I ordered a product o[censored]cb blue jacket which i m returning in the same condition which seems to be dirty that itself i got delivered with dirtiness.. Now i m returning the product but they pick up boy refused to take pick up and talked with me in the very rude manner and put the pick up on hold.. I want to return the product as the myntra did wrong to me by delivering me the used product and the return is within the returning peroid. Order i'd of my product is[protected]-3239003

    A jvl ear phone model number jblt110blk was ordered through myntra vide[protected]-3370601 by nupur singh on 22 feb 20. However when the product was delivered on 25 feb it was a substandard local peoduct. When myntra was contacted it asked to contact jbl who was again contacted who asked us to contact myntra.in the entire process the money is lost and no one is taking responsibility. My mob no is [protected] and e mail add is [protected]@gmail.com.

          I had ordered bike shoes which was delivered to me on February 20th 2020. However at that time the tag of nike was not available in the box and the item was not good so I placed the return request on the same day.. post which I received the confirmation from them that product will be picked up on February 21 2020. However continuesly for 6 days pick up executive gave me missed call and then I received the msg from myntra that your product would not be picked up as executive was unable to reach. It continued for 6 consecutive days. Post which I raised the complaint with myntra for the same and finally the executive arrived and he denied for the return of the product as there was no product tag available in the box and he went back .

          Then I raised the complaint with myntra again they asked me for the images of the box and I did it within quick time. However today I received the confirmation from them that the product could not be returned as it did not pass the quality test..

          I had already confirmed that I haven't received any product tag inside the box and also confirmed them that product was unused..

          Therefore I request you to take serious action against them and help he in return of my product. Attaching the images of the product as asked by myntra for your reference.

            Hello, my name is meenu my order id is[protected]-6988401. I had placed a return request on roadster bag but they rejected it saying it had no price tag. Its a false call as the bag had everything i did not even use it. I had placed the same bag order few weeks ago and they shipped me wrong product. Its a fraud site stop buying stuffs from here. Disappointed!!!

              Hi I have ordered a blue blazer from Myntra which I received on 28th of Feb 2020 and because of size issue I have placed a return request on 28th of Feb 2020 at night hours . On 2nd March 2020 a pick up person of Myntra had collected the blazer from me. Immediately after the pickup guy left with the returned product I was trying to check my app when will I be refunded for the same and while checking it I have seen that while putting a return request I have selected my 4-5years old salary account number which was not been closed . Immediately without wasting time I called Myntra customer service and have spoken to MANSI named lady . I have escalated the matter to her she had promised me and have given 100% assurance that the money won't be initiated to my old salary account no and however will be transferred to my new account number . I asked her is the refund initiated she had said that because the pick up person had collected the product on that day itself so there would be some quality check after that it would take around 3-4days to initiate the refund process and she will be updating my account no and will certainly be initiated to my new account no. Right during the call she have shared an email where she asked me to fill all details of my new account no and immediately I have sent her reply on the same email with all updating account name and number. I have Attached a screenshot of her email. Also I have shared a screenshot of my revert email.

              On the very next day that is on 3rd March 2020 i have called Myntra again at the morning hour so that to reconfirm that my new account no has been updated. But the reply i got from that person was really disappointing. He said that my refund had been initiated to my old account no not the new one. when I asked the reason he said it's been automated process and thus been refunded to my old account no.
              Now again while narrating the whole story of mine. again the representative has given me confirmation that the refund will be initiated to my new account no and not to worry about that. and he gave me assurance that someone from their team will be calling me back. I received a call from PIYUSH from escalation team he literally started saying me that it's an automatic process of their app and they have selected the old account no. And will not be able to help me . Now while narrating the story again he said his team as in the lady Mansi had given me wrong information so they wont be able to help me.
              Now If that lady would have told me in the first call that selecting the account no is an automatic process then I would have asked them to credit in my myntra credit so that I can use it afterwards but No she had fooled me saying " dont worry maam I assure you to transfer the refund in your new account no, please share your new account details on the email which I have shared with you" . And afterwards everyone started saying me it's the wrong information given by our team we apologise .
              They are trying giving me reference no of SBI ACCOUNT that was my salary account which might have now converted to savings account because of non closure any which ways I am not going to get that money. Additionally I have to run to banks to ask them . Simple things could be done if she wouldn't have given me the wrong information and fooled me and making my job cumbersome.
              Piyush, Mansi, Sagar sukhla being in a so called escalation team doesn't have manners to talk to a angry customer. They were asking me to shut up and let them speak. Is this the service a regular customer get ?

                I have placed an order for my laptop bag around 1.5 month ago (January). I placed a return request for the bag but since then i just keep on receiving different dates for the pickup bur no response from myntra.

                There customer support just mentions in email pls be patient we will get back to you in 24 hours, 1 day etc nobody ever comes up.

                I want my item to be pickup and money should be refunded.

                  Myntra account is locked without any prior information. Previously as well there are similar cases of several of my accounts getting locked for no specific reason. The customer care service is as pathetic as it can possibly be. Every time i call them, they lodge a new complain and promise to solve it in 2 business days, but it never gets solved.
                  I created a new account for solving the issue, it worked for a 1-2 weeks and now this account is locked as well. Worst app management! Useless staffs in customer care support!

                    I was shipped a wrong fake product of zara track pant with a mango tag on it.

                    1) product images / brand tags – attached
                    2) bar-code number[protected]

                    This is a clear case of fraud.

                    I placed the order on 17th feb 2020 and immediately on 18th feb 2020 the product was shipped. This itself is so suspicious.

                    When i called myntra they said as per their system they have shipped the right product and they refused to give me my refund.

                    There is some fraud happening at myntra which they are hiding.

                    This is my hard earned money and i have been openly robbed by myntra. I have paid a huge amount for this product.

                    Please please help.

                      Purchased a product before 20 days delivery date was 18th feb 2020, but product not received.

                      Called and raised complaint with customer care, received a msg that delivery will be on 3rd march 2020.

                      Today on 3rd march not received my product,

                      Called to customer care, and talked with senior supervisor "anchal" so called name given by myntra.

                      That lady was fooling me giving nonsense reply like.

                      1) your parcel is still packed (Since 20 days parcel just packed)

                      2) i don't know when ur parcel will go for shipping (I can not commit she told me)

                      3) your money will return your amount (She clearly said this sentence she said here no option right now to cancel order)

                      4) i can not commit the time or date of product delivery it can be take time for 10 days, or month or year or so many years, (She don't have any answer about my queries)

                      I m shocked she told that me she is senior employee of myntra, and she has no idea about about her company process.

                      I was on call for 1 hr and she only said one statement... I can not commit when your product will be deliver or will not deliver.

                      I must say pls think before order any product by myntra, company is totally fraud, they are just making money they have posted fake pics of big brands on their sites,

                      But they don't have product in stock, no assurity about product delivery. Your money will be stuck and will not be refund. So be care full

                          I bought a pair of sandals(Corsica - Women Silver toned Solid sandals) on 22nd January 2020.
                          When i raised the return request for the same within the return period, firstly my return request was rejected for no reason. Then i tried to call customer care multiple times and bring the concern into notice. After raising complaints multiple times, i was told that the product will be picked up and inspected and then the status of return will be shared.
                          On Feb 26 2020, sandals were picked up and then on Feb 27 2020 i was informed that the return request has been rejected as according to them product seems to be used and on 28th Feb 2020 product was shipped back to me.
                          The issue here is despite the product not being used, i am being forced to keep the product and i am not getting the return of my own money.

                              Myntra deducted money from my credit card but the order failed and upon contacting my, i was given the transaction id for payment and was told that myntra has successfully received the payment.                                   I made a purchase from myntra.com on 22 feb 2020 and tge prodyct was not satisfactory so according to there terms and conditions i have placed the return on 24 feb 2020, now myntra has initiated the return but they haven't reach me for taking back the product and there delivery man who suppose to take back has mentioned the false comment that the product fail to qualify quality statndards, and they are not taking there product back, and it is not cheap also it costs 1050 around, and there are just looping me into false assurences and not taking the product back, i want my return ortherwise i will deal it legally, attaching pics for refrences

                                    I am disheartened by how the customer care team took 'care' of the situation at hand today. With two calls lasting 23 mins and 42 mins each in january and regular follow ups for the last 2 months, i am appalled by the issue resolution provided. Being a myntra loyalist for years and years with orders flowing in my house every week, today is a day when myntra is just disappointed me immensely.

                                    To give a context of the situation, the problematic order no.[protected]-5668701, placed on the 2nd of jan had issues with the following items which i waned to return:
                                    A. Texco top black - 2 units - the fit was pathetic
                                    B. I like me nightsuit - m size - the bottom of the set was missing (Plus the stripes design looked really bad, so i didn't want to keep it either way (Returned the size l as well that i had ordered for my mother)

                                    For point a - the texco tops had no mrp tag from the supplier (Just a brand tag hanging). Neither did myntra's packaging had its usual barcode pasted sticker on the polythene stating the size and mrp of the product, yet i was made to undergo massive return related issues for no fault of mine - the pick up executive refused to take the order, customer care said we will look into it - no resolution yet.

                                    Coming to the i like me nightsuit - which has irritated me the most - the customer care executive gave no insight whatsoever yesterday and said we will update you over email - no email received thus far on the matter. Today when i made another attempt in returning the same the champion mentions that the return request for missing items need to be place within 48 hours as per the process.
                                    Now the reason why process word is capitalized, i want to state below:

                                    1. As per process, i should not have received two articles (Texco tops) with no mrp printed on them
                                    2. As per process, the pick up executive should have uploaded the correct reason for keeping my return of the nightsuit on hold - despite telling him that the bottom is missing, he uploaded the reason as mrp tag missing
                                    3. As per process, the customer care executive whom i spoke to yesterday should have given me the logic of 48hrs missing item return request, yet he conveniently said we will look into it and update you
                                    4. As per process, if i am expected to be available at home (While i am a working professional who has to travel lot for work), the customer care senior madam ms. Ranjeet says that since we delivered the order at 347pm on 7th, we will entertain return requests by 9th 347 pm only. My point here is if i returned from travel a day late at night (9th night) - i checked my orders and placed a return request post midnight - no one bothered to use their intelligence and see the time of request - 12:57 am, 10 january.
                                    So do you mean to say that i should have expected that the order will be faulty?
                                    Or that if the date changed, i will have to live with the half pathetic looking night suit i received?
                                    Or if the mrp tags are missing, that is ok but if i am unable to file a return request within your specified time due to unavoidable reasons, you guys will get processes in between?
                                    Or if your customer care executives are in-equipped with logic, that is alright?
                                    Or if your pick up executive uploads wrong reasons for return on hold, that is also acceptable?

                                    Today, i write this mail to express my displeasure at how myntra has let me down, how in the name of processes we are also promoting dual standards, how a loyalist is dejected, how ineffective the customer 'care' is.

                                    Please let me know what i should take-away from this entire incident.

                                    I ordered a suit which is a three piece suit first it came defective then i exchanged it and i had a missing item and that is my scarf please either give my scarf or replace it.                                       I have opted for return and myntra executive picked up return and item was checked that time and i got message that return successful but after 3-4 hours i got mail that return is kept on hold as quality check failed whereas executive during pickup has already checked it. Must me the pickup executive has done something post picking up my product as he checked it during pickup and pickup was successful. I am a loyal customer to myntra but this time i am very upset please refund my money immediately

                                      In the return pickup successful mail it is no where mentioned that product will be checked again after that refund will be given that means product is already checked but still it has been kept on hold

                                        Ordered an item on 28 dec 2018 (Order number[protected]-3985303) later returned but didnt receive refund. Myntra claimed that they process it on 22 jan 2020. And provided reference number[protected]. When i raised chargeback dispute to bank they claimed myntra didnt process it. They claimed it might be fake reference number. If myntra has processed it then they can raise chargeback dispute with bank. As i have already raised this dispute so now myntra should process it again or should raise chargeback dispute. Mini statement of account number is also provided as a proof that i havent received any amount.
