Dear sir, i did not use any wrong word, nor did i try to send some wrong product, which is my second account. I have not violated anyone else's account nor said anything upside down. My name is ankit. Both of my accounts are in ankit's name. Apart from this, i have nothing to do with the third account. The complaint i had made from my account was with my id, while i was given the wrong parcel which was approved, yet i was complaining to the courier partner coming and talking to me, and on that complaint you did not take any action and blocked me, in which policy it is written that the correspondent partner should come to the customer and talk to him profanely, tell me. The policy has the inside who wrote it where it term and the condition you have me blocked both my account [protected] and [protected]

I have placed a return request on Myntra.Tge delivery guy has received the parcel on 10 June 2023 but my order status didn't change and I didn't get my refund Money.I call the customer helpline and they asked me to wait for 48 hours.
So on 12th June the status again change to Pick up failed but I have already returned.So again I call the helpline on 12th June 2023 and registerd a complaint regarding the refund and change in order status.They asked me to wait till 15th June 2023.
Today I again received a message from Myntra "your request has been cancelled" and the order status is showing as it is.This is the poorest service of Myntra.No one helping and giving proper information.I am in fear that I will loose my money.
It's a clear harrasment.
After multiple complaints no one is there to help.I need my money back and a proper investigation.
