Being a regular customer to Myntra, it is astonishing that after placing so many orders to high value, a local product from Urbano didnt had any option of exchange or return from home.

The product was delivered easily at first place however during exchange/return requirement Myntra didnt supported in home collection and pushed customer to struggle with shipment on its own. This is highly frustrating and inconvenient and shows double standards of Myntra towards customers. This only discourages us to shop online. The return is still pending to be picked. The review I published was also not approved and thus not listed by Myntra team.

    I have order this product from H&M on 2nd May 2023, It was suppose to deliver on 9th May 2023, I have order this product as a birthday present, Myntra hasn't shipped the product yet. Which was going to be shipped on 5th May 2023. And it's still not shipped 😢. Please help me 🥺🙏🏻

      Myntra delievery agent picked my return order on 30 April 2023 and on the same day I received sms and email as my return order is rejected after pickup.
      Then I have created complaint over Myntra site.
      Now today it’s almost completed 11 days still there is no resolution on my issue. Its really frustrating now, on daily basis I am contacting myntra customer care number and I am getting the same answer/script from every agent as it will get resolve within 24 hrs. Really I feel its very bad experience which I am facing very first time with some shopping site. Need to improve customer care service of Myntra site.
      Really it’s my last shopping from Myntra site and I will never ever use this app in future bacause of this bad experience.

        Today I got my order delivered but instead of Rs 893 the delivery person took Rs 993 from my family. I'm usually in the office on weekdays and trust that Myntra will not charge extra, but was highly disappointed. When I called customer care, they said Rs 100 was for COVID donation. I didn't want to donate to some fraud company. Why at the time of payment my cart didn't show any donation amount?

          Hello,
          I received damage product and trying to return it but 10days over till now no one is responding. they are taking 48hr to reply one message and when I give review they don't approved i.e., I just want to return that product, but I am unable to do that Kindley please help to do that because I am totally stuck, I need to relocate but due to this issue i am unable to do that also. I called more than 20 30times to customer care but they also don't help correctly. they are saying this is backend work and we are not aware about that so I don't know who will solve this issue Kindley please help me there is hope from consumer complain thank you.

            I ordered a kurta set from Myntra but received only Kurta in package. When I called to Myntra customer care they initiate the return and approved it. But delivery partner is denying to pick the product as he is asking for full set of product. When I have received Partial product how can I return full set?. Please help me to get my refund.

              I ordered boat 103 bluetooth earphone through mymtra on 03/05/23 whose order number was 123498021376423059903 price was Rs 1209 the same was delivered on 06/05/23 but the boat was not as I ordered after seeing the photo, wrong design was delivered, which I informed to myntra customer care Requested for return but no solution was given, due to which I have complained to national counsumer grievance, whose complaint number is 4511266, myntra customer care sir, please return my goods and give refund, otherwise I will send notice to district court I am going .An

              I AM FACING THE SAME ISSUE

              I had initiated an exchange request for V-MART COTTON CASUAL SHIRT on the same day I received the product(6th JUNE) because of a size issue. Finally i got to exchange my product today (after waiting for almost 11 days) but delivery agent is saying the product is not matching with the details But i had received this product from myntra

              2. Product name: V-mart women blue cotton casual shirt

              ATTACHING IMAGE ALSO.

              You are requested to please look into the matter. I have already been exhausted waiting for the exchanged product & today while i got to replace it, another issue created.

                  Sangria Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta with Trousers did not receive even though it shows delivered on 26th April 2023. I stay abroad and was only able to check the package post reaching India. I tried to raise the complaint with customer care as the time was post 72 hours they refused to register a complaint or try to help me in any possible way. The worst customer experience ever.

                    I have ordered my product on 3rd of April and it got delayed and delayed. I have connected with customer care executive for more than 10 times and everyone is giving me only timeline and fraud promises. Neither they are refunding and nor delivery a product. CCE don’t have any solution so they are cutting my phone every time without any solution. No one is responding pronperly for my issue and complain. There is no any logical reason to hold my amount.

                      I ordered Varanga kurta set from Myntra and i didn't like it so I placed a return request and the product I requested for return was picked up by the delivery agent after checking everything. Same day I received a text saying that the return request has been put on hold as it did not pass quality check, which was shocking.
                      When the delivery agent picked up after checking everything how was that possible?

                      I have been trying to contact Customer care but couldn't get through.

                      The price of the above product is Rs. 1599/-

                        I have order two shoes from Vans, and when the delivery was made, I opened the box both of them was from the company FILA .

                        I have call the delivery agent right away, from their "Call Agent" option shown near the order, within 15 minutes of deliver .
                        Delivery guy asked to raise return request.

                        I have raised the request of return but they have declined the claim. I have reopened the issue but they did it again.
                        When I am calling customer care and they are also not able to do help there .

                        I can really can not accept this fraud of delivering cheap products.

                            My Myntra item is not getting picked for return they have been cancelling my request after notifying me that the delivery boy from ekart is out for pick up but I didn't receive any call and no one came to pick the item, this is really not fair this is my third time requesting for return I need my refund!
                            They are sending message saying the item is mismatched without even coming to pick up the parcel what is this!

                              I had placed an order under a coupon which made my order non-returnable but there was an option of exchanging it. Once the order was delivered, I had to place an exchange request because the product didn’t fit properly. But now the app is showing that exchange isn’t available at my address.

                                The worst experience dealing with Myntra customer care

                                The customer care were not able to help with an issue with login to online account. They took one week and asked so many details and even then were not able to resolve the issue. This is the worst experience with customer care. Also, Myntra do not have a stable IT system to support customer account....

                                My myntra account has been blocked for no reason. They have mentioned in the email that I violated the clause for 4 that contains so many thing and does not point to anything that I did. When I called the customer care, they said it happened sometime I will raise the complain and it will sort out in 2 days and after two days when I called they there is no option to restore the account.

                                  I guess Myntra is indulging into a scam of showing products at lower price at times as an offer and as and when the customers purchase the product if they can't deliver the product they will deliver a different product attaching the bill related to the ordered product...then the customers cannot exchange or return the product ..this happened to me twice...I wish they resolve it this this time

                                    I received a brand new product from Myntra. But due to price fluctuations, I placed a new order and placed a return request for previous order. The order was picked up by the delivery boy after proper investigation. At evening I got an update that product failed to pass the quality check and the product was returned to me the next day. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER USED. ALL THE BRANDING AND LABELLING OF THE JEANS WAS INTACT AS IT WAS. EVEN THE FACTORY SMELL OF NEW CLOTH IS STILL COMING FROM IT. I am sharing the photos of the jeans I’m still having.
