    As mentioned in above subject my myntra account is suspended I ordered many products from my Myntra account. some products have been delivered, some products are still in transit but myntra suspended my account without intimating due to which i am not able to return the products which are not fit or having lower quality and some products for which return was generated before suspension, no refund is initiated (due to suspension).As these products are high value products and not useful for me due to some reasons . Hence I request you to pls make it possible to return the products so that i can get my money back . I assure you the returnable products are unused and having proper tags too .
    I have registered complaint online many time but I get no response from that side. hence, request you to pls look into the matter and do the needful At the earliest.

        Hi, Myself Tulika, I've raised a complain regarding my two orders on 17th May 2023 but haven't got any resolutions yet. one of the product was the wrong product received by me while other product is missing but showing as delivered. I've raised a complaint long ago but the company is not resolving my issue. I want refund for both of my orders as I'm very much frustated by Myntra.

          From the past month onwards Myntra has been cancelling my orders and there has been no specific reason for that. The products are not even sold out but within a couple of days of ordering the orders are cancelled from the company saying " not able to deliver".
          Now the problem is how do I use the Myntra credit amount if my orders are cancelled without my knowledge. No matter what I order it will be cancelled after 2-3 days. Even I have an exchange order pending which is still showing as delayed order on my Myntra app. I want Myntra to return my credit amount which will get expired eventually if not used within a year.
          The customer care people doesn't give you an explanation nor they can tell where the product is lying in transit.
          They will keep on saying sorry everytime I call to ask about the status of my products.

              On 17th May, I raised return for 2 items from my order:

              Item 1:: Order ID # 1235751 [protected] Ginger by Lifestyle Dress - Rs559

              Item 2:: Order ID # 1236034 [protected] Dorothy Perkins Dress - Rs2946

              Myntra pick up agent 1st came to pick up Item 1 for Rs559. But instead he incorrectly picked Item 2 for Rs2946.

              But the refund I received was for Item 1 itself - Rs559. I still have an unpicked Item 1 and pending refund for Rs2946 for Item 2 that was incorrectly picked up from me.

              I have been contacting Myntra customer service team since 15days now. Spoken to multiple people including a supervisor named Kajal.

              Each time they apologize for this mistake, assure me of action & refund. Each time they open a new complaint ticket and close it post 3 days without any action from their end at all.

              I am tired to calling them, repeating myself multiple times to multiple people & explaining their own fault to them.

              They must pick up Item No. 1 & issue me a refund of Rs2946 for Item 2 that they already have with them.

              Since I last raised this complaint, 2 more complaint tickets have been raised & closed at Myntra's end with no resolution. I have spoken to 2 more supervisors - Neha & Veer meanwhile. My inquiry never gets resolved yet their ticket says resolved & closed. I received a message that my pick up failed & my return request has been cancelled. Whereas Noone even attempted any pickup. I am sick and tired of calling up the incompetent team of Myntra's representatives & supervisors. 5 times, tickets have been opened on my account & no one seems to know how to resolve my issue.

              2 dresses were to be returned. Item 1: Rs 559. Item 2: Rs2946. Pick up agent incorrectly picked up Item 2 instead of 1. But the refund I received was for Item 1 for Rs559. Whereas that product is still with me.
              Myntra is due to pick up Item 1 from my place and refund me for Item 2 for Rs2946.

              In last 1 month of running around with them, my return date also expired. Pathetic bunch of thieves sitting at Myntra

                  I have returned 3 products and pickup guy picked all those 3 products next day and I have only received refund of 1 product. Other 2 are showing “out for pickup”. That is just pathetic. This happened with me the second time. They taking the product back and never issue refund instead it show “out for pickup “ since 10 days. Please do not ever buy from myntra ever again. I faced this problem even after being myntra icon member. Really disappointed.

                    I ordered a pair of shoe worth 524 and was supposed to recieve the order on 22nd may 2023.
                    I recieved a message in morning stating that i will receive my product on that day and suddenly in evening i recieved a text saying my product has been delivered to me. I reached the customer care of Myntra, they asked me to wait for several days and with all my patience i did wait and finally they closed my case saying the product has been delivered, i called them back and they say they have re opened the case, they have been wasting my time and money both and troubling me for their error. I never received any OTP which they promise of before delivering the package neither any call from delivery executive, these two major proof should be enough for them to come to some conclusion but they have been playing around with my money and not giving me any solution

                        I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Myntra regarding an order that was not delivered despite being marked as delivered in your system. Despite my efforts to seek resolution through your help center, I have received no valid response or resolution to my problem.

                        On 11 may 2023, I placed an order with Myntra for order name Vishudh

                        Women Navy Blue Floral Printed Regular Pure Cotton Kurta with Palazzos

                        Size: XXI with an Order ID # 1235680 [protected]. The total amount paid for the order was INR 949, which I made through prepayment. According to the tracking details provided, the product was marked as delivered on 15 May 2023. However, to my utter dismay, I did not receive the package on the said date or at any subsequent time.

                        After discovering the discrepancy between the delivery status and the actual non-delivery, I immediately raised a complaint through your help center, outlining the issue and requesting a prompt resolution. However, despite my repeated attempts to communicate with your support team, I have not received any valid response or update regarding the matter. This lack of communication and failure to address my concern has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Myntra.

                        I understand that issues can arise during the delivery process, but as a customer, I expect a responsible and timely response from Myntra to resolve the situation. I have diligently followed the necessary procedures, provided all relevant information, and even contacted your help center multiple times, but it seems that my concerns have been neglected.

                        I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a satisfactory resolution. I would like a refund of the full amount paid for the order since the product was not delivered as promised. Additionally, I expect a response from your customer support team within 2 days to acknowledge my complaint and provide an update on the actions being taken to address the issue.

                        If my concerns are not adequately addressed and resolved in a timely manner, I regret to inform you that I will be left with no choice but to explore other options available to me, such as filing a complaint with consumer rights organizations or seeking legal assistance to protect my rights as a consumer.

                        I trust that Myntra values its customers and their satisfaction, and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. I look forward to a swift and positive resolution to this matter.

                          Myntra provided me only one product and refused to provide me delivery confirmation and not listing to my complaint.

                          They do not have any delivery confirmation also but they are claiming that they have delivered the product.

                          Myntra is such a big company but by cheating middle class people and totally unexpectable.

                          they refused to take my report. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              With reference to the above subject, we have ordered "Skechers Women Grey Go Walk 4 Convertible Walking Shoes, Size US8 (UK5)" on 20/04/2023.

                              The Shoe was returned on 28/04/2023 at 10AM due to the size difference and was updated as return pickup successfully.

                              The very next day, to our dismay, we received a message saying that the quality check had failed.

                              Thereafter, we have contacted the customer care help desk several times, but the issue is still not resolved and the refund has not been initiated so far after successful return of the product.

                              On 22/05/2023, to my surprise, I received a help center feedback stating your query with respect to "Varanga Women Pink Printed Gotta Patti Pure Cotton Kurta with Trouser & Dupatta" was resolved. This product was never ordered by me.

                              My query is about "Skechers Women Grey Go Walk 4 Convertible Walking Shoes, Size US8 (UK5)"

                              I therefore request you to initiate the refund process immediately and credit the amount to my payment gateway account.

                                My registered mobile number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Order ID is #1236475 [protected]. I placed an order for a watch on Myntra on 20/5/2023. My order was delivered on 21/05/2023, but the watch I received was different from the one I had order. The watch I received also did not have any price tags or barcodes attached to it. I immediately created a return request on the Myntra app and also uploaded the pictures of the item that was delivered. Next day, I received a reply on my ticket that I had not provided pictures of the price tag and my ticket was closed without my consent. I contacted Myntra through their customer support phone number and told them that there were no tags on the watch and got my ticket reopened. The customer care executive who talked to me assured me that my issue would be resolved on or before 23/05/2023. However, on the 23rd around 5PM i received an update that I will have to wait 48 more hours for my complain to be looked into. I called their customer support again and they were no help either. They said that they cannot do anything and I will have to wait till 25th just for an update on my complaint. No they are not replying to ticket as well on the app. Could this please be forwarded to respective authorities as the watch cost me quite a lot of money.

                                UPDATE: i just called Myntra customer care and after putting me on hold for 10 minutes they just said that there is no update and i will have to wait another 48 hours and nothing can be done except this. this is becoming really annoying for me as the watch i ordered is considerably expensive for me.
                                there is still no update on this. Myntra has even stopped replying on my ticket. i have bought this watch on emi and my first emi is due in 5june. i urgently need this to be resolved.

                                    I ordered 4 items in Order ID # 1235151 [protected], out of which I did not receive 1 item. I called so many times their help Center but they did not respond anything in accordance to my problem. My ₹917 got completely wasted, I even mailed them multiple times and rated their app and product purchase but still no response. Please find the attached screenshot of the order where I did not receive jompers men woven blue kurta.
                                    Please help me in this I have been struggling a lot for my money.

                                      I ordered a dress and return it and it was rejected and reshipped to me. But after a lot of problamatic process I got the option to return the dress

                                      I got the option for return my rejected dress. But the delivery guy called me and said that even if he pick up the dress it will be reshipped to me so I should contact the Myntra and get an approval for the return so that he can scan it and return the dress. So I really hope I can get that approval for returning the dress as soon as possible.
                                      It's been a week since I'm facing this issue. I'm really tired and please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I have to return this dress today (23/05/2023) so the please get that approval for the delivery boy as soon as possible. The dress was not even picked up but he called and said me that no use for him to pick this dress. Even if he picked that dress it will again reshipped to me so without picking that dress he put that dress on 'return on hold'. So hope Myntra can give the delivery boy approval to scan and return the dress.

                                        I have ₹1000 in my myntra wallet and due to some issue I'm unable to use them. Whenever I try to place an order using my Myntra credits, it gets cancelled within seconds and I'm facing this issue since January 2023.
                                        Since then, I'm in contact with their customer service team, continuously asking them to provide me a solution regarding this issue. But they are not at all concerned about the issues faced by their customers. They mostly hang up on me when I call them or even if they don't, they ask me to wait for a couple more days and they never get back to me. In this case, I have to call then again for the same issue and the same thing happens again.
                                        I'm so tired of their service and at this point I'm not willing to use their app anymore, however I just want them to either refund that myntra credit to my bank account or to provide me a solution so that I can use them, before deleting my account permanently.
                                        I can provide the forum all the necessary screenshots and call recordings, if needed. Please look into the matter and help me for the same.
