I ordered a dorothy perkins shirt from myntra and they sent me a roadster tshirt with a dorothy perkins tag on it. I shared the pictures the bar code and the price tags and i was not given any assistance and i can't believe these people misusing their monopoly and doing non sense in the name of authenticity. I need my refund and strict action against myntra.

Bangalore, march 2020, i ordered 6 pairs of shoes, size 6. But it didnt fit in properly, so i ordered size 7 for 2 pairs, and raised return for 4. From return, 2 shoes reshipped to me, saying they did nt meet the return criteria as they are used. I received the shoes in the morning, checked them, placed return, and it was picked up in afternoon same day. When did i get the time to use the items that too which dont fit me. The exchanged shoes that came, also did not fit properly plus the white shoe was so dirty. For them the return again was cancelled by myntra even though i mentioned it specifically while raising the return.

I have returned 3 product (Order no :[protected]-2781101) on 6 march 2020 worth rs.4, 109 but this refund amount has not been credited to my account. Customer care people told to wait till 16 march before which the amount would get credited; but that didn't happen. Now they are telling to wait for another 10 days. How long i should wait? It is already been 15 days since the products were returned and still no amount has been credited to my account. Worst refund service experience from myntra. I would suggest not to purchase products from myntra. Looks like these # people won't refund my money back.

I placed an order on 7th of march on myntra of rupees 1466. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but myntra claims that no order has been received. So i initiated a refund on my order. I called on customer care number and i got to know that they have initiated my refund and it's been 9 to 10 days and even after that i have not received the money. Why is it taking this much time? What's going on? I want my money back.

Once i ordered a top from myntra and got the refund into my myntra account credit so when next time when i ordered something my money got debited from myntra credit amount and when i cancelled due size issue it's not giving me any refund back even into my credit account. Please help me. I want my money back in any form. I'm a student i bearly handle my personal expense this money is so important to me.

I have not recieved tag with watch and now myntra is saying they have send tag and if i didnt recieve thats my fault and they will not return because tag is not awailable.
I cant understand they sell tag or product if product is smae and they are not sending only tag with that so they have an option to not accept return. Very worst service
My order id is[protected]-1629603.
Thats a good policy if they dnt want to return any product they will state that tags have sent by us and when customer opt for return they asked for tag which was not sent by them and they alread knew that

Please find the attached screenshot of Order no.[protected]-1611603 And product WROGN Men Black Slim fit jeans amount of Rs.1325 . This product has been returned on 7th February of 2020 but amount didn't refunded yet.

Continue complaning in Myntra support team but didn't help to me.

My account number is [protected]. I had order a top by name
Texco women red and burgandy pack of 2 regular fit printed casual shirt
Now i got the product on 6th of march and found that its a reversable top. The one side of it is red, the other is burgandy. Its basically a two in one top and not a pack of 2. As it was a top larger in size and there was no exchange available, i returned the product. Now myntra returned it back to me saying it has not passed there policy. I called the customer care and told everything about the matter but yet they have not provided with any resolution.
How can a customer provide them two products i place of a two in one product?
This is how myntra defrauds it's customers. It has also blocked my account. Now what do i do with the product as it is of no use to me

Myntra is forcing the customer to buy product only from there site, because they are not transferring myntra credits to bank account. Im not interested to buy again from myntra. I ordered a product which was delivered wrongly so i returned the product and they refunded me in myntra credit. But now i want to transfer my money to bank account and they are not returning money back. They are just forcing me to shop from myntra only. And im not happy with ordering from myntra and i don't want to order again. They are just exploiting rights

I have bought a product from myntra due to some issue i am returning it. but the delivery agent is not calling me and when i try to call them they are not picking up phone due to which i am not able to return the product .please help me.

Such an shameful act by myntra!
The product delivered was fake and entirely different from the product shown. The company named for its standard shouldnt have done these type of cheap act. I had ordered a nike hooded sweatshirt from this account and i had mentioned the account and product id.
I request myntra to not to continue all these shameful acts again and i have attached the photo below of original and duplicate and return cannot be processed as points were already collected. Please do solve this problem as soon as possible or the case will be given to consumer court regardimg cheating the costumers by giving fake items. Do the meedful

I have returned the product from myntra.. Alena solid cigarette pants (₹429) and has not received the refund it's been more than one month. It was shown processed on 7feb.. But has not yet credited in my bank account. The myntra chat people says thd refund was processed on 18th feb..in my google pay account... But i have not received any amount in my account. I have went to my bank regarding this issue.

I've returned a product that i've not received refund for. I ordered rings from myntra.com along with two other items which all came in one packet. I had to return them and all products were picked up together. I received refund for two of of the products on mar 5. But the rings they refuse to refund saying they haven't received the return.
I've escalated multiple times to them but they keep saying they haven't received it. Their delivery executives usually never check the packet when they pick up returns. There has been some misplacement from their side and they expect the consumer to near the losses.
Attached their response after repeatedly raising this complaint. They wouldn't even let me speak to someone in authority.

Sir, i purchased shoes from myntra.com on 25.01.2020, after delivery of product i returned the product to myntra.com on 01.02.2020. On 07.02.2020 myntra.com informed me by email that refund has been processed. But the refund of rs. 1764 has not been credited to my bank account till now, i contact to myntra.com but they are saying that refund has been processed and they are not cooperating. I have made a complaint to sbi bank by making an application ' dispute gravianve', but they are saying that contact to myntra.com. Anybody are not helping me, please solve my issue.

I have purchased a koskii lehanga choli worth rs139990/-. After unboxing i found that dupatta which i have got is different from shown in image. Blouse and lehanga is in good condition. I have raised concern within 2 hours of delivery. Now myntra has blocked my account saying that i have returned many products. But it's my first account. I haven't done any shopping before it was my second order and they are giving me a fraud reason. Seller has also confirmed that i have got the wrong dupatta but myntra has declined my return request.

I haven't verified any mobile no. to my account . Sir I have called the seller they are saying that i have got the wrong dupatta of some other lehanga choli and told me to contact you and provide you all information regarding the same . Sir, I have purchased from your end and if they are saying that it's their fault and I have proof too sir, this dupatta belongs to some other one . My email I'd is "[protected]@gmail.com" and I live here in PG and I haven't done any shopping from your side . kindly understand my situation at this point of time sir. Seller is already saying they want to help me in this matter but without you it can't be done . It's not my fault seller is saying they will provide me refund if you process my return request . Kindly help me sir please . There are many girls/boys who misused your platform on taking them consideration you are treating me as wrong. Sir, I have kept this lehanga unused and unwashed with price tag . Pickup partner come and he see all the details they don't want to put this order on hold but he was saying there is not any option other than holding this . Updated by Geeta Sahu Sir, I want to provide one more information regarding my purchase . After delivery I called the customer care representative of myntra and describe all the problem regarding dupatta and I have also told him that the packet was torn badly when I received it . Delivery boy delivered the packet in evening that's why I was unable to check it. Packet was torn from side and tape is putted over there and the dupatta I found in my order was wrong one . I have placed my order through [protected]@gmail.com . I want to attach the photo of packet which was torn from upside . Myntra has blocked my account by saying violation of Myntra Fair Usage Policy . Sir, the amount of order is 13990/- by mistake I have written 139990/-. The price tag has MRP 12490/- . Can you tell me that amount greater than MRP taken by seller is illegal or not. MRP written on price tag is 12490/- but myntra has taken 13990/- this is very disgusting and punishable crime.

Updated by Geeta Sahu Sir. It is clearly seen that the product has MRP Tag which has price value of 12, 490/- but sir myntra has taken 13990/- amount from me . I have also cross checked it from koskii website in which they are selling their product at their own price in which it is clearly mentioned the same price . But myntra is taking more than the price tag which is illegal and punishable crime . I want to return my product as myntra is also doing a Fraud to their customer and I want to take legal actions regarding this. I am attaching the image of price tag and the screenshot of koskii website in which same lehanga has the value 12490/-. Same seller is providing the same product as 12490/- but myntra is taking a large amount more than the price tag.

I have order 2 products from myntra.com
Tracking number is ml[protected].
I got different colour as not shown in picture while shopping, so i was trying to return this product, but still it showing in trans even my order is delivered.

As well as the product colour is different then also myntra will charge me 149/- for delivery charges which means without our mistake customers will suffer unnessasary charge of delivery..

Im very dissapointed this time with myntra.com
