I received a sealed myntra PACKAGE WITHOUT THE PRODUCT INSIDE.
I ordered a Dhruvi gold plated earrings priced ₹321 and it was a PAID IN CASH ON DELIVERY.
The customer service is of no help. There's no email I can send a Video to. Myntra can't just avoid and not look into serious matters like that.
Pls help me with necessary action.
Also let's get people aware how fraud myntra is.

    Dear sir,
    I ordered a shirt(492.45 Rupey)(ORDER NO:[protected]-8519803) on 11 September 2019.I bought a shirt from myntra but it was not good and different in color so i requested for return. It is almost take 15 days to pick-up. I got the message that refund has been initiated on their website. But still it has not come into my account. My bank is asking for sender details which myntra is not providing. Moreover the reference number given by myntra is same when i place the order. I am calling myntra and bank people daily. Myntra customer care is not helping . I tried contacting through app but they could not establish a conversation due to unavailability of agent. There is no option available to contact them.i am waiting for my money from last 35 days. Kindly refund my money back.

      Hi All,

      I have Ordered one product from myntra. I supposed to delivered it on 7th oct. I have raised complete on 10th however from that they myntra customer care giving me 48hrs ETA on daily basis. Request you to provide me the reason of delay. I am really unhappy with your service. As I am chasing you people on daily basis and all the time my complain is getting ignored. Please advise on urgent basis.

        I have ordered a watch from Myntra during sale and its promised delivery date was 4th Oct 2019, however I did not receive the product yet and neither I am getting to know the ETA of delivery.
        The price of this product is now increased by almost 50% and the product is showing as available in stock!!!

        I believe myntra is not willing to sell the product anymore in the discounted amount and that's why it is delaying the product for me so that eventually I cancel the order.

          I had ordered 2 products and one got delivered on 14 oct with order number[protected]-2053503. I had done the payment online. I had received the mail and message about the delivery. The number of the delivery agent mentioned in message/email is not proper. He had told he will deliver it to the security guard and now i'm not able to get it. I tried to contact him to ask the guard name but i'm unable to do the same. Kindly help.

            I have forgotten my password and cannot login my account. I have few items to return and have requested customer care to help me login my account but it's a week and i have no response
            Kindly help me to create a return request for the account which i am unable to login. The customer care support is not providing solutions for forgotten password but at least they should help me to create return request

              I am reopening the issue as it showed a resolved status whereas this never got resolved. Company did not try to reach me out nor is it accepting any complaint via email.
              Customer care refuse to take my complaint and nor are they accepting any mail!!

              The mail was :

              I am highly disappointed at how customers have been treated by myntra support system.
              So, i live in hostels where guard recieves the orders, make an entry in register maintained specifically for orders and students collect it after checking the register.
              So along with couple of other orders, i ordered american eagle outfitters at rsxxx which got a delivery on 6 th oct 2019 as on app. However, i never received any message on my phone following some network issue due to which i was not aware about deliveries.
              However, seeing entry in register, i would collect it. On collection of all my orders, i found this particular order was missing! On checking the app, the delivery was on 6 th october. I tried clicking on contact us option, but reply was 'our team would reach you out".. But never received any call.
              I googled customer care number today following my trouble with exchange of one of previous orders and told my ordeal, and
              This is the reply
              "we can not register your complaint because you are 5 days late' "
              I kept trying to convince. Them that i always kept clicking on that stupid app contact us option which kept showing you would reach me out.
              He said he can not do anything.
              I tried sending them mail regarding the behaviour of customer care, and zero sensitivity towards my problems and efforts towards trying to reach them out.
              It is not my fault that network of my phone is weak following which i do not get messages. I tried contacting them via app only. The only thing i did not do was google their number and dialed it but then why have they given contact us facility to us where they say they would call back.
              Why cannot they take complaints beyond 5 days period? Why cannot i be given a solution to problem where i am only suffering despite of my efforts of trying to reach them out.?
              Why is their no logs for people who have genuinely tapped on contact us so as to let them know that we tried connecting.
              I am helpless and clueless on whom to approach!

              Dear Team,

              Recently I found the package lying along with some uncollected pile of products . It was a mistake from the hostel's guard end who failed to make correct entry . So, I take the complaint back . Although, this all occurred out of human error, but during this incident, I currently came across a gap from Myntra's end of not keeping logs from the app as a proof of efforts taken by customer to reach them out . Hopefully next time, if someone who suffers the same issue should not be given the reason and explanation that I was given . Please assure the clicks of 'contact us ' has been logged with date and time and at least send them an email also, in other option so that customer can not take stand against Myntra of not trying to contact .

                The product which I got is different from what I ordered.
                I ordered wrong jogger jeans worth rs 1799 and they gave me jeans worth rs 1299
                Plz help me getting right product.
                Also this has happened with 2nd time, it is a serious issue plz address to this issue, this type of fraud are increasing day by day, I hope u will try and get me the correct product

                  I placed an order on myntra.com for a wrangler men black solid hooded sweatshirt dated 30sept 2019.
                  I pay using paypal. On 13th of october i got a call from the delivery guy that i will be there in an hour but he didn't showup and i got delivery msg within 30 minutes. I asked my neighbors they don't know anything. I tried to call the courier guy but as of the product was delivered.. I was unable to contact him.
                  I called myntra customer care services they have raised the complaint but as of now i m not seeing any progress.

                  Beside posting a complaint here..I also talked to the customer support of myntra they assured me that they will have a look in this matter by 18th October.But I personally went to Ecom express regional office then this guy told me that ur delivery will be on day after tomorrow.And now they delivered it

                    No steps have been taken . Customer care refuse to take my complaint saying I was did not reach them out in the period of 5 days of delivery . I kept convincing them, that I myself was not aware about delivery date but when I saw that it has been delivered in app, i clicked on contact us They did not call me . I never receive any email for trying to reach me out . I was getting a message on app itself about they would be calling me back Currently, I have mailed them regarding my ordeal . Waiting for the response !

                      I had ordered a saree, order no,[protected]-9579501on 28 september 2019 i received on 9 th october 2017 when i ordered it it was 7 days return so i am unable to return it back when i complain in myntra help centre yesterday they kept my phone on hold and changed the return days to 2 and told me it is 2 days and your time has expired so you cant return
                      I have very much disappointed. When it was 7 days return when i placed the order so now you change the day to 2 and say your has expired. This is like you have made me fool

                        I ordered a watch on 1st october and that time i was in hyderabad. The delivery date showed 9th october, so i gave the address of my home in kolkata as on 9th i would be in kolkata not in hyderabad. But the order did not come on the 9th. I left for hyderabad on 10th october. After that, i wasn't able to change the address to the hyderabad. Now the item got delivered in kolkata on 13th october and i will go to my home in kolkata after months. I can't wear the watch though it has been delivered.

                          I have already returned my product rg designer pant on 8 oct. But still i am getting msg to return it. I have contacted the personals working there. But they were unable to find my product. I want my money to be refunded soon as i have returned my product to myntra deliveryman. For the confirmation also he asked about the return and took my product. What would i do now? I want my money back.

                            I am unable to return my product as i claimed my insider points now your customer executive is saying that i won't be able to return my product as i claimed my insider points i asked your customer executive to deduct those points from my insider points balance and initiate the return for that product as that product doesn't worth the cost as well not as good as shown in pictures.
                            The product name is lafalla hand bag i bought this bag on 2nd oct 2019 and since following up with your customer executive but no solution is provided yet, so writing this mail to you request you to please look into this issue and provide the solution to it as the product is really not worth the cost.

                            I have ordered red and black men sneakers the expected delivery was October 5th but It was undelivered till today as the first attempt of delivery was failed because o[censored]nanswered call from the delivery boy on October 2nd and the second of delivery is not made now it is showing returned to origin I want the order to be redelivered again.

                              My self Altamash I have purchased from Myntra on dated 30th sep 2019 of amount rs2474.43 but after receiving my statement I saw my card have been debited twice of amount rs2474.43.How is possible that if I purchase once how it should be debited twice please resolve and reverse back it to me as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered roadster women navy blue solid sweatshirt. Its pick up was done at 2-10-19. I have not given my refund yet.                                     I ordered a shirt on 29th september 2019. It was supposed to deliver on 12 th october but they delivered it on 4 th october. I got a message about successful delivery. They even did not call me when they delivered. Initially, i thought they perhaps deliver to the hostel manager but when went, there was nothing. Now when i called them on 12 th october that i have not got my order they are saying that it is too late to help you of any kind. Please help me out.

                                      I have ordered two jeans which are very loose and different shade. Now i want to return my product.. And i requested to return and myntra was showing it will be pick up within a one day but it's been 4 days still no one came to pick.. Next week i m going out of town.. Now tell me how will i return those things if i won't be here.. Also i want my refund back as soon as possible as i m going out of town.. If they don't pick up till then i wont be getting any refund.. Not expected this kind of service from myntra..

                                        My pruducts should be delivered day before yesterday but that delivery team not responding my call and without intimation he cancelled my delivery daily and myntra team also not responding to my complaint they rejecting my call every time i called to that delivery guy. And they kept status as costumer refused... It's not fair at all and i'm fully disappointed dissatisfied with myntra
