I have ordered a tshirt in myntra on 17th may and today is 15th july and still i have not received my parcel. They extended the delivery to 1st july and tull date no proper update is there. They also not say to us to cancel just that they are delaying everyday when i call them. Are we stupid wasting our time money and energy on them. My order was prepaid then also it is not delivered yet. Still i am able to see that product on their website they should not put that now if it is not available. They are fraud and myntra doesn’t say themselves that we cannot provide the order they just delay that’s the worst part. Hate the service.

I have ordered puma black lather sneakers on 19th of june, i have already paid through my credit card for the same. The estimated shipment was 28th of june. But it has not been delivered till the date today (15th of july) i have already my registered a complaint for the same thrice the time but i still not get the proper solution for the order, when i was registered my complaint one of their executive give me the schedule for 15th of july and told me to wait till the date, i was okay with that but now today is 15th of july but i still not get any of their response, such a irresponsible thing they did, i used to do shopping with myntra but now it seems quite disappointing thing they did with my order.

I have returned 1 kurta set of rs 1299 after 11 days i did not get refund back i have called many times but they always give the reference number bank has told we did not get money on behalf of me

I have ordered a t-shirt from myntra which is sold by truenet commerce but it is not delivered yet... I order that product on 20th june... It takes more than 20 days but it is not delivered yet

My return was picked up at 9 th july but yet my money is not returned

Myntra.com delivered shoes size 8 inside box labelled with shoe size 6 on 12 july and after returning it on 14 july they hold the refund amount saying that the product is used what nonsense. Now they are delaying my refund saying we will contact delivery hub and then will process the refund.
This is like first doing online fraud and then accusing customer of returning used product.

Instead of that i received kaya skin protection cream (Old tube) in outer covering which had label bearing wow skin science onion oil 200ml.

I had lodged a complaint about this matter in response i got a mail that it has been declined as they delivered correct product.

This is incorrect as i got a tampered and wrong product.
This is highly unsatisfactory and disappointing from a company of your repute to do this.
I feel it was done because it was a non returnable product.
Desirable resolution: i want my product which i ordered and kindly take back the wrong delivered product

I had ordered one dorothy perkins blue and white dress on 26.06.2020 and placed return request on the same day. It was picked up next day itself. Then i got a mail on 30.06.2020 that my refund rs. 1145/- has been processed and will reach max in 7-10 days. After that, i am making constant calls to hear the same thing that it has been processed. I had checked multiple times with my bank and they clearly told that there is no such refund, not even on hold. Myntra sent a reference number[protected] of the refund which is wrong, as per icici bank.

I am totally fed up with myntra and lost all faith and interest in it. I want my refund back so that i delete this app forever.

I ordered wings powerpods from myntra i received an empty box i raised an issue about this they said they need 4 days to resolve and again 4 th day they said sorry sir i can't help you with it. What i can't help you with it what is this myntra you guys delivered an empty box and you said you can't help then how is going to help.
Need my product at any cost.

I have ordered two sarees... I received the product on 13th july itself but due to its bad quality i applied for return... On 14th july the delivery boy came for pickup but he denied to take because price tag was not there... Here i want to clarify that i didn't got any price tag from myntra itself... I have only received a brand tag and tax invoice with the product... I have complaint to myntra also bt they take very long time to solve the query... So i want consumercomplaint.com to help me with this... Please try to arrange the pickup as soon as possible and help to refund my money back...

I got this t shirt for my daughter but she wanted to return i processed return and person picked t shirt. Later i got a message that my return is put on hold. I have returned with tag and t shirt in perfect condition. They said why you have removed tag. But i am returning back the product with tag, you are requested to pursue return. I have already purchased many articles from myntra and one item is due to be delivered on 23rd july.

I had ordered a white jeans. Due to fitting issue i had to return the dress. I had tried and again placed the dress in the same myntra cover in which i had received along with it's receipt. I had handed over the product to delivery guy in good condition. The delivery guy checked the product and he didn't keep the product inside his bag. But instead he kept the product outside infront of his bike. It was raining heavily and i don't know how did he returned the product to the warehouse.. Now my return request is put on hold because the dress was stained. I have not done any stain and it is not my fault... Hence i request for a refund.

I have placed a return request thrice but every time myntra take the request and subsequently after one day they decline it. Very worst response. Now even they are not taking the calls.

I Have 3 issues / complaints:

1. I had placed orders almost a month ago. My order is still not delivered and there is no update on the same. My account does not show the last full years orders so there is no way of checking the status of the order.

2. One of the other orders has placed, they delivered a wrong product. I returned the wring product and the Myntra credit that was credited to my account is the value of the wrong product and not the cost of the product which i had ordered and paid for.

3. Also my earlier Myntra credit of my account is also not showing. Presently the credit amount is showing as zero.

I have raised several complaints, spoken to their customer care executives multiple times. have also uploaded an identification (as per one of the customer care executive's instructions) but till date the issue remains unresolved. In case the call get disconnected due to network issues, the executive does not bother to call you back.

Inspite of being a loyal customer for almost 2 years now, this is how their attitude is. I used to recommend Myntra to my friends for hassle free shopping but now I have decided not to shop at Myntra ever again and will also not recommend it to anyone ever again. I will discourage people. Please don't shop at Myntra. they are just not bothered about their customers, making them run from pillar to post and still the issues remain unresolved. Very bad service.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about delivered broken items

The issue that I have experienced was That I have purchased WAHL company home hair cutter vide order No.114454230357368739603 which was delivered to me on 27 June 20. When opened, I found it was broken. I immediately lodged the complain vide IN200630200339317110464 but no response is received till now.

Either replace the product or refund my amount

On 12th july 2020 balance of Rs. 359 deducted through net banking sbi but order not placed from myntra online shopping

I have Ordered Pack of 2 Damench Brief, But I have received Only one piece of Brief. against Order No, 1144616,[protected] dated 21-june-2020

I ordered the shoes on 10th july 2020, it packed on same day, but still not yet shipped. So i called on 12th, asking to register a complaint, but shashaa a cse, was not taking a complaint, later when j said that i will share aal the information on social media, then she registered the complaint. Today (13th) when i asked them on twitter by sharing the complaint number, they closed the previous complaint and registered a new one, without sharing any update to me. This is how they harrassing me.

Myntra is misguiding me for the delivery.

Kindly help me to solve my query.

I have not received my product - myntra order #[protected]-6204403. I ordered on jun 1, 2020 and on 9th they said it's delivered. I did not receive any message on the delivery and when i found out, i opened a ticket on jun 14th asking for delivery details. Till today they are just closing ticket without any resolution. I would like to escalate this matter and get a proper resolution. If myntra is confident that they delivered, can they provide evidence of delivery? This incident makes me think only cod is better since they have to collect money at time of delivery.

On june 24, i received a package with order id[protected]-0440203, that should have contained two items - one invictus shirt and the other one being an hrx tshirt in orange, but when i opened the parcel, i found that the hrx tshirt was missing. I contacted myntra customer care and it promised to look into the matter by june 27. I received no call on their end and so i called again after 2 days. They asked me to wait until 48 hours and then a message that my claim has been declined after thorough examination. I tried reaching them on call again but i guess they spammed my call. I need my refund, even if that's inr 350. Please help. Never in my entire online shopping experience, i have been dissatisfied by the customer care and a platform not willing to look into customer satisfction such as myntra.
