Myntra delivery agent behavior very rude and they are kind goons. I don't know on which basis they are appointed. Because of their personal ego, they will simply put the reurn product on hold with quality check failed. But still they are doing all the things openly because Myntra is not taking any action against them. Because at the end, money matters

    I had ordered a product (Order no.:[protected]-1223101) from myntra which was delivered to me on 15th jan and the delivered product was completely different from the product what i had ordered.
    I had called myntra customer care and asked them to send me the correct product to which they replied to me that they won't be able to send correct product but they can only arrange a return for the wrong product.
    But after their return request the cashback voucher which i had received in my paypal account taken back by paypal and the amount had been deducted from my refunded money.
    Due to this the product which i had ordered using that cashback voucher made costly to me.
    I have registered a complaint as due to myntra's mistake i had to suffer all this pain,
    It ruined my plan + i didn't get the product which i had ordered + i paid more amount to the second product which i ordered using that voucher.
    I escalated this, then myntra floor manager told me that they will compensate me for their mistake and they'll credit compensation amount in form of coupon or to myntra credit, but it's been 2 weeks that i have not received any compensation amount. I have called them many times and escalated this issue but every time they give me new timelines and false assurance, many times they dropped my calls deliberately because they don't have answers to my questions.

    This is very unprofessional and unacceptable, worst customer service experience i have ever had.

      I had returned my hrx black color joggers worth 699 ₹ before 8th jan and till now i'm waiting for my refund. I've complained about my refund to the customer care services and the said that your issue has been resolved and we have informed our head executive about it and from then i've called them about 7 8 time but every single # time they say wait for 24 hours for the update. This is how you all treat your customers?? This is the type of services do you provide?? If this issue will not be solved asap then i'll file an fir against myntra for sure.

        I placed an order with myntra.com... Order number[protected]-6187103 for the value of 3202 rupees

        On checking my bank account they debited this amount twice... I senr them many emails and they kep saying they want a pdf of my transactions for the whole month to which 3said i will not provide these unnecessary details.

        I sent them a screenshot of my bank account where ot clearly shows my account was debited twice.

        After many phone calls and endless waiting on calls and emails without resolving my complaint they deleted my myntra account with them. An account which was over 5 years old.

        So when i asked y they did this they said i have abused their code of conduct or broken the customer rules.

        I am attaching my bank screenshot and the order that this is concerning.

          I have ordered a product with pre paid option but i wasn’t available at my address during first week of jan’20
          But they marked product as delivered but it’s not delivered to me. It has been 20 days they haven’t refunded my money neither send me product

          Keep on telling you will get an update in 24 hours since 20 days
          Issue details
          Your senior kartik told yesterday i would be receiving call by case manager in 24 hrs but i haven't received any call. He assured me for that.
          At least stay true to your words. Kindly resolve my query soon. I don't want my money to go waste because of your delivery person's fault.
          I don't have that order as i was out of station that's why other 3 mango orders sent back to origin. Why will i lie if i would have received the order.

          I am customer of myntra since long i. E. More than 5 years, never ever faced such issue in past. First time i faced this issue, your customer care not at all supporting me. Keep on saying wait for 24hrs every other day.

          Kindly refund my amount or send my order.

            I called to delivery man that come at afternoon or evening as i won't be at home in the morning. But he didn't came instead of that my order was returned to origin. Myntra has very bad customer services. I'm getting tired of it it's ridiculous. I hope you can deliver my order as soon as possible. I want my jacket back which i ordered when it was offer for that jacket at that price only i want.

              I have place return request of 2 redtape jacket but courier was denied due to tag mismatch or missing i have lodge complain to customer care but they also decline my complaint and i keep product as well as i received there is no tag on transparent polythene and inside the jacket other than a mrp tag on collar.

              Please do needful i'm already kept patience for there from 10 jan.

                I placed an order on 22nd jan 2019 for the amount inr 2226. Mount got deducted from my airtel payments bank but order was not placed.

                I checked with airtel payments bank. They told that transaction was successful from their end and they gave me transaction id and referece number as well.

                I called myntra today 5-6 times sharing the same and screenshots of my transactions. They say the transaction got cancelled.

                I did not get the refund till now.

                  I ordered a watch and sweater on myntra.

                  I wanted to return it. But accidentally had redeemed the points due to which return is disabled. The portal did not provide any confirmation and credited the points. I want to reverse this. I dont want the points but to return the product.

                        Product: sassafras women burgundy solid open front jacket (Provided with a belt)

                        Received: 27/12/2019
                        Status: sealed, un-tampered & unopened
                        Complaint: the belt of the item was missing and hence not fitting properly. Hence requested return/refund/exchange.
                        Company feedback: even after registering the same issue with them thrice they did not own up their mistake, resolve the issue and denied any solution. They did not even try to give an exchange for the defective product.
                        As a customer i feel cheated and insulted because i lost my money as well as received a defective product which i cannot use.
                        Hoping for kind cooperation and redressal regarding the same.

                          My amount debited twice through phone pay and google pay on december 30 2019. I raised the complaint on same day and i have sent my passbook transaction details proof to show them. They took many days and finally telling that we have recived amount only once. Please solve my query. With all the proofs also myntra cheated me. I raised complaint 25 days before they dragged till now and i keep on calling and messaging, they just tell me to wait and my issue didnt sorted out yet. Please help me to get my amount back (1338/-).

                            I received a different product than what i ordered. I placed the return considering its a different product. Delivery boy has picked the product but its not updated as its different product than what i ordered. Dont your quality check team see what are you sending to customer when you send the parcel to us??? Later being as icon member still i suffer horrible service by myntra. I return products if i dont like, if it doesnt fit or if i find better price. If you loot your customer care while returning please see my all orders. I am a icon myntra member and i keep purchasing your products and only return which doesnt fit my needs. I will never ever purchase any product from myntra.

                              I got a product and then i placed a returned considering i found a better price in myntra. When i returned the product i got a message saying the product returned is on hold due to quality check fail. Then i called customer care confirming i never used the product and he confirmed me saying no worries madam we will take care. Today i received another message saying product is reshipped to you due to quality check fail.
                              The product which i sent back was a brand new unused product and if this is getting returned due to the torn old packaged box then please note that i received the brand new shoe from myntra in same torn # old box and i have never used this product. I want same quality team to check when you ship the product to your consumers. Dont you do quality check while its shipping because its same product which u sent me. If its failed in quality check then you have sent me same quality checked product which was cleared your quality process while shipping to me. Horrible service by myntra. I return products if i dont like, if it doesnt fit or if i find better price. If you loot your customer care while returning please see my all orders. I am a icon myntra member and i keep purchasing your products and only return which doesnt fit my needs and for your kind information i have never use and send any products back

                                I have orderd some product from myntra worth 9098 on 21/12/19 some reason i returned 1 product but quantity 2 worth 949/949 on 31/12/19 and respecectfully i recived one refund worth 949 on 05/01/20 but second refund i did not recived yet. They gave me ref no.[protected] and said contact to bank sapport team. I contack bank they said that ref no not show any pending amount and again contact myntra castomer then agin i contact myntra castomer they said sent your bank statment. Then i sent last 2month and contact again myntra castomer and then they said again sent bank statment from 20/12/19 to 20/1/20 and then i sent last 3months. And they infrom me within 24 to 48 hours but now 3days gone i did not recived any information from myntra..

                                  Myntra is not accepting my return request even though it complies with their return policy.
                                  When i called them up and asked for the reject reason, they said that the product is looking to be used or damaged.in fact i haven’t even touched the product and no one from myntra have come and taken it for a quality check.
                                  I have undergone severe trauma and inconvenience with the cheating act or myntra from last 10 days.
                                  Request you to please take action on myntra that they would accept my return request.

                                    Few days ago i have ordered 3 shirts from myntra.com on 17 jan 2020. Order no:[protected]-0202903.in that 2 shirts was used and tear shirts. Barcode was also different wch was showing on myntra site. The product was shipped to me was not intact condition. Due to quality issues i placed return request. But myntra declined my complaint. I talked to myntra customer but they're not helping. They are not agreeing to the same & not allowing me to return/replace the product. This is a wastage of my money and i am very disappointed with the way they are treating my case. Also the customer care executive was very harsh in his tone.
                                    One more think tht.. Myntra say.. Tag number is different but tag is sealed with shirt.. So how can number will change... They are just fooling... Fraud website.
                                    So i want my money...

                                      I have ordered shoes 10 days back and i didn't receive my amount till now. Whenever i call the customer care i had very bad experience saying will refund is initiated, will get in 3 days... This is second time that i didn't receive my amount... Last tine they took literally 2 months to give me my money and they are useless that they cant even take account details correctly or check the emails properly... Worst customer service they speak very reckless... They are the frauds taking money from customers

                                        Ordered an h&m women white solid fine knit cashmere jumper on 12th january 2020 and the order was received on 14th january 2020 and as the requested size was too small and received an m/p size instead of m regular size i had to return it back and put a return request and the return agent called the next day regarding the pickup as the pickup address was of office i told him to come by 3pm as my shift starts then and as said he came n took the return box and when checked i still not received any mail or message regarding the pickup being done so i called the agent and he told me that the message u will receive by evening but there was no message received and the next day got a mail in the morning that an agent would come pickup my order on 16th january 2020. As confused as my order was already picked u a day before i called to confirm the delivery agent whether he picked my order and he said yes and told me to call the myntra customer support and meanwhile i received a message and mail stating that my return request being put on hold as it did not pass their quality check process. I dont know what exactly are they taking about as the product was returned in the same way as it was delivered everything labelling and price labels everything intact. Even the product was to be gifted to my fiance in usa for her birthday so no one even tried the jumper and kept as such in the box. And when told the customer care about it they told me to wait till 20th january 2020 i dont understand why should someone wait so long as that for such a small problem created by myntra itself and then on 20th i called them back and talked to the customer carte guy and he requested for 24hrs to figure it out and the next day when called the same thing repeated but this time by one their senior manager and assured me in final 24 hrs they will do it and then called them next day and repeating the same #. So crazy customer care i never seen before amazon is far better than this. I can't believe how dumb people they keep and keeping the call on hold for 20-25 mins. I want to get this resolved or else i gonna post this in every consumer forum. I want my refund back.
