This is in regards with my order no[protected]-8501401 for bollywood vogue women pink & green made to measure embellished maxi gown size 38/57 on myntra.com website. I placed this order on aug 20th 2020 through my mom's (Nagamani) account & email - [protected]@gmail.com for myself, asking my mom to bring it to us who is travelling this saturday on sep 26th. However, this order was supposed to be delivered on sep 4th, but it was delivered after almost 3 weeks of placing this order i. E sep8th 2020 late evening. However, when we opened the package we were surprised to see that the dress was not the one we ordered. We immediately raised a complaint on myntra website (In[protected]) under contact us and also called to the customer service stating the same that wrong item was delivered and we wanted to schedule return pickup for this. We also told them that, the actual product we ordered is showing as out of stock on website. However, they didnot arrange for return pickup, they told us that the item cannot be returned until complaint is resolved and asked us to wait until then. We kept on calling every single day asking for status update, however they gave us the same answer every single time "wait for 24-48hrs". They asked us to share the barcodes for the item we received, we shared everything they asked for but no update. Meanwhile, on sep 11th we asked to escalate the case to supervisor, we were told that they cannot transfer the call to supervisor, but they will be calling us back within 24hrs.in this process of waiting, we got an email saying that "we regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check" and they closed the complaint. I am not sure what was the quality check they performed when the item itself is not the one we ordered, they didnot share any quality check report with us. We received a call from komali (Supervisor) on sep 15th i. E after 5 days asking for escalation. We explained the whole situation to her, she said she would re-open the issue and asked us to share the pics to [protected]@myntra.com from our registered email id and wait for resolution until sep22nd 2020. We shared the images of the item we ordered, the item we received as told by her from our registered email id to myntra support email id. We kept on calling every single day and emailing under contact us option in myntra website. However, no update until now. When called again yesterday sep 22nd, 2020 asking to escalate again and requesting supervisor call they are asking us again to wait 24-48hrs. Their customer service completely sucks. They are so dumb, helpless and useless other than asking us to wait. Same thing with supervisors too. The issue has not been resolved since sep8th 2020. One thing we observed was that the actual product we ordered was showing out of stock on myntra.com when the wrong product was delivered to us on sep8th 2020, the wrong product which we received was also from the same brand "bollywood vogue" on myntra and the same supplier "supercom net from surat". We feel that it was like a complete trap from myntra.
Since this issue is not resolved from local branch, i am raising a complaint over here for myntra to take the responsibility for this mishap and pickup the product back within 1-2 days and refund my money of rs 8, 694.00 for the item and additional expense for them not able to deliver the correct product, exceeding the delivery estimate, not resolving the issue and penalizing the customer.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
