I had purchased the product Crocs women shoes with Order ID # 1235791 [protected] on 12th May, 2023 from Myntra. The app shows delivered on 14th May, 2023. However, i did not receive any product at my end. I raised a complaint on 15th May, 2023 raising the same concern to which they responded that the logistics team has marked this product as delivered and hence resolved the ticket. I reopened it again for 3 times and still have not received any resolution from them. It has been almost a month now and they keep postponing this if I call them. Could you please help me to get my money back?

    Sir/Madam,
    I order 22 products in this order id. 12 products delivered previously and rest 10 products supposed to deliver on june 9th. On June 9th afternoon i got a message and email that 10 products going to deliver and out for delivery. I received that package and when i opened it. It was not 10 products (4 tshirts, 3 jeans, 3 dresses). It was a shoe of brand asics with mrp 6999 without any invoice inside. I called immediately delivery agent (Roshan) and he asked me to call customer care of myntra (he knew it was light weight small box which can be shoe but not 10 products because it weight more then atleast a shoe box). I talk to executive and then escalation supervisor (Shobhit) of myntra. They raised my complain and asked for 3-4 days for investigation and solution. I really don’t have any idea how this happened. As I checked each product generated invoice with different sellers from thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra (total 5 invoices, 5 products in WRong brand, 1 Roadster, 1 Here & Now, 1 All about you, 2 Bebe). My complain is in under investigation but still i am complaining here to draw attention of escalation managers of myntra because this is huge issue for me. I want a resolution as i paid 5, 303 for those 10 products (Prepaid) and I received a asics shoes which mrp i know 6, 999 but cost in sale I don’t know. I sent all images as asked already with all details in help centre. I lost so many bucks and faith in myntra in this matter.

      I already have a Myntra account, but recently I lost my phone. I do remember my registered email id and password associated with Myntra, but they are not letting me log in with it. They are constantly asking for OTP (that is sent to my lost number) I have contacted them several times from past week. But they either ask me to wait or give me solution that fails everytime. Please look into this matter. I have Myntra credits in my account, also I have some prepaid orders that are supposed to deliver in a short while. Please help me

        - I have ordered a product on Myntra.com on 20th May 2023.
        - The product has been simply marked as delivered on 24th May 2023.
        - The delivery executive did not call me on the delivery day. He did not even try to enter our community.
        - I have raised a complaint immediately after thoroughly checking with my neighbours and security
        - I live in a gated community with tight security and the security personnel confirmed that no body from Myntra attempted for delivery on that day. MyGate application log is a proof for that.

        From that day till today (9th Jun 2023), i.e., more than 2 weeks I have been calling Myntra customer care multiple times only to hear the following words from them
        "Sir, we do not have any information from our delivery partner yet, so please wait for another 24-48hrs"

        The support persons will keep me on wait for min 30 mins to get connected to their supervisor. And that supervisor does not have any additional information and repeats the same words (mentioned above) again and again. I feel like listening to a recording every time I call Myntra support.

        I have also requested them to give some Myntra vouchers or even discount vouchers as a compensation. I don't need my money to be refunded back to my account, but at least some compensation can be done, to which Myntra Support strictly denies. They keep insisting for I should wait for more time. And they don't even give me a definite timeline for the wait.

        I am wasting hours together on my calls to Myntra Support. I requested for an email communication rather than these calls to which also they denied. So, I am only left one option, which is to complain in this forum.

          Transfer of money to my bank account

          I did shopping on myntra using myntra credit and other payment method. When I returned few of the products, it gave me two options of refund which were 1. Back to source (meaning myntra credit and other payment method) and 2. Myntra Credit. I opted for option 1, which is back to source.           On May 31, 2023, I placed an order for "Men MD Runner 2 Sneakers" through the Myntra website. I was delighted to find the product at an attractive price, and I promptly made the purchase. However, to my dismay, I received notification that my order had been cancelled due to the vendor's failure to deliver the product to Myntra.

          I understand that Myntra collaborates with various external partners to provide customers with a wide range of products.             I ordered on myntra on 3rd june 2023 for which i paid from my wallet but my payment was deducted and order was converted to cod i called so many times customer care but they asked me to wait 72hrs . After 72 hrs i dont get refund so i contacted myntra but they are not interested in helping they just asked me to wait again . How could you guys do this to your customer? Neither myntra nor bank is ready to help . What should i do??

              I have ordered 2 Taavi kurta sets from Myntra that I received on June 5 without price tag.On the same day I raised return request.Pickup agent on June 6 denied to pick up the product because the price tag was not present and asked us to contact customer support.

              when we spoke to customer support they registered a case stating wrong product delivered but the issue was " price tag missing", product delivered was right.After speaking to lot of agents from escalation team(Sanjana, Nikhilesh) we did not get any resolution and both the products are still with us.

                Agent name from myntra - sanjana and nikhilesh

                My name is soni singh, i have purchased 2 salwar suit sets from myntra of brand taavi. I have received both these products on june 5 without price tag and on the same day have raised return of both the products. On june 6, the pickup guy has denied picking up the product because of missing price tag and asked us to get the approval from customer support.

                We immediately spoke to customer support to register complaint (Complaint number mentioned above). When we checked the complained details on the complaint section of myntra website, we realized that the complaint registered was incorrect i. E the customer support associate has mentioned that wrong product was delivered instead products delivered are right but without price tag.

                Looks like it is a new business of myntra to make money during sale by sending items without tag and then denying the return. Great technique to make easy money by harassing customers deliberately by mentioning wrong details to create fake grounds for denying the pickup.

                  Hi,

                  I had ordered clothes from Myntra one of them was totally different product from product I ordered I raised the complaint two delivery agents had come and they said we cannot take this as the product does not match the product shown that is the whole point of returning the product I received wrong product I raised the request twice today as I was logging in to Myntra app it asked for an OTP and now I am not able to view my orders wish list etc but I do have return ID received in email. I would like to request to resolve my app issue and well as return request

                    This happened yesterday, i.e. 5 Jaune 2023. I had left my 2 Myntra return products with the guard downstairs as I had to go to office. The pickup guy took the 2 parcels and another courier that was lying there. He did not check contents, he did not call me, he simply picked up everything he saw and left. He must have later realised he picked up an extra product but he did not call or come to return it.

                    I called the Myntra customer care to tell them this, requesting them to reach out to their delivery partner or share his number with me. But they simply said they cannot help with this matter.

                    Please note that a number of people leave parcels downstairs for pickup, or guard takes delivery when someone is not around. The Myntra guy can simply steal anything, and Myntra will not even try to help.

                    I do not understand why it is difficult to connect with the guy and check once. They simply refused.

                      Defective product delivered TROUSERS ON 16052023

                      This is you inform you Order ID # 1236125 [protected] was delivered to me which was totally defective to the product which I ordered so i requested for an exchange but when the delivery guy captured the photo it was being hold as the product did not match. Which I ordered and what I received, I don't what and how are they managing seller who are sending the wrong product and during replacement they are verifying the product.

                        I have a complaint . A few days ago I bought a product from Myntra and I did not like it so I applied for Return and now the message is that "Return Approved, Pickup by Tue, 30th May. We are sorry for the delay in picking up the item."
                        How can I apply for Return again?
                        You give the same answer to this question every day of the week. I applied Return on approx 15-16 days ago. There was nothing on your part other than a 24 hour wait message. I have to return your product. For that, give me the return option or arrange a pickup. I request that you return your product and refund my cash, otherwise i will take legal action, and I assure you that I have not damaged or used your product. Take it back as soon as possible.

                            They are not allowing cash on delivery and says I have exceeded limit. I don’t know what limit they are talking about but I definitely received parcels few months ago and returned it as it was stained. And I had to cancel one order but they cancelled all 3 of my orders. And now they are blaming me for that and not allowing pay on delivery. They can’t just block the user who has been a regular customer for years. Myntra has become so useless and provide illogical reasons for their doings.

                                As mentioned in above subject my myntra account is suspended I ordered many products from my Myntra account. some products have been delivered, some products are still in transit but myntra suspended my account without intimating due to which i am not able to return the products which are not fit or having lower quality and some products for which return was generated before suspension, no refund is initiated (due to suspension).As these products are high value products and not useful for me due to some reasons . Hence I request you to pls make it possible to return the products so that i can get my money back . I assure you the returnable products are unused and having proper tags too .
                                I have registered complaint online many time but I get no response from that side. hence, request you to pls look into the matter and do the needful At the earliest.

                                    Hi, Myself Tulika, I've raised a complain regarding my two orders on 17th May 2023 but haven't got any resolutions yet. one of the product was the wrong product received by me while other product is missing but showing as delivered. I've raised a complaint long ago but the company is not resolving my issue. I want refund for both of my orders as I'm very much frustated by Myntra.
