Ordered around 6 items, all prepaid.
Delivery date was within 8th october but i haven't received them yet.
The tracker showed that all of them have reached my nearest hub long back.
The customer care department is a complete failure since all the time it indicates that all the delivery executives are busy.
Could not find any other way, hence filing a complaint here. Attached one of the order details for reference....

I have ordered 2 jeans. I collected the insider points and after trying the jeans it is the bigger size so not able to exchange. Now myntra refuse to exchange the product. I don't want to return the product. They are not exchanging not even telling about refund. This could happen to anyone. I am not even asking for refund. If this is the situation they should give that option to collect insider points after return period is over....

I placed an order on 28 september, there were 10 items in the order. On 30th i received 6 out of 10 items and remaining day after. I checked the app on 1st october after returning from office at 7:30 pm and found that sassafaras dress was marked delivered but i had not received that dress. I ordered two dresses on 30th sep and it was supposed to be delivered on 4th oct instead it got delayed to 9th oct, today is the date i was hoping to get my dresses as it was really an urgent one! I am hella disappointed with the services! Idk what to do now as i need to get it within today or tomorrow! They say it has been out for delivery since 4th oct but i had not received any info from the ecom express courier service too..👎...

The shoes i ordered was with size 6 and same was written on the box but actual shoes (Product) received was of size 4.
When i tried to return the order it was put on hold even after mentioning the issue and same was shown to pick guy.
Tried connecting to the myntra but didn't received any call back even after trying several time.

I have placed order on myntra on 8/10/19 of rupees 3600.45 through wallet. My money got deducted from wallet instantly but order didn't placed on myntra. I have talked to wallet customer care. They said transaction was successful but myntra is keep denying. Wallet customer care gave me the bank transaction id[protected]. But myntra is denying that they didn't receive. Today i got my parcel before the expected date. So when i asked the delivery man how much should i pay he said 610 rupees but the total amount of my order was 460. I had ordered from myntra.com on 29 sept 2019, but due to some reason i cancelled my ordered. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated...

Myntra returned back my package to the origin even without approaching me. They are not even refunding my money. There is no option to even call the executives and ask them for a refund.

I ordered 2 products from myntra on 1.10.19 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. I placed an order on 6th oct 2019 on myntra of inr 4142/- through paypal, amount deducted from my bank account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank.
