I am reopening the issue as it showed a resolved status whereas this never got resolved. Company did not try to reach me out nor is it accepting any complaint via email.
Customer care refuse to take my complaint and nor are they accepting any mail!!
The mail was :
I am highly disappointed at how customers have been treated by myntra support system.
So, i live in hostels where guard recieves the orders, make an entry in register maintained specifically for orders and students collect it after checking the register.
So along with couple of other orders, i ordered american eagle outfitters at rsxxx which got a delivery on 6 th oct 2019 as on app. However, i never received any message on my phone following some network issue due to which i was not aware about deliveries.
However, seeing entry in register, i would collect it. On collection of all my orders, i found this particular order was missing! On checking the app, the delivery was on 6 th october. I tried clicking on contact us option, but reply was 'our team would reach you out".. But never received any call.
I googled customer care number today following my trouble with exchange of one of previous orders and told my ordeal, and
This is the reply
"we can not register your complaint because you are 5 days late' "
I kept trying to convince. Them that i always kept clicking on that stupid app contact us option which kept showing you would reach me out.
He said he can not do anything.
I tried sending them mail regarding the behaviour of customer care, and zero sensitivity towards my problems and efforts towards trying to reach them out.
It is not my fault that network of my phone is weak following which i do not get messages. I tried contacting them via app only. The only thing i did not do was google their number and dialed it but then why have they given contact us facility to us where they say they would call back.
Why cannot they take complaints beyond 5 days period? Why cannot i be given a solution to problem where i am only suffering despite of my efforts of trying to reach them out.?
Why is their no logs for people who have genuinely tapped on contact us so as to let them know that we tried connecting.
I am helpless and clueless on whom to approach!

Recently I found the package lying along with some uncollected pile of products . It was a mistake from the hostel's guard end who failed to make correct entry . So, I take the complaint back . Although, this all occurred out of human error, but during this incident, I currently came across a gap from Myntra's end of not keeping logs from the app as a proof of efforts taken by customer to reach them out . Hopefully next time, if someone who suffers the same issue should not be given the reason and explanation that I was given . Please assure the clicks of 'contact us ' has been logged with date and time and at least send them an email also, in other option so that customer can not take stand against Myntra of not trying to contact .
