I ordered a Noise Watch Worth Rs 3500.. they sent me wrong product. after having multiple fights i got to know that they are not ready to take the product back. they admitted that it might be one of the cases. I received the product after 5 days from actual date of delivery. Now they are playing with their words.
I have disputed the charge with my bank. I just wanted that they take the product back and return my money.

they are so uneducated that they cant understand and not even taking it back from my end.

Kindly ask them to take it back. after having multiple fights they are now so adament not to take the product back.

This is to inform you that i had ordered a product[protected]-9025001 soulflower lavender essential oil. Ordered on 21 jan 2020 was to be delivered by 30jan then 31jan and now 1st feb 2020. Without any proper explanation customer is made to wait for so long. Late delivery of order also gives a thought whether the product is original or duplicate especially when it's in cosmetic category. Why it's taking so long to deliver whereas articles ordered along with it are delivered exchanged and redelivered also. Sometimes service is satisfactory and extremely dissatisfactory.

I ordered one roadster women olive green solid puffer jacket but before delivery of the product it was marked as delivered. And also when complain to customer care they said they cannot help as it was already delivered and they cannot resolve as i was late for 5 days to give complain. As when taking down the track no. Also it was not showing before the date and when complain it showed on 20 dec 2019 whereas it was to be delivered on 6th dec 2019. I have confirmed with the post too but they cannot track the item.

I have purchased sandal from myntra. I have tried the sandal just for two minutes and because of the fitting issue i have put the return request. The guy came to pick up the sandal and he qualify the product for return request and i also got the message for the same that your product is successfully returned but after 10 min one more guy called up and saying that there is some issue with quality check and we are putting it on hold otherwise the amount will deduct from the guy salary you talk to customer care and they will approve it. But i got the message the quality check is failed and your product is return back.

But as i have did not wear the sandal at it is as it as packed item. So there must be issue with product quality my company itself. As i am the regular customer of myntra purchasing from last 15 years. And i am the genuine customer. I have myntra can do such thing with the regular customer. Very much disappointed by myntra.

I am a regular buyer form online website. I had purchase one of the sandal from flipkart and that i wear it for one day and after that it is just torn from the lower side i just tell about that to flipkart and just take it reutrnd back and given my money back. This is called the customer satisfaction.
I have to throw back the sandal as it not fitting me.
I want my money back and take your product returned.

Sir i have placed an exchange order for order no.[protected]-5214001 but i when i gave the product back to delivery center first they said the product is fake after i showed them it is real they said we cant take it back because it is used. I used this product for one day only after i felt that the size is small i placed the exchange request. The product is in perfect condition. If you want i can send pictures of product.

I have placed an order for "levis
Women blue flared ribcage wide leg super high-rise clean look jeans" on 21 dec'19 which is supposed to be delivered by 30 dec'19, but still no reached to me yet.

I have contacted myntra support 15-20 times and also registered a complaint, but not received any response or update on my order yet.

This order is delayed for a month and the kind of support i'm receiving from myntra is unacceptable.

I ordered one kook and keech track pant and roadster sweatshirt but before delivery of the product it was marked as delivered but after contacting myntra customer care several times i received only one product and other product is still not delivered. Now i'm trying to call customer care and they are telling that product is delivered and they cannot help me with this order

Sir i ordered a shoe from myntra! And returned that due to size issue! On 10th of january they told me that they have initiated a refund for my 1596 rupee, and told me to wait 10 days! Today is 26th january and still i haven't received any refund, they provided me with a reference number which the bank is denying to accept to give u information! I also contacted the branch of my bank where they clearly told me to contact the myntra as they cannot help me with a reference number only they require a particular utr number! Which the myntra is denying to provide me with! Even they are not ready to help me out further as they say that from their side they escalated the money whether you have received or not thats not our concern please help me out! (I have attached all the documents), chat with my bank, the googe pay customer support (As i paid via upi google pay)

I had 2 delivery and 2 return. Delivery agent not ready to accept coin even it's 10 rupees coin. When i told them in myntra rules and regulations, it's not mentioned, he is saying our cpm is not accepting coins so i can't take. If that the case, then mynta should specify all the things in terms and conditions. He started arguing and even without feedback not ready to deliver the item.
Because of this problem he did not accept return and put my return on hold. And such type goons also getting prompted in myntra who are pressuring customer to give feedback infront of them.

Myntra delivery agent behavior very rude and they are kind goons. I don't know on which basis they are appointed. Because of their personal ego, they will simply put the reurn product on hold with quality check failed. But still they are doing all the things openly because Myntra is not taking any action against them. Because at the end, money matters

I had ordered a product (Order no.:[protected]-1223101) from myntra which was delivered to me on 15th jan and the delivered product was completely different from the product what i had ordered.
I had called myntra customer care and asked them to send me the correct product to which they replied to me that they won't be able to send correct product but they can only arrange a return for the wrong product.
But after their return request the cashback voucher which i had received in my paypal account taken back by paypal and the amount had been deducted from my refunded money.
Due to this the product which i had ordered using that cashback voucher made costly to me.
I have registered a complaint as due to myntra's mistake i had to suffer all this pain,
It ruined my plan + i didn't get the product which i had ordered + i paid more amount to the second product which i ordered using that voucher.
I escalated this, then myntra floor manager told me that they will compensate me for their mistake and they'll credit compensation amount in form of coupon or to myntra credit, but it's been 2 weeks that i have not received any compensation amount. I have called them many times and escalated this issue but every time they give me new timelines and false assurance, many times they dropped my calls deliberately because they don't have answers to my questions.

This is very unprofessional and unacceptable, worst customer service experience i have ever had.

I had returned my hrx black color joggers worth 699 ₹ before 8th jan and till now i'm waiting for my refund. I've complained about my refund to the customer care services and the said that your issue has been resolved and we have informed our head executive about it and from then i've called them about 7 8 time but every single # time they say wait for 24 hours for the update. This is how you all treat your customers?? This is the type of services do you provide?? If this issue will not be solved asap then i'll file an fir against myntra for sure.

I placed an order with myntra.com... Order number[protected]-6187103 for the value of 3202 rupees

On checking my bank account they debited this amount twice... I senr them many emails and they kep saying they want a pdf of my transactions for the whole month to which 3said i will not provide these unnecessary details.

I sent them a screenshot of my bank account where ot clearly shows my account was debited twice.

After many phone calls and endless waiting on calls and emails without resolving my complaint they deleted my myntra account with them. An account which was over 5 years old.

So when i asked y they did this they said i have abused their code of conduct or broken the customer rules.

I have ordered a product with pre paid option but i wasn’t available at my address during first week of jan’20
But they marked product as delivered but it’s not delivered to me. It has been 20 days they haven’t refunded my money neither send me product

Keep on telling you will get an update in 24 hours since 20 days

Your senior kartik told yesterday i would be receiving call by case manager in 24 hrs but i haven't received any call. He assured me for that.
At least stay true to your words. Kindly resolve my query soon. I don't want my money to go waste because of your delivery person's fault.
I don't have that order as i was out of station that's why other 3 mango orders sent back to origin. Why will i lie if i would have received the order.

I am customer of myntra since long i. E. More than 5 years, never ever faced such issue in past. First time i faced this issue, your customer care not at all supporting me. Keep on saying wait for 24hrs every other day.

Kindly refund my amount or send my order.

I called to delivery man that come at afternoon or evening as i won't be at home in the morning. But he didn't came instead of that my order was returned to origin. Myntra has very bad customer services. I'm getting tired of it it's ridiculous. I hope you can deliver my order as soon as possible. I want my jacket back which i ordered when it was offer for that jacket at that price only i want.

I have place return request of 2 redtape jacket but courier was denied due to tag mismatch or missing i have lodge complain to customer care but they also decline my complaint and i keep product as well as i received there is no tag on transparent polythene and inside the jacket other than a mrp tag on collar.

Please do needful i'm already kept patience for there from 10 jan.

I placed an order on 22nd jan 2019 for the amount inr 2226. Mount got deducted from my airtel payments bank but order was not placed.

I checked with airtel payments bank. They told that transaction was successful from their end and they gave me transaction id and referece number as well.

I called myntra today 5-6 times sharing the same and screenshots of my transactions. They say the transaction got cancelled.

I did not get the refund till now.

I ordered a watch and sweater on myntra.

I wanted to return it. But accidentally had redeemed the points due to which return is disabled. The portal did not provide any confirmation and credited the points. I want to reverse this. I dont want the points but to return the product.
Kindly assist in this issue.
