Dear myntra customer executive,
I have ordered 8 items from myntra.com on end of reason sale on 19-june 2020 and 21-june 2020. I have paid for one and i have kept cod for other order. I have waited for the orders to deliver on the delivery dates but the delivery staff didn't deliver my orders and i didn't even received text messages/calls from the agent that they will come for delivery but when i check in the website the products are returned to origin without prior information to me. I have requested for the call back and asked for explanation and resolve my problem without any complications but the customer service executive didn't respond properly and took long gap and did conversation improperly and disconnected the call, i requested the call back for 3 times but no use, i have faced the same problem with the 3 customer service members. One executive has understood my problem and convinced me that he will take the issue to higher authority and try to resolve it and call me back with in 24 hours but i didn't receive any call from them. ([protected]- mrs harpitha) who didn't resolve or disconnected my call without solving it or without prior minimum response.
Generally when i order something from myntra, the delivery agent will send message to me that they will deliver my order on the date and if in case my phone isn't reachable, i will receive a message and mail from delivery agent that my phone is in not reachable and will give a link and contact number in it but i didn't receive ant kind of text messages/ emails from the delivery agent regarding same this time and that is the reason i am writing to you this.
As i have ordered the products in the reason sale, i cannot reorder the same products with the same price now and didn't get the refund yet, i just want reorder the same products from your end and deliver them to me on time and refund my money i will pay for products by cod option. Do the needful from your end and resolve my issue soon.
