Item is not yet delivered, when we call to customer care - they are telli ng to wait everytime & not telling when it will be delivering. If ask why it is delaying they just disconnecting.

    The worst experience of mine with myntra in last 6 years. I don't think so myntra deserve loyal costumer.
    I will never recommend myntra anymore to anyone.

    I have ordered almost 4 products. Out of 4 products. The size issue was there. I called to costumer care & i cross checked for size, the executive said you can create a return or wait until size is not available. I said to executive create return
    She denied.

    As myntra newly launched insider points, but they have not updated about that if you will going to redeem this insider points your returns & exchange will get automatically cancel. Even though i was having word with executives but they did not informed not to redeem that points

    @myntra many costumers does not understand new cheap policies of myntra. Your executive is saying that once you were redeeming points there was a notification that return & exchange will not be available for specific product.
    There was no notification given by myntra while the time of redeeming points.

    I was not updated with this cheap policy now myntra is not exchanging product ultimately i lost 4000/-

    Just for the sake of 400/- myntra cheated to me

      I had returned a wach of swatch costing 12800 on 6 jan 2020, myntra guyz had put it on hold stating the quality had failed.. N there was no price tag whereas there is a price tag on the box.. I have sent en no of emails stating the same as well as have spoekn to the escaltion desk... They assured me to help me with this everytime i spoke to them, i kept calling them almost everyday to followup on same.. Finally i received a mail stating they can't help and are resending the watch to me.. Again i called escaltion desk and spoke to senoior she confirmed that the price tag is visible in one of snap.. N she also said that if i get the delivery i should accept it and later call myntra desk.. They will help me in again creating a request for return.. I have now accepted the watch.. And when called myntra guyz say that there is no such facility of recreating a return...
      I had returned the watch in the same condition as received the very next day i had received..
      Need help here since the amount is big.. Plzz

        I ordered two white shoes from myntra. The brown primary pack age in which the shoes were received caused some marks in the shoes. I ignored them and just tried the size. But as both of them were unfit, i placed a return request stating that the size was unfit. The products were completely unused and this can be known by seeing the product. They were in the same condition as they were received. But the courier agent denied to pickup stating that the product wad damaged, because of the marks placed by the box i had earlier referred to. Even the courier agent was satisfied that the product was unused and the marks would have been before delivery! He asked me to contact the customer care and ask them to place a return without quality checkup. I did so. But the complaint was rejected. I complained again and again it was denied stating that the product was checked before shipping and was in good condition. But what after shipment?! What about the transit process?! Who takes the responsibility? We pay myntra for the shipment and thus its their duty to ensure due care during transit. Now they are denying their responsibility! I have no option left!

          This my order no:[protected]-7782903. I have placed my order 25-dec-2019 as per myntra status order will be delivered before 5-jan-2020. On 6th morning i had a call to the executive that i didn't receive my order. She said we registered a call regarding kindly wait for 15-jan-2020 than i had a call 15 jan evening he said to wait for the end of the day surely you will receive a call. But i didn't get a call. On 16th jan i request to call on myntra contact us. Again one senior said ma'am wait for 24hr we will call you within 24hr and update you regarding your product. But the same they did not call. Today again i had a call with senior executive sahil said to wait for 24 hr i will update you surely.

            I've placed an order on the the 21st of dec 2019 but the payment got failed and the order could not be placed. Is there a transaction number for the failed order made through payu gateway so that i can check with the bank on this for a refund if the amount is on hold with payu.

              Dear myntra,

              This mail is to complain regarding the recent issue i have faced with returning of the low-quality product, which even forcing me to file a legal consumer complaint against your company.

              Brief of what happened:

              I placed the order on your website on 19th dec 2019 roadster men navy blue self design pullover order number is[protected]-9000003 xl size i ordered it for my brother but the size was too large so requested for exchange the product with l size on 27th dec then i got message from myntra on 02jan as my order is shipped already and it will deliver today but within 5-10 min received message that "we are unable to deliver your order as valet reaches my home i was not at home so he went back with my exchange order" even thought on 2nd jan i was on leave i was at home they send me wrong message i called on customer care where your agents are useless they dont help us i had word with parvinder kaur she said status is undelivered so i have to wait for next delivery message i ask her without my permission how you valet can update that i am not at home she said she cant help it she just registered my complaint under complaint number in[protected] which must be resolved by 08th jan but havent received any resolution or call from myntra till now and she was not sure thet when my order will be delivered then i recoved my order next day. But size was the same with l size tag even but ignored my brother wear it for a few hours when he came back home sweater was tore from self-printed design.

              What the hell within a few hours your product get tore you guys are selling a low-quality product it's better that i should buy it from somewhere else i placed return request on 13th jan next day valet came and picked my order but he said without tag they will not return but he will try once if it will not be returned then it will be reshipped to me i ask him that doesn't return me again please return to myntra i don't want it. As i checked online on google i can return the product with or without a tag as will with receipt.

              Today i received back my order to me i ask him why u returning me he said mam they rejected it without tag you need to talk customer care only then he left. I called on [protected] and spoke to ashish i explained to him everything that i don't have a tag i didn't know that i have to return its quality will be low i just but to wear it then why would i take care of tag as well he said he can't do anything my returning request is on hold i will get resolution on 21st jan so i have to wait for it i ask him after getting my resolution on 21st jan can i request for return again he said he doesn't know he can't tell anything for this he is not sure i have to wait till 21st jan. I ask him whos is manager available and connect me to him i want to talk to him he said ankur is manager and tell he is putting my call on hold to connect him after 5 min he came back and said manager is busy somewhere else he is arranging call back i ask when will i get call back he said he doesn't know within 24-48 hour. I was so angry i disconnected the call with the statement i am going to email to your senior.

              What kind of service you guys giving at the time of exchange there was the same response from your customer care and now this time as well while returning i received the pathetic service from myntra.

              Such a pathetic customer service company! It's not about the money it's about quality of product you guys are selling.

              I don't want this highly low-quality product i want my money back that it rs.1129.00!

                I have placed order no[protected]-8341603 in myntra on 12th january but till date my order has not dispatched.

                Who is responsible for delay and what image the myntra is creating before a public at large.

                Its very bad platform which i have never experienced. No commitment value the myntra have.

                If you will not look this matter seriously then myntra and its connected employees who are in fault may have to face legal consequences.

                Further, i have also requested this issue yesterday vide reference number in[protected] but no updates given on this issue.

                So this is final humble reminder to look forward this issue and ensure the delivery as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered an 'M' size underwear, but Myntra has delivered an 'S' size underwear. Now despite of complaining many times to their customer care, the executives are saying that they delivered the right product.
                  I have already sent them the product image where it's clearly written as 'S'.
                  Not sure what to do, probably not going to order anything from Myntra anymore.

                  After the complaint, they sent the below mail:

                  "This email is regarding your complaint against the wrong product delivered for the product "Park Avenue Men Red Solid Briefs PZRM00100-R6". Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

                  Post reviewing your case we have found that we sent a correct product to your end. Hence, your claim has been declined. Moreover, we are unable to serve you further on the same."

                    I ordered a hand bag from myntra on 23 dec 2019 for which i make an online payment through google pay of rupees 1289, then i cancelled the order on[protected], but i haven't received the refund yet. I have already contacted to myntra, google pay and also to my bank (sbi) but they didn't give any solution. Myntra give a bank refrence no.[protected] for which bank said that this ref. No. Does not belongs to our bank.

                      I had ordered 3 tops from Myntra. They were marked delivered on the app, but I didn't receive the parcels. it has been 20 days since this has happened. The complaint has been raised 6 times, every time they just say that you'll get update in 2 days and no information. The delivery boy himself called me and requested that I dont proceed with the complaint else he will have to pay for the refund. After that their logistics team has marked the product delivered without consulting me. I have explained my ordeal to 6 different customer care executives and yet no action has been taken

                        Ordered an h&m women white solid fine knit cashmere jumper on 12th january 2020 and the order was received on 14th january 2020 and as the requested size was too small and received an m/p size instead of m regular size i had to return it back and put a return request and the return agent called the next day regarding the pickup as the pickup address was of office i told him to come by 3pm as my shift starts then and as said he came n took the return box and when checked i still not received any mail or message regarding the pickup being done so i called the agent and he told me that the message u will receive by evening but there was no message received and the next day got a mail in the morning that an agent would come pickup my order today ie 16th january 2020. As confused as my order was already picked u a day before i called to confirm the delivery agent whether he picked my order and he said yes and told me to call the myntra customer support and meanwhile i received a message and mail stating that my return request being put on hold as it did not pass their quality check process. I dont know what exactly are they taking about as the product was returned in the same way as it was delivered everything labelling and price labels everything intact. Even the product was to be gifted to my fiance in usa for her birthday so no one even tried the jumper and kept as such in the box. And when told the customer care about it they told me to wait till 20th january 2020 i dont understand why should someone wait so long as that for such a small problem created by myntra itself. This is the first time i am facing such a problem from myntra and i believe there might be just some error somewhere but i want this to be cleared from myntra as soon as possible and generate my refund.
                        Looking for a positive response from myntra.

                            I have ordered a nike sweatshirt from myntra. When i received them item it was very dirty and smelly. So i created a return request for the item. And register a complaint against the order in myntra on around 25 dec. They assure me to resolve my concern in 72 hours. Whenever i talk to myntra they have only one answer our team is working on your concer and your problem will be solve in 72 hours and its almost 20 days and i didn't get any update from myntra. I am very disappointed from myntra. Please help me in this matter. If my problem didn't resolved in 24 hours. I will file a case against myntra in consumer court.

                              I made a transaction on myntra using payzapp wallet on 2nd october 2019.
                              I returned two kurtis worth 429.45 and 410.54 for which the refund was processed from myntra. However i didnt receive the refund, so i contacted the myntra team. They sent me an email where it says my refund has been successfully processed but i still did not get the money in my wallet. So i contacted the payzapp team, they said that they havent received any order from myntra to refund my money, so i sent payzapp team the email provided by myntra. After that, the payzapp team emailed the myntra team asking for request to refund my money but they got a reply from myntra that i have fully received my services and do not give any refund. Which is contrary to the email which they have sent to me with the reference numbers saying that my refund has been processed. From the past 3 months i am being sandwiched by both payzapp and myntra. Myntra tells me that refund is processed, contact payzapp and payzapp tells me that they havent received request from myntra to process the refund.
                              Clearly someone has done a fraud in the system as the money is processed by myntra and payzapp is telling me myntra has told not to refund the money to me.

                              This is the last resort i have, i request you to please take a look.

                                I have purchased one trolley bag delsey unisex blue soft.
                                Bag was not as displayed on web site accordinlgy i placed request on the same when it was delivered to i. E 29/12/2019 but despite my repeated telephone calls and repeated email company not arranged for pick up of the bag and processing my refund as and when i call for update i alway told we are working on but no positive response. I quite upset with the response of call centre. They responded like i am talking to some robot and interested in resolution of my complaint and never give satisfactory resolution/response. Myntra response is very hopless. They have promised for return but as when promise date reach they cancel my request from back end and i again create. It seems they gave false promise for return but not serious about return and processing of my refund. Myntra just cheating and honouring they promises. We should be aware in future.

                                  I have ordered a headset from mantra on the jan 1, 2020. The product was delivered on the 12th of jan.
                                  The packaging was all smudged and damaged to a very great extent.
                                  Now coming to the product. The product packaging was torn and the i could not find any sealing to the product.
                                  To make matters even more pathetic, the original cover was tampered and using cellotape the original packaging of the product was stuck onto.

                                  One of the side of the headset and deformed and there was rattle sound when it was shaken.

                                  I have raised complaint on mantra. And i was expected to get a response on th 15th, i even called them yesterday and they assured by the e0d 15th i will get a email stating what to do next.
                                  Today is 16 and i again called them, and i was told to wait for another 24 hours to get the response.

                                  This is my first purchase from mantra and boy i could say.
                                  Never ever am i gonna buy a product from mantra again, i would certainly make sure none of the people i know will ever order from mantra again

                                    I have ordered an evening gown with order id 112940653946221364503 with small size worth rupees 29490. Received on 7th jan with medium size and no tags on dress. I raised a returned request on the same day to return it as it was too large for me to wear. Mytra pickup boy denied to pick it up as it has no tags on it and he entered wrong comments that i have used the dress in his system. When i complained myntra that this is their fault that they did not check the dress size and price tag before sending it to me. They declined my request saying that it has tags in it. When i asked them about what it the proof that the tags were their on the dress like any pick or vedio recording then they changed their statment that this dress has some odor. I asked them multiple times to send a proper verification officer to my house so that he can check. The dress is absolutely fine and its not used. But they denied saying that our pickup boy is verification office. I also told them that this dress is not my size so i can't use, but these guys has no vedios, no pics that can proof the tags were their and they are not even ready to send proper verification team. They just trust their pickup boys comments and declined my request. Please resolve this issue as the product is not my size and is of no use for me now.

                                      I had ordered h&m sweater from myntra, however i got a wrong product and i had called customer care which asked me to mail photo, bill to the [protected]@myntra.com on 4th jan 2020. I got a mail stating that i will reverted in 48 hours then another mail stating another 48 hours are needed. Now there is reply and then i got sms stating my return is on hold since the quality check is not approved. The pickup is still pending since the person refuse to pick the return so how is return on hold and secondly there is no reply from myntra even after sending reminders. It's been pending since 4th jan almost 2 weeks.

                                        Hi i have not received my refund. I received refund initiation mail from myntra & refund timeline has been passed & i have not got refund of montecarlo sweatshirt. Kindly take necessary action against myntra & refund my rs. 1440.00. The required timeline for refund has been passed. For proof i am attaching photos. I received mail from myntra on 4th jan 2020 but the timeline of 10 days have been passed still not get refund.

                                        My prepaid product is not delivered to me on 30/12/2018. It was stolen by some one by my wrong signature.i raise complain to costemer care is not responding to me.
                                        As I placed exchange order for my puma shoes which is still not being delivered and there is no information for it . I paced exchange order for it and still no information from the myntra .
