So I had purchased one all about you women kurti from Myntra with order ID 114645031595268006201 on 12th of July, due to different variety received by me I had to return the product, the delivery person took the product on 16th of July and kept it on hold stating it's a different product then the one I was suppose to give it was on hold for 1 whole month, on 15th of August after calling Myntra literally 4 times a day they accepted the return request, but I guess due to lack of hindi and english learnings and also brains they send a person to pick my product, the product which is already with them for the past 35 freaking days
Now they have my money, the have the product, they are mentally harassing me
They don't call me back and whenever I call them they ask me to wait for 24 hours and then again send a delivery person to pick my product, on 12th of August I spoke to some senior of escalation department pranjali, she assumed me to get this thing sorted by 13thh she took full responsibility for it and now, since pasty 5 days I am trying to tell everyone to connect me to her, and they give me an excuse stating we can't, but we will call you back and I have not received a single call
This brand is the biggest fraud I have ever seen
They are just treating me like a fool I am emailing them messaging them since 3 days on fb insta and still they don't give a damn to even give me a resolution all they give me is same freaking autotyped msg to wait for 24 hours and they appreciate my patience .
It's a request to everyone please file a consumer court compliant in this regards whoever faces any issue
