The company had sent me an item without the price tag and then denied my return request. It has been more than a week the company is not looking into the matter. I have also sent the images of the item received specifying the bill and the original tags. The company is not taking any action and not giving any update regarding the issue. Total fraud!

    I have placed a return request on 02.01.2020 and on 03.01.2020 the same was rejected as the price tag on the shirt was missing. However, i am claiming that the product is unused and i still have the brand label tag on the shirt and the price label on the original packet! My claim has beeen declined. I claim that i didnt receive the product with the price tag and i have not used the product in any manner! It was a louis phillipe shirt worth of 1018 rs which is not a small amount.

      I ordered a roadster jeans from myntra and bymistake i collected insider points which i don’t wanted to do it was just bymistake i did it and i called there customer service almost more than * times and every time i hear the same thing that... And now they are delaying my request for return. Please take some action against them they are doing fraud with every one. Their customer executives are not understanding my problem. Please hire some good people for customer satisfaction.

        I got my puma men black hurdler idp smeaker shoes delivered yesterday. However, i mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i'm unable to exchange my shoes. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user from backend/database. I know this because i'm a software developer.

        I do not want my insider points, just let me exchange my product with other size. You can take all of my insider points.

          Dear sir, i did not use any wrong word, nor did i try to send some wrong product, which is my second account. I have not violated anyone else's account nor said anything upside down. My name is ankit. Both of my accounts are in ankit's name. Apart from this, i have nothing to do with the third account. The complaint i had made from my account was with my id, while i was given the wrong parcel which was approved, yet i was complaining to the courier partner coming and talking to me, and on that complaint you did not take any action and blocked me, in which policy it is written that the correspondent partner should come to the customer and talk to him profanely, tell me.           Sorry sir, if I have made some mistake or have said some abusive words, I am sorry to speak to you, I am sorry, I may have made a mistake by complaining to the delivery agent because he had spoken profusely to me, so I had complained. Never mind if you have blocked my account, then I will never shop from your place. I do not have any problem. If you block my account, please do it. Which say have got the wrong parcel my return which the approval is just me ask you this request and collect my refund Forward to me has been to complain to me was enough time for a lot of complaints and blocks my account

          Please tell me, in which policy, it is written inside your delivery agent, who comes to collect the parcel, when he comes to pick up, then talk to the abuser, which policy is written in your mail, the mail you have forwarded to me I have read what is written in it 4 and 13 no pe, but you tell me my mistake that what I complained was wrong, the delivery agent spoke profusely with me, so I complained Rhee will speak to any insolence me forward so I will not complain really really sorry

            I had purchased park avenue shoes from mytra.
            Due to fitment issue, i asked for a change in size the same day. I have original bills tags however due to unavailability of box the company refused to accept the exchange.

            The box which was received was in damage condition hence was discarded. But the company blantly refused.

            I expect exchange of size from the myntra.

              I have placed a return, and their agent are not coming to pickup, they just call you in the midnight and then you will get a message that pickup failed this is what happening from past 4 days. On the regular bases, is there anyway they will pickup item where i can complaint of these pickup agent, i have also tried calling agent they say they will pickup and yet they will not pickup your order, i wish i would not have ordered from myntra worst online shopping site they suck at everything never gonna buy anything from myntra again i would suggest everyone don't buy from them they are just some people taking your money even i have not received any refund of a cancellation order they are the worst company really hate myntra, it's harrasement i will wait till 9 jan 2020 then i am surely gonna file a case against myntra delivery service.

              I have placed a return request on Myntra.Tge delivery guy has received the parcel on 10 June 2023 but my order status didn't change and I didn't get my refund Money.I call the customer helpline and they asked me to wait for 48 hours.
              So on 12th June the status again change to Pick up failed but I have already returned.So again I call the helpline on 12th June 2023 and registerd a complaint regarding the refund and change in order status.They asked me to wait till 15th June 2023.
              Today I again received a message from Myntra "your request has been cancelled" and the order status is showing as it is.This is the poorest service of Myntra.No one helping and giving proper information.I am in fear that I will loose my money.
              It's a clear harrasment.
              After multiple complaints no one is there to help.I need my money back and a proper investigation.

                I placed order but due to fitting issue i placed the return request then i got message & mail as well that is order will be pick up by 2nd jan 2020 but no one were calling & at the end of the day i got message like pick up failed because you requested for rescheduled while i didn't requested. Again i got message on 3rd jan 2020 morning that is order will be pick up by today but no one is called while i tried several times no one responding. Then i got message around 3 pm that is pick up failed coz you requested to reschedule.
                So are they going to pick up the order or not???.

                  My order was picked up with all the tags, the executive himself checked all the tags thats why he picked up my order otherwise he would have refused. Its been 8 days and still. I have not received my refund. When i called customer care, they said my order is on hold due to tag missing, which is not possible.
                  Kindly look into the matter and refund my money asap.

                    I have ordered 3 items on 23rd december 2019. On 30th december the delivery boy called me around 1.. That i was busy so i couldn't received the call. I called him at 2.15 then his phone was not reachable after that i called myntra customer service they told me they have raised my request on re-attempt delivery and told to me wait till 4th january 2020.. Again i called on 31st and 1jan same thing they told me repeating i told that i want re-attempt delivery.
                    Again i got a message from your delivery patner ecom express there also.. I raised a request to deliver on 31st december they recieve my request and no response nor the delivery agent called and i raised request on myntra feedback link to deliver on 2nd january.. Same no response
                    Today i got a message from myntra that due to internal reason we cancelled your order..

                    Really very disappointed from myntra service.. It is worst.. How can we order items if this happens evert time.. This was mine second time...

                      I placed a this 1st order from myntra and delivered. There is some insider point collection feature by mistake i claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange the bluetooth. Because of this no option is available for exchange. I called the myntra customer care as well to resolve this issue but they are unable to resolve it even though i told them to take the collected points back. Thrre should always be some options it might happen to anybody new tries these.

                        I ordered a product. It doesn't fit for me and it is too large. So i wanted to return it. I placed return request before 2 days. I got a message that it will be picked up by 31st. No one had call me till today and 31st evening i got a message like pickup failed as you asked to reschedule. No one called and i didn't ask to reschedule. How can they themselves finalize that i asked to reschedule. Then the product is picked up in the today afternoon but it is not updated in the app and i didn't even get message to my phone.in the app it is showing as return request placed even after they picked up the product it is not showing as picked up.

                        I ordered a product.                           I have ordered 6 kurtas, but they are not delivered. Agent is Style Delivery agent([protected]). Got a message from myntra on 23rd December, 2019 that the order is delivered. But I have not received the product. Everytime I order on Myntra, delivery agent used to get a cal if I am not at home, regarding where to deliver. But this time, I didn't. No body cal me regarding delivery. So I taught it will deliver soon. But after one week also, I didn't get the delivery. So I raised a complaint @ [protected]. But they are not able to register my complaint. Everytime I order, i used to get the delivery. So i have waited that someone will come and deliver this time too. I don't know that there is a timeline of 5 days. Had I been known before, I would not have waited to register a complaint.

                          Now I want my order or money back. I can't loose my money simply because I have not raised a complaint within 5 days.

                          My husband got a cal from myntra case manager and the case manager declined and closed my complaint. I am not happy with the myntra service. The Style delivery agent([protected]) has not delivered me the order. Due to their fault, I am not supposed to suffer. i didn't receive any cal from Style delivery agent regarding the delivery. Let me know whether myntra is going to resolve my issue and give me either my order or my money. I have paid Rs.3, 150/-. I can't loose my money.

                            This email is in regards to our concern related to the missing product in our order number 112882286227727981901.

                            I may humbly submit that we are doctors and we won't tell lie or cheat. We had phoned customer care within an hour of receipt of packet when we opened our bags received that day. It is true it was sealed and un-tampered and this we told customer care too.. But the contents were crumpled and enclosed in a shabby old polythene. Definitely the supplier failed to put the top in the packet or intentionally did it if he had lost one component of dress.

                            Your reply is unsatisfactory and your reply saying that you are not inclined to look into it further puts a brand like Myntra into very bad repute.
                            We have so far great respect for you. You can look at our purchases and our history of purchases. We are a dedicated good honest customers and you should blindly trust your valued customers.

                            Please reconsider the issue. Choose one of the following options:

                            If top is available please send us the top. It is the cheapest part of dress.
                            OR
                            Take back other components of dress too and give us full refund.
                            OR
                            Take back other components of dress and do not refund us. I am giving you consent for this and I won't pursue it further if you collect it back. It is of no use to us.
                            OR
                            Allow us to behave like a litigant and go to consumer forum and put ourselves too in bad repute like you are doing to yourself . Trust us, we do not want to stoop so low and adopt such an action for a meager purchase. We love Myntra so much and we would hate to think bad about Myntra.

                            You should look after your reputation and future sales. My word in social media about this incident will harm our so far much liked and trusted company Myntra.
                            Please for God sake do not put your company to bad repute. We have dealt with many companies in India and USA and have always found friendly companies who trust customers.
                            You chose to trust your partners in your so called thorough investigations but did not think of trusting your customer in the investigation.
                            We would certainly not like to be labeled as liars or cheats by you.

                            Your investigations should have included investigations into character of your client. Mistake has occurred some where, because we did not receive the top. Of many hundreds of purchases we did with you this has happened only second time. It did happen long time ago and our complaint was resolved as it should have been.

                            I wish Myntra good name and fame

                              I want to exchange my product size because it does not fit me properly.But i collected the insider point by mistake. Please take back the insider points and also the product. I want to exchange the product in any way. I have been purchasing very regularly on myntra and they should not disappoint regular customers. They should keep an option to return the insider points and make the return/exchange option available.                               I have been buying the items from myntra since last few years. But recently found a scam regarding price difference. Whenever i used to buy an item the very next day the same item price was found to be reduced. This is the observation for all my last purchase.

                              This is a fake Gift card, i recieved a E gift card of Rs 3000 on my birthday from myntra.

                              When i tried applying the card number with pin, its showing unservicable,
                              after complaining they are asking to wait for 5days and they will get back to me but not sure weather they can resolve the issue or not.

                              They should be screwed for frauds.

                                I have order cloths from mynthra online shopping by cash on delivery. I am working in a multinational company because i have 10 minutes to came out from that place. During mynthra delivery time, delivery boy call me for the product an he is very rude behavior for the delay. I have many time told him i will come with in 30 minutes, but he is not ready for waiting. But this is not my problem he scold me for the delay through phone. He scold me for buying products by my own money. He is only responsible for the delivery. If i compliant this with myntra till now i didn't get any clarification from myntra.
                                In myntra messege they told the product will deliver by this number owned delivery boy ([protected]) but i recieved the call from this number([protected]).

                                  I have ordered 3 pair of hrx shoes during festival season in December emding... They sent me duplicate goods. No cash back happen yet, been more than 8days. They put hold me in the name of quality check, ..myntra is very bad and fraud company.. i will not let u do this to them ... I ll lodge complain against them.. products are damage.. all d time they put my call on hold and they was no solution.. thry just transfer my cll to tjeir senior.. and this is how they manipulate me.                                     I have ordered Roadster jacket from myntra which i want to return because the quality of the material is not good. But i am not being able to return it because i have mistakenly taken the insiders points, which i want to return/give back for returning my product. I have contacted the customer service but they are not being able to provide any help.
                                    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Today my return request was canceled again while I had a call from the Hyde team a while back. They said that today your 100% parsel will be delivered, just not done.

                                      My name is gagan sagar i am advocate. i orderd the product on myntra.com order no[protected] and xpressbee courier service pick up my product for delivery but the courier boy say the company not oil my bike arrive your area code but why pick up my product if not deliver my product my area code.before two month order the product and ecom courier deliver my product my area code. Courier boy talking me rough language

                                      I have returned two roadster sweatshirts because of the size and I filed a reture request and after 4-5days they refund the money in myntra credit

                                      I don't know that the refund money would be credited in myntra account

                                      The product has picked up successful but they have returned my refund amount to my account already10 days got over so I kindly request you to return my money back to my account thank you
                                      I have order wing wireless airphone which sound quality not good so I want exchange or return this item but myntra is denny. Him exicutive told me directly that they didn't return or exchange with other wireless airphone. Pls help me

                                        I ordered a jacket from myntra and already paid for that but parcel not delivered yet. Yesterday I got a mail that my parcel is delivered and when I checked Myntra website its showing order already delivered on 1st Jan but my office was closed on 1st Jan so how its possible. Its a pre paid order. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Plz chk My order no.[protected]-0094103...

                                        Myntra refuse to return or exchange product after mistakenly collect myntra insider point.
                                        Even they don't show any return policies when clicking on myntra insider point.
                                        There is no exchange or return is there
                                        The product size is not fit to me, its look too bigger in size
