I order a jacket for my father, size fit issue so i make a return request same dday when the product is delivered.. But the agent came for return and said that the serial no is not matched.. I contact customer care they assure me to solve it very soon.. I again make a return request but the agent refused to take it back because the serial no is not match.. Rather all the tags and bill is same.. Product is unused... How bad service they have... Behave like a fraud... Soo bad.. Plzz help me to sove it...

My return is not pick up even after many complaints to myntra .. even my registered complaint id is IN[protected]. they are giving excuses of location. i am fed up with the complaints.

I have purchased shoes from myntra on Dec 21, 2019 for order no.[protected]-9106103. and return request placed but not picking up the return.

    I place many orders with Myntra and mostly have no problems.
    I ordered several pairs of jeans to check different colours, size and length. I raised a return request for 5 items. All 5 items were collected by agent. They never issue a receipt or get signatures for pick up so I am always worried but not had previous problem. I received refund for 4 items. When I called customer care they raised compliant, complaints response was that item not collected so no refund. I cannot prove otherwise but find it very frustrating that they cannot agree with a customer on the first time like this as I am out of pocket by 1000 rs and Myntra have more money from my orders!

    I contacted delivery boy yesterday h...and order was to be delivered yesterday, then today i got msg of order being cancelled without any attempt made .. then I called and complained about the matter then i got message for 'out for delivery' and the guy is not delivering and picking up my calls.

      Lost of my product spoke to lot of people form Myntra advocate Prachi and anchal and then Anchal transfer to supervisor saurab and then he hang up the call and I have not received a call back from saurab I already raised a complaint on 8th jan 2020 still no resolution ur people are telling to wait till 14th jan but I already spoke to dilevery supervisor ashish contact no is +[protected] he inform that my product was lost please call or email to Myntra I explain my situation to sup Saurabh and he hang up on me
      I have call lot of time to Myntra but no resolution yet m fedup with Myntra service will never buy anything from Myntra and also this will go on social media

        A week ago i have purchased 1 roadster men blue slim fit mid-rise clean look jeans pants for my brother.. But the size was incorrect so i request for return and the next day the product got picked and i received a msg "return picked up successfully" i accidentally change the return amount to myntra credit, that same day i got another msg "your return request for roadster men blue slim fit mid-rise clean look jeans (Return no : [protected]) has been processed. Refund of rs. 429.00 has been initiated to myntra credit". But i cannot use that amt why?

          I have ordered a mast & harbour casual blazer on 22nd dec 2019 and delivery date was on 3rd jan but didn't received it then they have extended the date to 11 jan 2020 to provide the delivery but did not received it yet, and there is no use of calling to the customer care as there is no proper update or escalation.
          I want the delivery to be done and want a reason for delay.

            I oders sangaria peach colored dress on jan 2nd i recived it early on jan 6th but i beacuse of some fit issues i placed a retrun on jan 9 i picked up after a day that means jan 10 i recvied a msg ' u r order was put on hold' after that whem i call customer care they said that send a used product why would i send a used product??? That to with all the tags in it??? I didnt excpet this from myntra!
            Actually with reading all the myntra policy how can i send a used porduct i to know that u vil perdom a quality check in it still how can i send it??? I didnt even wear it once after i recvied it bow your are saying when i cal customer care they wiat for 3 or 5 days but atleast you hav to update me right?? I just want i refund back. I recived the dress just like crushed only and i send it as it is.. I didnt face thus tyoe of issues with other websites i think u vil consuser this process my refund!!

              I ordered hrx-joggers online through myntra.com application on date 22/12/2019. It was a cash on delivery order. I received the same item on date 26/12/2019. First i paid the amount 516 through phone pe tranx. Id was upi/[protected]/p2m/[protected]@ybl/myntra. My amount got deducted. But the delivery boy made me to pay twice for the same order. I said payment was unsuccessful. I had to pay to second time by swipe machine tranx id was pos[protected] msw*instakart services. He said if you paid twice your extra amount will be refunded. I made online complaint to myntra.com. They told me the will validate all the details and they will provide me update by 31st december 2019 but on 31st they called me and told you need to wait for more 48 hours. After 48 hours i didnot get any call from their side. So i called them today. They are telling you need to wait for more 24 hours. And then they will provide me an update. They are continuously making me fool. They are not providing me my refund. Please help me. I am hopeless.

                As there was no network in my mobile i did not receive any calls from delivery boy but that guy behaved was very rude and impolite to me was keep on scolding something in hindi, telugu & english for not attending his calls at the time of delivering and time of picking products that too inside my office campus in front of my colleagues. He challenged he will not deliver any products to my office address and he did not pass my return product on quality check. I returned product very next day in same condition as per myntra instructions i was waiting to know his feedback he did not say anything. But later i received message from myntra that my refund is on hold due to his feedback. He is revenging on me and intentionally doing this. The way he behaved inside my office infront of my colleagues was very very disturbing he challenged that he will not deliver any products to me if it is in my office address. Now he took revenge on me by stopping refund amount for my returned product. Delivery boys should be trained properly for sure myntra will lose customers because of these kind of delivery boys. He was very rude and impolite infront of my colleagues very disturbing. How it's possible for me to use both kurthis overnight? It has mentoned by delivery boy that i have used both the products overnight. Myntra should be sensible before blindly trusting delivery boy feedback. Also infront of my office colleague he rudely told me to give rating for him i told him not to order me.

                I seriously did not expect this from myntra thought Myntra wont consider my complaint but once after calling Myntra customer care and posting my complaint on Facebook @MyntraSupport the supervisor from Myntra called me and listened to me patiently.They finally resolved the issue and refunded my amount back.

Refund of rs. 759.00 has been initiated to your card/bank account and is expected to reflect within 7-10 days.)
                  But amount has not reached me..
                  Amount has not still be credited to my account..

                    I ordered 1 benetton round neck men tshirt and during the time of exchange/return the wanted size was unavailable and den for few dys internet facility was barred from the government side and den the exchange/return prd was over. Approximately from the past 18 to 20 dys i have been following up but they have been making fake promises dat d return would take place within 24 to 48 hours but whenever i call dem dey cum with a same storydat d tym perlod is over. Agreed that the time period is over but the request could not b placed at that tym as the internet facility was barred. So. Please help me in this regard and grt the pdt returned as in future i spuld not further deal with myntra. I have all recordings of our conversations and complaint nos. And would duly sue you.

                    If you are unable to send me that product kindly refund me back in my operative account .

                      Myntra booked following order and did not give my product even after taking my money -
                      - order no.[protected]-5887901
                      - date: 23 december 2019

                      Whenever i call the customer care they ask me to wait for few days after which they just keep pretending to deliver the product. Till date the product is not received.

                      Please convey my complain to requisite authorities in this regard and ask myntra to deliver my product.

                        Dear Team, I have complaint regarding myntra customer care as i bough 1 product from Myntra app which was delivered to me on 9th Jan with order no.[protected]-9531601 for Rs 1199/- however the product was bad in quality due to which i was raising return/refund request in app but they forcefully added insider points due to which my product cannot be returned or refunded. As i am not aware about any points and i m not interested but myntra customer care was forcefully asking to keep the points beside of refunding the amount after return of product.                           I had ordered a top for my mom, I received my order on 8th January 2020, however, since the size didn’t fit my mom I had to return it because there was no bigger size available.
                          On 9th January 2020, your agent picked up the item. But today in the evening I received a message from you guys that my refund is put on hold. I called up customer care and he said that the product was damaged. HOW THE HELL CAN THE PRODUCT BE DAMAGED?? I HAD IMMEDIATELY PUT IT BACK IN THE SAME BAG AFTER TRYING. I guess your pick up agent must have damaged it and now just because you don’t want to give my money back you are putting the blame on your customer.
                          Your customer care executive was not even able to track my order and when I asked your him to raise a complaint, he said that he can’t do that and I’ll have to wait for 5 working days in order to receive an update from the pickup agent.
                          I’m your old and regular customer, if I don’t receive my money back, I’ll have to file a complaint to consumer court.

                            I had placed a order of 2-3 items on 6th Jan'20 around 01:50 AM out of those one is HRX by Hrithik Roshan Men Maroon Solid Jacket which was delivered to me on 07th Jan'20 is not fit for me. So, I raise a return request on 8th Jan'20 and the item was picked up on the same day with the proper check by the myntra agent but toady on 9th Jan'20 I'm getting E-mail and SMSs that the return request is declined due to quality check failed and so I called up the customer care agent and he also saying the same and told me that this item will reshipped to me because of the tags are missing while when I returned the item to agent at that time all the tags are there as I received then why I should accept it. It is a completely a fraud.

                              I have placed an order in myntra for 2 quantity of rs. 1507. The order has been placed but order has not been placed. Transaction has been done from gpay upi. Checked even with bank and gpay the money has been debited and credited in hdfc bank of myntra.in. But myntra guys say the amount has not been credited in their bank account.

                              Please anyone help me with this.

                              I had bought something on Myntra through ICICI Bank Gift Card. I cancelled this order and want the money in some other account since i believe that giving a refund to the gift card will not be possible.

                                I ordered a campus sutra men denim jacket during myntra winter sale. There was a call for the order delivery one time which is 12 days ahead of the defined date on the website. But still, i asked him to give it to me tomorrow. I also received mail and messages from the past 3 to 4 days. My order is out for delivery but i never received and today i get to know my order is sent back to origin and it also canceled.

                                  The item which myntra has sent to me hasn't arrived yet. And it has been more than 3 weeks. I can't track the item and the customer care services also not available to talk. This is very bad. The item in the first place didn't come in a good condition and yet I returned it due to size issue. Now myntra is saying it didn't meet the quality as it might has been reused .. Still I agree to take it and so they reshipped it. Till Now it didn't come and It is very disappointed for myntra such a big company... Doing like this

                                    I have ordered crocodile shirt blue colour shirt size 42 but it didnt fit me so i made replacement for 40 shirt the 40size shirt came for replacement but the ekart delivery person asked for style code that it is not matching while scanning so i have made a complaint that while scanning the order it is not matching nu to the customer care person he took a complaint past 1week fully they have made a research and have cancelled my replacement/exchange order and made it as return now the. Product bcame not available when seeing in the myntra website. What the hell is this man myntra # of you worst delivery agents no correct response

                                      I have raised a return for my 3 roadster products and myntra is not solving the particular query giving different reasons at different times putting call on hold for long hours then saying “am i audible to you” and the product code is different the mistake is of myntra and they are unaware of the same. Every time i have to share the whole story and i m tired of it as myntra is not giving a positive response

                                        Im eswar i have ordered a tshirt from myntra, i have received the wrong order from them and i have raised a return request.

                                        The guy from myntra came and collect the shirt on 29 dec 2019 and upto now i have not received any kind of response.
                                        I keep on calling to customer care they will ask me to wait for 24 hrs, but i will not get any kind of responce from them.

                                        I have placed an order in my wish list and went it and order it through debit card. At first order didn't placed so j clicked again to purchase but at last the amount was deducted twice but the order is not placed. There is also statement in my transactions of bank that about the order but there is no money returned.total amount of 14, 000 is lost
