This is in regards to my order no:[protected]-6320101
The shoe i wanted to be replaced is still lying with me and the shoe i wanted in its place has been returned for some reason that i m not aware of. Delivery guy seems to be a crook calls individuals asking if tags are there on products which needs to be returned and when his identity details are asked, he disconnects the phone and cancels my exchange request stating that tags are not properly there, without even visiting my place or checking the product physically. Like, how does a company gives the right to cancel a delivery or exchange request, to an individual, who is not even capable of replying back to a simple question to confirm his identity. Moreover when called later asking for justification of his actions, he states that he is proud of doing what he has done and will do it again (This delivery guy's number is [protected], however i was unable to get his name). After that, one hour with customer care agent (Ms. Anson) and ms. Pankaj kumari (The floor supervisor), she assured that everything will be taken care of, wherein nothing was. On 15th december i got an email from myntra stating that the shoe i wanted is on its way back for no reason or rhyme.

I tried to exchange the item again and the same was cancelled stating the item was undeliverable without anybody coming to my place or calling.

Today that is 21st december after my second exchange request was canceled, i tried to return the product for a refund which also got cancelled again without any agent coming to my address or checking the product. The reason for refusal was item not satisfactory. How can that even be possible without anybody coming to my house.

Very pathetic and unprofessional service provided by myntra for this specific order.

    out of stock products are never restocked

    Myntra rarely restocks the out of stock products and it's annoying. What's the point of the sale if you can't buy anything. I have been meaning to buy some products for so long but they were never restocked. Sales came and went but i couldn't avail the offers. I make frequent purchases from myntra but this negligence on the part of the myntra staff completely puts off the whole shopping experience....

    Ordered for raymond pant on 15/12/2019.

    Instead i received a blue palazzo, wich was crushed and there was no tag or bar code provided on the package

    Immediately i caled myntra customer care. I spoke to 5 agents.. Who spoke had not followed procedures of what they had advised me on call

    I kept chasing them to get the update of the complaint. Still nothing is happening.

    Very disappointed with the service.

    Where could i post pics of the product.

      How can they refund it in wrong account ending with 1562? The wtd details i shared one digit was wrong entered.
      They told me in a mail that the account details i shared is wrong so refund cannot be processed hence how can they refund my money to any other account which is not in my name and maybe doesn't having the same ifsc code? This is the way their refund team work?? A digit can be entered wrong by any customer. Then what is the need of validation and ifsc code that these guys are refunding to wherever. I am asking to reverse the money 621/- from the wrong account and credit it to my correct account ending with 1572

      This people are so rude and misbehaving.they didn't refund the money neither they have empathize for it.they are simply denying that they wouldn't refund.this is only my fault.the wrong account was not in my name then how can they send the money to any other people account?? I just want my money.they are cheating and stole my money.they don't even have any validation that why they have done it.

        Hi, had ordered a pair of jeans from myntra branding Tommy Hilfiger, paid nearly 4k for d jeans and wat i get in return is it tore in few hrs after wearing.. Even a roadside product do not get ripped in few hrs o[censored]se.. Now myntra is backing off saying we delivered product perfectly.. Very unprofessional and does not think of the consumer at all. How can a branded product like Tommy wears out in hrs.. Pls help

          Hi,

          I have order 'all about you' kurta set on Dec 15th, order id #[protected]-6942101 and the same was delivered on Dec 16th. As soon as i open the pack, i could find only kurta, skirt and dupatta were missing.

          I have raised complaint next minute (Dec 16th) and customer care assured that they will fix this issue by Dec 19th.

          Dec 19th when i reached them, they said my complaint has been declined and when i asked to transfer call to their manager they kept me on long HOLD and no one returned back.

          I'm a privileged mytra customer from years and spent thousands of rupees buying their products. For the first time when i raised a complaint, they were so careless and irresponsible.

          Please refund the amount 2144 rupees that i have paid . I'm taking this matter very serious and looking for a positive response.

            Hi team,

            I ordered one pair of red tape shoes from myntra, and shoe size is bigger, so i want to exchange shoes. But unfortunately i collected insider point, i didnt know about the policy of insider point. I called customer executive and come to know that after collecting insider point we can't return or exchange the product. This is one one of worst feature i come to know about myntra,. I am the user of other application also but they have provision to return the point when raising return request. I am not asking myntra to return product and give my money back but asking only for exchange of product.

            I am regular user of myntra and very disappointed with this policy. I am in loss with this policy.
            Please give some provision to exchange my shoes.

            I am looking for your help. Hope you won't dissappoint me.

              I made UPI transaction of RS:1259 to Myntra via google pay on 30th nov 2019 got message saying that "Your Citibank A/c has been debited with INR 1259.00 on 30-NOV-2019 at 19:09 and account
              myntra.[protected]@axisbank has been credited. UPI Ref no.[protected]
              SUBASH MURUGAN 4:27:58 PM" but the order didn't get placed, I raised a ticket for the same in mantra multiple times they said always we did not received money asked me to check with bank support, when I checked with bank team they were saying transaction successful beneficiary account got credited, even they given transaction successful confirmation mail which was requested by myntra, even after this confirmation mail myntra saying that they didnot received it, its my first and worst experience with myntra kinldy help me to get my money back . i will attach the all proofs

                I feel cheated. I talked to myntra executives and they are not giving any valuable response. This is very unpleasant to deal with such unprofessionalism. They are using MANGO's brand image and delivering low class products. I would've rather taken from your offline store. Please look into the matter with myntra and this particular retailer and help me out.

                    suddenly stopped delivering to my pincode

                    Today while placing order on myntra, i was shocked to see that they are not delivering to my pincode 700010, where all my orders have been delivered since last 2-3 years. Even last october, i got my products delivered here. I tried putting my work pincode which is 721645, and even one of my relative's pincode oh howrah, but still facing the same issue. I called up myntra customer care and they clearly told me that they dont ship to these...

                    I have tried reaching you from 18 days. I have been talking with your executives 30 minutes daily. Many complaints raised i haven’t got solution for any. Neither your executives nor your customer care supervisors are serious about customers concern. I am just fed up with this attitude. I believe that this is the worst experience i have ever had on any online shopping site. Not receieving any satisfactory statement from your executives on working this case.

                      I was in processed of doing shopping through Ur apps and when it came to payment my order through phonepe, by default payment request made through Avenue India Pvt Ltd and my 2000 deducted .1000 first tym then again 1000 .pls take an action against this and help me to refund my money 2000 back .

                        I m a regular customer of myntra. I m trying to logging in my account from 5 days and unable to log in. Now it's locked and i have called customer care they also don't helped me, i have money in my myntra credit, please help me i really want my money. I can't afford this loss.

                        I was supposed to avail my order by today but they delayed it by 7 days and the issue is I bought the item for using it in my upcoming trip to USA and now that they reschedule delivery I have no need of the product but they are not cancelling my order nor refunding the amount .
                        I am a regular customer at myntra. I have 2 prepaid orders which are yet to be delivered. My account shows locked. Due to Covid 19, their customer care number is unavailable. Moreover, the email id [protected]@myntra.com is not accepting mails. The only way to contact them is through the app. But if I am not being able to login..how can I contact them. What is the issue? I have so many insider points and my orders are also pending. What should I do? Why is my account locked without any information. Is this how Myntra treats its regular customers in these tough times.                         My Myntra account is locked. I don't know the reason. I tried all available options including their customer care support tel no. Their email is getting replied by an automated reply asking to contact customer care. If i'm not able to login, how can I get in touch with their customer care? They need to improve their one to one customer support and email support far far better again.

                        Mere sath bhi bhai mere 2800 rs hai myntra wallet mai or mere 250+ orders hai . Myntra 1 cheating company hai .
                        My myntra account is locked after multiple login... I was just trying this to remember my password or multiple login methods an dnow its locked.

                        My Myntra account locked without any reason. I'm unable to track my exchange product status. I'm a regular customer since years.
                        My myntra account is locked since 3 weeks.. Everytime I call customer care they are asking to wait for 24 hours. I have money there in my myntra credit. This is really not the way to forfeit customer's money.. Atleast myntra should inform about the actual issue.. They can't fool their customers by saying everyday that we are looking into the issue

                          Hi, this is regarding order no[protected]-1926501. I want to return a product (Since it does not fit properly) but i collected the insider point by mistake. Please take back the insider points and also the product. I want to return the product in any way. I have been purchasing very regularly on myntra and they should not disappoint regular customers. They should keep an option to return the insider points and make the return/exchange option available. I would want to return the insider points and the product and get a refund.

                            After having a really bad user experience on myntra, i decided to delete my account and all my data. Turns out, there is no option on the screen to do so.

                            When i contacted customer service using my email id registered with them and cell phone, they told me to send them government issued id proof like pan card, dl or voter id!
                            This is unacceptable and invitation to identity fraud. For closing an ecommerce website user account, and when i'm contacting using my registered email and phone, i do not have to prove my identity and give anyone my id proof's with which they can do something illegal.

                            I want all my data deleted from their site and my account deleted as well. I do not trust this business anymore.

                            ORDER NO:[protected]-5356301 placed on 6th December 2019 and to be received by 12th December 2019 has still not been received. A Myntra executive cannot be reached to know the status of one's order and the company has a hopeless feedback service. Customer Redressal Mechanism is extremely unsatisfactory.

                              Poor customer service! Deception! Scam!
                              We need urgent action taken in returning the product for a full refund or the consequences resulting in a case filed in consumer court and this experience broadcasted across social media (Tagging in your ceo and all higher business reps).
                              This is quite dumbfounding customer service experience form such a reputed firm and needs sorting else will result in a colossal business loss and bad reputation - can see that in any of your customer reviews.

                              Background: we are residents in the uk and are prominent users of myntra with spending of staggering 60-70k in a span of 2-3 months in 2017-18 as we love your products and order them weeks before we visit india as your return policies were always 30days*.
                              But lately we have experienced the dreadful outcome with our recent order order no:[protected]-6538301 for 10k.

                              Issue: your website has conflicting information on return policy as at the bottom of the page*: return within 30days of receiving your order and also *google: myntra return policy states the same, but we were confounded to know that you also have return policies based on products that are not clear to the user while placing an order and completely forfeits and contradicts your statements and this will be used as an evidence in our claim in court.

                              We have followed below steps in placing the order:
                              1. Login in to myntra
                              2. Search for any product
                              3. Select desired size and add to basket
                              4. Follow the checkout process
                              There is no clear evidence on return policy anywhere through this user journey.
                              *all relevant information is provided below in screen evidence

                              It’s with great regret that we would like to launch a formal complaint on your befuddled return policy. Your so-called agents/supervisors just read out scripts than understanding customer needs.

                              We have placed the order on the 8thnov and the was delivered on the 20th where my parents had to unfortunately get admitted to hospital and upon their return we have seen the product on video call and contacted myntra asap to return the item as the colour doesn’t match the description nor the quality was to your standards and expectations.
                              I have contacted your customer care numerous time with no luck in sending the product back for full refund as they simply don’t get it and each time i pay and call form the uk i have to explain the story for 20mins and been put on hold for atleast 30mins which has incurred me atleast £15 (₹1, 400). All the loss in time and monies incurred will be claimed for reimbursement in court.
                              After quite a long hysterical discussion, one of your supervisors (Aanchal) promised to sort it out and never got back with a resolution and then another male supervisor just kept reading script and further went to this vicious loop of emails with no resolution.

                              We would highly appreciate this issue being resolved asap and this will be our last step resolution, as the product is still in the package with all labels intact and in resalable condition as we have not even touched it as the person is still in the uk.

                                I ordered two products one is track pants and bomber jacket of Rs 2998 and order id is[protected]-8587703 they promised me to deliver this product on 10th of December2019
                                But after they change the date 22nd December
