I order 22 products in this order id. 12 products delivered previously and rest 10 products supposed to deliver on june 9th. On June 9th afternoon i got a message and email that 10 products going to deliver and out for delivery. I received that package and when i opened it. It was not 10 products (4 tshirts, 3 jeans, 3 dresses). It was a shoe of brand asics with mrp 6999 without any invoice inside. I called immediately delivery agent (Roshan) and he asked me to call customer care of myntra (he knew it was light weight small box which can be shoe but not 10 products because it weight more then atleast a shoe box). I talk to executive and then escalation supervisor (Shobhit) of myntra. They raised my complain and asked for 3-4 days for investigation and solution. I really don’t have any idea how this happened. As I checked each product generated invoice with different sellers from thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra (total 5 invoices, 5 products in WRong brand, 1 Roadster, 1 Here & Now, 1 All about you, 2 Bebe). My complain is in under investigation but still i am complaining here to draw attention of escalation managers of myntra because this is huge issue for me. I want a resolution as i paid 5, 303 for those 10 products (Prepaid) and I received a asics shoes which mrp i know 6, 999 but cost in sale I don’t know. I sent all images as asked already with all details in help centre. I lost so many bucks and faith in myntra in this matter.
