On the day the product was delivered, mytra app was initially unable to proceed with return and then forcefully added some points to account and removed option to exchange or return. The customer care also refused to accept complain and said they couldn't return the product even when it was requested on the same day. It was clearly brought to their notice that it was apps fault and the delivery happened the same day but they said that confirmation...

Hi as expected delivery date is 14th of Nov but got delivered early how can i check both size if it is not available on right time because of marriage is at 15th Nov.

I have ordered anouk kurta set from myntra. I received a wrong product in place of that. So i submitted a request for return. But return was also approved. Complaint no. Is in[protected]. I am not able to return 3 of the products that were ordered just because of the myntra points that were added to my account.
It is unacceptable as there was no pop up with the information that we wouldnt be able to return/exchange items incase we collect the myntra points.
And moreover, no idea on whats this myntra points all about!
