I had purchased 6 items from you under order No[protected]-2428501 on 25.10.19.Few items were requested to be returned, but one of the item (Roadster Women Beige Solid Heels) were not accepted for return on the plea that original tag is not there. In this regard it is to mention that there was no original tag with the item, only one sticker showing MRP was there on the bottom of the heel, which is intact. I would request you to accept this item for return as it is confirmed that there was no separate tag other than rate sticker on the bottom of both heels.
We are your regular customer, but this action of yours may lead to our turning to other outlets.May please contact at [protected].

    I ordered here & now women green and golden self design flared maxi skirt, order number[protected]-8799901. The product i received was defected, the string attached to it was not properly stitched, hook and zip were broken. I immediately raised the return request, the very next day the exchange product was out for delivery. When i told the delivery person about the defect, he declined to accept the product, and asked me to raise the issue with customer care. I did the same, but my request was declined by them by saying that the product was checked and verified and was in sealed condition when delivered to me. But it is not my fault that the product has some minor defects, i assured them that the product is unused and unwashed with all pricetag and packaging. Please highlight the issue to Myntra. I am a regular customer of Myntra, i want them to return my order and refund my amount.

      my myntra credit expired

      I purchased 4000 myntra gift card one year back, that time i called the customer care ask about the validity. They informed me that if i will add that gift card to myntra the i can use any time if i will not add to myntra account then it will expired in one year. Now the customer care is saying that will expire in one month if you have added to the myntra count also. I have unused rs1724 was in my account. Neither they are interested to return...

      I have orderd from myntra 2 winter jacket from wrogn brand one is brown and color other one is navy blue and my order number is[protected]-1135303 and price is 5060.16 rupee today delevered my product and when i open inside only one product both product have a same dispatch number and same tracking id all was same but recived only brown color jacket inside and in a packet was also not have a myntra bar code on inside transperent polythene and recived jacket quality was also not good poor fabric i dont want this product please help for return this product i dont want this type fabric poor quality fabric.

Cod are placeing too fast and pre-paid item are not placing.. What the hell is these I'm not getting clear.. Please place pre-paid item soon..

        Sorry to say but it was my first bad experience from myntra. I have been a very regular buyer from this online site but today i really felt bad and cheated. I don't know who's mistake it is??? But i have ordered a "wings bluetooth" earphone and i got the same one day before the delivery date mentioned in my case.
        The bluetooth which i got today evening was not in a state to use i personally found them in a very bad condition or one can say they were used earlier. Also, i didn't received any usb cable along with the parcel. It was well ripped off like before packing the case someone has just removed the new one from the packet and replaced it with the used one.in addition, extra air buds are less in numbers.
        I want a new, fresh and unused bluetooth for myself in return of this pathetic parcel which i got today from myntra.

        I ordered a jacket which is larger in size, so i wanted a replacement but by mistake i selected their some insider points thing and they are not accepting it now.
        I have told them at the same moment when I did that mistake so that it can be undone and it should be . I dont think it is a big issue for them .Now they are not accepting my return.
        24th off October Nike jacket return diya tha uska refund abhi tak nhi Mila hai myntra wale daily new date dete hai worst & Ford company...
        Purchased tshirt of kook and keech branch, but tshirt got damaged after one wash

          I purchased cottinfab women navy blue solid a-line dress from myntra in september and for some reason i returned it on 27 september. On 30 september refund got initiated but i didn't get any amount in my bank account. After few days they send a mail that refund got failed as bank details was not correct, i again mailed them correct details and called them, customer support replied that they updated account details and i will get acknowledgement regarding this and get payment in 2-3 bank days. From that day to till 11th of november, i chased them lots of times but always they are saying to wait for 24 hours you will get your payment. But still i did not get any refund.

          I hv order tresemme shampoo n conditioner combo with Philips hair dryer dated 04th oct order id is[protected]-1275703 but not received my order yet. Nd i hv complained 5-6 times on customer care number. But there is no positive response from the customer service nd repeatedly said to wait for 24hrs since 5th of nov.This is very unsatisfactory
          I had purchased a wall clock in the month of July and it is not working now.. So bad quality products... Even if we buy a clock from the footpath that would work till years... I am very disappointed with this product.
          I would request you to kindly replace the product or refund the amount and collect the product back.

          I have been registered return request so many times but not further action on it, And even after talked with myntra manager my refund still not recived, and now they are not give me a response about my complaint,

            I had ordered for hrx 3/4 active wear from myntra (Order no :[protected]-4024003 dt:- 12th oct 19). It was delivered to me on oct14, 2019. When i opened the package, there was no price tag inside it and the string which attached to price tag that is also cut. I immidiatly call the customer care and compaint regarding product recieved with out price tag so kindly raised companint regarding the product received without price tag & cut string within 5 min of delivery of the product (Oct14th) but the request was declined on oct15th as they said they had verified with their quality check. So after that i raised return request that also they decline due to missing price tag, for no fault of mine. The product is unused and new. Why should i me made to pay for no fault of mine. There is no way for a consumer to verify if a package has price tag inside without opening it to decline delivery.
            I raised the concern with myntra multiple times and clearly told them its not my fault. I have ordered hundreds of products in the past and i have never faced such a problem. This should be a human error at their end where they missed placing the price tag while packing the product. I also explained that the return request was placed the very same day the delivery was made and that the product is new and unused. Each time i got the same reply "post reviewing your case, i regret to inform you that we will be unable to accept your return request as the price tags are missing. The price tag is the proof of authenticity for this product due to which we are unable to restock or resell the product." their customer respresentatives blaiming me only for missplacing the price tag. I had all the call records for the same. I even asked them how you had verified that you ship the product with price tag show us the same.
            Why should i suffer for no fault of mine?

                  I placed a order on myntra and it is showing delivered with some signature. Please its a request to all people to not pay any money in advance to myntra as its fraud case. Payment is deducted, status shows delivered without any delivery to original customer. Company policy is to complain within 5 days but if youll are so concerned about your customers then you should investigate when a genuine customer makes a complaint. This was my first and last horrible experience with myntra

                  Ordered a fuzzy sweater by fort Collins (order no[protected]-6277303) placed.. But they instead send me some cheap kind of sweater. Now I can't return it as the guy is not accepting the product bcoz it's different from actual photo of the product.

                    On 23 of oct i tried to return due to fitting issues... But unable to return the products, a error massage was showing - ' we are sorry something unexpected happened'. Same msg was showing again nd again. Now i am unable to return bc there is no return option.
                    After 2 days, i called cx care he said you cant return it due to return period has been expired.
                    Jst bc of your technical prob, i did not return on time.
                    Why should i suffer for no fault of mine!!!

                      I had purchased 2 products from myntra on flipkart paylater scheme placed return immediately as the product was not as required its been 18 days now noone came to pickup the products several cals were made to customer care but no resolution they want me to pay the pay later amt as the due date is 10 nov n then they will see n act but i disagree on this as i placed the return request 18 days back is noone turned up its not my fault n secondly yesterday i get msg the request is rejected then i cal again they say will place the request again did that got msg today morng person will come to pickup today n after 2 hrs i get msg unable to pickup cust requested reschedule so fraud business these myntra n their courier partners are doing im so frustrated i have clearly mentioned them i will not pay the due amt of flipkart pay later i dt want my money to stuck nobody turns up n then i have to run behind for my refund. Now its their cal if they want the product they can act accordingly wenever they want to not my concern nor fault but i will not pay any single penny which im not keeping n did my job well in advance after all this im not a fool to trust them n do this mistake i dt care u put late payment charge or anything else its myntra mistake let them take a cal now im so iritated that will never shop here n advice everybody be very cautious wid them i had heard they are fraudulent frm my close ones now experiencing the same shame on y myntra no business etiquette

                        I ordered 8 things from myntra, prepaid via credit card. 4 of those products the very next day on my app started showing the status, 'returned to origin'. I got an email that it was due to an internal error. But when i looked up online this rto meant due to non avaialability of the buyer. I wasnt contacted and the parcel did not even reach my place and yet it was returned. This is disappointing, myntra is a huge platform, we order so much from them. But such a callous attitude is not a good sign. Apart from an email i wasnt even contacted by the seller, for further explaination. When you order, pay and wait for a parcel but it doesnt turn up and the company doesnt even bother to explain, its really pathetic.

                          Requested for an Adidas bag for 4k and was send an other bag worth 1k...on complaining a refund was initiated without even contacting me while I was told I will get a call bck within 24hrs.

                          Really ashamed of being a Myntra Icon and being cheated like this by you all.

                          Being fraudulent and then straight denial for exchange was added misery to my concern.
                          I called to complaint and no one was ready to speak to me. I was on call for 35 mins and the associate was not asking me to hang up quite frequently.

                          I never expected this from Myntra. Having a set image in the market and then declining the quality of product and services will not lead for a great success In the long run.

                          As an esteemed Myntra Icon customer like you all mention I am sure I am entitled for a compensation for the hassle I had to face because of Myntra. Wasting my time calling again and again and getting no resolution at all.

                          I need a quite good reply for the same.

                          Hope this email doesn't go in vain.

                            Myntra this is a very bad service to your customers you can't steal someone's money. Help me out asap.

                              I ordered a pack of 2 h&m jogger pants from myntra mobile app where it was mentioned about 30 day return policy. The order was not complete, one pant was missing from the pack.
                              I have filed a return, the myntra delivery boy refused to take it back as the order was complete.
                              On calling customer care, the representative said now the order cannot be returned as i have missed 48 hours window as i didnt know about this and it was not even mentioned also.

                              I have spend the money also, and the order is of no use for me as i had send it as a gift to someone.
                              When myntra cant match the standards of international brands, why it is collaborating with such big names and ruining their reputation also.

                              now i purchased one top for rs. 712.95. Dispatcher asked to pay rs.712.95. They not adjusted the amount in my credit amount.

                                I have ordered a Blackberry Black Jeans, which his showing on the website as delivered to me on Nov 3rd, 2019, but I have never received the product. The provided contact number of the customer care, is not working and there is no other way to reach out to them. It's shocking to see the Company like Myntra, who sells its product on such large scale and countrywide, can t afford a valid customer care channel or they just don't care to valid and working customer care number to remediate customer grievances. It just proves how hollow and fake their propaganda is about valuing the customer's needs and concerns. I have attached the order information and invalid customer care number.

                                I need the information of the product status and valid, working customer care number which is reachable.

                                It's a request to please escalate and take quick and strong action, not because am being impacted by this but so that we can save thousands of other consumers from misery.

                                  I had purchased a del mondo shoes online on myntra costing 2526. The sole of the shoe is wearing out gradually. I want to claim the warranty as the product was received by me on 12th july. I mailed the condition and details of the shoe to the shoe brand and they responded to claim the warranty directly to the purchasing site. Please expedite the issue...

                                  I placed an order on 5th October which was supposed to deliver on 10th oct. But from 10th October everyday started getting message as could not deliver the product whereas no delivery boy contacted me.After 4-5 days got call from mantra delivery team to accept as delivered and they will processed my refund as it was misplaced. As I disagreed for that and escalated the issue to customer care. To customercare executive confirmed that the item was delivered not delivered to me, as the signature shared was neither of watchman/roommates/neighbours.
                                  After escalating again keep on getting repeating email from customer support that it was delivered to me despite confirming that it's not.
                                  The whole process took almost a month.
                                  Again few days back I got call to initiate return, saying that the item is actually misplaced as he will return money in person. While initing return I mentioned the same. But every day I checked, the pick up date is showing postponed.

                                    I ordered a stylo bug girls blue & white printed a-line dress from myntra.com on oct 13 -2019 and i received it on oct 19-2019. But as the size of the dress is too small i requested for return on oct-19-2019and it is accepted by myntra on the same day. On oct 24-2019 i got a mail from myntra saying pickup failed. I raised complaint in myntra regarding this and waited till nov-1 but item has not been picked up. I again raised return request on nov-1 but till date the item is not picked up. Please take action to return my product and refund the amount asap
