I ordered a aldo bag from myntra which i paid online but after few days i got a text that due to an internal issue they had to cancel the order but i haven't received my refund yet. I want my money back and this is the order number (Order no.:[protected]-2829701)

    Item not delivered yet

    My order no. Ends with 9618. I have ordered on 19th june but still i am waiting for delivery when i reached out to delivery partner "ecom express" they said even we didn't get shipment from myntra. They daily assigning pickup and rescheduling it again and again. How long will this take to deliver my order? Very frustrating....

    Worst service error. Most unprofessional and inefficient process by myntra and its customer care executives.

    Myntra is behaving in the most inefficient and unprofessional way. I have my orders stuck with myntra for a month now and no proper response or help is given by any of the customer care executives. I waited for long to get my queries and concerns resolved but no proper resolution offered to me by anyone.
    In the past few days I contacted with Myntra’s customer care more than 10-15 times but the same story is told by each one of them full of lies and deciet. Please help me getting the issue resolved for non delivery of my pre paid orders as thise people are neither ready to refund the money nor cancel the orders but keep the customers hanging.

      I have order dress of W for Woman brand which is of 3 piece dress( top, bottom, jacket) which costs 5000 on 28th of June. When I opened package jacket of the dress is missing and I received only 2 pieces of 3 piece dress. I raised exchange request and also raised issue in Myntra complaints. Delivery guy has exchange item with him but he is not delivering it to me cause he is awaiting resolution of the issue raised. When I call customer Myntra customer care for update of issue they give me time of 24 hrs every day and still no update on issue. ( Note - when I was ordering that dress there was discount of 1k only on the size which I ordered and other sizes had no discount. Somewhere I fill they gave me defective product on the name of discount and now there is no option of return or exchange. They got 5k for defective product.. Seems like its scam. Myntra is doing fraud.)

        I had ordered this short kurti from myntra which i recieved anyways without tags and now due to some reason i have to return this they are declining cause it does not have any tags . I did not even try the product and now they are playing their tricks. Not expected from a reputated site of which i am a older member of.

          Hi team,
          I have placed two orders with myntra. The first order ends with 5901 and the second order ends with 7903. Both the products relate to vero moda brand. The first order is the exchange item of a vero moda top which has yet not been shipped for exchange and the second order is a blue maxi dress from vero moda which has yet not been delivered. I have raised complaint with myntra many times but they are taking this issue seriously. Both orders are prepaid orders which were placed during end of season sale. The last customer care executive i talked to was very rude, i asked him to connect to manager he kept me on hold for long and then disconnected. Please resolve this issue. Thanks

            Hello
            I ordered this kurti from myntra and now due to some issue i have to return it they are not accepting it because it had no tag but it had not have a tag anyways when i recieved the product

              I have ordered charles and keith foot wears earlier delievery date was 10 july now it is 15 july. I have to attend marriage on 12 july, this is not the way

                I tried to order libas women navy and red checked a line kurtha costly around 659. After deductions the payable amount was 593.
                Then i choosed pay before delivery with my sbi debit card. I entered card details, i got otp, i entered the otp tp respective column but after that there shown that server problem but my money debited from account
                What i will do i want that product immediately

                  Wanted to bring to your notice that i had ordered for crocs sliders for which i received the wrong size. I exchanged it and still received a wrong size for the second time. I ordered for burgundy sliders -6 uk size and received 7 uk size. Now you say that no exchange on this product. This order was delivered very late. Still i was patient. But this cannot be accepted now. You have broken a customer’s expectation. I will not recommend you to any of my friends, followers and family. I will rate you 1/10. I would like to talk to your head.

                    I had ordered walktrendy sports shoes for 2 years old baby. The shoes i received had red stains on right shoes. So i did keep the shoes packed as it is and never used the product.. When delivery executive came to pick up the product he had put the shoes return on hold since 1st july.. No reply from myntra yet... Very bad service. I want shoes in exchange or refund the whole money.

                      I am a regular user of Myntra right from the year 2013 since the products are really good in quality, I buy only through Myntra, but suddenly they locked my account and when I contact the customer service they said my account is permanently locked, I seriously want my Myntra Account Back

                        I was wondering why reaching Myntra's CUSTOMER care executive is like rocket science.

                          I did purchase in Myntra for nearly 1Lakh in the 1st week of June, and for some product replacement and return am facing a hell lot of problems.   

                          In specially "Clovia -Women white and Maroon Printed night set" I received a totally different product. So i raised for replacement, when the original product came they didn't deliver the product by saying the reason like barcode not matching. Of course that's what the issue raised by me. Delivered the wrong product.

                          And again I raised issues and Myntra team asking for barcode no and other details, for sure i will attach all details. But am really frustrated by the stupid ### procedure that Myntra following for these kinda situation. 

                        History of issue follow-up

                        Issue raised for RETURN on 19 th June :- Without clearing the issue, Myntra team changed the issue status to resolved

                        Then we placed an EXCHANGE on 23rd June.:- Delivery guy saying product is not matching. (as i said above) 

                        Then again on 4th July I replied against Issue No : IN[protected] along with the picture, saying that the issue was not resolved.

                        Then on 7 th July Myntra team asked me to send the barcode details .As per the request I am sending the details.

                        Attached both wrong product and actual product image.

                            The items I ordered from Myntra looked more attractive in the pictures and when they arrived the quality wasn't worth the price either. I requested a return the same day the products were delivered to me, and were kept untouched. My refund has been put on hold for both the items, and they won't even pick up my call. Not a single damage was made to the items by me, they were returned as received.

                              I ordered a Micheal Kors on 27th June from Myntra. Product was delivered on 2nd July at 3:35 pm. The package was completely sealed without any tampering but when I opened the package it had an empty box. I raised a complaint for the same immediately at 4:00 pm. They asked me to wait till 6th July and issue will be resolved. I waited till 6th but nothing was communicated to me. And when I woke up on 7th I found that issue is resolved without intimating anything to me. No comments were mentioned on the complaint And when I called them to ask the outcome, they mentioned that the complaint has been declined without providing any Proof of their Investigation.
