I placed an order for two tops and made the payment online. I did that payment from my wallet. I ordered it in my gold pass an hour before eros. I also have the proof of payment. The amount is deducted but i have not received any message or mail. I am very much worried. I called customer care several times but is was not fruitful. Please contact me as soon as possible.

    My name is bhushan, i have placed an order of around ₹9000 using hdfc credit card with the gold pass just before this sale is started i. E. On 21st december near about at 23:15. But i haven't get any confirmation mail or sms regarding the same. I am trying to search the order details but unable to get the same anywhere... And will they deliver the order or not if i didn't get any confirmation mail.

    Myntra is a fraud company, never expected this from myntra. I want those items at any cost within the right time. Wasted my time with myntra!

      I did shopping on myntra and paid 8000 to them. However, myntra cancelled the order and did not tell me. When i called myntra call center and i was told that due to the technical reason my order was cancelled and they will refind me in 48 hours. Who the hell will pay the bank interest. They have cheated me. Fraud company hai myntra. They are my 8000 rupees.

        I placed an order today from myntra for two shoes. I have paid the money online and even got a message from hdfc bankabout the transaction. But i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. When i thought of tracking the order, even there nothing was shown. Please help in getting confirmation email or sms. Mytra should eliminate these kind of issues with customers.
        Please help.

            I placed an order on 21 dec 2019 on myntra of 801, amount deducted from my pnb bank but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - pnb bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with transaction id:[protected]y9723205.. If transaction id has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can myntra cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. I want my money back. Help

              Dear sir/ ma'am,
              I had placed an order for four items on myntra today on 21st dec 2019 by 10.47pm. The transaction was done via google pay for an amount of rs 1445.
              The money was deducted from my account but the order confirmation email or sms has not yet been sent to me.
              The ordered items are also not there in the order list when i checked in the app.
              It's almost like the thing didn't happen.
              I have enclosed the screenshot of the transaction done proof.
              Do resolve the problem asap.

                I placed an order dated 21 dec 2019 for lafille
                Navy blue solid set of 2 shoulder bag. The amount of rs 584.10 was deducted from my bank but order not placed.
                Either i want my order to be placed or get refund of my amount.
                This is not how myntra should treat customers. I placed an order for the very first time and i am disappointed. I am scared if i will get the refund back.
                Trusting an online site is difficult these days.

Shirt and a pair of trousers from myntra on 21st december 2019, the amount of 668/- rs is being deducted from my account but no order confirmation from them is been given.. I have been trying to reach them but to no avail (No mail confirmation or mobile conformation also) plz acknowledge the order or refund my money immediately.

                    I ordered a list of items and i had paid through google pay. I didnt receive any message or email from myntra. The ordered list price has been deducted. I can't even track my items list because it is not displayed in the ordered items. The given contact number in myntra is busy all the time. This is highly disappointing. Please look on the issue as soon as possible.

                      Sir according to offer on myntra i have made transaction[protected]-0637303) using hdfc debit card but company has not given cash back when i called customer care they told me that they have a list of card only those cards are applicable for cash back then i asked them that you have to mention this on your website that only selected cards will be applicable. But you are doing fraud now company is liable to give cash back as i qualified all conditions given on its app in t and c block i have read every thing before making transaction. Sir in this way company is making fool to customer and not giving all details. Sir it's totally fraud and punishable offence by myntra. Kindly look after it strictly. I am attaching screenshot of t and c block. Sir i will not cancel the order i need cash back and also instruct them to give full information on site so that they can not cheat people

                        I complain so many times by contacting with myntra costumer service. I state that delivery boy couldn't pick my return item for mismatching tag number. I am so disgusted that they can't solve that small problem. I called them so many times and informed them. 5 to 6 times i attempted return process but nothing had changed. They didn't solve my problem.

                          My complaint is against myntra online, i had ordered a vero moda jacket but received a vero moda skirt, all the tag and bar code is intact. I raised my concern to myntra customer care but they declined my request on note that they have shipped a correct product. I have bar code and article number and even if one can check my order history i never purchased this skirt. Please help me to resolve this issue. No body is listening to me.

                            This is in regards to my order no:[protected]-6320101
                            The shoe i wanted to be replaced is still lying with me and the shoe i wanted in its place has been returned for some reason that i m not aware of. Delivery guy seems to be a crook calls individuals asking if tags are there on products which needs to be returned and when his identity details are asked, he disconnects the phone and cancels my exchange request stating that tags are not properly there, without even visiting my place or checking the product physically. Like, how does a company gives the right to cancel a delivery or exchange request, to an individual, who is not even capable of replying back to a simple question to confirm his identity. Moreover when called later asking for justification of his actions, he states that he is proud of doing what he has done and will do it again (This delivery guy's number is [protected], however i was unable to get his name). After that, one hour with customer care agent (Ms. Anson) and ms. Pankaj kumari (The floor supervisor), she assured that everything will be taken care of, wherein nothing was. On 15th december i got an email from myntra stating that the shoe i wanted is on its way back for no reason or rhyme.

                            I tried to exchange the item again and the same was cancelled stating the item was undeliverable without anybody coming to my place or calling.

                            Today that is 21st december after my second exchange request was canceled, i tried to return the product for a refund which also got cancelled again without any agent coming to my address or checking the product. The reason for refusal was item not satisfactory. How can that even be possible without anybody coming to my house.

                            Very pathetic and unprofessional service provided by myntra for this specific order.

                              out of stock products are never restocked

                              Myntra rarely restocks the out of stock products and it's annoying. What's the point of the sale if you can't buy anything. I have been meaning to buy some products for so long but they were never restocked. Sales came and went but i couldn't avail the offers. I make frequent purchases from myntra but this negligence on the part of the myntra staff completely puts off the whole shopping experience....

                              Ordered for raymond pant on 15/12/2019.

                              Instead i received a blue palazzo, wich was crushed and there was no tag or bar code provided on the package

                              Immediately i caled myntra customer care. I spoke to 5 agents.. Who spoke had not followed procedures of what they had advised me on call

                              I kept chasing them to get the update of the complaint. Still nothing is happening.

                              Very disappointed with the service.

                              Where could i post pics of the product.

                                How can they refund it in wrong account ending with 1562? The wtd details i shared one digit was wrong entered.
                                They told me in a mail that the account details i shared is wrong so refund cannot be processed hence how can they refund my money to any other account which is not in my name and maybe doesn't having the same ifsc code? This is the way their refund team work?? A digit can be entered wrong by any customer. Then what is the need of validation and ifsc code that these guys are refunding to wherever. I am asking to reverse the money 621/- from the wrong account and credit it to my correct account ending with 1572

                                This people are so rude and misbehaving.they didn't refund the money neither they have empathize for it.they are simply denying that they wouldn't refund.this is only my fault.the wrong account was not in my name then how can they send the money to any other people account?? I just want my money.they are cheating and stole my money.they don't even have any validation that why they have done it.

                                  Hi, had ordered a pair of jeans from myntra branding Tommy Hilfiger, paid nearly 4k for d jeans and wat i get in return is it tore in few hrs after wearing.. Even a roadside product do not get ripped in few hrs o[censored]se.. Now myntra is backing off saying we delivered product perfectly.. Very unprofessional and does not think of the consumer at all. How can a branded product like Tommy wears out in hrs.. Pls help

                                    Hi,

                                    I have order 'all about you' kurta set on Dec 15th, order id #[protected]-6942101 and the same was delivered on Dec 16th. As soon as i open the pack, i could find only kurta, skirt and dupatta were missing.

                                    I have raised complaint next minute (Dec 16th) and customer care assured that they will fix this issue by Dec 19th.

                                    Dec 19th when i reached them, they said my complaint has been declined and when i asked to transfer call to their manager they kept me on long HOLD and no one returned back.

                                    I'm a privileged mytra customer from years and spent thousands of rupees buying their products. For the first time when i raised a complaint, they were so careless and irresponsible.

                                    Please refund the amount 2144 rupees that i have paid . I'm taking this matter very serious and looking for a positive response.

                                      I ordered one pair of red tape shoes from myntra, and shoe size is bigger, so i want to exchange shoes. But unfortunately i collected insider point, i didnt know about the policy of insider point. I called customer executive and come to know that after collecting insider point we can't return or exchange the product. This is one one of worst feature i come to know about myntra,. I am the user of other application also but they have provision to return the point when raising return request. I am not asking myntra to return product and give my money back but asking only for exchange of product.

                                      I am regular user of myntra and very disappointed with this policy. I am in loss with this policy.
                                      Please give some provision to exchange my shoes.

                                      I am looking for your help. Hope you won't dissappoint me.
