I ordered a forever new brand pencil skirt from myntra worth rs 3800. But i received a substandard brand skirt which was not even half the price. I made a return request, in which i clearly mentioned that i have received the wrong product. The delivery boy came and checked all the tags and took away the product. I got a message for this as well. After two hours i get a message, which says my refund has been put on hold!!! I called their customer care, and they said that they cannot initiate the refund because the product is different!!!
Now when i already mentioned the same reason for returning the product, how can you hold my money. This is a big enough amount for me. I have made three calls, but they are not ready to help

Updated by harsh1018 I have made three calls and they give my monotonous response without solving the issue
My return was picked up successfully after quality check at door step. Price tag and everything was checked at the time of reverse pick up but later on the courier guy lost the tag in transit and my return has been rejected.
How can you held customer responsible for courier guys fault.
