I had order a bluetooth earphones from myntra on 2 december 2019 and was delivered by 5 december. To my sorrow the product was received in a damaged condition withits led earbuds not working. When i called the service centre they stated that the product is not refundable or replacable due to the policies and asked me to service it. I find it very difficult since my rights are broken here. I would request the honourable court to look after into it and provide a justice keeping in mind the consumer rights.

    I had ordered this watch on 1st december 2019 and received it on 4th december 2019. And i placed the return request as soon as i saw the product. The watch’s dial has scratches on it, the polish on the band has worn off from so many places! Even the invoice they gave is vertically cut into half so that the price, date and time of the whole order is not visible. The watch costs 9990. It is very very expensive. Please look into the matter asap. I called the customer care, they were not of much help. They are just saying that i’ll get an update regarding it on 11th december. I don’t want to keep the watch with me for that long. Please look into this matter and help. Please.

      I had ordered shoes from myntra and later, placed a return request as they didn't fit me well. The pickup executive arrived the same day but at the time i didn't have the shoe box with me. So i asked him to come back the next day. However, he placed my return request on hold, which required me to contact the support team to reschedule the pickup. I have been calling them ever since then (5 times until now) and they say that they will get back on the request in 24 hours but they never respond. I need help in getting the return through.

        I had self shipped a product which i had brought from myntra, view they had no pick up from my address.

        The refund of the courier charges have been credited to myntra pay but i wanted in my bank account, which is against my wish and will.

        I would like to lodge a complaint against myntra that they are forcing and harassing customer for crediting my courier charges in myntra pay only and not giving the courier charges in my bank account.

          And 03/12/2019 myntra delivery boy call me but on that day i am unable to take my order and at night i receive order delivered massage
          And then i complaint myntra customer care and i told him that i am not receive my order

          And now he did not respond he not help me
          This is my prepaid order when i contact myntra for this issu he send me signature for verification and i told him that this is not my signature

          It confirmed and my cash was deducted
          Now there is no clue about my order
          Its not even there in the list

            I have ordered ucb black slippers on myntra.com. But i received white colour. So i placed a return request. The delivery executive refused to take my order as it is not matching the picture. How rediculous is this?. I placed a return request because i got the wrong product. I have called the customer care executives and they are saying to wait for 24 hours whenever i am calling. It's been 9days they are saying the same thing but my issue is not getting resolved.               I placed an ORDER NO:[protected]-2348803. To my surprise a different product was delivered. I called up customer care at that very moment and i asked them to raise the issue. They did so and declined my complaint in less than 18 hours ( i dont know the level of their investigtion). The product ordered was- https://www.myntra.com/10453452 and what i received was a mix of two products( i had to check ut their entire collection to figure out the mistake)- pallazo and dupatta from https://www.myntra.com/kurta-sets/biba/biba-women-grey--green-solid-kurta-with-p... and kurta item from https://www.myntra.com/kurta-sets/biba/biba-women-green--peach-coloured-woven-de...

              It is ridiculous if this is how they investigate their cases. The product is more thn 7k and this is a substantial amount of money, I want this product to be taken back and my money to be refunded. This is cheating. I dont expect this level of service and instigation is a joke.

              Take this case seriously and resolve on priority. Attached is the picture of barcode and if product images are needed i can provide that as well.

                15 days back i had returned a product to myntra pickup agent. On 27th the refund process got initiated from myntra's end but till now i haven't received my money. Also, their customer service team is not giving any assurity of returning it back to my bank account nor any response from their end i have got after several complaints.

                  I ordered a Aarrah, Grey & Gold-Coloured Embroidered Padded Ready Made Banglori Blouse on 20 Nov, 2019 through Myntra. On 28th Nov, Myntra delivered me that order, but, it was not that blouse product which I had ordered. The delivered one was a totally different product in every aspect, especially of below standard. That delivered product had all the tags on its cover packet, only. Immediately, I lodged a return request. But, the service man declined to take it on return as the ordered image product and the returning image were not matching. What a ridiculous logic! Myntra should be asked to tag every delivered item insitu, not on the packet only. Is it a way to make fraud by the side of delivery system? And, here, customers are victims only.
                  Then, I personally talked with the representative of Myntra customer care, twice. The return requests were also placed twice again. But, the same thing was happening again and again.
                  I want the return to be done and refund made for the Blouse.Really dishonest and disappointing behavior from Myntra.
                  I want to file a complaint against Myntra and sue them for the stress they are giving and not playing fair at all.

                    I ordered 2 dresses worth rs 6500 which doesn't fit me well. When i called customer care and spoke to some supervisor, they said since insider points have been collected i can't return the product and hence forcing me to keep the product that i don't wish to keep. Moreover i do not know what these points are for. This is so ridiculous. I requested them but they are not accepting returns, its a totally waste for me. I will never shop from myntra and request u all to stop shopping from myntra..

                                Hello sir actually i purchased from online shopping site i. E myntra on 23 november and my mode of payment was through debit card and after one hour i cancelled my purchased product. After two day i was call to myntra customer care service and talked with executive and i was asking about my refund but they told me your refund was already initiated from myntra and they also share refund reference number but i check my account there is no any refund reflect in my account and again i talked with myntra customer care executive but they not respond to me in proper way and disconnect the call.
                                Regarding about my refund i also talked with my sbi customer care executive director but they told me from sbi there is no any pending refund of your account and they told me your dispute of refund is with myntra so please contact with myntra. And i also checked my statement of my sbi account there is no any problem from sbi. So i request to consumer complaints please help me and take a case of dispute with myntra pvt. Ltd. Online shopping site.

                                  I purchased a tommy hilfiger bag and was not satisfied with it so asked for a refund. The bag was collected on friday the 29th of november 2019 and i was notified that my refund was initiated afterwards.                                       I recently purchased swarovski pendants from myntra on try and buy option which entitles me to gauge if i like the product and then take a decision if i want to buy it. This is done at the spot. This was extremely critical as the product that i chose was non refundable so that window was the only time i could actually make the decision. The product was originally slated to be delivered on the 30th which was a saturday it was my day off. Myntra decided to move up the delivery n the opportunity to try and buy. The delivery boy decided to deliver the product without my information or without offering to 'try and buy'. Myntra customer care accepted their fault yet refused to refund the product.
