Hi,
I received a severely damaged product from myntrs for makeup revolution triple baked blusher. This product was completely destroyed when i received it. Hence i immediately tried to contact the customer care and i requested for a call back. The first time, a complaint was registered and was immediately marked resolved without any further intervention. I contacted the customer care again, they asked me to wait for a few days till 3rd september. Then immediately they marked the issue as resolved without any further intervention. So i called the customer care thrice today, the customer care representative asked me for the barcode number which should be starting from a specific number. I told him the barcode number which was present on the product, this number was not what he was expecting and started getting irritated. I couldn't understand exactly what he was asking for, i asked him politely number of times, the customer care representative was getting irritated and his tone was quite disrespectful.
My issue is still not resolved and i don't know what to do of that broken product. 613rs. Is not a small amount for a consumer like me and it is saddening to see such disgusting service from myntra. I regret shopping at myntra and would never buy anything from this website. This is customer exploitation.
