I have cancelled order for my two jeans. Now they told me refund is intiated for the amount 2451. Now even after 9 days i have not recived any refund. I am student. I need that money. The refund is intiated on 21 nov. But no further update. Please help.

The customer care system doesn't work from 7pm-8am so i cant even contact the centre.
And even the chat system is busy there in myntra
I complain about the irresponsible contact system and of the poor customer care services as they dont provide any information about the problems
Due to limited stock thing i place the order and they dont even have a proper system for such a huge market demand... Really disappointed

I have purchased a black grey shirt from myntra but after reciving the shirt i found colour of shirt is too dull as it shown in image at myntra site so i submit a return request on mynta on 30oct they show pickup on 7 nov but on 7nov they rejected my request by saying we are unable to contact you so i again put a return requst on 10nov a then pickup time is 17nov but again same thing happened and again i have lodged the return reqst on 17nov then pickup is 25nov but same thing happend again and again, then i lodged a compaint (Comp no-in[protected]) and last return no ([protected]). Myntra is looting people like this

Hello. I cancled d order 13 days ago. These # # from myntra not initiated my refund yet. Everytime # # ask me to wait. #. Very very poor customer service. I asked them to cl bak ddnt get one. I ordered a hrx women burgandy sweatshirt from myntra along with some other products. I created a return request one day after recieving the products. Now i got a message from them that deliver the package to our pickup boy. The message did not have any mention about how many products to return and all that. I asked the pick up boy how many products to return he said 3. So i returned all 3 of them on 22 nd of november. After some time i get a message from myntra that i have to return the hrx burgandy sweatshirt to some other courier company. I contact the deliver boy, he says i submitted the items to myntra office. I inform myntra customer care about the issue and continuously call them from 22nd of november but they don't provide me with any resolution. My money gone. What a mistake it was to order from this site. They are giving so much mental agony and harrassing the customers. Please is someone can help to get my money back

I got my bodycare innerwears delivered day before yesterday however, i mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange my shoes. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.

I had ordered a pair of dorothy perking trousers but it turned out too big for me so i decided to return it. Myntra refused pickup saying original tags are missing. All original tags that i received are intact and attached to the trousers.
I have reached out again and again to the customer support but they are unable to help. I have already shared the pictures of tags received with myntra. The trousers are unused and in the same condition...

I have cancelled my order which was paid through myntra credit, they have mentioned that myntra credit is instant refund but the amount is not yet refunded and when i checked with the customer service they asked to wait 48 hours and even after deadline got completed refund is not yet done & when i checked again with the customer care (Himanshi singh) they are asking to wait 48 hours more and my question to myntra is if you need more than...

I have inr 4543 as myntra credit. They refuse to transfer it to my bank account.
I ordered an item worth 4543 and while returning it, chose "myntra credit" as a refund option, by mistake. However, this money is valid only for one year and cannot be transferred to the bank account from which it was deducted.

Kindly suggest what should be done since this is a significant amount of money.

I'm very obsessed now it's about more then an month and i'm not getting my refund back i brought a product from myntra.com and when i have to replace it then blue dart courier man take it from me saying that you will get your refund back and he give me an bill and a month passed i still waiting for my refund even i visit to blue dart near me but they are not helping me now the last way is to complain this matter to police otherwise give my refund back within 2 days

I placed an order from the myntra app and paid using upi (Google pay) but i cancelled the order right away due to size issues. But i haven't received the refund yet. I called the helpline also but they say they have initiated the refund but it has not been reflected in my account. Please help me for getting my refund amount back. My order no. Last month sep 29 i was placed an order at myntra and my order number:[protected]-3104101 but till now my goods was not delivered cost rs.1363.00 but today evening i got an email after 21 days saying that your order was cancelled... Please replace your order but today cost of these goods rs. 2100 and i was payment made via paypal wallet and i lost my paypal first user coupon worth 400. First ofall customer satisfaction is the main moto of every business this is not fair myntra... Beause of your negligence i lost my happiness.. I order my goods due to an occasion of my sisters marriage.. But myntra felt dissatisfied. I want my goods back but they give my refund 0f rs 1363.

I received the product with the wrong size and not as i expected, however i have collected insider points on myntra by mistake, and informed the customer care immediately to help me out as i wanted the return of the product. However they clearly refused to help me out and refused to make any return or refund.
The behavior was totally wrong as i informed them in a minute about how i accidentally chose the points collection option. I even told them to just exchange the product and i can buy something else with the amount as the product delivered to me was of bad quality. But there was no assistance received from the customer care people. Order was delivered to me on 27th nov 1pm and on the same day at 11 pm i tried to place the return which i was unable to do so.

I bought shoes from myntra which was a prepaid package hence it was dropped at my place without my presence.
The packet did not have shoe box and shoes were in packet in poly bag. When i returned it because it did not fit me myntra did not take it back saying that this does not have shoe box.
I can prove also that no shoe box was there but myntra help did not want to listen. The packet cannot hold shoe box, i have picture also but no one is listening.

What do i do now? Can people be cheated so easily?
I placed return on those shoe after 1 day. Where will i throw box in just one day?

I placed an order on August 12, 2019 on myntra of INR.2698.5, amount deducted from my OBC account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank OBC confirms that amount has been transferred to their account but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. what is going on.. how can myntra cheat like this. they are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. i want my money back.

Which has been put on hold for refund. The product was put on hold as it was returned without any damage from my side.
This is not the kind of customer service i expect as i have returned the item the very next day. This has caused me a lot of mental agony as i can assure you that i am not at fault.

Myntra site is one of worst site i have ever seen.. And i am not gonna let them run away with my money.. Cheater no1.. I had returned two footwear one had size issue only but product was new and in good condition but they put them on hold due to quality check.. From where quality check reason came i dont know.. They are such a looter.. And the second one i returned because i got bit worn out product but fault wasn't mine then why i am suffering.. I will definitely go to the court and complain this looter site.

Bought 2 dresses. Returned both dresses the next day 31st oct. For one whole month, they've just sent me on a wild goose chase. Haven't gotten my money. For 754 rupees. They have been playing with my time. No shame whatsoever. Thoroughly angry and disappointed.
The worst customer service in the whole world. Even club factory does better.
I've called them so many times.

As m regular customer of myntra. But very disappointed with delivery boy as he is not coming to home to deliver the parcel.. Whenever i order parcel from myntra he call me to come outside to pick up the parcel.. Also his behavior is very rough.. Many times he called me when he was drunk.. And never deliver the parcel at right time.. When i talked with him about complain against him even he didn’t care about complain.. Also he never return change and i asked for return he always said he had no change.
