I returned my order because of quality issues and now myntra has refunded amount to myntra credit. I would like to ask to transfer it to my bank account instead, please.

    Hi,
    I have been holding my patience long enough regarding myntra scamming their customers! But enough is enough.

    I was delivered the order of imara blue and beige kurta set along with one more imara kurta set on sept 9th, 2020. I even took a video while opening the package. The top kurta is good but the bottom instead of a trouser the seller (Supercom net) just put a beige legging and instead of beige & blue dye dupatta the seller put beige & black dye dupatta. I am a frequent shopper at myntra (And hence the icon memeber) and i shop even more from imara brand. So it was very obvious for mw that the seller just took legging and dupatta from another kurta set and put it with this one. The seller assumes that since he is putting the product at a very big discount the customers will not waste their energy in raising complaints.

    Frankly that was my thinking as well. But this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and that hurt my pride!

    First is about "aask blue printed tunic" which was ordered on 23rd march for rs.674. The aask blue tunic in myntra images is a shirt type with buttons from top to bottom but the one i received was a pull over type with just 2 buttons near the neck". The rest of the design is exactly the same. Myntra kept rejecting my return request saying their usual thing"we did a stringent quality check.. Etc..."

    I ask myntra.. How can i change the tunic from a shirt type to a pull over. I am not god!! How can you lie to my face that you did reinvestigation as well???

    I let this one go but not anymore. I expect return approval for my imara blue & beige
    Kurta set. I hope you can reconsider the return for the aask tunic as well.

    Really disappointed with myntra's investigation process!!

      We opened a Myntra account in error through Facebook and a wrong email if got linked unknowingly, we added Myntra credits to the account and were unable to use it as the OTP was going to the wrong email address. I have only received a run around with Myntra to get this resolved I I opened a new account as they told and provided valid iD proof they asked me to wait 24 to 48 hrs inroder to get The credit nothing at all happened and I had to call back again I spoke to a very rude rep named Suhail who assumed things without understanding my concern. He finally raised a complaint and asked me again to wait until 21st September (complaint no: In[protected]) I have no hopes at all hence raising this complaint here.

        I have made a purchase on Myntra app through payzapp wallet on sep 2 for 3107 rs and out of which I have returned one of the item worth 1607 and Myntra has initiated a refund on sep8 to the source that is payzapp wallet and it's been 1 week and I don't see any refund in to my payzapp wallet yet.

          I ordered a French connection watch on[protected] which was delivered to me on[protected]. The package came empty with no watch inside it When I tried to find out what happened, I noticed that the outer packing was tempered below the bill and was very finely repacked with tape and the box inside was damaged. .I have been trying to reach them since then. But I didn't get any satisfactory results. Kindly look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.

            My return request for order id[protected]-1503401 was placed on 5th sept 2020, the reason being the fit issue with the product. The product got picked up on 7th of the same month but the entire process went on pending since then. Today on 14th sept i have got an sms that your return is on hold since it does not passed the quality check. This is absolute rubbish since i havnt even tried the product as its too tight to fit into. I instantly placed a return and given to delivery partner in the same good clean condition with all tags intact. Then why this return on hold? I even rated the product 5 stars on myntra and have ordered a same fresh piece from my sister's id a day after return as this product dont offer exchange. This is an utter disappointment. I havnt faced any such issue with myntra ever. You are on a verge on losing a loyal customer. Process my refund asap. Details herein-

              Hi, i have ordered some stuffs and today (13/09) i received a call from delivery person. He asked me to receive my product in some unknown area which for me is very unprofessional since i already gave my address. I requested him to come at given address but he was refusing to come. I am a regular customer of myntra. The previous courier person did come to my address but this recent person was acting very unprofessional and rude. He asked me to canceled if i can’t come and receive my parcel which is very shocking. I’ve already paid for it and i have invested my time on it.

              The problem is they should be given proper training and not try to be lazy. I am sure they have a bike so, my question is what is the deal? Why are they trying to call every customer to come in a certain address so that his work will be easier. We as a customer should be given respectful privilege. Please look on it! Thanks!

                I have ordered a "anouk flats" on 9th august 2020 and i have received the wrong product order on 29th august non the same day i have filed a complaint about and the product was picked up on 30th august 2020. But till the date i have not received my payment neither the right product.
                As the customer care employees saying, the wrong product will send back to your place.
                I have waited more than 25 days now, what is the issue with the myntra services i don't know, but this is highly disappointing.
                I have already call them 4 times, but there is no fruitful responses.

                  I have cancelled one here n now kurta on Aug 10but my refund amount is not credited to the bank account till nw.ur company people are telling they have refunded but bank people are telling it's not been credited from mantra.

                    Received a defected product but they are not Ready to accept return. We have file a complaint but they said they investigated product is ok and closed the complaint.. I have share the defected product image but they are not bother to listen

                      Return i'd [protected].

                      I received product yesterday evening and placed return request because the product was not in good condition and size issue. Today morning around 9 th product was picked up after being duly checked by delivery executive. Now i received an email in afternoon that my return is on hold as product didn't pass quality check... Not sure they think consumers are fool or not.
                      How can a person use the product and out a tag back on it and return it
                      The moment i opened the package i submitted return request.
                      I want my refund to be initiated asap.

                          I cancelled an order which contained two items, I got a message of refund processed only for tshirt of Rs.554 which is not even credited in account. And for tights their is no data about refund, however I cancelled that too. Myntra has been playing with money of lot of people, be it return of product or cancellation. I want this issue resolved, you guys are just fooling us, my INR1503 is stuck and I want it back.

                            I have ordered a kurta set but i received a wrong product with different kurti alone. I have raised complain and send all images of wrong product witb tag to myntra support even spoke with case manager but all declined my request stating that they delivered right product. Insppite of all proofs i shared they declined.

                              Myntra not returning my money. I have provided bank details multiple times to email Link but they are not listening to my requests. The customer care not processing my request. I have send correct details of bank. But the myntra thinks it is incorrect and I cannot get my refund money.

                                I have ordered highlander shirt, they delivered old levi's shirt with highlander tag. I generated refund request, one day later the pickup man came for pickup and asked to take approval via customer care. I argued with the pickup man "you have delivered fake product you should take approval for the same". They said i will put your refund on hold and they put product on hold. I raised the complaint for the product and pickup man to customer care, still the complaint is under process.

                                  My return product is picked up by myntra on 28th aug under incorrect return if but I have shared the tracking details, courier details, name and contact details of pick up guy, acknowledgment slip and pick up confirmation receipt also.

                                  Even after following up 100 times they literally don’t bother to revert on my query and keep asking for 24/48/72 hours to resolve which never ends.

                                  I have shared all details am still they are not processing my return amount.

                                    I ordered a Nike sports shoe which turned out to be one size too big. The shoe was tried in my room and packed in its original box for return in exactly the same condition as it was received. But the Myntra associate refused to pick up the product siting that it was not in its original condition. It is my word against his!
                                    I can confirm to you once again that the product was not used and was being returned as received. I need a refund on this product asap.

                                      I have ordered Anouk flats from myntra due to size issue i have placed a return for the product, after returning I recieved a mail that the return request has been declined. So I raised a complaint regarding the same. And now the reply I got from them is
                                      Dear Customer,

                                      This email is regarding the product return request.

                                      Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in the response and for the inconvenience caused. As per the update we have not received the product at our returns desk; therefore, we will be unable to proceed with the refund.

                                      They asked me the proof so I said I will give the call recordings but they are not accepting the recording instead they are asking the SMS confirmation of returned product. This is clear cheating.

                                        Have placed an order for a t-shirt (Allen solly junior, boys white and navy blue striped polo collar t-shirt), but i received a wrong t-shirt 12th august, (Attaching the image of this wrong t-shirt). So i placed a exchange request mentioning the reason - wrong product delivered, the design doesn't match. The pickup person came on 26th august, but he refused to exchange it as he had the image of the different t-shirt (Which i had actually ordered, but hadn't received). He told me to speak to the customer care, where i called, but no one pick up the call. I have registered my complaint to myntra customer support, sent them th eimages of the received t-shirt, its tag as suggested by them and on 31st of august they sent me a message that due to some internal issues, they are cancelling my order and will refund the amount. They didn't refund the amount and when i again raised this issue to heir help centre, they closed the issue without resolving it (No refund, no return). Why should accept the t-shirt of their choice?
                                        And how can they close the issue without actually solving it? I am raising the issue and they are simply closing it. They are wasting my time also.

                                        Again I placed an order for a similar T-Shirt, different size ( Allen Solly Junior, BOYS white and Navy Blue striped polo collar T-shirt), But I received a wrong T-shirt on 8th sept . So I placed a return request mentioning the reason - WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED, THE DESIGN DOESN'T MATCH .
                                        The pickup person came on 9th, but he refused to pick it up as he had the image of the another T-shirt . The same problem which I had with previous T- shirt.
                                        I received a call from their support centre, he asked me about the problem, I narrated the whole stroy about these 2 T-SHIRTS. He asked me to be on hold, and then he disconnected the call after a few minutes.

                                        This 2nd issue is still open on myntra site, they call me, listen the story and then the call gets disconnected .
