Dear myntra custamber care my order number of order no- 114228389660445216101, product is Clovia Grey Printed Bra, price - 503/-, delever my home at 16/06/2020 but bra is not fitting me so I request return to myntra and my product pickup via ecom express but my product returned again me, so I camplain second time myntra custamber care camplain no-IN[protected], date - 24/06/2020, and myntra custamber care promised me resolve my problems at - 29/06/2020, but not any response myntra to me, it's is very cheating me myntra, i contact to myntra customers care at 01/07/2020 but not solved my problem, so I am camplain against myntra to national counsumer girevane, myntra is very cheater me, fraud my 503/- rupees me, i sare to social midia this matter, at this time COVID19 but myntra is my money cheating.

      I ordered a product(tshirts) COD but when it delivered to me the amount is doubled. I order a pack of 2 tshirts at delivery time they add the amount of both two tshirts which is rupees 483
      But the amount which I have to pay is 241.5 rupees. I registered a complaint against this on app. They said the complaint has been solved within two working days but now they say that they will don't refund my money. I also share them screenshot that I had taken at the time of placing order. But they refused to solve my issue.

        This is regarding Order no.[protected]-5511103 which include a item named Urban Dog men's boxers blue checked. When i received product it's totally different in terms of Fabric, Color, and design and i have sent them images as proof but they said this is not returnable and that's it. What this mean if they are sending wrong products in the name of No return policy they should investigate and see customers proof. This is worst fraud being run by Myntra

          I have done online shopping for first time in myntra & my experience was worst. I have purchased a yellow saree which costed 800rs, itwas too low quality very transparent.. Am not happy with myntra shopping.

            I have a serious to lodge a complaint against Myntra. On 19th June, 2020 I have placed 3 items . Order no.:[protected]-2933903-and the order was a pre-paid order. The date of delivery was on 30th June which much later than expected, but even then it is not delivered yet, and Myntra after calling them time and again and emailing them, Myntra is not concerned to revert back with any explanations on the status of the order or delay on the order, or initiating the refund the money paid against the order.

            The item is is a White Solid Collar Shawl Jacket.
            Firstly the order was a pre-paid order, i wasn executing it to be delivered much earlier but it took 15 odd days to deliver. 30th June was the delivery date for the white jacket, but it was not delivered, neither i see any update on the app in that regards. On the app since the beginning, I had only seen the status for this particular item "Packed", after which the status has not been updated anymore to go forward.

            Being a customer has to update you on the errors and failure of any items/orders placed, is it not an obligation of the E-Retailer(Myntra) to update me if there is any hiccup or delay or failure on the part of Myntra to deliver my item which is a pre-paid item? I can t even cancel the item, as it does not show me the option to do it.

              I had ordered dress form myntra site and paid the amount by payu by Google pay my amount got debited but i didnt got confirmation mail by myntra so i need to know wether order is placed or not.if not then i need refund please respond.

                I had ordered a footwear ( Skechers Women Black Vinyasa Tiger Squad Embellished Flatforms) on 16th June from myntra. It arrived around 22th june. I tried the footwear out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up happened around 24 june. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                I called up the customer care but couldn't connect and I even try chat option but I never got anyone, they always says no executive available. Now they are saying thatbthe return is successful but I have not got the refund and they have closed my complaint. What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                They should have not picked up the product if it was not fine..now they have picked that up and returning the amount paid by me.. I need the product asap.

                  What is wrong with Myntra. The massive sales promotion done for their 19-22 June 2020 sales is a bogus. All my orders are getting cancelled one by one - Myntra only cancelling my order and refunding the money.

                  I have placed order not to get my money refunded but to get the product because I liked the product. If they don't have the product why did the put it up on the website. It was a waste of time.

                  This sales promotion is just to bring in customers. All the good product are just for show, even if you purchased they will cancel the order. Eg - I came in for H&M products and had purchased alot, along with H&M I also bought some Mini Klub - got all Mini Klub products BUT H&M products are all cancelled by Myntra :(

                    I couldn't receive my order due to lockdown, the delivery agent asked me to refuse the order. After that i didn't received the refund, i tried calling at customer service two times, they asked me to wait till 72 hours but still i didn't received any refund.
                    They told me about some ivr call but i didn't get any call from them. For your information i refused the order on 28th june 2020.

                    It is not expected for such a brand like myntra,
                    In similar case i found better support form other shopping sites like amazon and flipkart.

                          I have ordered Kisah sherwani in Myntra website . Due to quality issue i have returned the product . They have accepted the return and it got picked up.

                          After that Myntra dint processed my refund saying as quality issues . If that is the case why they picked up my return and why they dint processed refund now . They are cheating customer in the name of Easy returns . Myntra is harassing customers without refunding amount and advertises as easy returns . Cheating firsm with no returns/refunds

                          There is No update from Myntra team yet . They have taken the return and now saying as Refund is on hold. Took the product back and no money . Customers are looking like fools to them

                            I have not got any response from myntra that when they will be returning my hard earned money back. If these guys can’t return me back my money which they fraudulently took from my account least you guys could do is provide me the same product which i canceled at that point of time!

                              I have ordered Boat headphone from Myntra on June 20 2019 whose price was Rs 995 . I received the parcel on July 02 2020 of the moth. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got the box of the earphones and the earphones was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive. The lady on the phone also talked to the delivery agent and I was assured for proper redressal in 3 days.

                                Out of the many products delivered, two products have some items missing. However, myntra blindly denies the claim and rejects the request for any refund.
                                Why is the customer forced to pay for the mistake at Myntra's end which the company is not ready to accept?
                                I also tried escalating the issue, but they have an automated reply ready for the customer.
                                They are cheating the customers.

                                  Three orders have not been delivered by the delivery person as I was out of station. And as Myntra forced to pay online (giving no option for COD) the delivery person took advantage of the situation and showed the items as delivered. If my issue remains unresolved any further I will lodge a complaint in consumer forum immediately and take this incident to all possible levels and also spread the awareness via other social media accounts.

                                      I had ordered a miss chase black tshirt dress and now i want to return it because it did not come with a belt. But in the product details it was told that it would come with a belt. Now the courier service is not taking back the product because the belt is missing. How can i return the belt when i did not receive it only? I want to return the product and want the refund to be credited very soon. I had requested myntra for a return on the day i got the product delivered. So i want myntra to take steps as soon as possible. And also want my money to be refunded.

                                        I'm working in myntra they gave me and one more person of location badripur in dehradun but their location have maimum 25-30 packets. And my area manager is very foolish because they have no idea how handle all products. I'm saying that because i have facing problem in myntra store. And i'm post gradute person and i work as a software engineer. I'm working as a delivery boy because of covid-19. Every thing is good of myntra but manager is not good in dehradun they have not sense.
