I have ordered anouk kurta set from myntra. I received a wrong product in place of that. So i submitted a request for return. But return was also approved. Complaint no. Is in[protected]. But the product has not been picked up yet despite return has been approved. The wrong product which i got is of very bad quality. It was my worst experience in myntra. I will never recommend anyone to use myntra.

    My exchange option blocked.l accidentally collected insider point.i didn't know such things happen.worst experience with myntra.they are cheating consumers trust.my money lost.when i contacted myntra customer service they said they can't do anything.please help.
    I am a regular customer of Myntra, if you do like this i have to other shopping platforms.

      I'd ordered hubberholme navy blue joggers from myntra, and it is written that it's price is 471 rupees, but when i received my order, its written 621 on the parcel and the delivery boy had taken all the money, and when i asked myntra for refund, they simply refused, and when i asked them that i will return my parcel, they told me that i will not get all 621 rupees..

        I ordered a saree from myntra. Got just different product. I raised a exchange request in exchange request i too mentioned that the product is different. When the delivery boy came he refused. I raised a request via call then gave the details via e mail. Replied them. Now after doing regular follow up they are saying it cannot be done since time is passed.
        Why should i suffer because of some mistake from their vendor. I even told them the mistake that i have received invoice of some other person in that bag but they won't consider... This is the worst experience

          I've ordered a pair of shoes on 8th nov 2019 in myntra.com but i forgot to apply my myntra credits so i cancelled it. Next time so i can apply and i did the payment through google pay upi. As i did my payment through gpay upi the refund should've reflected to my account instantly or the maximum timeline is 48 hrs. Today its been more than a week i haven't got the refund yet. As i had conversation with their executives they are saying that your refund has successfully processed by our end and sent me a reference no. Of the transaction told me to contact with your bank customer support. When i called the bank support team and told them to validate the refund if it is pending at that time they said we can't do anything on this issue as the refund is from 3rd party source and when i talked to myntra executives they are not responding properly.

          The company hasn't taken any step regarding this. When i called them they just told me that your refund has successfully processed from our end and they sent me a reference no. to do further enquiry regarding this transaction. The company executives told me to contact with my bank support team. And the SBI support team is denying to do equiry of this transaction . They are saying that transaction from third party we can't do anything as this is against our policy. Noone is helping me out from both side. I just helpless They never called me from their side .             I placed a few order from myntra and delivered the product yesterday. There is some insider point collection feature by mistake i claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange the dress. Because of this no option is available for exchange. I called the myntra customer care as well to resolve this issue but they are unable to resolve it even though i told them to take the collected points back.

            This insider point collection feature implementation should at least provide the user to modify the details as well accordingly the points will be adjusted.

              I ordered 1 kurti from myntra on 25 oct, it has been undelivered till today, it said it would be delivered by november 8, it had been showing out for delivery on november 5, two times i received a call at night claiming they don't have any delivery boys now so they will deliver it tomorrow morning, so i said ok, they updated as i m unavailable to receive the product and till now the product has not come, i m terrible upset and will never shop on myntra ever again, amazon and flip kart delivers it in about 4 to 5 days max, myntra has taken more than 20 days and still not delivered

                The product i put it for exchange, mistakenly gave back to delivery agent with other return product. When other delivery agent came for exchange the product, he is asking for product to be exchanged. But i already gave back the product with other delivery agent. When i called myntra regarding this, they are telling they didn't receive the product back. They are declining the refund or the product back. They are asking me for proof, i don't have any proof only my friends are the witness. When i called the delivery agent he said he exported the products back and he will give the receipt. But now he blocked my number. Please do help me with this.
                And also in myntra app it is showing return request declined, but i didn't kept it for return. I kept it for exchange.

                  I am not able to return 3 of the products that were ordered just because of the myntra points that were added to my account.
                  It is unacceptable as there was no pop up with the information that we wouldnt be able to return/exchange items incase we collect the myntra points.
                  And moreover, no idea on whats this myntra points all about!

                  I dont care about the myntra points.
                  I want the products to be returned and my amount refunded.

                    Recently(on 9th nov), i ordered one Besiva dress from Myntra. The order arrived early(on 11th nov) and i was not available at home and nobody was there to receive it. So the delivery boy just called me up to tell that and I asked him to deliver it in the evening but he refused and said he will be coming the next morning(on 12th nov). But after few moments i just received a message saying My order has been delivered and the status in the app is also set to delivered. I tried to call the delivery boy again but it's unable to identify me as a customer. I raised my issue to Myntra support team asap and they sent me proof of delivery(POD) through email and what i found there is that the delivery boy has done my signatures himself. Now the myntra support team is saying that from there side the order has been delivered. They should atleast dig deeper into the issue. They should either deliver me the product or refund my money.

                      I have ordered product from them which shows 2200 on website and the tag i received it is 1999 n i requested for size exchange for which their logistics dept refused saying price tags not matching i called customer care they said it will take max 48 hours. They really do not bother for time and value customers. I requested them to deliver product today as i need to go in evening but because of their stupidity i cant be at that place. Their logistic person asked for this product without giving me the exchanged once he said i will get later. When i refused to give he misbehaved.

                        I have collected myntra insider points for a product by mistake and then i was unable to return a dress. I asked them to take away the points and provide the option to return the dress but they redused.. For 9 points i was unable to return a dress of 950 rupees. Who asked them to give those points? If they provide points for shopping there must be a facilty to take away points for returning. I wanted to place the return request the same day of delivery. I did not even use the product. Its a complete fraud. I[censored]ser didnt return the product till 30 days only then there must b addition of points why is there an option to add points that pops up. Because users can click on it by mistake and then they can make money. And it avoids all the return and exchange drama.

                          Product ordered on 25/10/19. Status shows delivered. But not delivered. Pathetic service.
                          Matter has been brought to customer care. Tweeted many times. Called customer support many times. But all efforts were futile. They are thick skinned. Please let me know the next steps. We tried our level best. Spoke navnath now. But still they ask us to wait till november 15.

                            I had purchased 6 items from you under order No[protected]-2428501 on 25.10.19.Few items were requested to be returned, but one of the item (Roadster Women Beige Solid Heels) were not accepted for return on the plea that original tag is not there. In this regard it is to mention that there was no original tag with the item, only one sticker showing MRP was there on the bottom of the heel, which is intact. I would request you to accept this item for return as it is confirmed that there was no separate tag other than rate sticker on the bottom of both heels.

                              I ordered here & now women green and golden self design flared maxi skirt, order number[protected]-8799901. The product i received was defected, the string attached to it was not properly stitched, hook and zip were broken. I immediately raised the return request, the very next day the exchange product was out for delivery. When i told the delivery person about the defect, he declined to accept the product, and asked me to raise the issue with customer care. I did the same, but my request was declined by them by saying that the product was checked and verified and was in sealed condition when delivered to me. But it is not my fault that the product has some minor defects, i assured them that the product is unused and unwashed with all pricetag and packaging. Please highlight the issue to Myntra. I am a regular customer of Myntra, i want them to return my order and refund my amount.

                                I purchased 4000 myntra gift card one year back, that time i called the customer care ask about the validity. They informed me that if i will add that gift card to myntra the i can use any time if i will not add to myntra account then it will expired in one year. Now the customer care is saying that will expire in one month if you have added to the myntra count also. I have unused rs1724 was in my account. Neither they are interested to return...

                                I have orderd from myntra 2 winter jacket from wrogn brand one is brown and color other one is navy blue and my order number is[protected]-1135303 and price is 5060.16 rupee today delevered my product and when i open inside only one product both product have a same dispatch number and same tracking id all was same but recived only brown color jacket inside and in a packet was also not have a myntra bar code on inside transperent polythene and recived jacket quality was also not good poor fabric i dont want this product please help for return this product i dont want this type fabric poor quality fabric.

                                  Sorry to say but it was my first bad experience from myntra. I have been a very regular buyer from this online site but today i really felt bad and cheated. I don't know who's mistake it is??? But i have ordered a "wings bluetooth" earphone and i got the same one day before the delivery date mentioned in my case.
                                  The bluetooth which i got today evening was not in a state to use i personally found them in a very bad condition or one can say they were used earlier. Also, i didn't received any usb cable along with the parcel. It was well ripped off like before packing the case someone has just removed the new one from the packet and replaced it with the used one.in addition, extra air buds are less in numbers.
                                  I want a new, fresh and unused bluetooth for myself in return of this pathetic parcel which i got today from myntra.

                                  I ordered a jacket which is larger in size, so i wanted a replacement but by mistake i selected their some insider points thing and they are not accepting it now.
                                  I have told them at the same moment when I did that mistake so that it can be undone and it should be . I dont think it is a big issue for them .Now they are not accepting my return.
                                  24th off October Nike jacket return diya tha uska refund abhi tak nhi Mila hai myntra wale daily new date dete hai worst & Ford company...
                                  Purchased tshirt of kook and keech branch, but tshirt got damaged after one wash

                                    I purchased cottinfab women navy blue solid a-line dress from myntra in september and for some reason i returned it on 27 september. On 30 september refund got initiated but i didn't get any amount in my bank account. After few days they send a mail that refund got failed as bank details was not correct, i again mailed them correct details and called them, customer support replied that they updated account details and i will get acknowledgement regarding this and get payment in 2-3 bank days. From that day to till 11th of november, i chased them lots of times but always they are saying to wait for 24 hours you will get your payment. But still i did not get any refund.

                                    I hv order tresemme shampoo n conditioner combo with Philips hair dryer dated 04th oct order id is[protected]-1275703 but not received my order yet. Nd i hv complained 5-6 times on customer care number. But there is no positive response from the customer service nd repeatedly said to wait for 24hrs since 5th of nov.This is very unsatisfactory
                                    I had purchased a wall clock in the month of July and it is not working now.. So bad quality products... Even if we buy a clock from the footpath that would work till years... I am very disappointed with this product.
                                    I would request you to kindly replace the product or refund the amount and collect the product back.

                                      I had ordered for hrx 3/4 active wear from myntra (Order no :[protected]-4024003 dt:- 12th oct 19). It was delivered to me on oct14, 2019. When i opened the package, there was no price tag inside it and the string which attached to price tag that is also cut. I immidiatly call the customer care and compaint regarding product recieved with out price tag so kindly raised companint regarding the product received without price tag & cut string within 5 min of delivery of the product (Oct14th) but the request was declined on oct15th as they said they had verified with their quality check. So after that i raised return request that also they decline due to missing price tag, for no fault of mine. The product is unused and new. Why should i me made to pay for no fault of mine. There is no way for a consumer to verify if a package has price tag inside without opening it to decline delivery.
                                      I raised the concern with myntra multiple times and clearly told them its not my fault. I have ordered hundreds of products in the past and i have never faced such a problem. This should be a human error at their end where they missed placing the price tag while packing the product. I also explained that the return request was placed the very same day the delivery was made and that the product is new and unused. Each time i got the same reply "post reviewing your case, i regret to inform you that we will be unable to accept your return request as the price tags are missing. The price tag is the proof of authenticity for this product due to which we are unable to restock or resell the product." their customer respresentatives blaiming me only for missplacing the price tag. I had all the call records for the same. I even asked them how you had verified that you ship the product with price tag show us the same.
                                      Why should i suffer for no fault of mine?
