My order no:[protected] is supposed (Estimated by myntra) to be delivered by 24th may 2020 it was shown shipped by myntra on 15th may. I wanted my product before eidul fitar happening on 23/5/2020 i contacted ecom two days back and they said myntra has not yet shipped the order.!! But i’ve got message from cf that it was shipped. From 15th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled for next day’. Its been almost a week and tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product??? Kindly please speed up my product delivery as soon as possible its for a celebration. I tracked my product through e com site. But its showing pockup rescheduled only. Why this is happening. Kindly please consider my complaint i wanted my product before 23rd. And also area is in green zone

      I ordered 2 products before lockdown n due to delay i cancelled the products but till today i didn get my refund n i raise an issue regardin this n i wrote msgs n requested for calls even but no propr response n # with the thing is that they r showin the issue has been resolved but i didn get any cashback for god sake pls take an action over this n hell wid the service provided by myntra horrible experience till now

        Hi. This is regarding my order no[protected]-1612803. I've ordered 2 products in myntra on may 9. Thr awb numbers are [protected] and [protected]. When i track the order details in your website it says that the product is shipped to the delivery center. But the ecom express courier service's tracking page said that product is not picked up. It shows 'pickup rescheduled' since 12 may. Everyday at 7 am their system automatically reschedules my pickup to next day. I'd contact the ecom express, they told me that the said shipment has not yet beeb handed over to them. They told me to contact the shopping poratal. Please look into my issue. Please ship my products as soon as possible. Thank you

            I have ordered boat rockerz 255 on 10th may night and the item was in stock (Order no.[114092793123335331401) it's delivery date was 15th may.. And still the item is in transit there are no tracking details available and neither option to cancel the order
            I want the product but there is no tracking information and delivery information available.
            I am a regular customer of myntra and this is the first time myntra have failed to do its duty and because of this we consumer suffers.
            Hope to get a positive reply.

                I placed an order on 09 may 2020 on myntra of inr 2142, amount deducted from my hdfc account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - hdfc confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no. If ref no. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can myntra cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. I want my money back. Contact me asap.

                  My order on myntra was showing status cancelled, when I had actually not cancelled it. I also got an sms for the order cancellation, when actually I had not cancelled the order.

                    My order on myntra was showing status cancelled, when i had actually not cancelled it. I also got an sms for the order cancellation, when actually i had not cancelled the order.

                    Is the order number of the order. Two items were auto marked as cancelled.

                    Received notification for cancellation today: 05 may 2020
                    Date of incident: 05 may 2020

                      I have bought my earphone. But they are not working now. They are in warrenty. But myntra has not given me invoice. So i am not able to claim warrenty. They are doing illegal business by not giving bill and hiding taxes.

                        I haven't received my refund for 4 months. Tried calling their support 100 times, everytime I hear the same response that I ll get my refund back within 10 days.
                        The amount is 3500rs.

                          Dear sir,

                          I would like to inform you that i have ordered monte carlo men black solid sweatshirt on myntra online shopping vide: order no:[protected]-3433701 on 14.03.2020 to be delivered to my friend at the following address.
                          Chandan singh, village badhaihata po dhatiwana dist gopalganj, thawe, mirganj – 841440, mobile no: [protected]
                          As per the web site it was supposed to be delivered by 25.03.2020. But i have received a message that it was successfully delivered to the above address on 21.03.2020. But to my surprise the item was not delivered to the person on whose name it was booked as he was out of station and scheduled to come to the address on 24.03.2020. After contacting myntra i got a message saying that it was delivered successfully and they have attached a snapshot of the receiver’s signature (Attached with this mail). You will also see to your surprise also that the attached signature was attributed to mr chandan singh's signature.
                          Upon follow up from myntra i have been getting messages every now and then that the issue will be addressed in next 48 hours / 24 hours and son on and will give you feed back. (Attached the mails correspondence with myntra).
                          Also i have made a parallel follow up with xpressbess vide complaint no:[protected]Myntra's logistics partner), i have been getting false promises on phone till last to last week that the item would delivered within next two days and so on. From last week onwards they have even stopped attending my calls.
                          Hence request you to kindly register my compliant against myntra to either refund my amount back to me or deliver the item immediately

                            I had placed many orders worth rs. 20000.in myntra for which i had prepaid the prices of the items placed through my credit card. They haven't delivered my items. Now, i however, myntra has locked my account & i am unable to log in. The customer care folks are able to see my account details either. (Since account is already locked). They are also not registering my complaint since they cannot do so with a locked account. Please help get my money back.

                                I didn't get my refund back from the myntra and after i initiated my complaint to myntra i got to know that thy have already initiated my payment back on 21 of march which should be reflected by 31st of march.
                                They have provided me the bank reference number regarding my purchase that is [protected] stating that it is due to some bank issue.
                                So i would like you guys to look into this matter.

                                  Refund reference number112947548000081848103 i placed an order on dec 26 on myntra of inr 1400, amount deducted from my andhra bank account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - andhra bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no.:[protected] if ref no. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can myntra cheat like this. I have proofs that refund reference number transaction was failed it's not successfully 3months completed but myntra customer care not helping me

                                    I placed an order with myntra and paid for it on 28 nov 2019 (Order no.[protected]-1622903) should have received the return refund of rs1507 r but till date 16th april 2020 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but i have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf me. I have contacted myntra several times through mail and over the phone but there is no response from them.

                                      This order was placed on 23/03/20 and a nationwide lockdown was announced on 24/03 since then i have been trying to cancel this order and have contacted customer care multiple times but they say i cannot cancel the order and i can only return the order when i get it. Last customer contact person i spoke to informed me that the product has not even been dispatched so why can't i cancel the order. They are not able to deliver due to lock down which is fine but they should cancel my order and give me my money back. They can't force me to wait for the order.

                                        As an employee of your organization you are expected to educate your employees that two can play this game and we could trash and boycott your brand / organization baselessly.

                                        We cannot tolerate deranged animals from your organization run amok online with your organization backing.

                                        We are pressing for her unconditional apology.

                                        Or we may be compelled to bring our legal eagles in to the picture.
