I have ordered a product from Myntra and they delivered the product but product is not up to mark as shown i wanted to return but in their application they are showing product is not delivered yet . please help .

    My Myntra item is not getting picked for return they have been cancelling my request after notifying me that the delivery boy from ekart is out for pick up but I didn't receive any call and no one came to pick the item, this is really not fair this is my third time requesting for return I need my refund!
    They are sending message saying the item is mismatched without even coming to pick up the parcel what is this!

      I had placed an order under a coupon which made my order non-returnable but there was an option of exchanging it. Once the order was delivered, I had to place an exchange request because the product didn’t fit properly. But now the app is showing that exchange isn’t available at my address.

        The customer care were not able to help with an issue with login to online account. They took one week and asked so many details and even then were not able to resolve the issue. This is the worst experience with customer care. Also, Myntra do not have a stable IT system to support customer account....

        My myntra account has been blocked for no reason. They have mentioned in the email that I violated the clause for 4 that contains so many thing and does not point to anything that I did. When I called the customer care, they said it happened sometime I will raise the complain and it will sort out in 2 days and after two days when I called they there is no option to restore the account.

          Hello,
          I guess Myntra is indulging into a scam of showing products at lower price at times as an offer and as and when the customers purchase the product if they can't deliver the product they will deliver a different product attaching the bill related to the ordered product...then the customers cannot exchange or return the product ..this happened to me twice...I wish they resolve it this this time

            I received a brand new product from Myntra. But due to price fluctuations, I placed a new order and placed a return request for previous order. The order was picked up by the delivery boy after proper investigation. At evening I got an update that product failed to pass the quality check and the product was returned to me the next day. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER USED. ALL THE BRANDING AND LABELLING OF THE JEANS WAS INTACT AS IT WAS. EVEN THE FACTORY SMELL OF NEW CLOTH IS STILL COMING FROM IT. I am sharing the photos of the jeans I’m still having.

              I had received a defective Calvin Klein t-shirt "men brand logo printed pure cotton t-shirt" in XS size from Myntra. It was a white color t-shirt.

              When I received the product and opened it, the C letter (in the logo word "CALVIN") was received in a peeled off condition and also the letter N (in word "NEW YORK") was fading 50%. Also at the left bottom side at waist area the stitching of the t-shirt was torn up to 1 inch.

              I had tried many times from the day I received, to exchange the product for same size of mine as return was unavailable, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful in doing that as it used to say that the address they have delivered this specific t-shirt to is invalid for pickup (which clearly sounds pretty theft full in nature).

              Then I tried many times to reach customer care over call, but again I was unable to do so, as they don't given any options through which we can have a word with their customer care executive.

              At last I tried the chat option on the Myntra app that was available and had a word with their executive Mr. Shadique under the Chat ID : 30986132, where he confirmed he will sort out a resolution for the issue within 24 hours. Within a few minutes I saw, as I checked back that my complain was closed stating " We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check".

              I am sure one can clearly understand how Myntra is running away from resolving the issue to make a theft of my hard earned money. I have even provided Myntra with the photographs stating my acclamation to be very real and true, with Myntra talking baseless with no photo proofs to prove that I was handed over with a non defective product.

              Kindly help resolve this serious issue.

                    I want to change my registered mobile no. on Myntra app as I no longer have the no. with me.
                    But unable to change as OTPN is required to be sent to registered no.
                    Tried customer care but no helped received.
                    Now I cannot even login into my account without providing OTP on the registered no. (which I don't have with me).

                      The Product I have booked which is worth 6999 INR, was delivered . But when I'm trying to exchange the product they are asking the delivered is not supported for exchange by their vendor. When they can deliver on that address why cant they accept the exchange on the same address.
                      Please resolve this issue for me.

                          I purchased a dress from Myntra on 21st April. The first transaction failed and it asked to try again. I did and money was debited twice from my account. The amount was 1055
                          I tried reaching tne customer care of Myntra but there is no way to contact them directly. The mail ID is also wrong.
                          I tried the chat option and I was told to wait for 42 hours as Myntra has not received the payment.
                          But I have all the transaction details with shows that money was transferred to Myntra twice.
                          For past 1 week I am try to contact them but there is no response from their side.
                          Please help and get my money refunded back to me.

                            I ordered the product on 26th April and selected express delivery to get it delivered on 28th April. However, I have still not received the product and no response from the customer care team on the same. What is the point of selecting the express delivery and spending extra 150rs, when I will receive the product at the usual time. Pathetic customer service of Myntra.com.

                              My return request was approved from myntra inspite of that return request was not picked up from 10 days everyday i used to call help center every day they used to say wait 24 hours but after 48 hours they still didn’t used to pick up mu products no update was provided about that and no call used to came from 11 days the people from myntra harassing the customer help center is incompetent they don’t know how to talk and delivery person are cery rude still waiting for pick up

                                13 th apr 2023- myntra is showing that refund was credited to my UPI but it’s not credited yet have connected with my bank with reference no. Which myntra provided but bank is saying invalid n no refund ..have called several times myntra n had submitted complaint also but of no use ..please look into this matter it’s been so many days now…showed them my bank statement but they r just not telling

                                      Subject: Wrong Product Delivered - Return ID [protected]

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing with your company. On April 15, 2023, I ordered a pair of Puma Men Black Solid Electrify Nitro 2 Running Shoes in size 8 from your website. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that the product delivered was completely different from what I had ordered.

                                      I immediately contacted your customer service team to rectify the issue with Order ID # 1233000 [protected], and they provided me with Return ID #[protected]. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with your customer service team, I have not received any response or update on my complaint. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

                                      I request that you take immediate action to rectify this issue. I would like to either receive the correct product as soon as possible or receive a full refund of the amount paid for the shoes. I hope that you will address this issue and provide a satisfactory resolution soon.

                                      Please acknowledge this letter and provide me with an update on the progress of resolving this issue. If I do not hear from you within the next 14 days, I will be compelled to take legal action to protect my rights.
