaint here, within a month's time refund if two dressberry products was initiated but till this date I've been complaining about the refund of HRX product which was unused and still Myntra isn't resolving this issue and giving me the refund of that item. Moreover any concern or issue I've raised is being Mysteriously removed by Myntra from the timeline. I request the authorities to look into it and please give me my refund back . It's high time now. Also the products were reshipped to me as I said earlier and they can be picked up from my home anytime they want . They are still unused and kept in the initial packing.

    I ordered a watch on 3 oct and on 6 Oct I received the package without the watch.
    I immediately submitted a complaint with them however without proper investigation they have denied my claim. I need to know what investigation have they done. They are thiefs they have my money as well as the item. They do not value their customers.. I need my refund.. also wanted to know how do they overcome the situation in future.. Myntra is fraud..

      I have ordered a Nike shoe from myntra of rs 3200 on 4th October and it is expected to be deliver by 8th Oct. But its still showing me in the same initial status and even it is not shipped or packed. I reach out to myntra but their customer executive told me we required 5 business days to get update of the status or if you can't wait then cancel the order. I ask them give me the delivery date or let me know if you are able to provide me the order shoes or not but they didn't give me any answer.

      This is really a pathetic service and rude behaviour of their customer executives. Your money is stucked with them and they are not provided you the details about your order or any status.

        3-4 days ago, I purchased a Dressberry dress from Myntra, the product did not fit me well so I placed an exchange order but since the expected delivery date for the product was later this month and I wouldn't be at home to receive the product due to Durga Puja, I cancelled the exchange order today and placed a return order instead. And today itself, a delivery guys came to pick up my product. Now I've received a message that my product has failed to pass the quality test and on contacting the customer care, they are telling me that the product was used. Now why on Earth would I use a product when it doesn't even fit me? And all the mrp tags are intact, I'm not going to go around the city wearing a dress that doesn't fit me and also has the mrp tags intact to it. This is sheer nuisance. I demand my refund.

          I ordered a jumper on 5th oct from myntra and it was delivered on 7th October. The very same day I tried it and realised the material was very itchy. So placed the return on the very same day without removing any tags . On 7th the pickup was done and the delivery guy verified that all the tags were intact. Still I get the status of order as 'color is not mentioned on the tag' . Well thats how the brand put the tag. What kind of a reason is that to not process the return. They have no proper methods to verify the before after condition of the product. Upon calling the customer service they keep telling me that the tags are not missing. I even double-checked with the agent who picked up and he also confirmed that while picking up the tags were intact.

            Good Evening
            After a lot of calling, talking and mail exchange with Myntra I am saddened and writing this here.
            I had ordered for a pair of shoes from Myntra. The shoes cost me 1996/-
            Order ID # 1152137 [protected].
            I received the shoes Mid Sep 2020 and since then I am struggling with the exchange.

            I had an issue with the size so I raised return request. However, when the agent came for return collection he stated that there are some spots on the shoe and that he cannot take it back. He requested me to raise this matter to the Customer Support. So I did. Post explaining the issue and also sending the photographs the Cust Support is not agreeing to the request I made and one of the agents uploaded the issue as Product Tag missing. So instead of dealing with the size and defect the whole matter resolved around Tag missing. I then again sent all photographs and close up shots of all tags it came with. I have stated time and again that the SHOES CAME WITH THE SPOTS AND THE TAGS IT CAME WITH ARE STILL INTACT. I have raised close to four complaints and exchanged more than 10-12 messages and spoken to 4-5 Cust Care Executives, but all in vain.

            Please help me solve this issue.
            As I have had a really horrible experience I would like to state that I would probably bot be associated with Myntra for my future purchases. However, I cannot let my hard earned money go waste. I would either request a RETURN or REFUND.
            PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

            The Myntra has closed the case stating that the ISSUE IS RESOLVED without addressing it properly. I have reopened the issues again and again.

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                I placed 4 orders on myntra and received wrong products. I have been trying to reach their customer care since 28th september; and they have been stalling since then by saying wait for 24 hours everyday. Now it's been 10 days since they are not resolving the problem nor giving the refund.

                  Dear team,

                  I have purchased woodland sandals from myntra having discounted price rs. 1771.00. When i have checked the product i felt the size is large. For this reason i have raised a request for exchange on dated 05.10.2020 and delivery guys attempted to take on 07.10.2020 but he denied to come to my delivered address so that we had a small argument with delivery guy that why you can't able to come to delivery address. Due to that reason he make a false quality check and reported me that sandals is having stain in ground side & mytra update status is reason for not taking goods is damaged& i will not take this product as return, you can talk to customer care. Really there is no damaged & stain which i found on woodland sandals. When i talked to customer care on 08.10.2020 i did not get adequate information regarding quality check. When i told them that i will go for comsumer complaints, they ask me to go for where ever you want. I have acknowledged to customer care through calls and through tickets that i will not be available on delivered address from 10.10.2020. They are doing customer harassment.

                  Note: i am a loyal customer of myntra.

                  Kindly do the needful so that other customers will not face the same issues in future.

                      I ordered a top from myntra on 21st sept.. The product was delivered to me on 26th sept.. I tried it and found the size was too large for me.. I checked for exchange but the size which i wished for was out of stock.. I checked for a few days.. But then i put a return request on 4th oct.. The return was picked up on 5th oct.. But today i, e on 7th oct a message came saying that the return is on hold as it didn't pass the quality check and the tag is missing.. How is it possible i have just opened the product once and even the man who came for return pickup didn't object.. How come the reason given is justifiable? I just want my refund.. I am worried whether my refund will be made or not?

                            I ordered a Crocodile brand t-shirt from Myntra. It was blue coloured polo neck t-shirt with short sleeves however, I received a different t-shirt of the same brand which costs less than what I had paid for. I have been making constant complaints for over a month and shared the images with how the product delivered is different than what I had ordered. Despite all the evidence of incorrect delivery, they are adamant that they have delivered the right product and refuse to refund the money and initiate the return process.

                                Hello Guys,
                                I am a old customer of myntra and lately I have been facing a lot of issues with them. I received a delivery of an item today. It is a pair of dressberry sandals and requested a return of the item today itself as I was not happy with the item. I was notified by myntra that the item will be collected today and I was waiting for it to be collected. At 4:17 pm I received a missed call from the delivery executive (I have a screenshot to prove) and soon after that I received a message which says my item failed the quality check and hence it cannot be returned now. I contacted myntra customer services soon and the lady on the phone gave me a mobile number which belongs to the pick up agent. The number provided was [protected]. I tried calling the number with my other mobile while keeping the customer care lady on the call and she heard that my call went unanswered. I tried ringing again and it didn't help. In the meantime the customer care lady constantly asked me about the quality check of the item I wanted to return. I was tired to telling the same english statement to her "The pick up guy did not come to my house to even look at the item". I tried calling the pickup guy about 50 times with both my numbers and he never answered and even blocked both my numbers from his phone and then switched off his phone at around 5:10 pm. I even tried to ring the desk number which myntra provides in their sms which is [protected]. The number kept ringing and nobody answered. I rang this number a minimum of 20 times from both my numbers. I called customer service again and the lady there informed me she can't connect me to her manager at all, all she could do is arrange for a call back from the escalation team and I had to agree to that as she didn't have any other option. The main reason why this is making me so furious is because the same story was repeated last month with a pair of sneakers. I wanted to return a pair of sneakers and I raised the return request the very next day after delivery. The pickup agent came to collect the item and as I was in a office meeting(wfm) my father took the shoe box downstairs and handed it over to the agent. The agent checked the price tag and the item properly before putting it inside his bag and then asked my papa to get my phone because he wanted to check if there is any feedback sms sent to me and he would like to get full rating for the same. My father informed him that the phone was with me upstairs and we will take care of feedback and it is not his concern. Later that day I was informed that the item did not pass quality check and because of that it will be shipped back to me. My question is, if the item did not have a price tag or was used wouldn't that be noticed by the pick up agent himself?! Or did the price tag go missing after the agent picked up the item and mainly because he didn't get to check my phone for his feedback message? I am so furious and frustrated with this service and specially with this pick up man which I suppose is the same person. My hope is that consumer complaints will take care of it and help us consumers fight against these companies and the agents they hire. Thank you team in advance.

                                I spoke to 4 customer care executives and finally my item was picked up today but I still did not receive a call back from a manager as I was promised. The same pick up agent came to collect the item who caused the issue both the time. His name is Sourav Das, contact number : [protected]. When I asked him why hadn't he come the previous day he replied to me "shut up or I will make sure you don't get refund for this as well". I clicked a picture of him holding my item with the box and the tag to keep a evidence and he got so angry about that and he threatened me that he is going to make sure I pay for this!! Yes that was the exact words he told and left. I am not sure what should I do now? Should I file a police complaint for threatening me like this or should I wait for someone to look into this?

                                I am just so frustrated with Myntra right now!!! I am in a state where my blood pressure in increasing only because of Myntra. I had another delivery which was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the delivery guy just gave me one ring and left. I do not keep my phone with me all the time guys !!! Every delivery agent should be instructed to ring the customer atleast twice. The delivery agent left and now customer care agent first told me that my phone was switched off and then when I proved that I actually received a missed call, she apologized and now is asking me to wait until 16th Oct at least to receive the delivery ! Guys do you really care at all for the service you provide? My previous issue hasn't been looked into yet and yet again I am continuously facing issues with delivery agents !!! A manager spoke to me over the phone and promised to help but disconnected the call on my face and now its been 2 days yet no ring back !! Amazing guys!! Really amazing. You guys are proving that once a company takes off and does well in business line you stop treating your customers as human beings !!

                                  I have received different product without brand and price tag from that which i have ordered. After knowing that i have made return request within 10min and delivery boy who has delivered the product came for pick up. But he refused to take after knowing the problem and suggest me to contact customer care. From then i have called several times but no one has resolved my problem and refused to return to it. I am regular and genuine customer i have purchased many products in the past that can be checked in my past records still i am getting this kind of treatment.
                                  Please look into this matter.

                                    I had ordered a gift for my sister. I had paid for gift wrap but the gift was not wrapped and sent in a polybag.
                                    Secondly the top I gifted was torn on the front as well as at the back side.
                                    Sending such gifts is really embarrassing. I may never dare to send such gifts from your website ever.
                                    While refunding gift wrap charges are not covered in it even when the product was not wrapped and it was damaged.
                                    Highly disappointed. Will never recommend Myntra to anyone!

                                      I had placed order on 29/09/2020 Men Sherwani with Dhoti Order No.[protected]-2894403 Order Value Rs.2999/-
                                      Which was delivered on 04/10/2020.
                                      When I open the package it was a used product and lot of stains on the sherwani which is not acceptable. Immediately I tried to exchange the product on their application. But I failed to exchange in their app because as per the conversation with customer support team only size issue products can be exchanged. As I was unaware until spoken to executive. Before speaking to executive I had already selected option of return and they had approved too but I had clearly mentioned that I need exchange not refund on the comment section. Before approval they would have talk to me shall process for the refund or not.
                                      I have already waited for 7days till today if I agree for refund I have to wait for 8-10days for refund instead I am requesting for exchange product hand to hand with myntra but this people not accepting my request.
                                      Refund is not solving my problem anyway it's wasting my time by their process.

Under the return policy of Myntra I make online request to return the product. In this regard the associate/deliver boy of Myntra reject my request again and again. He told me in my system interface the Sl.No. is not match. Accordingly in this regard I call the customer care service but my problem is same. Again the associate/deliver boy come today but the problem is same and he told me I can not interface with Myntra online module and seeded data is error. I also interact the customer care to associate/deliver boy through my mobile but problem is same.

                                        This very pleased to me without any confirmation the deliver boy collect the said product on 07.10.2020 and he told me I just try to interface your product with my hub system because the interface could not done through mobile. Again the deliver boy returned the said product with information the product details is not interface with our system. In this regard I feel the deliver boy and customer service support not resolve my issue and turning round me.
