I have a problem regarding the exchange process of myntra. Before lockdown i raised a exchange request and on 19th may one attempt has been made to exchange the product. I was not at my home that day and nobody from myntra even bothered to make a call on the no provided and may be my landlord rejected the parcel and that’s not my problem at the first place it’s courier boy’s fault that he didn’t call and only one attempt for exchange has been made that too without my knowledge and after few days it’s showing that the order has been sent back. I even raised query on myntra and without resolving it it was shown as issue resolved by just providing me the details that how to create an exchange. I don’t think this is ethical to do so. If they can’t maintain the site during lockdown then for god’s sake they should shut it down. Even call centre are closed and that’s upto myntra if i didn’t get my product back and one more thing if they can’t exchange the product then i am more happy to return it. I contacted myntra within the time frame provided and that’s not my fault that the team doesn’t responded well. I value for my money and that piece is just useless to me.

    I placed an order on Myntra for "Under Armour Men blue sport style left chest short sleeve training T-shirt" on 15th March. Its price is Rs. 1999. I did not like the product so I returned it. But the pickup wasn't done due to the COVID-19 situation. But now when everything opened, it was picked up on 19th May 2020. According to Myntra will get a refund in my bank account in Max 3-4 working days. But its 28th may today and I still haven't received my refund yet. I am not able to call them as they have shut their calling service. But I'm able to contact them on the help center by writing messages, but they are completely ignoring the messages and not releasing my money. They keep on delaying the refund again & again. I keep on getting SMS from them that due to some error the refund is getting delayed & wait for the other 7 days. This is unacceptable, I need my money back, its been months now. Please help me get my money back because they are just playing with me and not giving it back. Please prevent this fraud from happening. It's the second time something like this is happening, earlier in 2018 they did this same thing to me (ID: 2391396). Please punish them so that they stop the violation of consumer rights and their own terms & conditions. Please help me, its been 9 days today. Order No:[protected]-7784303.       I am one of a regular shopper with Myntra. We had placed first an order with Myntra with order no[protected]-9176903 for Men Navy AS M NSW Tracksuit (Size-S) on March 11, 2020. This product comes with a Jacket & a lower. The item with aforesaid order no was delivered without jacket. We immediately contacted customer care and requested for an exchange but they initiated for a return and refund was also processed.
      We again placed the order for the same product with order no[protected]-8192901 on March 24, 2020. this was delivered on May 23, 2020. this time the product was delivered with jacket and without the pant. We immediately wrote a message in the app to customer care but till date there is no response from them yet. Today (27.05.2020)again I initiated an exchange. This is a clear case of CHEATING and we demand immediate action by Myntra.

          I have placed order of amount around 5059 rs on 24 may 2020 at 12:08 pm. Amount got deducted from my bank account but after that when i go through and check order status after some time i cant see any order placed in myntra account and there is no person in customer care to whom i can contact.
          Myntra is now became a fraud site in which your money got debited, order you placed but how it is possible that i cant see any order and moreover there is no person to contact.

          Very fraud site never trust in this.. They are making fool of people by placing order but not clearing them. And same i am not getting any update from myntra.

          Yes same thing happened with me and they are behaving very suspicious no body contact you n then they issue issue resolved

            I ordered one pant on 17th may 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered on 30th may. It got delivered early on 25th may. Now i want to return the order but i am not able to because myntra has not yet updated the shipping status on its app.

              I have purchased a anouk brand kurta while time of placing order it has showed that there is return/exchange available. But i'm not able to create a return request. They are saying that product cannot be returned due to its nature. And still in description there is 30 return available shown.

                I have ordered with order number 1134133936820426792701, polo t-shirt worth 1429 but i got different one worth 359, while returning they are not allowed to return as said item mismatched, i got receipt inside which mention the address of chennai. Its a blunder mistake which should not be done at this time especially.

                  I had ordered a men's pant from myntra on 19 feb, 2020 and returned the product on 25th feb, 2020. At first i received a message saying they have received a product and later on i received a mail to which said they are unable to process a refund due to incorrect payment details. After the mail to provide correct details, i shared another bank account information and after that i kept on receiving the same mail saying incorrect bank details. I had contacted them through chat, phone call and every time received a same answer saying we are looking into the issue. Till date i have not received a refund for the returned item.

                    I had purchased one items from myntra dt 05..5.2020 order no - 114057594386376648201 and the same item returned by me for which i should have receive the return refund of rs 2599 but till date 24.05.2020 myntra has not refunded me the above amount and i have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
                    Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                      I had returned "shaftesbury navy blue blazer" with tags intact, since the quality of the product delivered to me was not good. The return was done in feb'20, however i have still not received the refund of rs 1799. They are continuously stating that "product quality failed". However this is their own mistake since i didnt use the product at all.
                      In summary, firstly they sent "inferior quality" product and upon returning myntra is not giving me my refund yet.

                          I ordered shakumbhari women yellow & pink embroidered kutra with palazzos & dupatta delivered on 19 may 2020. They were in the size medium but were too big for me. I requested a return because it did not had any smaller size available. I threw of the outer myntra covering because of high risks of covid 19 virus of the plastic. As the virus can live on the plastic for more than 3 days. The return deparment was not at all helpfull. They said the article number which they got from myntra does not match the products article no. Which is 3124 and rejected the qc. They told to contact myntra and correct the article number as only a no. Mismatch. Now tell me how is it my fault!!! Due to the carelessness of myntra, i m suffering. Please pass the qc and refund my money and take your product back.

                            I had purchases a blazer from myntra.com on 4th jan 2020. Due to quality issues i returned the blazer after 3 days of delivery as they have 30 days return policy. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue. I talked to myntra customer but they're not helping. They keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund.

                            I did call my sbi customer care they said we will not help you on this case since you made transaction via google pay

                              I picked the agent's called several times but no voice was heard, i went outside of gate to check if he is there but no one was there then after few minutes i got mail and sms that order is undelivered.
                              My order no:[protected]-7406103.
                              Kindly deliver it to me. And contact me as soon as possible. Already the parcel took long time to reach my city.
                              It was very bad of the agent to take the parcel back without properly contacting me even when i was picking the calls. He could have given it to the security guard which every delivery guy does.

                              Please deliver it myntra.

                                We are unable to recieve our order as the delivery person refused to deliver it and reasoned us that we have to google pay. But the thing is we placed our order on cash on delivery as because it was in the options. We want to cash pay but the delivery person is refusing for it saying we can only Google pay the money.

After payment money has been deducted from my account but in myntra account those things are not showing in orders. Kindly refund my money back to the source. Amount of 2653 has been deducted. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        This is to inform you that myself naveen kumar katyal as decent customer care of your online super bazar. My wife booked two items in you website. My order no is[protected]-8335301. Now i want to tell me about my order. When i booked an order? Here is no confirmation on my registered mail id or my registered mobile. After 5 day dated on 13-mar-2019 in morning i called to customer care team about my booking of order. He said today our company delivery boy delivered you product to your given addressed. I received a call from this number[protected]. I said you can come to my office reception. He said i cannot come to your reception. Then i called to customer care 3-4 times for 1 to 1:30 hrs. Dated on 13-mar-2020. But every time he was saying our company executive are right. Then i said you can cancel my order. He said you can wait for 15-march-2020 after that you can cancel your order. Today dated on 16-mar-2020 i launched a fir against your company for harassment of customer. He cannot give the product & return my money. Now parallel i am going to consumer court.
