I have paid inr1, 590 for an order id 114450901446871905703 on jun 20, 2020 @ 10.54 am using my google pay, it clearly shows that amount has been successful. But after that the order has not placed on my myntra app. The money has not credited back, i have all the proof that money goes to myntra, i need by money back....

Money was deducted from my debit card but the order has not been placed....

I am trying to login into myntra.com via my number but it says account is locked.

Earlier i used to login via my fb app but now that option is not coming and it is asking my phone number.

I want to know, being a regular customer of myntra, on what grounds my account is locked and on what basis they are still flooding my inbox if they have blocked me?

Highly unprofessional......

I order a tshirt on 10 june while i recived an update that my order is in dispatch warehouse and its been almost ten days no update is been provided no shipment info....

I never thought of getting such an experience with india's well established business website-“myntra”.
From now on and going forward i boycott any shopping from myntra and would request my friends and family to do so as well. Please read below for the detailed experience.

My account is locked since last year. I have credit in my account. I cannot reach the customer care through their mobile or mail because they say they are closed due to lockdown and low staff due to covid19.

Even the complaint is not getting registered in their site....

They delayed the pickup and after my repeated requests, picked the same on 16/06/2020.
On 17/06/2020, they declared that the refund was put on hold because it did not pass a certain quality check and did not give any details whatsoever.

I purchased 5 item simultaneously from mantra on 2nd Feb order no :113252243404535172803.. i returned 3 of them ..From which I got a refund of two item ..But I didn't receive the refund of fossil watch amount is RS . 5697/_I raised a complaint so many time they providing me another item reference no and amount and said that your issue is resolved..I contacted bank too they said they didn't receive any such amount ..

I placed an order on myntra app using my myntra credits but the order got automatically cancelled. Though my amount debited from bank was refunded but part payment that was done using myntra credit was not refunded i have raised several complains but was not provided with proper solution.
I was asked to contact the source from where i got the gift cards that were converted to myntra credits and they are saying that it is in your part...

I have returned us polo tshirt and it's been more than a week it shows refund has been processed but i have not received money in my myntra credit. Tried contacting customer care and only response it receive is we will get back to you within 24 hours and ticket is closed and am still here without any response. I am very disappointed....
