Few days ago i have ordered lofer from myntra.
Size doesn't fit so i don't need it.
I apply for return and myntra customer care says your product pick up from 10 days so i will wait. After 10 days don't pick up product and i will wait for my refund.
I apply second time for return then after customer care says you have to wait 10 days.
Please solve my problem and myntra give me my money.

    I had ordered a dress from ginger by lifestyle from myntra (Order no.113047198934687480003). I got the delivery on time, but the dress came with a side zipper wich was already damaged and stuck. Also, the white fabric had tiny dust stains which made it look very old. Hence i opted for a return of the product. I had all the tags intact along with the package. The delivery guy did not inform me about anything but accepted the packet. I got a mail saying that the product had failed the quality check. What is wrong!! The product was already damaged and looked used. What am i supposed to do? When will i get my refund?

      This complaint is regarding my myntra order# 112864896370523939601.
      I had placed this order on 19th december 2019 with myntra through online shopping app. I had ordered aks women maroon & blue solid kurta with palazzo and dupatta. I received this order on 22nd dec’19. As soon as i received this packet (Which was duly sealed packet) i opened it and found 2 items were missing there was only a palazzo pants inside the packet and the kurta and dupatta (It was a 3 piece kurta-palazzo-dupatta set that i had ordered) were missing inside the packet.
      The moment i saw missing items in the packet i immediately called the myntra delivery boy and informed him about the missing items in my order. He told me to contact the myntra customer care and log a complaint. I immediately called myntra customer care and logged a complaint for missing items in my packet. I was told to wait for 3 working days for myntra to get back to me with a resolution. I didn’t get any updates from myntra and after 3 days i called myntra customer care. I was informed that the myntra executive who spoke to me didn’t log my complaint correctly and my complaint was logged again on dec 27’19. I was again given a timeline to wait till 2 january 2020. However, on dec 31st’2019 i got a text message from myntra informing me that my incident#[protected] has been successfully resolved. I called myntra customer care again and was informed by them that “after conducting a thorough investigation and review of my missing item (S) claim, myntra have found that the product (S) were dispatched from their warehouse in a properly sealed package.” they had also received a confirmation from the logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order and that the claim stands declined and thus myntra would not be inclined to look at the same anymore. I again reached out to myntra through email on january 2 2020 and had attached pictures / video taken after the i had received the order with missing items (Attaching the same here with this complaint for your reference). I was assured by myntra customer care team that they will investigate the issue and revert with a resolution. I sent couple of follow up mails after that but till date have not received and response from myntra. On 20.1.2020 i got a text message from myntra informing me that the return request i had placed with them for the missing item has been cancelled / declined as it did not pass their quality check.
      Please kindly note this is completely unprofessional and fraudulent act on part of myntra to not own up to and accept responsibility for a lapse occurred on their part. Myntra is cheating and duping its customers in the pretext of various “sales” that they promote during festive period and do not even have proper quality checks in place before dispatching the ordered products to their customers. By this fraudulent act of myntra, it has proved to its customers and have given a strong message that no customer should trust the brand myntra as they do not have any professional ethics in place. Every customer placing an order with myntra should always ensure to select cash on delivery payment option and should refrain from placing a pre-paid order with myntra to avoid getting cheated the way i have been cheated and robbed by myntra of my hard earned money. Further, all customers of myntra should ensure to make a video / click pictures o[censored]nboxing / unpacking their order as soon as the delivery boy delivers it.
      I request you to kindly take note of the above details and revert with an effective resolution. I request for an early redressal of my issue by myntra refunding full money i had paid for my myntra order# 112864896370523939601.

        I have purchased many products from myntra and still want to purchase but now although free delivery option or scheme available on myntra during sale hours but for me it always charging 149 rs delivery charge.
        Could you please let me know why 149 rs extra is being charged when there is free delivery offer ongoing.

        I am not able to use and buy anything from myntra due to it. Please remove this unnecessary charges or else i will have to stop shopping from it permanently.

          Hello team,

          I placed an order from myntra on 24th dec which was delivered to me on 27th dec. By mistake wrong size was ordered which didn't fit me.

          As per the 30 days returns/ exchange policy i tried to submit the request for return on 17th jan but the app/site didn't allow me to do the same. I called customer care and they stated that for the mentioned product the return policy was valid for only 7 days. While this was an exception in the return policy which i never experienced earlier (Having ordered hundreds of items from them) i requested for an exceptional approval to either return or exchange the item.
          They are not agreeing to the same & not allowing me to return/replace the product.

          This is a wastage of my money and i am very disappointed with the way they are treating my case. Also the customer care executive was very harsh in his tone not to submit any complaint on my behalf.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased some products i didn't really know about insider points team's and conditions, i accidentally collected all the points when it's delivered. So that i couldn't return my product. The items i was purchased it's not my actual size, also it's not the same colour shown in the picture, i want to return it. I contacted customer care executive. And they told me no option for that. This how you treat one customer. I want to return this please help me out

              This is regarding the return request for following order number. The product was delivered without tags and now I am unable to return the same. Return pickup was denied as tags were not there. The return request was placed within 24 hours due to fit issues. I have logged a complaint to myntra support but there is no resolution. Every time i call to followup, i am asked to wait 24 hours but nothing happens.
              I am fed up following up now and want to escalate this to myntra mgmt as seems myntra support is not resolving the issue.
              Its not my fault that product was delivered without tags, but now i have to waste so much time and multiple followups for returning the product.
              I am expecting resolution on this issue and pickup / process the return.

              I feel cheated as the return is not getting processed due to myntra;s fault as they did not send the product with tags.

                My complaint is about Myntra I've ordered a charcoal grey jacket from Myntra price of jacket was 1350rs the quality of jacket was not good and also fit issue so I returned it and they picked up my jacket on 16th of January and it delivered to them on 19 th of January with all the tags along with the product but still they have not initiated my refund and I tried contacting them so they are saying the product failed in quality check please help me out my order no.[protected]-9457801

                  Its been a month and i have still not received my order. I had ordered on 20th december and today its 21st january. If this is the service you provide to your customers then i will never order from myntra anymore and will discourage others to do the same. And i dont hope that a quick response will take place since your contact number does not work properly.
                  Its such a shame and a pathectic customer service. I regret ordering from your platform.

                    I have received this order with much expectation but all in vain . Myntra have send the very very poor quality of shoes sole . sole is completed cracks from bottom end . we have wear it only 5-6 times and how it is possible to crack in very less mean time i.e. 5 month.
                    i am facing a lot of Myntra people in customer care who give me the time to solve the query by 20th jan 2020 but after chasing a lot they never call me or no email confirmation on 20 . even i call to myntra people on 21 jan then they people saying wait for next 24 hours . now they saying there is no manufacturing defect . whether we create the complain in different issue and they give me Very stupid answer . every shoe company provide 1-2 years warranty on sole and these people refuses the request and manipulate me like this.

                    pls. refund my money . i never be used myntra in future now now because they deliver very bad product to customer . also i didnt suggest to anyone to buy the product from myntra.

                    Pls. refund my all money or replace my shoes other i will put the claim on you.

                      Regarding return no [protected], on myntra, i didnt receive its price tag, and when i wanted to return it, myntra refused to pick. Gave reason that price tag was not available ., when i complained against it.. they said that they will call me and look into matter, but without making call to me, they reject my request. First they didnt ship their item properly, second they havent intend to solve customer’s complain. I think a strong legal action is required against such companies which makes customers fool.

                        I booked these orders on 22nd Dec 2019, which was to be scheduled to deliver on 01 Jan 2020, but the order was delayed. I called customer care on 04 Jan, then they told me to wait till 15 Jan to get any updates.
                        After 15 Jan, I am calling them everyday on regular basis, but they keep asking me to wait for 24 hrs to get further update, which i never receive.
                        I spoke to customer care executive, his senior and manager too, but they all dont have any idea where my product is lying in there shipment. All they ask is to wait for more 24 Hrs.
                        Its getting frustrated to talk to these guys again as it takes too much of time. Many times there seniors are not available to speak.

                          I have not received refund of 1479 even after returning the product. It's been more than 1 month they have not refunded me the amount. My bank & google pay support team have confirmed that the refund has not been credited in my bank account. Myntra has not taken any complaint regarding this matter. I will never order from myntra. This is harrasment. How could they keep my money for so long. Rs 1479 is a big amount for me. I want my refund ASAP

                                I had placed an order on myntra on 25 dec 2019. I cancelled the order because delivery time is too late. I paid total amount of 598+540 for two products. I got only 598 in refund and they are telling that they have processed 540 also which have not received yet. It has been more than a month now still have not received my refund. They are asking me to contact goople pay team and source bank which can't find anything with this transaction.
                                I have shared the bank statement since 25 dec to till date still they are not able to help me with this.
                                Bankers are telling that there is nothing regarding this transaction.

                                    I ordered jbl ua sports wireless earphone (Rs 7180) on 20th jan 2010 and received it on next morning. It was properly packed, and when i opened the box, it was empty box with user manuals only. I called them too, but the response was not satisfactory, the customer care executive said will provide you update in 7 days. Please refund my money or send me the earphones.

                                      I had purchased few products and after trial dint like 3 of them. I returned the product and the pickup was also completed. Later the products were shipped back to me stating they are defecting and one is lacking price tag. I was shocked to see this from a site like myntra. I had returned the products as i had received and within 1-2 days. Feeling so cheated.

                                        Hi i ordered from myntra & myntra did fraud by delivering missing item.
                                        I raised issue with them but they are not accepting my replace request & telling lie that they sent me correct order. I raised the issue with then but they declined my request. My reference no is - incident: in[protected]. I had shared all the details on call with executive. Kindly take strict legal action against myntra. Kindly help me with replace or refund option.

                                        Myntra customer care team done investigation & finally approved return. I called number :[protected] & talked about my concern. I got message from AXMYNTRA about pickup. Thank you consumer complaints forum & Myntra .

                                        I have purchased product from myntra on 23rd December 2019, paid through credit card.
                                        I have return product on same day. Return money they have transferred to myntra card and now they are forcing me to purchase product.
                                        I have called to customers care and they are not ready to transfer into account.
