Placed 2 orders on march 15, 2020.

One was delivered on 19 march 2020.
And i cancelled the other one on 25march 2020.
I sent several enquires to myntra.
But myntra failed to provide a satisfactory reply.
It has been over 3 months. Today is 2july 2020. Please help.

        During sale in 2020 I purchased bulk amount of products mainly bedsheets, watch etc
        I am icon member of myntra
        What happened is I got a box without watch and one bedsheet was missing and I got two completly different bedsheets .so I call customer care and they register the incident and they told me to wait ok then after two days without any solution I get a mail telling the incident is closed as we can see product is delivered again I call the customer care and again they register the issue and finally my account got locked then I get a message from them kindly log into ur account and provide ur bank details ur refund for missing products is approved .now I call customer care and asked for the help today I got a mail telling that I have violated they rules and my account is locked and can't process the refund

          Hi, My ORDER NO is[protected]-1692001. I placed an order on 20th May 2020 and since 22nd May 2020 it is in packed state and I have not received the product till now.

          I tried to cancel the order but I was unable to as it kept showing that the product is in shipped state and I can't cancel it. I complained about it on 4th June, 9th June, 11th June, 17th June, 26 June and so on. But till now I have not received my refund. They're not cancelling my order and not giving me my refund, they keep asking for more and more time.

          Please help me in getting my Refund.

            I had ordered a Fossil watch from Myntra on 9th march and was delivered on 19th March but it did not come in the signature fossil case in which it was supposed to come, rather it came in a plastic film. I filed for an exchange the same day, something which the myntra customer care guy named Sushant was too reluctant to give. I was on call with him for at least 50 minutes after which he agreed for an exchange. The order number was[protected]-0477701. The package was picked up in almost no time but the exchanged product came on 5th of June, after two months. The delivery boy was not giving it to me saying that it hasn't been approved by Myntra yet. He kept on saying the same thing for days and finally gave it to me on 11th June. After opening the package I found that instead of a Fossil watch, they had given me a watch of some random brand named Camry which was very apparently broken. I called Myntra again and they were not helpful at all. I then requested for a return and asked for a refund on 12th June. The package was again picked up on 13th June but I did not receive a refund in the 5-7 days they've mentioned on their website. I called them on 20th June again, telling them the same, and they said we had asked for bank details which they hadn't received, but in reality I never got a mail asking for any kind of bank details. He then sent me the mail asking for my bank details which I filled in and sent immediately. I did not receive any refund. I called them again after some days and the woman said that the previous person who handled your query did not perform all procedures and told me to wait another 5 days. It is now the 1st of July and they are not giving me a call back or responding to my mails.
            My only resolution is for me to recieve my refund immediately.

              I bought 2 noisefit evolve watches from myntra.com and one of them is a defective piece. I even tried to contact them but they gave no response. They just delayed the decision making and now they are showing that my issue is resolved but they haven't took even a single action.

                Good Evening I am tripti and I would like to inform you that i am not geeting any help customer customer service and no one calling me or my issue. I have order Sangria kurta with palazoo i paid 1, 388.00 but i have received only kurta without palazoo when i arranged call back for me so a person said i raised call for you and we will investigate on this i am writing to customer service on daily bases but on one contacting me.
                today i received msg that my complaint or missing item has got declined.
                what the hell is going on
                is this my mistake i paid before receive my item.

                After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your missing item(s) claim, we have found that the product(s) were dispatched from our warehouse in a properly sealed package. We have also received a confirmation from our Logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.
                i already conirmed that pacakge was sealed but i have received only kurta not palazooo
                i am really frustrated with this i have ordered so many shipments before that but this is the first time when myntra is providing pathetic service.
                i arranged call back for me and i received call back then person said we need video while opening the package otherwise we cant do anything. i dont have any video and i cant have this shipment without palazo
                i arranged my return for this shipment now kindly send me back my ammount

                now i am going to file a case against flipkart and

                  Earlier they accepted return request and now they have declined it twice. On what basis? Their customer care executive called me and initiated return request again but again they declined it without my consent. I want my refund and want to return the unused products as it is

                    I ordered women navy blue solid kurta with palazzos, id[protected]-2904301. I received the order with a missing item that is the kurta. I placed it for return but the courier person refused to pick up the order because there was no kurta. I want refund or kurta for the same.

                      I am from durtlang north, mizoram.
                      I recently brought 4 items from myntra. Every time the delivery agent delivered my product he always charged delivery fee. But the delivery fee was already paid during the product purchase.
                      I look forward that my problem will be solve and hope this kind of things will not be a problem in my next purchase.

                        Ordered a branded shirt, but it was damaged with small holes in it.
                        So made exchange thrice, but it was cancelled stating "return to origin".

                        So i cancelled the order, but the return pick-up is pending for long time.
                        No proper customer support. Issue resolved without any information.

                        Why should i pay and get a damaged item?

                            Hrx by hrithik roshan women blue rapid dry running shorts with order number:[protected]-0777703 has been cancelled on 23-06-20.

                            Refund amount of rs. 593 has been initiated to upi.
                            Expected refund time was 1 day.

                            But no amount has been credited to my upi account till now. Please look through it at the earliest.

                              I placed the order on[protected], and the product was delivered on[protected] around 6:00 PM. Then I was not present, when I return around 8.15PM on[protected], I saw the product and found that the Myntra delivered me a defective product like shoe finishing are not well, the wildcraft logo is hazy type, dust and the packing box is like too cheap type. I had doubt with the product, then I placed the return request immediately, by selecting the option that the product is dispute. I never broke the price tag, not even wear the shoe. Next day the delivery boy came to take the product, first of all he behave rudely with my sister and then he marked the product as used . When I talked to him at 10PM on[protected], he told me that in case of dispute marked product he intentionally mark them as used. So that he stays safe and to save his salary he does it intentionally. He said while anybody send us defective issue then he does this kind of thing and harassment starts here. The boy confessed that the price tag was there, shoes were clean. Then what is the meaning of marked it as used? The boy told me does not matter you will get the refund by tomorrow. but 36 hours past no updates from myntra. Just to harass the customer and to save his Rs. 15 and salary(told by him), he did this, now my return request is on hold and I got an email saying the Quality Test Failed. Myntra delivered me defective product and internationally the executive and myntra is doing this while I have return the dispute product delivered by them. Where the condition was same as I received. Now I am facing the harassment. 36 hours past and no update I have received. Just to save their salary their return executive does this kind of things, and myntra find a very nice way to deliver defective products and the customer will be responsible for it. I called myntra many times but nobody gave me any resolution. my money is stuck there and the product was defective, I placed the return request within 2 - 2.30 hours after delivery(around 8.15 PM), next day I went to office at 9AM and after that the boy came and took the product back. Now sir, you tell me is it possible to use that product and with in that time? Please sir do the needful and help me, my money is stuck their, I never used the product and never even break the price tag. This is the new way of myntra to sell product.

                                I have made a prepaid purchase of INR 8500 + 1000 rs myntra point coupon on 22nd june 2020 through HDFC credit card. and on 29th june 2020 @ 4 pm without deliverying the ordered product my Myntra Account is blocked. Now I am not able to log in and track my orderd product.i called to myntra customer care but did not get any satisfactory answer from them, and on 30th june 2020 I got mail from myntra regarding your account is block. Please help me to refund the amount or to get the product.

                                    I ordered 4 product on 19th June 2020 from MYNTRA - fraud, out of 4 - 3 got delivered, where as 1 product wasnt delivered to me and yet they mailed me that the product is delivered along with one more order. I had raised a concern regarding this with the customer support, they are not sharing me the update for my delivery nor even updating me, its been 6 days I had raised a concern but I still no update as to where my product is, the product is worth of 1500 rs, I got a discount and bought is for 1333 rs I am depressed by this truly, they are not giving me any update, daily they keep asking me to wait for another 24hours I cant wait for another day please help me on this

                                      I had received the package on 23 of June, the package was supposed to have 3 items, but it had only 2 items the trouser was missing worth 1472.29 RS, When I raised the complaint they told I would receive it by 25 of June. Which I didn't, so I called customer care again. They told they would investigate and resolve the issue. Now they are telling it was dispatched and delivered which I didn't. I demand a refund of the product which I didn't receive

                                        I have ordered fossil Gen watch 5 on 20/06/2020 for a deal price of Rs.8173/- and I have recieved a confirmation of my order through mail. The product was in packed stage from 21st June. Today I have recieved a message that the order was cancelled due to technical glitch. Now the product is priced at around 22000/-.

                                        Please raise a complaint against Myntra for sending the product or ordering the same product at the deal price of Rs.8173.
