I had created a return request of a swatch watch costing 12800, the guy picked up the product and assured me all is ok with the product however in evening i received a msg stating the product has failed quality check as there was no price tag.. The box i. Which the watch was kept had a price tag but the myntra customer care is
Stating that there is no price tag... Now how would i know if the product is damaged due to his poor handling... I want my money back... Stop chetaing like this.. If your agent can't read the tags hire an experienced one...

      My order no[protected] 8800601 placed on 12 dec 2019 of mast and harbour colorblocked lightweight bomber jacket of rs 999 was of large size and quality issue, so i wanted it to be returned and refund for that i placed a return request on 27 dec. For few says they what myntra has dine is only messaging that someone will come and pick up the order which i wanted to return as per their policy and service each day fir continusly 5 to 6 days but nobody came for pickup. As usual they textex me we unable to pickup, will try reaching you tomorrow. Until then i was waiting as usual, next day they the service person called me pockup, which was unfortunate i didnt pick the call as my phone was charging, immeadiately after an hour as soon as i saw yhe missed call i called him to come and pick it up as i was present at home to be there, but then he refused to come and told me he will come the next day, to that i said okhay asked the timing of when will he come, because i had other works also, to that he said around 10. Then next day i waited for the call till 10 30 nobody called, then he called around 11:45 am, which was as usual i wasn't able to pick as i was busy in other work, on that next day he immediately declined my request on the basis of only this attempt, that was highly unjustified because he didn't matched up timing he gave to me and on the basis of that myntra showed my request has been declined. On contrary on the other i had requested return of two items the above mention was one of them which was declined and the other one was still has an option of return, i don't understand the difference when i ordered all of them at the same time and all of then were delivered together of same order no. Clearly i don't understand the policy as i requested return within the time limit of the pllicy and now i want my this order to be returned and refunded. All the items are intact with tags as the original product.
      Kindly resolve it as soon as possible as i want my money to be refunded. If not i will go further.

      Hey! Related to above mentioned complaint, I wanted to share that it is being wrongly processed. I clearly said I want to reapply for a return pickup scheduled which was wrongly denied by the myntra team, I want to return a product which is a mast and harbour colorblocked lightweight bomber jacket of cost 999 Indian rupees, as I have been no option of returning, is the I have filed this complaint. What I have been refunded by the company I the product already in process of return with no issue, I want you to kindly schedule a return pickup for the jacket not Jean's. Kindly resolve the misunderstanding. Pleased help me out to get the money back of jacket by resolving your mistake with the money as product is different and the money is also higher .

        I have requested for an exchange for a damaged kurti n palazzo set (Order no[protected]-4242703 dt 27th dec 2019) but instead of replacement, myntra logistics denied to pick the defective kurti. I have been calling their customer care and registering complaints since 4th january 2020 but no action yet instead they are closing the complainant and creating new complaint every time i call them. New complaint number is in[protected]. Myntra delivery person says he needs approval to replace the defective pc but noone is helping in this matter. Such a pathetic service, if you can't consider the exchange for defective product then why are you delivering defective product. Please help me to resolve this issue.

          I am complaining this again since it is not resolved but marked as resolved
          28/12/2019 in myntra order no[protected]-7616101 saree ordered rs 1014/-by cod.
          4/1/2020 by 1330 hrs received the pocket. Opened the outter cover and immeditaely found the saree ordered is entirely different. Without opening the pocket, refund request no [protected] processed immediately in app
          5/1/2020 by 1330 hours the same delivery agent picked up the pocket along with the outter cover and tags and he also seeing the image confirmed it is entirely different. The delivery agent contact number shared by myntra is [protected].
          On 5/1/2020 by eve got an email from [protected]@myntra.com that the return request put on hold as the picked up item did not pass the quality check, no reply from the delivery agent when called several times.in the morning initiated one request call and a call from one mr harjit came from[protected]. I explained thorughly the case. He says he will look into the matter. How a saree which is not at all opened from the inner cover failed in qulaity pick up test?. Whether these delivery agents are cheating or the warehouse persons are cheating. This caused me lot of mental agony why i should be punished for no fault of mine. The only fault i have done is ordering this saree from myntra. Kindly get my amount refunded at the earliest.

            I received vaak women olive green regular fit would casual shirt and i didn't like the quality of product so i raised returen request bcs i was on leave on friday and parcel was picked by mine friend on friday and she paid for this and saturday sunday my company remains close as weekly off so when i return back to office on monday i unpacked and check my parcel and quality didn't match my expectation and immediately i put an return request (Return no. [protected]) now got msg that my return request kept on hold because it didn't pass quality check so how it can happen because customer care saying price tags missing but whatever i received i returned in the same condition so there is no possibility that price tags are missed by me so i just want please check from your side and refund my money asap because there is no fault of mine so i m raising this issue on high priority please check this and initiate my refund

              Sir, my mantra order no. [protected] has been put on hold on 2nd january 2020 with no specific reason. This is to inform u further that the shoes/ said order has been collected from my residence k-101, silverline apartments chinhat lucknow from your representative after thoroughly checking the product at 7:30pm on[protected] and at 07:51 pm i have received the acknowledgement of successfully collection of product. Thereafter at 21:16 ive received another mail that your product is put on hold. Sir, this is to assure you that i did not use the shoe, just try it for size and after your representative collect it its responsibility lies on your representative.
              Therefore, kindly process my return request as soon as possible so that i can order the other suitable shoes which is already shortlisted in my mantra cart.

                Hi team,

                I have ordered a levis sweatshirt (Black) on myntra to gift someone. But i received a damaged product and it has a small hole on it. I notified the same to myntra customer care and asked them for return. They denied it saying that the quality check was done before dispatching the parcel and now they cannot resell the sweatshirt. I agree that the hole may not be clearly visible. But its their fault that they are not thoroughly checking the product before the dispatch. Now why should i get penalised with a damaged product while its a miss from their quality testing team.

                Please do the needful. I want to return the product.

                This product(levis black sweat shirt) was received on Dec 28th and I have intiated the return within 5 days.

                  It's been very frustrating as the delivery agent is cheating me every single day. I have multiple orders for return and exchange and every day i get a message that my order will be picked up but the delivery agent doesn't come. I have called him multiple times, reported the same to customer care but there is no response.

                  The delivery agent tells me that he will be there tomorrow but no one comes and this is happening every single day. Agent updates the status as "customer rescheduled" this is clear cut case of cheating from myntra and their delivery agent. Please take some action.

                    On the very sight of opening the outter cover from myntra it is seen that the saree completely differed from the one i ordered. I never even opened the inner cover and immediately processed for return on 4/1/2020. The very next day the parcel was picked up vide return number no [protected] i completely returned eveery thing with the tags. I have received email and sms that the quality check was not passed and refund held up. This is totally unfair on their part exploiting a customer. What is happening in between the period of pickup and your qulaity pass, the delivery agent contact was [protected] shared by myntra you enquire the delivery agent immediateky and refund my amount,

                    No they are simply dragging the issue from the evening. How can they held refund process, The saree cover was not even opened by me and simply helding up and sensding emails holding our refund process is simply misuse of public money

                      I have returned a product on myntra order no:[protected]-1571703.
                      They have processed refund on 16th december 2019 and i have not received any refund from them. I have contacted the myntra.com customer care, they said they processed the refund and they are suggesting me to contact my bank. I have contacted my bank through mail and they sent mail back that transaction id[protected] provided in the trailing mail is a failure transaction. If there is any option to contact myntra.com with mail i could forward the mail which i have received from my bank. I have attached the image please check that. And kindly help in this

                      then how can you keep someone money with you. Be responsible. its a big shame for myntra can not resolve issue even after this many months. its a failure. i will take it serious if you can not update anything on this issue ..
                      I order under armour shoes cost is 8500 instead of that shoes they give a fake brand called colambus. India number one fraud company myntra there are cheating coustmors wasting our money, time this kind of cheating there are doing
                      Which products I got today one of them Lakme compact is not fresh that is used product.

                      By mistake I just collect the insider point before filling the return and I am now facing size issue and not and to return please help me out.customer care should have any option to help me out. I am very disappointed as I am not able to return my product.
                      I placed an order which dint fit me. So I asked to a bigger size but it was out of stock. Now I have to return the product and myntra charging me 10 percent of the total amount which I don't want to pay as it was never mentioned at the time of placing the order. I need full refund.                         Product when delivered found bad quality and not fit, send return request company collect the product and i have shared my account information with myntra customer service team and they transferred my refund to myntra account, not in my bank account. When i contact with myntra customer care team they replied they will not transfer my money into my account. Such a worst company of india please do not buy any product from this company.

                        The product i returned, amount given back in terms of myntra credit, now my myntra credit cannot be added during checkout, it means, the money in my wallet cannot be used, nor transferred in my bank account, this is cheating, kindly help.i want atleast the myntra credit to be added during checkout, orelse money transferred to the account.

                          I am a frequent buyer of myntra. But i have recently checked i have not got any refund from myntra for the return items. Inspite of several complaints i still don't get back my money. These people are cheating people. Around 10000 of my money is blocked by myntra.
                          I ordered a hoodie and i paid through Google pay . It was 949₹ . I still didn't get the order confirmation msg or an email . I tried calling Myntra customer service number but its always busy . If Myntra can't send a order confirmation msg ! I want the money to br refunded asap . Very disappointed

                            Delivery executives are so moody to deliver the product it's been 12 days i'm waiting for the product to be delivered they don't even attempt the delivery they're not responding to my calls aswell i could see that the product was out for delivery but then no delivery agent called me up and moreover the delivery agents doesn't deliver any product on time we had to collect the delivery from the warehouse every time we order a product kindly plz help me with the delivery team and it's not possible for us to collect the delivery every time from the warehouse, if we ourselves could collect the delivery then what for these delivery agents are? They always behave the same now how long do u want me to wait for the product which is to be delivered? I need an answer

                            Myntra customer care me complaint kiye b itne din huye or 1 week wait krne bole but fir b delivery person ne deliver ni kiya order .
                            My order has been delivered to the delivey centre on 30 dec and i still didnot recieve any call from them.Will there any delivery for my order or should i cancel that
                            I placed a order on 22th and by mistakenly cancelled the order in return suddenly lodge a mail to myntra.com ..now I want know the status of that order if cancelled ..replace it kindly order I'd 112886394588225187901
                            Insider option is activated on my purchase however I am not interested for that offer and want to exchange or return my product. Raised complaint on customer care and was told to get the call back but no call received. If my case is not taken care I may have to take further action
                            I ordered a jeans from myntra and due to size fit issue I returned it. I got message and in app also it shows refund processed, but I didn't get the money back !
                            We have received the Body shop Men white Musk yesterday without product box/packing. The item was only packed in the bubble wrap. The photograph is attached for reference. Kindly provide the product box or help us with the sales return so that we can buy another item.

                              First of they harrase when you place a return request they won't pickup your order then after rising so many complaint they pick up you return after that it will go on hold and they said quality check failed you used their product why would i use product that i don't like and they are now about return the parcel to me anyway i want refund not that low quality product again i haven't use their product not even touched that again after i placed a return request with all the labels worst experience i am having till now with any online site i am feeling mantally harrased by myntra

                                  Hello myntra team,

                                  I would like to share a very bad experience with myntra.

                                  Order# [protected]-3969503product: united colors of benetton unisex black brand logo backpackorder placed: saturday, dec 21, 2019.


                                  I found an enticing offer on eros sale "united colors of benetton unisex black brand logo backpack" by myntra and i paid them the money upfront on 21 december 2019,
                                  For 3 days the website had no information about the shipment after spending another 3 days with calls and receiving false promises of call backs and lies, finally myntra cancelled my order without any reason.
                                  After checking in this order history i have requested with your csd team for clarifications, but you guys failed to respond in a proper manner with foolish clarifications, while speaking with your csd, my questions were very clear, i ordered the product on myntra and it supposed to deliverd on 31-dec-2019, why it was not delivered on said date, what's the challenge and also customer executive promised that the product will delivered on or before 9-jan-2020.
                                  Today again contacted csd team regarding my order and i didn't even expect the response on call what your customer executive said "the product is lost and even we do have some logical issues internally, why you don't understand this". Even you guys didn't accept it was your fault. I don't want any logical reasons that are said by you because i am a customer, i just need the said product to be delivered to me which was shown at the time of order placed which was not fulfilled by myntra.

                                  After having a discussion with your customer care reg my order, if the product is lost why you can't give me the replacement as the product is available now at myntra site (Images below). again your customer care is giving me the foolish responce telling that seller is not ready to dispatch the product to my location and telling me to wait until the seller is ready to deliver. so how long i have to wait? pls note this is not my mistake it's yours find me a satisfactory solution.

                                  Pathetic, useless, i still keep wasting time thinking this would lead somewhere.. Damn...

                                  Being a customer this is how you treat your customers, don't forget myntra is working towards customers. hats off to myntra for showing and proving how least they care for their customer.

                                    Product wrong delivered they told me to wait till 4 jan demanded emails i sent them everything on 1 st on 4 the jan they sent me a noreply email that timeline extended to 6 jan is it my fault that wrong product delivered my money is blocked and they # people enjoying it customre care giving wrong info and always says to wait. Ordered black delivered red some customare care named sachin and aalvi provided wrong information holding me like a fool

                                      I bought very expensive shoes from myntra discount. They were delivered in a broken box although shoes inside were good. I requested a return within 1-2 days of delivery due to size issues since we have unusual big and wide foot.

                                      Myntra refused the accept return of the unused shoes the since price tag was not there on the shoes but the box has the price tag. However, my issue is that i am returning in the same condition and with same tags as i received. They delivered in a bad box and with one tag missing... Why should the customer be penalized.

                                      I have called their customer support many times, sent emails and sent photos. But they continue to not accept the return.

                                        I have placed multiple orders on 22nd of december 2019. For 2 of the products the delivery address is changed from pune address to rajasthan address. The products are delivered to rajasthan. Also, there are 2 more products ordered from my account on 2nd of january 2020 using the myntra credit. Both are products are in shipped state. The details of the orders are mentioned below:

                                        Orders which are placed in my account on 1st of jan 2020 and currently in shipped state (As of 4th of jan)

                                        I have called myntra customer care to raise a request so that the matter can be tracked to closure. However, the myntra customer care person was talking to un-professional. I never imagined that brand like myntra can have this kind of customer support. I had been truly exceptional experience shopping with some of the international ecom providers.
                                        The way the order address were changed and my account is been used during myntra xmas discount, it seems to be a myntra's insider employee role in the fraud. I request myntra to investigate the matter and nab the culprits asap. Now it seems insecure to maintain an account with the site or use a credit card for transaction.
