I have raised a return for my 3 roadster products and myntra is not solving the particular query giving different reasons at different times putting call on hold for long hours then saying “am i audible to you” and the product code is different the mistake is of myntra and they are unaware of the same. Every time i have to share the whole story and i m tired of it as myntra is not giving a positive response

I am not happy with the product and wanted to return it bt by mistake collected the insider points now the return is not possible. I don't want the product and my money is a waste now.

    Hi,

    Im eswar i have ordered a tshirt from myntra, i have received the wrong order from them and i have raised a return request.

    The guy from myntra came and collect the shirt on 29 dec 2019 and upto now i have not received any kind of response.
    I keep on calling to customer care they will ask me to wait for 24 hrs, but i will not get any kind of responce from them.
    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have placed an order in my wish list and went it and order it through debit card. At first order didn't placed so j clicked again to purchase but at last the amount was deducted twice but the order is not placed. There is also statement in my transactions of bank that about the order but there is no money returned.total amount of 14, 000 is lost

      Sir/mam,
      I have purchased a shoe pair named bond street shoes, from online shopping site myntra.com. But first i received small sized pair and then i requested for exchange with a larger one. And the same above company delievered me another one in order of exchange. But when i opened the box, i saw the product damaged and then i contacted to the company's executives and they said me to send a mail with whole matter and photos of damaged product. I sent a mail to the company and in reply they rejected my claim by saying that they have sent the perfect product with checking. Now they are refusing to exchange the product. Kindly look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

        Order number_[protected]-2792701 Myntra cheats people badly..I recently had a bad experience with myntra.i ordered a semistiched dress worth 6700/- a few days back which I received after 4 days, after looking at the actual dress it was not as per my expectation and moreover there was no price tag on it so I returned it but my return request was declined the courier guy said that it does not have price tag then I called customer care they verified the barcode number and the amount that I paid and they said they will file a complaint against the missing tag nd asked me to wait till 6 th of January and informed my return request will be approved today .as i didnt receive any further communication from their side I called again and they denied my complaint nd refused my refund.it was 6700 nd it's a big loss for me.i have been a loyal customer of myntra since years nd today I have decided to find any other good site nd advise others not to choose myntra as they call it easy 30 days returns and exchange but actually it's not that easy.I m highly disappointed.             I ordered one cloth item on 24-Dec-2019., Order #[protected]-2946201.

            It was supposed to be delivered on 02-Jan-20 but as on 08-Jan it is not delivered. Called several times on Customer Care helpline but not getting any reply which can help. Order status still showing that it will be delivered on 02-Jan. Don't know how to escalate it further.

              With profound grief i would like to inform you that i have ordered one jacket order no.[protected]-7352503) on dated 25th december 2019 but till time i did not get my jacket.

              Today supposed to get it deliver instead of that i got to know the information that order has been canceled by myntra (Due to internal issue).

              It is really disappointing that my order has been canceled without informing me and any single attempt.

              Where is my mistake and why should i suffer and waiting for my jacket since 30 december it was showing online that lies in udhyog vihar gurgaon.

              Looking forward for your positive response..

                I ordered a green kurta but it was oversized and was delivered without the mentioned belt that was supposed to come with the kurta.. I placed return but the deliver agent refused to take it. I have mailed u many times and called to resolve the issue but no action has been taken ven after 10 days. Very disappointing. I regret shopping from mantra.com

                  I placed an order with myntra on their app for 11 items on 20th dec'19, which included, a watch, a scrub, 3 shorts, a women's jeans and sweater and 3 briefs, mostly all needed for a trip to goa, i was to leave on 24th december afternoon. Partial order came to the nearest delivery hub on 23rd december, so i decided to give them a chance to get delivered in time but they did not get delivered before i left, so later on, i cancelled the order partially and decided to not take the 3 shorts and one brief before they got delivered (Were in a separate parcel), however, i decided to keep the rest of the order. When i came back on 2nd jan, i found out that both the remaining briefs were not delivered along with the rest of the items and when i reached out to myntra to correct this, they denied to help me in any way. Please provide support in this.

                  This is for the items:

                  1. Jack & jones: men grey & orange printed basic brief
                  2. Jack & jones: men multicolor motley aop printed basic brief

                    I ordered few products and one of those is renka burgundy sweater @ rs. 990 and with email id [protected]@gmail.com.
                    The quality is cheap, also thread is coming out from neck, hence i placed the return request. However, executive denied to pick up the product stating price tag is missing.
                    The tag is intact and price tag is pasted on transparent polybag. I called customer care, they asked to send me pictures of the product and barcode, i sent the same. They took approximate a week and declined my complaint stating the same thing that price tag is missing. The product is as it is the way i had received and it’s just not worth even rs 200. I placed so many prepaid orders with myntra and whenever the return reason is quality i always faced the problem but this time it’s disgusting. I would never place any single order from myntra ever again. The customer service is getting worse. They apply no logic and keep repeating their robotic script. Customer makes the advance payment for the product without checking the original product and this kind of online shopping platform cheats customer’s trust and waste their money. I want this cheap product to be picked up and want my money back.

                      I have made an order dated 2nd Jan 2020 against the order ID[protected]-8913601 on Myntra, wherein 2 items of brand 'H&M' (Rs.5999 & Rs. 1499) have a size-related issue.
                      I have contacted the Myntra's support.
                      However, got denied for exchange. They came out with some irrelevant logic affirming the collection of insider points.
                      I have told them to reverse the points but denied twice. Please look into this....

                      Hi,
                      I have returned 2 products - campus men's shoes on 28 December 2019 and aasvaa semistitched lehenga choli on 4 January 2020 purchased from Myntra .The products were unused with tags attached. However I have not received the refund yet.I have complained regarding the same dozens of times via email and calls and now they have even stopped responding to my mails and calls
                      I am a loyal customer of Myntra but this time I am highly disappointed
                      I still hope that my issue will be resolved ASAP otherwise I will be forced to take the case to consumer court

                        As per myntra rule for return prodcut the item you want to returned that was not used, not damaged or with original tags, i fullfill all criteria still they didnt take it back and saying colour is slightly different what could i do for colour differentiation, i am fullfilling all the return rules plz help me and sorted out take this product and provide refund

                          Refund not yest processed for 3 products no actions are being taken .. making me call every day and even then they don’t care it seems. I have checked with the bank and I have checked the my statement no money has been credited and they have send me a reference number as well but the bank denies the same . And when I call myntra they make me drop the call by saying they will call me back in 24 hours 15 mins etc and but no calls have been done by them . What to do help me please

                            I have purchased one dupatta " Satrani Red woven Design Banarasi Dupatta " Item code: U100MM12317071, VENDOR SKU CODE: 20FD221, ITEM SKU STRNDUPA33638563, MRP.RS 1699.00.COLOR : Red. My order no.[protected]-7666701. After opening the Myntra package the product( dupatta) was inside the polypack and no any price tag attached with it. The price tag is pasted on the polypack along with the invoice. Now, when I wanted to return it, the courier boy denied to receive it since the tah is not attached with the article. I had request Myntra customercare and sent the snap shot. Still the product is not picked up. While calling the customercare once again I came to know that my request is declined and reason not known to them . I was told it will not be accepted since it declined twice. The way of talking by the supervisor named Anil is very irritating and insulting. I am sending the snap shot once again. I will request every customer to be very careful while receiving package and check it infront of the delevery person and dont accept if the price tag is not attached with the product. I want Myntra should take it very seriously with their vendor and not deprive the customer. Also train the customercare people how to handle customer complaints better and excalate for proper resolutions.

                            My return and refund is accepted finally. But, still I have a feeling that the initiation taken because of my complaint and escalation. This is not an appropriate approach. I felt very insultant and irritated while talking to Myntra Customercare. They could have easily address the issue positively and promptly.                               I made a transaction of 857 rupees on 13th dec 2019 from google pay the amount was debited but my order hasn't been placed after contacting so many times with myntra they ignore my complaint of refund and providing me a fake virtual reference number which is of no use to me. I have provided the screenshot below mentioning the reply from myntra no one is helping me and my hard-earned money is gone now please help me.

                                I was supposed to return a product valiosa women boots, which i didn' t like after receving from myntra.. I have returned my product on 30 dec 2019, ideally the refund should be credited within 2-3 working days, but i have not received my refund till now.

                                Issue was, i updated my return pick up address but the pick was taken from my old address, for which i have received a confirmation mail that the return was picked up successfully. At the same time, i started receiving messages and mails that the return pick up failed at the new address from 31 dec. I had registered my complaint on 31 dec itself, but the issue is not resolved yet. The customer support team gives ambiguous answers everytime.

                                First of all, i want to know why were two requests maintained in your system for the same task. Your team takes a very long time to resolve issues. I am very much troubled with your responses and the service is very disappointing.

                                Please look into this asap.

                                  Stating that there is no price tag... Now how would i know if the product is damaged due to his poor handling... I want my money back... Stop chetaing like this.. If your agent can't read the tags hire an experienced one...

                                      My order no[protected] 8800601 placed on 12 dec 2019 of mast and harbour colorblocked lightweight bomber jacket of rs 999 was of large size and quality issue, so i wanted it to be returned and refund for that i placed a return request on 27 dec. For few says they what myntra has dine is only messaging that someone will come and pick up the order which i wanted to return as per their policy and service each day fir continusly 5 to 6 days but nobody came for pickup. As usual they textex me we unable to pickup, will try reaching you tomorrow. Until then i was waiting as usual, next day they the service person called me pockup, which was unfortunate i didnt pick the call as my phone was charging, immeadiately after an hour as soon as i saw yhe missed call i called him to come and pick it up as i was present at home to be there, but then he refused to come and told me he will come the next day, to that i said okhay asked the timing of when will he come, because i had other works also, to that he said around 10. Then next day i waited for the call till 10 30 nobody called, then he called around 11:45 am, which was as usual i wasn't able to pick as i was busy in other work, on that next day he immediately declined my request on the basis of only this attempt, that was highly unjustified because he didn't matched up timing he gave to me and on the basis of that myntra showed my request has been declined. On contrary on the other i had requested return of two items the above mention was one of them which was declined and the other one was still has an option of return, i don't understand the difference when i ordered all of them at the same time and all of then were delivered together of same order no. Clearly i don't understand the policy as i requested return within the time limit of the pllicy and now i want my this order to be returned and refunded. All the items are intact with tags as the original product.
                                      Kindly resolve it as soon as possible as i want my money to be refunded. If not i will go further.

                                      Hey! Related to above mentioned complaint, I wanted to share that it is being wrongly processed. I clearly said I want to reapply for a return pickup scheduled which was wrongly denied by the myntra team, I want to return a product which is a mast and harbour colorblocked lightweight bomber jacket of cost 999 Indian rupees, as I have been no option of returning, is the I have filed this complaint. What I have been refunded by the company I the product already in process of return with no issue, I want you to kindly schedule a return pickup for the jacket not Jean's. Kindly resolve the misunderstanding. Pleased help me out to get the money back of jacket by resolving your mistake with the money as product is different and the money is also higher .
