Dear Customer Care,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Myntra regarding an order that was not delivered despite being marked as delivered in your system. Despite my efforts to seek resolution through your help center, I have received no valid response or resolution to my problem.

On 11 may 2023, I placed an order with Myntra for order name Vishudh

Women Navy Blue Floral Printed Regular Pure Cotton Kurta with Palazzos

Size: XXI with an Order ID # 1235680 [protected]. The total amount paid for the order was INR 949, which I made through prepayment. According to the tracking details provided, the product was marked as delivered on 15 May 2023. However, to my utter dismay, I did not receive the package on the said date or at any subsequent time.

After discovering the discrepancy between the delivery status and the actual non-delivery, I immediately raised a complaint through your help center, outlining the issue and requesting a prompt resolution. However, despite my repeated attempts to communicate with your support team, I have not received any valid response or update regarding the matter. This lack of communication and failure to address my concern has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Myntra.

I understand that issues can arise during the delivery process, but as a customer, I expect a responsible and timely response from Myntra to resolve the situation. I have diligently followed the necessary procedures, provided all relevant information, and even contacted your help center multiple times, but it seems that my concerns have been neglected.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a satisfactory resolution. I would like a refund of the full amount paid for the order since the product was not delivered as promised. Additionally, I expect a response from your customer support team within 2 days to acknowledge my complaint and provide an update on the actions being taken to address the issue.

If my concerns are not adequately addressed and resolved in a timely manner, I regret to inform you that I will be left with no choice but to explore other options available to me, such as filing a complaint with consumer rights organizations or seeking legal assistance to protect my rights as a consumer.

I trust that Myntra values its customers and their satisfaction, and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. I look forward to a swift and positive resolution to this matter.

    Myntra provided me only one product and refused to provide me delivery confirmation and not listing to my complaint.

    They do not have any delivery confirmation also but they are claiming that they have delivered the product.

    Myntra is such a big company but by cheating middle class people and totally unexpectable.

    they refused to take my report. Please help me to resolve this issue.

        With reference to the above subject, we have ordered "Skechers Women Grey Go Walk 4 Convertible Walking Shoes, Size US8 (UK5)" on 20/04/2023.

        The Shoe was returned on 28/04/2023 at 10AM due to the size difference and was updated as return pickup successfully.

        The very next day, to our dismay, we received a message saying that the quality check had failed.

        Thereafter, we have contacted the customer care help desk several times, but the issue is still not resolved and the refund has not been initiated so far after successful return of the product.

        On 22/05/2023, to my surprise, I received a help center feedback stating your query with respect to "Varanga Women Pink Printed Gotta Patti Pure Cotton Kurta with Trouser & Dupatta" was resolved. This product was never ordered by me.

        My query is about "Skechers Women Grey Go Walk 4 Convertible Walking Shoes, Size US8 (UK5)"

        I therefore request you to initiate the refund process immediately and credit the amount to my payment gateway account.

          My registered mobile number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Order ID is #1236475 [protected]. I placed an order for a watch on Myntra on 20/5/2023. My order was delivered on 21/05/2023, but the watch I received was different from the one I had order. The watch I received also did not have any price tags or barcodes attached to it. I immediately created a return request on the Myntra app and also uploaded the pictures of the item that was delivered. Next day, I received a reply on my ticket that I had not provided pictures of the price tag and my ticket was closed without my consent. I contacted Myntra through their customer support phone number and told them that there were no tags on the watch and got my ticket reopened. The customer care executive who talked to me assured me that my issue would be resolved on or before 23/05/2023. However, on the 23rd around 5PM i received an update that I will have to wait 48 more hours for my complain to be looked into. I called their customer support again and they were no help either. They said that they cannot do anything and I will have to wait till 25th just for an update on my complaint. No they are not replying to ticket as well on the app. Could this please be forwarded to respective authorities as the watch cost me quite a lot of money.

          UPDATE: i just called Myntra customer care and after putting me on hold for 10 minutes they just said that there is no update and i will have to wait another 48 hours and nothing can be done except this. this is becoming really annoying for me as the watch i ordered is considerably expensive for me.
          there is still no update on this. Myntra has even stopped replying on my ticket. i have bought this watch on emi and my first emi is due in 5june. i urgently need this to be resolved.

              I ordered 4 items in Order ID # 1235151 [protected], out of which I did not receive 1 item. I called so many times their help Center but they did not respond anything in accordance to my problem. My ₹917 got completely wasted, I even mailed them multiple times and rated their app and product purchase but still no response. Please find the attached screenshot of the order where I did not receive jompers men woven blue kurta.
              Please help me in this I have been struggling a lot for my money.

                I ordered a dress and return it and it was rejected and reshipped to me. But after a lot of problamatic process I got the option to return the dress

                I got the option for return my rejected dress. But the delivery guy called me and said that even if he pick up the dress it will be reshipped to me so I should contact the Myntra and get an approval for the return so that he can scan it and return the dress. So I really hope I can get that approval for returning the dress as soon as possible.
                It's been a week since I'm facing this issue. I'm really tired and please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                I have to return this dress today (23/05/2023) so the please get that approval for the delivery boy as soon as possible. The dress was not even picked up but he called and said me that no use for him to pick this dress. Even if he picked that dress it will again reshipped to me so without picking that dress he put that dress on 'return on hold'. So hope Myntra can give the delivery boy approval to scan and return the dress.

                  I have ₹1000 in my myntra wallet and due to some issue I'm unable to use them. Whenever I try to place an order using my Myntra credits, it gets cancelled within seconds and I'm facing this issue since January 2023.
                  Since then, I'm in contact with their customer service team, continuously asking them to provide me a solution regarding this issue. But they are not at all concerned about the issues faced by their customers. They mostly hang up on me when I call them or even if they don't, they ask me to wait for a couple more days and they never get back to me. In this case, I have to call then again for the same issue and the same thing happens again.
                  I'm so tired of their service and at this point I'm not willing to use their app anymore, however I just want them to either refund that myntra credit to my bank account or to provide me a solution so that I can use them, before deleting my account permanently.
                  I can provide the forum all the necessary screenshots and call recordings, if needed. Please look into the matter and help me for the same.

                    I recently order few items from myntra. Its tracking details shows shipped status. And after expected delivery date passes then be it shows delayed and then gets automatically cancelled sharing no concrete reason to cancel my order. If they are facing any issue they should properly convey to us or cancel it before making us wait till delivery date. This is very unprofessional service from myntra. If they cannot deliver they should share information before date. Even customer care executives are just registering complaints saying it will be resolved in few days but if resolution means cancelling the order then they should not say we will resolve they should clearly convey what is the issue so that we can be sure that whether we should wait or not.

                      I ordered a berrylush dress from Myntra. Order ID # 1235776 [protected]
                      I returned the dress because it didnt fit me well, it was too short for me. When I returned, it was in perfect quality, no stains, unused and with all tags. And the delivery boy said the product was okay. But some hours later Myntra messaged me that the return has been rejected because of quality issues. I dont understand how can there be any quality issues if i didnt even use it??? So I emailed them and the CC manager called me and said once the return is reshipped i should contact them so they will process to return that dress and i will get the refund. But I got that dress reshipped (21/05/2023) and and emailed them right away but there was no response.

                      I don't know what to do with that dress. Which i can't even wear. I hope they can process the return as soon as possible.

                        I cancelled a order on 17th may 2023.I paid for the product through UPI method in the middle of the shipment i cancelled the product for some reason. it has been 4 days of cancellation i didn't get the refund for the products. ORDER ID - #123605574959474423101
                        It declares that refund is intiated in 2-3 days but no repose has been arrived from the myntra site.
                        I requested to refund for the products same.

                            I made an order about a white colored dress(kurta and trousers with pink borders). The delievery boy came and I opened the package and found out the product packaging was smothered with dust..the pack which contained product was in dust.I immediately told the delievery person and he refused to take it back and said he would never deliever to my place and involved in a heated argument. Then immediately I made a return request and pick up is scheduled on same day. Few minutes later he came back and then intentionally rejected the return while the tags and all things were intact. He literally delievered the order 10 minutes ago and then he was very rude and this person has done it before too. Always whenever myntra has delivered an order via this agent it was always one or other way defected. He throwed away the return parcel in front of our house.
                            I want to register a complaint again these malpractices of Myntra and agents

                                I ordered a Blazer with order number 123413097363031821403 from Myntra but, underwears were delivered. Thanks Myntra for that. However my disappointment started when I learned that now I will have to deal with the pathetic Myntra support and the efforts I will have to waste just to deal with them and man how right I was.

                                It has been more than 2 weeks without a resolution and myntra so easily telling me a liar that I am the one who received the correct product but making false claim even after sharing proofs.

                                This just shows how inconsiderate Myntra is and how little you guys think about the customer.

                                I thought that I can get a proper resolution without much efforts but, now I realized that how clever of a trick it is to see if customer will keep on wasting his time or just give up to Myntra's fraud.

                                Lucky that I have the CCTV footage. Please find the attachment. Hopefully this will now be enough for Myntra to do the right thing.

                                    Myntra has picked up the return product but refusing to credit the refund amount for no reason. I even contacted their customer care and escalated the matter to senior supervisors many a times but no substantial response from their side too. It’s been a mental harassment and financial loss to me caused by Myntra. Hence, I request you to direct Myntra to credit my refund amount at the earliest. Thanks.

                                      I ordered a product (Order ID: XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX 7896903 of amount Rs. 2159/-) from Myntra on 10th May, 2023 and it was delivered on 13th May, 2023 (at 12.48 PM), but the item was used and tampered one. I processed for the return on the same day at 2.01 PM.

                                      The return request was accepted and the item was picked on the next day 14th May (at 12.12 PM). Then the return was put-on-hold (by 5.58 PM) with a message that the quality check has been failed and your request is declined (by 6.15 PM). When I talked to the customer care, I was asked to wait till the product is reshipped (till 48 hrs). I want to return the product and a full refund of it because the item was used and tampered.

                                        I was a registered user of online shopping platform Myntra. I was having a myntra credit balance of Rs719 against a return order on 13/05/22, On 12/05/23, suddenly it became Zero. When i contacted the customer care no they said that it was valid for 1 year only . It was not any cashback/coupon amount. It was my cash money which i did not opt to return to my bank account, instead i believed in them and transferred it into my Myntra Crédit Cash account, They have cheated me by taking my hard earned money. Please help me to get my money.
