I ordered the shoes on 10th july 2020, it packed on same day, but still not yet shipped. So i called on 12th, asking to register a complaint, but shashaa a cse, was not taking a complaint, later when j said that i will share aal the information on social media, then she registered the complaint. Today (13th) when i asked them on twitter by sharing the complaint number, they closed the previous complaint and registered a new one, without sharing any update to me. This is how they harrassing me.
