I placed an order for a nike unisex blue synthetic mid-top football shoes order number[protected]-4470301. To my utter shock and disbelief, when i opened the package i didn't find the shoes i ordered, what i found was a different shoes of lower model. On a close inspection, i found that the box was not of nike and it was wrapped in a normal brown box package with the label of the original product i was supposed to receive. Such a classy fraudster move by myntra!
Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered.

I ordered jacket on 14-dec still i didnot get status . I have paid amount pn 14th but in myntra website order cancellation option is not working.I have made complaint towards my order two times but still there is no update ofmy product.

    Had ordered a aeropostale bomber on 19th december from myntra. It arrived early (23rd december). I tried the jacket out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it as it was too large. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was on the same day but the pick up agent came around 1.30 pm and i was in office at that time. So i gave him to his location at chandra lok square indore at around 3.30 pm. The picking agent checked the tags and condition in front of me only and he said everything is ok. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". This is very unprofessional if pickup agent checked everything and gave me assurity the everything is ok then how could they say that quality check failed. Kindly help me to get my money refunded as soon as possible...

    I talked to myntra customer care and they said that there was a stain in my jacket but the pick up agent checked my jacket in front of me...and there was no stain...and i even called him regarding it and i have his call recording also in which he said that there was no stain in jacket...and he forwarded it to the delivery centre...but myntra customer care are giving excuses...whatever happened with jacket after my pickup is not my responsibility

      I have ordered product on myntra on saturday around 10:30 pm but my amount from my account was debited and ordered was not placed. Next time was placing the same product for cash on delivery at that time my ordered got placed. But in on sunday i got a mail that my account was suspended and today that is 23th december 2019 monday i got a mail that myntra will not able to retain my account. So for that i spoke to myntra customer care the guy name ram gawande he told me that we will not able to give you amount back to your account. So i am requesting you to please raise a complaint against myntra and ram gawande and take strict action against it. I am sharing my statement that tell me that amount was debited and i still not got any refund yet.

        Hi,
        This is very hurtful when you trust a brand name and they cheat you. I ordered two brand products (steve maden & marks spencers) I got the product like it is a third class local product. The products are packed in a local dabba. I highly doubt on the products are original.
        Moreover, Mr. Yashpal (senior) was so rude, he made feel that I have done something wrong.
        I am not sure he even wanted to help me or not.
        Customer care is never ready to help for current issues and they are always keep on saying that it will not repeat in future.

          I placed an order on 23rd December on myntra of inr 1669, through Google Pay. Amount deducted from my sbi account but the order was not placed, but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - sbi
          confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with Transaction I'd[protected]. if transaction id . has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.
          How can myntra cheat like this. they are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. Please refund the money back to my account as soon as possible

            As a aware buyer myntra isn't able to misguide me. The offers and coupons they had provided didn't apply during checkout as they assume the terms and conditions should be known to customers without highlighting the same on the banner and coupons section.
            This is a sheer case of fraud and misleading customer by providing improper information of the offers.
            I hereby providing snapshot of the offer banner and other screenshot for reference.
            You can clearly see that no terms and conditions is mentioned on the offer banner.

            On December 21, 2019 I placed a order on Myntra through Google pay i.e roadster boots on the end of the season sale .my money got deducted from paytm bank account but the order didnt placed in Myntra account.please contact me asap . this is fraud .
            I paid with axis credit card for Rs 6304 on Myntra website on dated 19/12/2019 Thrusday . The amount got debited from my bank amount immediately but the order was not placed. i also tried calling Myntra Customer Care and wrote an email on [protected]@myntra.com but though i dint got any response from their side. Please help me to get my money back.

              A order of rs.4003/- was placed from the account mahesh. [protected]@gmail.com on 30th nov 2019, the order was not placed but the amount was cut. A complaint was registered regarding the refund of rs.4003/- on 10th dec 2019 as the company policy said it takes 7-10days for the refund. It’s 22nd of dec now and there is no refund yet. The company blames the bank and has asked me to take it fwd. How am i responsible for the transactions? Kindly look into it and revert back as soon as possible

                On 30th september 2019 i have purchased from myntra e commerce website of amount 2474.43. But my amount was twice debited from my sbi credit card. After complaining to sbi card and myntra they both are not responding nor clear my issue regarding this. Kindly look after this on urgent basis it is around almost 3 months case. Sbi card team also not responding in this issue. I have attached my card statement which shows my amount was debited twice of amount rs2474.43.

                My amount was debited twice but not refunded yet from Myntra e commerce and card was sbi credit card

                I have returned 3 items on Myntra and opted for Myntra credit instead of account refund and now I m facing problem as Myntra money is not showing in my account.
                I have registered my complaint multiple times but no one is resolving the issue.
                Fake box and shoes is provided in place of adidas sport shoes and they are now refusing to pick it up and saying box is different but the parcel .And I have complained multiple time in customer care but they refuse and talk harsly and cut the call imeadeatly.
                I am very much disappointed of non refundable of delivery charges, even though i got bad product.
                If the product is worst then how you can take the delivery charges when one returned the goods

                  Hi team,
                  I had order 2 products from myntra on 15th dec 2019.
                  The products got delivered as a gift to my freinds places on 16th dec 2019.
                  Since the products were not in the right condition i placed the return request as mentioned in the complaint subject.
                  The product were picked up next day morning i. E. Tuesday 17th dec 2019 @8.30am.
                  Since then i am receiving messages of the products pick up got refused and the products have not been returned which is not the case as the delivery boy from myntra specially came in early morning and took back the products. The total cost of the product was 5523 and it was paid online.
                  I have raised almost like 10 complaints and spoke to so many customer care representatives regarding the same, but i have no resolution in this regards. I need help in refund of my order. How can i get my money back since the products have already been taken away by the myntra team.

                  I am still receiving from myntra team that they have not received the product and hence they have denied my money back, wherein I have shared all the details with the team where my product was being picked up at 8.30 am morning 17th december after which the myntra delivery/pickup agent mentioned in the app that the product pick up was refused which is not the case since my product has been returned there and then. I need help from myntra team to thoroughly investigate and not let the user suffer due to any negligence made on their end. This is harassment, my total money off 5523 is wasted if it is not returned to me back by mnytra . please support.
                  Why cod not available in my myntra accont.
                  I have ordered a pair of shoes and 4 pair of socks
                  . I canceled it due to some issues with the delivery date. My refund has not been issued it's been 10 days, they are telling that the refund has been initiated but it did reflect my account, I contacted the bank several time even they are helpless

                    Hi,

                    I have made a purchase on myntra worth 7600 rupees. The money was paid in one minute and after two hours the order was cancelled. I took that money on interest and i have to pay a 10℅ interest to the leander. Now i have wait for 10 days for the refund. This was a gift for someone.

                    After 10 days i wont get this same rate. I called myntra call center and spoken to multiple supervisor and they insted of helping, they disconnect my calls multiple times.

                    Who will pay the interest?

                    This is mental harassment.

                    Myntra is a fraud company.

                    Now i don't have any money in the account and how would i buy gift for my lil sister.

                    Myntra is a fraud company.

                    Chor company hai myntra.

                    Myntra ne mera paisa khaya.

                    Myntra ne muje bevkoof banaya.

                    Maine myntra ko ek minute mei paise diye. Aab muje 10 din wait karna padega or faltoo ka interest dena padega.

                    Myntra is declining to pay the extra interest because myntra made a mistake

                    Myntra is saying that they will not compensate me even if it is their mistake.

                    I want my money back now.

                    This is not the first time i have faced issues.

                    Myntra is not at all a customer centric company.

                    For myntra a customer is god when buying a new product. When it comes to provide services the customer becomes a dog for myntra.

                    Myntra wasted my time my money and because of myntra mistake and fault i have to pay interest unnecessarily.

                    I am sick and your call center employees are not providing a supervisor.

                    Continuously saying no supervisor.

                    I am a tax payer and myntra consider tax payer customer as dogs. I have called their customer service 5 times and they never help a customer and they ever transffered to a supervisor. They said supervisor is not available.

                    They have harrased me mentally.

                    What's the use of paying tax in india when a tax payer has to be insulted by fraud company like myntra and flipkart.

                    Their call center people never help.

                    It's myntra fault and i have to bear unnecessary loss because of myntra mistake.

                    Myntra ne mera paisa khaya. I will commit suicide and myntra and flipkart will be responsible for it

                    Very bad customer service.

                    Third class company is myntra and so is flipkart.

                    Chor hai flipkart or myntra.

                    Indian government must kick them off.

                    These are fraud companies.

                    Third class customer service.

                    I want my money with interest.

                    I will keep posting bad reviews about myntra on social media. Until i get my money back with interest or i get my orders.

                      I placed an order for two tops and made the payment online. I did that payment from my wallet. I ordered it in my gold pass an hour before eros. I also have the proof of payment. The amount is deducted but i have not received any message or mail. I am very much worried. I called customer care several times but is was not fruitful. Please contact me as soon as possible.

                        My name is bhushan, i have placed an order of around ₹9000 using hdfc credit card with the gold pass just before this sale is started i. E. On 21st december near about at 23:15. But i haven't get any confirmation mail or sms regarding the same. I am trying to search the order details but unable to get the same anywhere... And will they deliver the order or not if i didn't get any confirmation mail.

                        Myntra is a fraud company, never expected this from myntra. I want those items at any cost within the right time. Wasted my time with myntra!

                          I did shopping on myntra and paid 8000 to them. However, myntra cancelled the order and did not tell me. When i called myntra call center and i was told that due to the technical reason my order was cancelled and they will refind me in 48 hours. Who the hell will pay the bank interest. They have cheated me. Fraud company hai myntra. They are my 8000 rupees.

                            I placed an order today from myntra for two shoes. I have paid the money online and even got a message from hdfc bankabout the transaction. But i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. When i thought of tracking the order, even there nothing was shown. Please help in getting confirmation email or sms. Mytra should eliminate these kind of issues with customers.

                                I placed an order on 21 dec 2019 on myntra of 801, amount deducted from my pnb bank but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - pnb bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with transaction id:[protected]y9723205.. If transaction id has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can myntra cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. I want my money back. Help

                                  Dear sir/ ma'am,
                                  I had placed an order for four items on myntra today on 21st dec 2019 by 10.47pm. The transaction was done via google pay for an amount of rs 1445.
                                  The money was deducted from my account but the order confirmation email or sms has not yet been sent to me.
                                  The ordered items are also not there in the order list when i checked in the app.
                                  It's almost like the thing didn't happen.
                                  I have enclosed the screenshot of the transaction done proof.
                                  Do resolve the problem asap.

                                    I placed an order dated 21 dec 2019 for lafille
                                    Navy blue solid set of 2 shoulder bag. The amount of rs 584.10 was deducted from my bank but order not placed.
                                    Either i want my order to be placed or get refund of my amount.
                                    This is not how myntra should treat customers. I placed an order for the very first time and i am disappointed. I am scared if i will get the refund back.
                                    Trusting an online site is difficult these days.

                                        I ordered a list of items and i had paid through google pay. I didnt receive any message or email from myntra. The ordered list price has been deducted. I can't even track my items list because it is not displayed in the ordered items. The given contact number in myntra is busy all the time. This is highly disappointing.
