I ordered go noise watch 2899 rs for 2699rs the order was cancelled automatically as part of this transaction i had applied paypal first transaction offer i get 600 rs on purchase of 1200rs in any online platform and myntra point of 290rs as part of reason sale was refered to my friends.
Since the product was automatically cancelled by myntra below are the issues
1) myntra points not reloaded as part of referal 290srs instead they provided a goodwill coupon where i couldnt use for the same product go noise..
2) pay pal first transaction 600 rs voucher lost since the amount is in refunded status - i could have done in any other platform

Wasted 1000rs booking in this site no proper response

    Hi,

    During their year end sale on 22nd Dec, 2019, I had ordered 5 items amounting 4366/- on which I was getting 10% discount on my debit card, total amount was coming as 3930/-
    My order got failed but this amount 3930/- was deducted from my bank account. I, immediately called up the customer service and illustrated this issue. Myntra clearly stated to me that there was an issue in their payment gateway due to which my order got failed and confirmed me to initiate the refund ASAP. Its been more than 8 days now since I have been waiting for my refund to reflect back in my bank account.

    Now speaking about customer care executives, they're one of the pathetic, miserable executives I've ever spoken to, on phone. They're such mean and evil creatures.
    At first, they'd tell me to wait for 2 min to check some information related to this issue and they'd ask me to stay on hold for 2 min and then they would turn their back and blatantly cut the call, which is atrociou. I am continuously chasing Myntra support to get an update on this issue as if it’s my mistake to ask for refund for my failed order. They are acting completely irresponsible and ignoring this issue.

    The executive they've hired, are so unresponsive and are not even trained to speak properly.
    From the past 8 days, i have called them for more than 15 times to get the update regarding my refund. And everytime, i was asked to wait patiently for 24hrs.
    But even after waiting for 8 days, the refund is not yet reflected in my account.
    I trust this delay is just an oversight, but i need the refund immediately
    I'm looking forward to launch a consumer complaint against Myntra for not resolving this particular issues.

    Customer care executives who had given me false promised and insufficient information regarding my issue are Kinjal, Pooja, Madhav (Floor Manager). I have all the recording with me to showcase their unrealistic behavior towards me and the mental torture which I have gone through.
    I hope to see some action on this issue now and help me in getting my hard earned money back.

      I have been harassment from myntra delivery agent who are scheduled for return pick up of the order[protected]-5172201 placed on 21st dec 2019. Since yesterday they scheduled for return pick up and whole day their delivery agent with contact number [protected] kept us waiting saying i will come at 4:30 pm and when he did not come by that time i called up to check what time he will come, he said he is in traffic and after an hour he will come where there was no traffic sound and he was at home, i asked don't tell lie there is no traffic sound only tell what time you will come so rudely he disconnected the call. So when he did not come i called up at 5:40 pm and he started disconnecting my call. I have informed this incident to myntra customer care and found no action taken against the delivery agent and this delivery agent has updated the status that unable to communicate with customer hence did not pick up. Today they have scheduled another delivery agent and since 12 pm he told 1 and half hour he will come and now when i called he misbehaved over the phone call and hanged up my call without updating when he will come, i can not take leave from job and stay at home for their these kind unprofessional delivery agent and can not go through the harassment every day in the name of pick up, i need my refund amount rs1196.36 as soon as possible.
      They don't want to provide refund that's why they are not picking up the product from me. Kindly look into this matter.

        I cancelled an order in myntra.com, i was supposed to get refund of rs1333/-
        My order id is[protected]-7273501
        The refund amount got credited into my account and immediately got reversed into myntra's account with the same reference id.. But myntra team is saying that we successfully credited.
        I contacted the bank and they said that the amount got credited into myntra's account.
        No proper investigation by the myntra team that they received the amount or not.
        I have the bank statement and messages with me

            I want to complain about the pathetic service which you provide... I had collected insider points by mistake and now m unable to return the product even though the quality is pathetic... Human error may happen and u have made it such that by scrolling only it gets collected and once it gets collected the customer gets trapped because we can't return after that... The company is at benefit... Just wanna make money by fooling customer... I guess customer satisfaction is not important for the company... Worst service and i will never use myntra from now and will not suggest anyone to use it...#hate myntra...

              Hello,

              I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought many many products.in last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items. Unfortunately my order didnt get placed and amount get deducted. I have several times raised complaints but u only 3441 rs refunded. Now pending amount to refund me for one u and f printed top is 363 rs.
              And even i want to return dressberry sling bag having order id[protected]-4552101.

              Yesterday my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. And i received products worth 519 rs which is not as per my expectation and i have to return it. But i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.
              Plz help me in unlocking my account.

              My myntra account is locked by the myntra so i am not able to log in. I am calling again & again to myntra customer care but customer executive not giving any reason why they have locked my account. They are saying we cannot provide exact reason and neither can we unlock the account. Myntra is making its customers fool. Myntra is making profit and running company in such pathetic ways. This is sheer cheating on their part when the product is within the return policy and i have myntra credits available how can they do this? I will drag this entire thing on social media and show how they cheat people.

                Hi sumit, our style delivery agent ([protected]) will bring you your bag of joy with 1 dressberry sweatshirts today. Use pin [protected] if prompted. Also, payments are now easy; you can use phonepe/upi for payment at doorstep.

                Packet not delivered due to rudely behavior by agent. He asked me to come down and collect the package and i told him that my leg has fractured and unable to come down and agent did not come to delivered the package, this type of pathetic service we never expect from myntra.

                  Hey i have ordered a hoodie between 11 -14 when the delivery boy comes he gave my order and go away when i open the packet i see a jeans but i ordered a hoodie i place a return order and when the delivery boy comes again for return they say we have to return from a hoodie u ordered before but i say i got a wrong product (Jeans) they say we have no order of taking this then they put on hold and after it's cancelled then 2nd time i place order this item for refund and when the delivery boy comes they also said we can not take this jeans on myntra customer care number i can not speak person to person and myntra does accept any gmail's right now i want my cash back.

                    I have bought a jacket from myntra on 22nd of december and that item was delivered on 30th of december 2019. When i checked i found that the product was damaged. After that i have called to customer care and asked them to replace the product as soon as possible as it was damaged.

                    They told me it will take 3 days to share the update with you regarding the damaged product. After that we will initiate our process. I am really disappointed by the services of myntra.

                    Not happy with the customer service and myntra policy.

                      On 19th december, i ordered a mast & harbour olive bomber jacket and it was delivered on 23rd dec but there was a size issue so i immediately after just checking it for 1 minute packed in the same myntra bag with all tags intact. And on 24th dec. It was picked up and on 30th dec it was delivered to myntra but today on 31st dec i got an email from myntra saying the product has failed our quality check. I mean what is this. This is not the kind of service i will want from a e-commerce giant like myntra.

                        I want to return this product because of bad quality. Your product not opened by me, as you will found same packaging of your box.

                        After ordered your product and when the same was delivered to me. I checked at myntra that this is not returnable product. Meanwhile i checked voice quality from the nearby shop of same earphone which is too much poor.
                        I was your old customer and never request you for any such return request. I always believe on your all brands but this brand is very bad and no return policy also which impacts bad customer experience.

                          I had purchased two items from myntra on 05 Dec 2019 out of which one item is returned by me.
                          ORDER NO:[protected]-4546903

                          And for this returned product I should have receive the return refund of Rs. 999 respectively but till date 30.12.19 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me bank reference number which is 30005193399342240000250 but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but they keep saying it's processed from our end.

                          I am not getting any positive response from Myntra.

                          Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                            It was a prepaid order for which i repent for not setting the payment option to COD

                            The Coffee Brown sneakers was supposed to arrive along with the other pair...But it was missing

                                I have done so much compulsion and my account has been locked, i have got the wrong parcel from you, got the different brand and blocked my account and the delivery agent comes to me behaving inappropriately. That no action was taken only after that, did i make a mistake by shopping, i have done so many matches, yet you have not taken any action while my friend russell is already approved, yet does not take delivery agents, cancels out the baro, reacts furiously, gets him fired as soon as possible

                                  Myntra refuse to return or exchange product after mistakenly collect myntra insider point.
                                  Even they don't show any return policies when clicking on myntra insider point.
                                  There is no exchange or return is there
                                  The product size is not fit to me, its look too bigger in size.
                                  If you don't accept return but atleast exchange the size.

                                    Hi i have returned the products worth more than 22000 and the pickup agent have coollected them after checking all the products. It's been more than 3 days now i have been following up. Everytime i call myntra customer care, i get reply that they have taken down my complaint and are working towards it. Yet i havent received my refund.. Need help!!!

                                      Product got delivered on 26th december. However mistakenly insider points got collected. When contacted customer support they were not willing to help on this as they stated that they cannot help and can do anything from our end with the wrong sized product. Neither refund was initiated nor exchange of the product was triggered over the app. Need this concern sorted out. If proper concern is not taken need a escalation of the same.

                                        I complained about the issue to customer care
                                        Three times.

                                        They sent me a. Mail we have resolved u r issue by declining claim as we sent write product.

                                        I put a word to them again i received a wrong product please recheck the things.

                                        They came up with same answer.

                                        They can't help out on the issue further.
