I ordered 2 dresses worth rs 6500 which doesn't fit me well. When i called customer care and spoke to some supervisor, they said since insider points have been collected i can't return the product and hence forcing me to keep the product that i don't wish to keep. Moreover i do not know what these points are for. This is so ridiculous. I requested them but they are not accepting returns, its a totally waste for me. I will never shop from myntra and request u all to stop shopping from myntra..

    Hi, this is regarding order no.[protected]-9822501. I want to return a product (On[protected] since it does not fit properly but i collected the insider point by mistake. Please take back the insider points and also the product. I want to return the product in any way. I have been purchasing very regularly on myntra and they should not disappoint regular customers. They should keep an option to return the insider points and make the return/exchange option available. I would want to return the insider points and the product and get a refund.

      I have placed an order in myntra on 18tu November, 2019 but till date the order is not delivered and I have raised a complaint about the same to the myntra customer service but still no resolution is provided .They had transferred the case to the case manager Mr. Sahil and he is least interested in working for customer .
      No resolution is provided by them and there is no TAT period they follow to resolve the consumer dispute

          I am not able to login in my account, myntra team at call centre says i had requested to transfer my credits to some other account where as i did not. I had a high amount of refunds in my myntra account and may be this is a trick by myntra itself to suspend accounts with high credit value.

          How can they suspend my account without my approval to suspend.

            I ordered a navy blue shirt on myntra but i got something different for what it was shown in image so i placed a return request, but my return was put on hold for no reason and they claim that i have used it or there is odour from the shirt, i received it on sunday and i immediately put a return request and was picked up next and now it shows it has been put on hold, i don't understand what kind of behavior is this from myntra, it makes no sense to me, one they send me different product for what it was shown and how can i use it and there can be odour from it?               Hello sir actually i purchased from online shopping site i. E myntra on 23 november and my mode of payment was through debit card and after one hour i cancelled my purchased product. After two day i was call to myntra customer care service and talked with executive and i was asking about my refund but they told me your refund was already initiated from myntra and they also share refund reference number but i check my account there is no any refund reflect in my account and again i talked with myntra customer care executive but they not respond to me in proper way and disconnect the call.
              Regarding about my refund i also talked with my sbi customer care executive director but they told me from sbi there is no any pending refund of your account and they told me your dispute of refund is with myntra so please contact with myntra. And i also checked my statement of my sbi account there is no any problem from sbi. So i request to consumer complaints please help me and take a case of dispute with myntra pvt. Ltd. Online shopping site.

                I purchased a tommy hilfiger bag and was not satisfied with it so asked for a refund. The bag was collected on friday the 29th of november 2019 and i was notified that my refund was initiated afterwards. To this end i have not received my refund and therefore ai do not understand the cause of this. I was told technical issues caused the delay but what has that got to do with me. Please send my refund through

                I placed an order yesterday 30th nov in myntra of denim jacket and paid money through online UPI, the order was shown to be confirmed but i didnt get any confirmation mails nor it shows in my order about this order that i placed. Just contact me asap and i want my money to be refunded.

                    I recently purchased swarovski pendants from myntra on try and buy option which entitles me to gauge if i like the product and then take a decision if i want to buy it. This is done at the spot. This was extremely critical as the product that i chose was non refundable so that window was the only time i could actually make the decision. The product was originally slated to be delivered on the 30th which was a saturday it was my day off. Myntra decided to move up the delivery n the opportunity to try and buy. The delivery boy decided to deliver the product without my information or without offering to 'try and buy'. Myntra customer care accepted their fault yet refused to refund the product.

                      On 29th november i placed an order in myntra and paid through axis bank netbanking, transaction was succesfull but myntra people are claiming they didnot receive the amount, and to connect with the bank.in the bank they keep on saying that amount has been credited to them. I dontknow why even myntra is becoming like other websites trying to cheat. Dont know what to do now. (Debited by rs. 1469 on 29nov19. Info: inb/[protected]/ccavenue.com / charge)

                        I placed an order on myntra containg 3 products and made payment using upi (Phonepe) but had to cancel as ordered on wrong address. The refund for two products has been received but still pending for one of 2257.80 rs. I called many times to myntra customer care regarding the issue but they said they have processed the refund but different executive telling different dates as 7th nov, 8th nov, 11th nov. I even have the proof for it. Then i emailed also and got the reply as "refund successfully processed on[protected] for rs -2257.80 bank reference number is[protected]". I called my bank and phonepe customer care with this reference no. Phonepe said that there is no transaction with this reference no. And bank said there is no transaction of 2257.80 rs in your bank account by myntra. Its been 24 days and still didnt get refund. Please help me with this.

                          I have purchased watch from them n i get to know that it's defective and i did so many follow up with them to replace or refund my money.. I didn't get proper update from.. I called customer care many times they place call on hold n asked me wait almost hour and in-between they disconnect cal.. Recently i talk to one of their manager name shivani and anushree.. I almost waited for hour talk to them but they disconnected my cal without even giving the proper solution.. They are asking me to contact some brand company regarding that watch problem n watevr they are telling those are not from any brand they are a service centre people.. I purchased watch by paying 3280 rs and now they want me repair it and use it. From nov 20th i am following up with them and failed to get a proper response from them. I hope my issue will be resolved soon here and u people help me solving it

                            It happened twice. I placed an order for 2414 rs and order successfully placed and money got debited and also reward points were also given to me. But when i saw the order tab to track my order it dint show my order details. So i contacted the customer care they said the amount will be refunded again i placed the order the same thing happened. What's wrong with myntra

And the status is showing that it has been delivered to me.

                                So i placed the order for 2 watches and when i received the 2 different packages i found that the sonata blue watch is missing from the box and thus straight away within 15min of receiving the package i called myntra and informed everything and they asked me to wait till 29th nov so they can check on the issue and on 29th i got the mail saying you’re calm for missing item is been declined.. Now called them again and they said they can’t do anything about it.. It’s just declined. They say they check whole procedure of packing and everything then how come i received different jacket then i ordered? That's whole idea of doing investigation and stuff is stupid myntra is simply scamming people..
                                I will take some serious action this time
                                Myntra.com took my 999/- and gave me empty tin of the watch and said sorry the inconvenience that you had.
                                This is not a joke i won't tolerate this being tax payer and respectfull citizen of this country it is my duty to report these people.

                                  I purchased from myntra few times and due to quality issues i returned the product. Now because i have been put i. This return abuse category every time i have to buy will have to pay the delivery charges. Also they do not have any provision to get the myntra credit balance back to the bank account. And this way my whole amount has got stucked by myntra.

                                  This is highly disgusting policy levied on customer where they ar forced to buy on myntra and the amount is not transferred back to the customer.

                                  Highly disappointed

                                    I purchased a nike shoe worth 3200 from myntra. But within 1 month the shoe got tored from upper side. For same i raised a concern. I shared all the details over the email with myntra support. Many times they ask for pictures. After 5 days but they arw saying it's not manufacture difect. But my concern is in myntra like platform there are fake products.

                                        On 30th november 2019 i placed an order for amount 1525, the money was deducted but the order was not placed, this is not what is expected out of a reputed and renowned online shopping website, spoils the entire shopping experience, also the customer service is not up to the mark, there's no chat option or a proper help line no to address the issue to, please resolve this issue asap.
