I have received a wrong product which has another order no with another buyer's name on the tax invoice page which was inside the package ..but on the outside package buyer's name was mine .. totally different product i recieved today.. i have ordered globus white front open shrug (women) but I got a red bathrobe large size with another order no.. pls return the product and place refund asap

    I placed an order on 22nd december 2019 of rs 1307 (Order i'd number[protected]-1860101). Out of the total 4 products ordered 3 were cancelled, the total of which is rs 1082 and i received the return of only product of rs 244. The payment was done through google pay. Even after calling the customer care so many times i didn't receive the refund. I was asked to wait for 3 days for the amount to reflect in my account but i have not received the amount till date.
    Kindly look into the matter.

      Can not exchange product after redeeming insider points

      I got few jackets and tops delivered today. The clothes I received are of poor quality and most them doesn't have proper fit. However, I mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange/return them. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

      I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.

        I am a frequent purchaser from myntra. I ordered a pair branded shoes (Nike) on 21 december 2019 (Prepaid rs. 2718)
        Order no:[protected]-6227501

        I got early arrival message for delivery on 27 dec 2019 itself. But what happened was i later got message at 7:00pm that product has been delivered when i haven't received it. I tried to call the delivery representative through a number (Note it was some company generated no that was given to me in this case not the direct number of representative which they usually give) he told me that by mistake it was done and he will deliver it till night but haven't got any delivery yet. And now i am even unable to reach to him. I have raised the complaint with them too and they are showing me some random sign that rep must have sent them like how # this response is. Don't they know anyone can do that. I need speedy redressal and refund of my product asap.
        Please help me reach out to them.

          Today on 28 dec while placing order the amount was debited from my bank account but the order is not place. I called to myntra customer support they informed that they do not have clarity on any transaction, your order is cancelled and your payment is stuck on gateway. I have received mail from my bank that the payment has been done to myntra mentioning the transaction id and the invoice number. Still myntra is not refunding my amount.. If we have not paid then how my bank generated the transaction id.. Highly disappointed!!!

          The amount was 1307 rupees and the debit card is of Standard chartered bank.

            On 25 dec 2019 i placed order for two products on myntra, myntra then redirected me to bank site were in i enter the OTP and it got verified and money got didected from my account but later the two products were still showing as yet to be ordered. The order didnt got place and also my money got didected, furthure i contact myntra customer care in return i got answer as within 48 hour the order will be placed automatically, even after 48 hours still the order is not placed. Now myntra cc is suggesting me to place another order. I am requesting myntra to refund me the money.

              I have experienced rude behaviour with the Myntra delivery guy savan som (as shown in true caller) on 27-Dec-2019 in koramangala.at first he reached wrong address, and politely told him no worries you can come to correct address but he cut the call in between and afternoon when he reached correct address I was in meeting so couldn't answer him but I called him after 5 mins but he was so rude that, he shouting at me despite being his mistake at first place. And rising his voice in the streets. Such a ### and I even complained to CUSTOMER CARE before delivery for his improper behaviour but I am not sure how it was taken into account because I don't find any change in his attitude.

                I ordered a jacket from myntra .as it is the larger size than i expected.and by mistaken i collected the myntra insider point due to which i am not able to return back it .so i called the customer care .and they are also told me they cannot revert back the insider point and not able to help me in return process and jacket is worth of 1200 ₹ . Jacket is not fit to me and it is total waste for me.

                  Kindly help on this issue ..

                  I have order Moda Rapido kurta Rs-1999/-, I have received the product and the product not fit to me i placed return, the next day MYNTRA return person checked return pickup link and verified with this product IMAGE and taken product to his warehouse & by evening he return back to me saying due to price tag difference it was rejected while submitting at warehouse and requested me to check with customer case and place return again. when i call to Customer care people rejecting this issue saying - submit the correct price tag, we will consider your return (Myntra return polices will not accept) if price tag was different & we con't consider as return. ( I have received the product with price tag Rs - 1799/- of same Moda Rapido seller )

                    I ordered 3 dresses worth Rs.910 and I made my payment through Google pay and the money was debited from my account, but when I saw in Myntra it says order was not placed. I've attached the proof for the transaction. I tried calling the customer care but no one turned up and there was nothing related to my query. Please return my money fully and please respond by telling when will I get my money back. Please help.

                      I had received the wrong parcel, of a different brand, which is in approval, but refused to take it with the delivery parcel, abusing, talking to the abusive, while that parcel is already approved, forbidden it is said that we have no approval, for the king who has already complained in already, the parcel that he came to take, please do not be removed from the company, such people should not be kept in the company, please sir the request is soon to be quickly updated their approval

                        There was some technical error in the online payment when i placed the order.in spite of follow up and giving the bank transaction details, myntra did not place my order nor did they give me any status or refund of my money.

                        They promised me 48 hours and after that, they are now just giving me a date after 4 days.

                        The customer care gives the same reply even after follow up on phone, email, and social media.

                          I ordered boat rockerzzz 255 earphones from myntra. When the product is delivered, the condition of box is very bad and when i open the box, one earpiece is already damaged and i also cannot received extra ear buds which everyone gets. Then, i contact myntra customer care, the told me to wait but today they told me that my return request is declined.

                            I had ordered allen solly sweatshirt and wrogn jacket on 1th december from myntra. It arrived early (9th dec.). I tried the jacket and sweatshirt out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 17th. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                            I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                              Have ordered 11 items all were clothes however myntra guys have delivered me wrong product of footwear which i never ordered at all. Further they are completely non supportive now as they are unable to track my order hence asking me to submit fresh order. Why should i submit fresh order. It's myntra's mistake. If the wrong product was sent instead of correct or if the courier person has goofed up why the customer should be penalised about it. This is the worse experience i ever had with myntra. N even after requesting call back from the head of myntra or the highest n last level of escalation bone of them are calling me. N if they are calling no one is able to provide me any resolution. All are just sticked for me to place fresh order why??? U guys have lost my order. My money is lost further you guys yourself placing return request without even asking me without my consent n then courier guy is coming n asking to give the product??? I mean u guys have become so much irresponsible how the client will return the product when the same is not even delivered. Further it has come to me as a very big surprise that myntra a biggest brand don't even have the investigation team to track my order. It's been more than 4 days now i m suffering here... Calling myntra people day n night. Without any clue of my order. My funds. N mental harassment separately n wasting my time n energy without any outcome.

                                The order that i received was already opened by someone.
                                Extremely unhappy since this is something i was not expecting from myntra. I wanted to gift it to someone but was not able to do it since it was already opened.
                                Need you to take it back and replace with a new one or just give me my money back.

                                  Myntra is no more worth to purchase. I had made necessary changes for default address where I wanted my product to be delivered. No changes were made or saved by them and it got delivered to wrong address. It was just a small solution I had given the customer care to just provide my new address to the delivery agent via email or message. If they wanted they could have done it neither the customer care was ready to listen and understand what I was trying to explain. Myntra service is getting degraded Day by Day. They should have some option for some emergency cases. I won't be recommending Myntra anymore as they fraud us.

                                    I had ordered a dress vide order no.[protected]-5642103 placed on 10 dec 2019 for a dress which when delivered had the skirt missing along with the dress. When the return was initiated the courier fellow refused for the same as the skirt was missing. On registering a complaint we were told that as per myntra s check the product was ok. When asked if we could complaint to the higher authority on telephonic conversation i was told that i was talking to the highest authority in the complaint department (Mr. Sachin)

                                    The only way i could prove my claim was to have a video shooting whenever i open products from myntra which unfortunately i have not done so. Also when the product came the seal was also in a tape and not a proper seal and the plastic bag in a very crumpled state which clearly indicated it was opened before as well.

                                      I purchased 3 products
                                      1. Highstar grey jeans - rs 781
                                      2. Here n now blue jeans - rs 935
                                      3. Bitter lime combo jeggings - rs 999
                                      I have returned all those 3 products due to quality n size issues
                                      The products has been collected n there was a status that refund processed
                                      It's been 12 days but refund has not been processed yet
                                      Refund processed on dec 13 and 14.
                                      I was daily keep on calling to myntra from 1 week n they were saying that refund processed from their side n providing the reference numbers to contact bank people, the bank ppl were saying that there is no update about refund and no amount credited in your account, they were saying that nothing can be done with those reference number, contact myntra n follow with them.
                                      I was fed up calling these people, so that i'm raising a complaint against them.

                                        Dear sir/mam...
                                        It's really very ridiculous issue the rewards which are providing by your side are totally useless. We live in small city so there is not any mall or showroom to cash all them. The last was ₹600 off on myntra... When i start to this the msg from mynta i got this can be fruitful i[censored]r shopping more than 2500... What rubbish... All these type rewards are useless for me... Plz mention this...
