I have purchased a koskii lehanga choli worth rs139990/-. After unboxing i found that dupatta which i have got is different from shown in image. Blouse and lehanga is in good condition. I have raised concern within 2 hours of delivery. Now myntra has blocked my account saying that i have returned many products. But it's my first account. I haven't done any shopping before it was my second order and they are giving me a fraud reason. Seller has also confirmed that i have got the wrong dupatta but myntra has declined my return request.

I just raised the concern regarding my purchase I just want to create a return request for the order no.[protected]-0874603 "koskii navy blue ready to wear lehanga choli ". I haven't verified any mobile no. to my account . Sir I have called the seller they are saying that i have got the wrong dupatta of some other lehanga choli and told me to contact you and provide you all information regarding the same . Sir, I have purchased from your end and if they are saying that it's their fault and I have proof too sir, this dupatta belongs to some other one . My email I'd is "[protected]@gmail.com" and I live here in PG and I haven't done any shopping from your side . kindly understand my situation at this point of time sir. Seller is already saying they want to help me in this matter but without you it can't be done . It's not my fault seller is saying they will provide me refund if you process my return request . Kindly help me sir please . There are many girls/boys who misused your platform on taking them consideration you are treating me as wrong. Sir, I have kept this lehanga unused and unwashed with price tag . Pickup partner come and he see all the details they don't want to put this order on hold but he was saying there is not any option other than holding this . You can call koskii manager and confirm my problem sir, . Sir, I am a student who doesn't have that much of amount of money to waste . I trust you so that I have done shopping from your end .

Sir, I want to provide one more information regarding my purchase . After delivery I called the customer care representative of myntra and describe all the problem regarding dupatta and I have also told him that the packet was torn badly when I received it . Delivery boy delivered the packet in evening that's why I was unable to check it. Packet was torn from side and tape is putted over there and the dupatta I found in my order was wrong one . I have placed my order through [protected]@gmail.com . I want to attach the photo of packet which was torn from upside . Myntra has blocked my account by saying violation of Myntra Fair Usage Policy . Sir, the amount of order is 13990/- by mistake I have written 139990/-. The price tag has MRP 12490/- . Can you tell me that amount greater than MRP taken by seller is illegal or not. MRP written on price tag is 12490/- but myntra has taken 13990/- this is very disgusting and punishable crime.

Sir. It is clearly seen that the product has MRP Tag which has price value of 12, 490/- but sir myntra has taken 13990/- amount from me . I have also cross checked it from koskii website in which they are selling their product at their own price in which it is clearly mentioned the same price . But myntra is taking more than the price tag which is illegal and punishable crime . I want to return my product as myntra is also doing a Fraud to their customer and I want to take legal actions regarding this. I am attaching the image of price tag and the screenshot of koskii website in which same lehanga has the value 12490/-. Same seller is providing the same product as 12490/- but myntra is taking a large amount more than the price tag.

    Refund amount 913₹, return no [protected]. I sent them mail but all wasted. Please help me get my refund money back.               I have order 2 products from myntra.com
              Tracking number is ml[protected].
              I got different colour as not shown in picture while shopping, so i was trying to return this product, but still it showing in trans even my order is delivered.

              As well as the product colour is different then also myntra will charge me 149/- for delivery charges which means without our mistake customers will suffer unnessasary charge of delivery..

              Im very dissapointed this time with myntra.com

                I placed an order on myntra. The order was not delivered but says delivered. It said delivered on march 2. However two days later the delivery guy called an said the parcel is yet to be delivered. I was out of station. On 10 march i called it said that request cannot be processed as there is a 5 day cap. Had the delivery guy not called the complaint would have been made earlier. Moreover from the date of call from the delivery guy it has only been 5 working days

                  I ordered a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sunglasses worth Rs. 3999 (discounted price) on 18th February, 2020 and received it on 22nd February, 2020. After trying it on, I didn't like how the sunglasses looked on me (as it didn't fit me well) and so, I raised a return request on 24th February stating the same reason (Return No. [protected]).
                  On 25th February, a delivery executive came and collected the product. The same guy came back after 10 minutes and handed back the product saying it doesn't have a price tag and so he can't accept the product. Although it had a brand tag but he said a price tag is a must. I explained him I received the product with a brand tag hanging on the product and the price sticker and bar code sticker on the plastic carry bag. Yet he refused to accept the product and asked me to file a complaint or speak to a customer service executive. As soon as he left, I received a SMS stating your return request is on hold.
                  After this incident, I spoke to one of the customer service executives and she assured me that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours as I have the bar code and price sticker intact on the product cover. But that didn’t happen. Instead, I received a SMS saying your issue has been resolved. I checked the status of my return request on the mobile app and saw they have declined my return request. This made no sense and hence, I called back on the customer care contact number. Spoke to a new customer service executive (as every time you make a call you end up talking to a new person with hardly any or zero knowledge about your complaint) and once again explained the whole story and received another 48 hours of hope from him.
                  This happened 2 more times and finally I demanded to speak to a senior authority. This time I was told I was speaking to a complaint escalation supervisor and he told me once the return request is declined nothing can be done. I demanded a proof, a CCTV footage or any proof that proves that a price tag was present when the product was handed over to me. He was quite for few seconds (for a moment I thought he slept and I had to perform the cruel act of waking him up from his beauty sleep) and then he said if the price tag is missing the customer has to bear the loss, irrespective of what actually happened. He also said his executive made a mistake by accepting my complaint at the 1st place. So according to him, their only mistake was to register my compliant and entertain me.
                  I am very disappointed, annoyed and disgusted with Myntra’s customer care service’s response and attitude towards their customer.
                  I have been using Myntra since a very long time to purchase different apparels and other accessories. But never ever did I imagine I will have to face such a horrendous experience from such a renowned brand.
                  After this incident when I searched online for Myntra’s review, I came across so many similar unresolved complaints (more than 50 complaints related to “missing price tag” issue, within a span of 2-3 weeks). This indicates that Myntra has come up with a new scam. Their return policy is actually fake and they are using this “missing price tag” rule as an excuse to con people.
                  Someone needs to take some action against this and I seek your help and assistance to solve this matter as Myntra has made it clear that they will not be able to help me on anything and this is their final decision. I have attached all the pictures of the product, tags, price and barcode stickers and request you to kindly look into this matter, as I think many people are getting fooled and harassed, on day to day basis.

                    I Tried to order a shoes from myntra for Rs.659..Money has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed. I got the message from SBI that the money has been transferred to myntra but the order is not placed..I have contacted the customer service and they told to wait for 48 hours but still the order is not placed and also not declined. But Im a bit afraid so please do the necessary things

                      I have purchase a sweatshirt from myntra due to size issues i have tried more than 20 time to return the product but all the time its autmatically get cancelled i have talk several time with myntra customer care executive they just given me assurance be calm your product will be definately return more than 3 times i have talk with their senior but the result was the same.                       I ordered in myntra something payed by Debit Card. And within Few minutes I realized that I don't need few of the items. and I Instantly Cancelled a few items. And I requested the refund in My Bank Account to be done. But till now no updation of credit of the amount in my account. Kindly let me know the status of the refund

                      Order no 113207684262439216503, after delivering a damaged product, denied to exchange it in my size. I have tried to connect so many times but always got the response that we resolve our complaint within 24 hrs. But never got the details after it.
                      Last monday I tried placing order in Myntra and during payment, I've used my card details and tried to place my order.But the order was not placed and amount got debited. I tried placing the order through upi method and it worked. So, I 've placed order the for twice the actual cost.

                        I've ordered my products from myntra, but the delivery boy refused to deliver to my home and asked to either collect order myself or cancel the order. He even said to complaint to myntra but he us not going to deliver the product. I even raised an issue with myntra services but no response from them yet. They said that they will resolve the issue but delivery box is speaking the other way. I dont know if i can trust this site again or not.

                          I applied for returning my defective roadster black jeans, but it failed the quality check process. I got message regarding that. After that i haven't received any update from myntra. I called in myntra support thrice, but they keep on postponing it and texting me that my issue has been resolved. I want my money or product back as soon as possible as it has been more than 15 days.

                            I had bought multiple products and returned the products successful by 20th feb ideally i should have received the 20000+ amount credited back my credit card but myntra didn't process it and now i have credit card amount due for 10th march. The customer service executive is not ready to connect my calls to managers too. I have the recording as well. The total amount refundable is more than 20000.

                              Hi team

                              I have ordered one of product kids blue ucb sweater which was prepaid in the dec 2019 and not received any update about the same till march 2020

                              I have done multiple follow ups with the customer care on emails and phones but myntra customer care team is helpless and not bothered and giving the same response that they are checking or will get back and they finally emailed that product is delivered.

                              I also warned them that i will take it forward but again no action was taken by myntra team and even not took the matter so seriously.

                              I bought a pair of sandals from myntra but when i am returning they are keeping request on hold for multiple days and then declining thereby forcing to keep the product and not issuing the refund of my own amount.
                              This is happening to multiple colleagues around me. If we are not allowed to return the product then why there is fake return policy.

                                My friends have gifted me myntra gift card of rs. 2000 and whenever i mention the card no.in the app while making payment it shows incorrect card no.in fact i am just pasting the no. Have registered complaint with myntra customer care and they are just fooling around from last 10 days and not providing any solution to my problem. Whenever i call them they response is your problem will solved in 24 hours but it is now been 10 days. How can i raise this to next level?

                                  I have ordered an puma grey shoe, instead got a puma black sneaker without any tag. When approached myntra regarding the same, they rejected return or exchange of the product.

                                      I had ordered a ishin (Women blue & white printed kurta with palazzos), in 20th feb 2020 (Order number:[protected]-7373601).

                                      After receiving this dress we found its size wasn't appropriate for me, so i returned it. Further i received an email that my refund has put on hold.

                                      So i tried to call on the phone number provided over the website, and it can never be connected. I message them my contact number to contact me back but that also didn't work.
                                      Now i am feeling like no way to contact the customer care.

                                      Please contact me on my registered phone number and let me know about my refund. And if some problem related with this.
                                      Really its very disappointing when we shop frequently from some website and at the end they do not respond our companies.

                                        I put an order for one of the product from myntra on 23 of feb 2020 and which was supposed to be delivered on 11 march 2020 but without giving any valid reason myntra has cancelled my order, which is unexpected.
