I have ordered a dress from your app. But first time i'm very disappointed with the product because i have ordered olive green color which is shown in the discription picture and i have received the different green color.. Now i don't want that product im requesting you to exchange the product or refund my money.. I have shared the image what shown in the discription and what i have received.. I need your support..

Since 3-4 months my Myntra account is locked..and I don't know why the hell it has been locked.and I am a regular costumer...even costumer care don't help in this. I have to unlock this as fast as possible... I have many insider points in Myntra account...

    I placed an order of big fox men brown loafers for rs 649.00. As i found the product did not fit me, i immediately placed return order (13/3/2020). The item was picked up from me on 14/3/2020. On 15 the march, myntra send me a mail stating “ the amount will be reserved back to the same source account based on the payment mode selected at the time of payment (Bank account). Since the amount was credited to my account, i sent an email again. I was replied that we have initiated the refund of the mentioned production 15th march 2020. On 28/3/2020, on further enquiry, i was given a return id. No. [protected] to place query in this matter. I was again provided with a reference no. In[protected] to quote for further enquiry. When send a mail again on 1/4/2020, to know why the amount is not yet credited to my account, on i got a reply on 2/4/2020 stating that the amount is credited to myntra credit. Well, i am not interested in myntra credit. The money paid need to be back to my account only. Will you please help me!

      On 9th march i placed an order for 1mount 1926 inr at myntra fashion, unfortunately the transaction was pending for 2 days. On 11th march the transaction was shown as successful but there was no order placed at all. I buy these stuffs using amazon upi, talk to amazon and my bank accordingly but they confirmed that as the transaction was successful so myntra can help on that.in my bank statement it is recored the money has been deducted. Since last couple of days i am contacting to myntra, and on 23rd march they mentioned that they received the amount and will refund within 5-7 working days. But till yesterday here was no refund of the money, they i contact to then and they told with 15th april i shall get the refund, but today i got a mail from myntra and they completely ignore about the transaction. Need help to get the refund.

        I had cancelled 4 orders and they had to refund the amount to me. Each item was costing rs. 629/-. Therefore they had to refund the total amount of rs. 2516/-. They have refunded only 1258/- so far. I called their customer care multiple times and spoken to the supervisor also twice. I got an sms saying that my complaint has been registered, and after a week's time i got an sms that my complaint has been resolved. They have not resolved the complaint till now, as i have not got the refund nor the details of the bank transaction capturing the refund. They are pathetic in their service.
        They had taken the return numbers from me.

          I applied a complaint against myntra regarding refund of my returned product. They says they have processed it already but not yet credited in my account. I returned peach coloured grey printed kurta but refund rs. 839 has not yet credited in my account even after 15 days. I kindly request them to cross check it and return my amount as soon as possible.

            I ordered monte carlo women pink hooded padded jacket. This jacket received by me on 22 march 2020. But brand name not mention on the jacket. I totally confused what is the brand of this jacket. Price tag is available with the jacket. I mean to say this jacket is totally different who shown in the image. I want to return the jacket. I raised many complaint and myntra said me send jacket details. But i have already shared the jacket details many times. But no response by the myntra. I want to return the product.

              The puma shoes had been picked upon 21tst march 2020 and still did not get the refund.

              Amount rs 2399/-
              They claim that they initiated the amount but it is not credited in the account.

              Have repeatedly called myntra and they all differ with their answers to the extent that they have no idea when the refund will refunded

              The amount has been paid in cash it should have been refunded instantly

              But till now have not got it

              They have said that it has been initiated but still not credited in the bank.

              Have spoke to the bank and they say it a third party transfer cannot help much

                The h& m shirt had been picked upon 6th march 2020 and still did not get the refund.

                They claim that they initiated the amount twice but it is not credited in the account.

                Have repeatedly called myntra and they all differ with their answers to the extent that they have no idea when the refund will refunded

                  My order id is[protected]-5327303 and i cancelled one of the order of being human belt worth rs. 899 on 14th march, 2020. My mode of payment was phonepe and according to their refund policy, the refund should have been instant. However, it has been 12 days and no refund is processed. I have called as well as mailed myntra customer support but they are reluctant to reply.

                    On 22 feb under the order id[protected]-0258601 i ordered two products worth rs 1076.I only got a refund of one product worth rs. 499.I did not a get a refund of another product worth rs 577.I have Contacted myntra customer care many times but they are not giving proper response.Its been a more than a 1month but i havenot got a refund of another product worth rs 577.

                      I have returned my product of vishudh women peach colored and grey printed a-line kurta (Return no: [protected]) on march 16th monday morning but i haven’t got refund yet. I mailed them again and again but no response. I want to know when will they refund and updates regarding the refund process. I am an usual customer on myntra and i have returned the product before also but this is the first time i have this bad experience.

                            Hello, its been 9days since i got an email saying my money would be refund. i bought a ether jeans which was delivered on 14th March 2020 and i had returned it on 15th as it was too big for me and the colour wasnt like the one in the website. i had tried calling the customer care yet it wasnt fruitfull as date. kindly adress my refund at the earliest.My return no.                               I ordered a sweatshirt of h&m from myntra of size xs/s and myntra delivered me the wrong size which is xxl/s. And i have told them about the issue but they are just telling me that they will solve this issue by this date and when the date comes they don’t even reply. Even after that i had to make call and ask what happened to the issue which you promised to solve by today then they say give us 24 hours more and i say ok because i dont have any more options. So i wait and call the next day and the same thing happens. They asked me to share the pictures and tags. I sent everything they asked for but they are not doing anything about it. They asked me to for 48 more hours excluding those i mentioned above and now it has been over. So i am here to get help and get my money back from the looters stealers. Please help me get justice. Please punish them. They caused me a lot of trouble and also have my money.

                                I ordered a diseal shoes worth. Around 5000 and i recieved a fake product. There was no any barcode on the shoes and the box containing the shoes the barcode was also fake on it. The stitching of the shoes were very poor, the sole quality of the shoes was very poor and also the building material was very poor. I talked to the one of the stores in delhi of that company they told me that scan the barcode on the box and if you find the product on internet than the product is original but i didn’t find any product and the barcode was fake. The company that is myntra claims to take returns within 30 days and guarantee the customer to supply the hundred percent genuine products. I returned the product but the delivery boy without informing me lookas snap of that shoes and uploaded and give the reason that the shoe where different and asked me to talk to the customer care. I call the customer care and explain the situation as my return was put on hold. Myntra denied to take returned saying that the product was used as the sole was little bit dusty at one place, it is obvious that if a person buys your shoes will try. And now they are not taking the shoes or even not exchanging the shoes saying that it is against our company policy. I have made the video o[censored]nboxing and showed the details of the issues at the first view and it can be clearly seen that the shoes is fake. I am very disappointed with myntra as they are now giving fake products at the price of original (Rs.1500 shoes at rs.5000) i request for a strict action that should be taken against myntra. I have all the proofs and evidences that proves thatthe issues we are fake and it was the mistake of the delivery boy for giving the wrong reason of not taking the return
                                It will be very helpful if my problem will be taken seriously as it is increasing day by day. The company is guaranteeing i. E. They are giving hundred percent genuine products but the customers are getting a fully fake product. This situation is against the consumer protection act 1986 and steps should be taken against the company and the seller. 5000 is a very huge amount for the shoes i received and 5000 is a very huge amount for me to let go. I request to take my product return and refund my money or give me an original pair of shoes that i ordered.

                                      I returned my ether denim flared trouser (Amount-rs714) ordered from myntra due to some fitting issue. Its been 5days bt yet i have not received the refund amount.. Whenever i try to contact them they all have different stories each time and sometimes they say that they have initiated the amount but they have not received any confirmation from the bank.. When i contacted bank they said that there is no such issue..

                                        I had placed order for lino perros brown bag and bblunt creams. I made online payment approx rs. 2500.

                                        On 14th feb o got a call from delivery boy saying “the product is damaged. There is foam coming out from the productdo u still want your product to be delivered”?
                                        Like any normal person i said if the product is damaged please return the product and send me the new products. He said ok and kept the phone.
                                        The same eve the app was updated and it showed my products were delivered to me on 14th but the products were not delivered. I complained more then nine times. Every time the person in the help centre said they would resolve my problem soon but every time after complain they would send a msg with 48hrs saying my problem has been resolved. When ever i called back to say how they have resolved my complain? The only answer was we will updated in the system you need not worry you will get ur products.
                                        On 18th of march i got a call from myntra saying ur product has been delivered yesterday. I told them i have not received the products. The person from the help centre says i will call u back in half an hour. I waited for the call but to no avail.
                                        I again received a msg on 20th march
                                        “hi, we have successfully resolved your complaint in[protected].in case you are still facing the issue, kindly reach out to us here. http://mntr.se/6wnz40518hc”
                                        I called the help centre and told him that my products are not yet delivered. The escalating manager told me that we cannot do anytging as we have already closed ur complain saying the products gas been delivered on 14th of feb.
                                        I have been cheated because there is no match in what the app is saying and what these people from the help centre has been saying.
                                        I want my refund. I have been a frequent buyer from myntra i had never expected that the app would cheat people. I simply wasted more then &hrs while raising a complain coz they put us on long hold.
                                        According to myntra the product was delivered on 14th feb then why did they call on 18th march to say the peoduct was delivered on 17th of march.
                                        Seriously myntra is cheating people. I want my refund back. I would not like to pay for something which i never received.
