I have ordered a dress from myntra, moda rapido which was delivered but it was small for me so i exchanged it when the boy came he said the dress will not return because the price on the bill and the real price doesn't match. I am in trouble now also unable to find the costomer care number so i've complained here.

      I have returned the products but did not get the refund. Myntra representative is lying continously that it will be given today, tomorrow but not giving. They are always lying. Their words does not have any value.

          Hi,

          This is to inform you that i have ordered a roadstar shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie and jeans on july 15, 2020. I used the gift card worth 2000rs and remaining paid through credit card. I have got the confirmation message via sms that my products are being prepped on the date of order, but not received any email confirmation.

          I have received my jeans on jul 19, but not the other three products. I am not able to see any of these products in my orders in my myntra account to track the status. However, when i tried using my gift card, it says it is been already added to user.

          I would like to know if my orders are on my way or not.

            On 22 july 2020 delivery boy delivered my order and also stole my father's cell phone by snatching it from my son.. I called several times on my father's nmbr bt he continuously disconnected it.. Its my request to myntra company to get information about that delivery boy and take some serious actions as soon as possible and also let me know about that person.

              I ordered one tommy hilfiger belt on myntra. Supplier was flashtec retail.
              They have supplied me a non-tommy hilfiger trivial belt.
              I have raised this issue 3-4 times to myntra but, they are not responding and waiting fro me to go mute. I asked for return the same day i received it. I raised complaint with pictures.
              I want my money back with penalty on myntra.

                  I had ordered one product blue peplum top in the month of june 2020.in their website and records it's showing delivered but i have still not received the product. I have been following up with them since 2 months. The help center is totally useless. They better shut down. I have not received the product. The customer care people guys just call me and tell it will be resolved but still no use. It's been one and half months. They will just follow up 2 times and close the issuehe courier service will call and visit and take signature telling they are not at fault. I did not receive product and how there website shows its delivered. They are unfit to solve customer problem. Request them to refund my money. Totally unprofessional behaviour from myntra side. Useless people. I have attached the screenshot which says the product has been delivered but still not delivered the product.

                    I placed an order on myntra for my sister on 10th july 2020 of ₹899. It delivered on 17th july, as she saw the product she felt it was used /old, she didn't even tried the dress and said me to raise for return. I raised the request the very same day i. E. On 17th. On 18th the product was picked in noon but in evening i got a message "it failed the quality check" i raised the complaint on there site on 19th july regarding the same. I even called there customer care on 20th where the executive said that they already mailed me the details on about the refund, i checked my mail but there was no mail regarding the refund except some idiotic mails regarding there upcoming sales and discounts. I called again and they asked me to wait. Its been 4days and still there is no response from there side. They mention 30days easy returns on the product, 7 quality check, etc. I think they should quality check before delivering the product not during the return.

                      I have placed a return request for one product which is roadster shirt. I have placed the return request the next day when i received the product. But they are continually declining my request without any reason. I tried to contact support team several times and they are not giving any reasons. They will just tell we will pickup the order the next time and i believe them and raising it again. I have also did write to us option in myntra option. There also they are not giving resolution and simply close the incident. Iam fed up with this. Iam not receiving any updates also regarding return request
                      Can you please take any action on this matter.

                          I ordered H&M pack of 5 tshirts from Myntra and I received the product on 23 June. On opening the package it was clearly visible that the tshirts were very small in size. I had ordered medium as it usually fits me but it did not in this case. I did not even try these tshirts as they were clearly very small.
                          I placed a return request in almost half an hour after receiving the product but it was picked up on 25 June. My return was kept on hold on 04 July and was rejected today on 23 June. After keeping my return on hold for almost 30 days they declined it without any explanation. The customer service is also not giving me any reason for this. I returned the product as it was without any alterations. I don't know how it did not pass the quality check. I ordered half a dozen clothes from Myntra this season as I really trusted them but this incident has changed my outlook. I've read the return policy and I did not tamper with tags, wear them or do anything and returned the package as soon as it arrived. It's their word against mine. It seems like fraud or scam. Please help me!
                          I request Myntra to give me the refund or send a size larger.

                            First they send me clothes of a teenager girl with tags intact that shows her order number too, then they refused to help me, my return was put on hold saying it did not meet quality standards, refused to give me the original product that i ordered and refused to refund my money, and their customer service keep marking my complaints as resolved whereas they were never resolved. Its a nightmare and already been a month since i am trying to get help from their customer center but its utterly unresponsive with no solutions and are just buying time.

                                I tried to order an order from myntra and make payment through phonepe money debited twice from two different accounts but order was not successful i contacted myntra for my refund but they said they didn't received money ask bank for details i contacted bank they said the amount is credited to receivers account again i placed complaint to myntra they are repeating same answer how many times i asked for my money very bad experience with myntra worst service from them.

                                  I had placed an order for a shoes on June 18th 2020 having Order ID:[protected]-1807601 and the package was showing as packed and ready to be shipped on 19th. The estimated delivery date shown was June 27th. The Status on tracking page didn't change at all for days together and on the scheduled delivery date i didn't receive the product. I called customer care and they didn't do much but said they will look into it. Then I called them again on 1st July 2020 and after much deliberation my order was shipped on July 2nd. Usually it takes around 5 days for the product to reach on an average so by 7th July it should had reached me but didn't. To make it worse the tracking details were not updating and still showed the order is shipped. I called customer care again and after multiple attempts and calls i was told to wait till July 17th as that was the new estimated delivery date shown. I asked them why my product is still in transit and they made excuses every time and said they will get back to me which they never did. On 18th July I called them again as i was asked to wait till 17th July for the order to be delivered which as expected never happened. On 18th July i was again told to wait for another week which is completely unjustified now as it has been already over a month now since I placed an order and yet the product is not delivered. Usually it takes maximum 6 days at the most to deliver the product in my area from the date of ordering but its been over a month now and yet no-one is willing to help. I have been told to wait till 28th July now for an update which i am not willing to do. Mind you its a prepaid order and i have made atleast 10 calls to them in the month to get answers but they are not willing to give any solution. I want to sue them now as it has caused me a lot of mental agony and humiliation for their unprofessional attitude.

                                    I had ordered a myshka kurti, few days back. Today I got the delivery, however, much to my dismay, the product was entirely different. I hand to hand applied for its return. It came with no price tag either. This appears to be a sheer irresponsibility on myntra's part. I have always trusted Myntra with my shopping and this is how I get treated.
                                    What's more is, even the pick-up agent refused to assist in any way. He was very disrespectful towards me, his name was Rajesh Kumawat.
                                    Kindly look into the matter, because I'm not going to let go of it. No price tag was given to me with the product and I was served a cheap quality thing.

                                    Also, another order of mine hasn't been refunded yet. They keep complaining about the wrong bank details which I have provided correct nearly 4-5 times. their services are really poor.

                                      So i ordered a product from myntra worth rs939 and wasn't satified with it. So i placed a return request and the product was picked up on 10.06.20 but I have not yet recieved the refund amount. I call their customer care everyday asking regarding the issue and each time they ask me to wait further. It has been more than over a month and yet i haven't got my refund back.
