I placed an order on myntra containg 3 products and made payment using upi (Phonepe) but had to cancel as ordered on wrong address. The refund for two products has been received but still pending for one of 2257.80 rs. I called many times to myntra customer care regarding the issue but they said they have processed the refund but different executive telling different dates as 7th nov, 8th nov, 11th nov. I even have the proof for it. Then i emailed also and got the reply as "refund successfully processed on[protected] for rs -2257.80 bank reference number is[protected]". I called my bank and phonepe customer care with this reference no. Phonepe said that there is no transaction with this reference no. And bank said there is no transaction of 2257.80 rs in your bank account by myntra. Its been 24 days and still didnt get refund. Please help me with this.

I have purchased watch from them n i get to know that it's defective and i did so many follow up with them to replace or refund my money.. I didn't get proper update from.. I called customer care many times they place call on hold n asked me wait almost hour and in-between they disconnect cal.. Recently i talk to one of their manager name shivani and anushree.. I almost waited for hour talk to them but they disconnected my cal without even giving the proper solution.. They are asking me to contact some brand company regarding that watch problem n watevr they are telling those are not from any brand they are a service centre people.. I purchased watch by paying 3280 rs and now they want me repair it and use it. From nov 20th i am following up with them and failed to get a proper response from them. I hope my issue will be resolved soon here and u people help me solving it

It happened twice. I placed an order for 2414 rs and order successfully placed and money got debited and also reward points were also given to me. But when i saw the order tab to track my order it dint show my order details. So i contacted the customer care they said the amount will be refunded again i placed the order the same thing happened. What's wrong with myntra

This is to inform you that i have ordered two sweatshirts hoodies on 26/11/19 my prepaid order no[protected][protected]-1597601 for sweatshirts hoodies has not been delivered to me instead the deliveryman has delivered it to the wrong recepient without even calling or consulting me on 26/11/19. And the status is showing that it has been delivered to me.
So i request you to take the matter into consideration.

So i placed the order for 2 watches and when i received the 2 different packages i found that the sonata blue watch is missing from the box and thus straight away within 15min of receiving the package i called myntra and informed everything and they asked me to wait till 29th nov so they can check on the issue and on 29th i got the mail saying you’re calm for missing item is been declined.. Now called them again and they said they can’t do anything about it.. It’s just declined. They say they check whole procedure of packing and everything then how come i received different jacket then i ordered? That's whole idea of doing investigation and stuff is stupid myntra is simply scamming people..
I will take some serious action this time
Myntra.com took my 999/- and gave me empty tin of the watch and said sorry the inconvenience that you had.
This is not a joke i won't tolerate this being tax payer and respectfull citizen of this country it is my duty to report these people.

I purchased from myntra few times and due to quality issues i returned the product. Now because i have been put i. This return abuse category every time i have to buy will have to pay the delivery charges. Also they do not have any provision to get the myntra credit balance back to the bank account. And this way my whole amount has got stucked by myntra.

This is highly disgusting policy levied on customer where they ar forced to buy on myntra and the amount is not transferred back to the customer.

I purchased a nike shoe worth 3200 from myntra. But within 1 month the shoe got tored from upper side. For same i raised a concern. I shared all the details over the email with myntra support. Many times they ask for pictures. After 5 days but they arw saying it's not manufacture difect. But my concern is in myntra like platform there are fake products.

I have placed order worth 4005 inr on myntra, money got deducted from my bank. But myntra customer service associate says that they have not received payment. Here is the transaction proof: thank you for using your sbi debit card 510xx3605 for a purchase worth rs4005.0 on pos payust[protected] at www.myntra.com txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this email from email id registered with sbi to [protected]@sbi.co.in to block your card. You may also call[protected]

On 30th november 2019 i placed an order for amount 1525, the money was deducted but the order was not placed, this is not what is expected out of a reputed and renowned online shopping website, spoils the entire shopping experience, also the customer service is not up to the mark, there's no chat option or a proper help line no to address the issue to, please resolve this issue asap.

I have cancelled order for my two jeans. Now they told me refund is intiated for the amount 2451. Now even after 9 days i have not recived any refund. I am student. I need that money. The refund is intiated on 21 nov. But no further update. Please help.

The customer care system doesn't work from 7pm-8am so i cant even contact the centre.
And even the chat system is busy there in myntra
I complain about the irresponsible contact system and of the poor customer care services as they dont provide any information about the problems
Due to limited stock thing i place the order and they dont even have a proper system for such a huge market demand... Really disappointed

I have purchased a black grey shirt from myntra but after reciving the shirt i found colour of shirt is too dull as it shown in image at myntra site so i submit a return request on mynta on 30oct they show pickup on 7 nov but on 7nov they rejected my request by saying we are unable to contact you so i again put a return requst on 10nov a then pickup time is 17nov but again same thing happened and again i have lodged the return reqst on 17nov then pickup is 25nov but same thing happend again and again, then i lodged a compaint (Comp no-in[protected]) and last return no ([protected]). Myntra is looting people like this

Hello. I cancled d order 13 days ago. These # # from myntra not initiated my refund yet. Everytime # # ask me to wait. #. Very very poor customer service. I asked them to cl bak ddnt get one. Every time chat is closed by them befor lisng. Myntra sucks. Initiate my refund bloody #. Your compny sucks. Myntra sucks. Dnt buy antng frm this # site myntra. ### you.

I ordered a hrx women burgandy sweatshirt from myntra along with some other products. I created a return request one day after recieving the products. Now i got a message from them that deliver the package to our pickup boy. The message did not have any mention about how many products to return and all that. I asked the pick up boy how many products to return he said 3. So i returned all 3 of them on 22 nd of november. After some time i get a message from myntra that i have to return the hrx burgandy sweatshirt to some other courier company. I contact the deliver boy, he says i submitted the items to myntra office. I inform myntra customer care about the issue and continuously call them from 22nd of november but they don't provide me with any resolution. My money gone. What a mistake it was to order from this site. They are giving so much mental agony and harrassing the customers. Please is someone can help to get my money back

I got my bodycare innerwears delivered day before yesterday however, i mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange my shoes. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.

I have inr 4543 as myntra credit. They refuse to transfer it to my bank account.
I ordered an item worth 4543 and while returning it, chose "myntra credit" as a refund option, by mistake. However, this money is valid only for one year and cannot be transferred to the bank account from which it was deducted.

Kindly suggest what should be done since this is a significant amount of money.

I'm very obsessed now it's about more then an month and i'm not getting my refund back i brought a product from myntra.com and when i have to replace it then blue dart courier man take it from me saying that you will get your refund back and he give me an bill and a month passed i still waiting for my refund even i visit to blue dart near me but they are not helping me now the last way is to complain this matter to police otherwise give my refund back within 2 days

I called the helpline also but they say they have initiated the refund but it has not been reflected in my account. Please help me for getting my refund amount back. My order no. Last month sep 29 i was placed an order at myntra and my order number:[protected]-3104101 but till now my goods was not delivered cost rs.1363.00 but today evening i got an email after 21 days saying that your order was cancelled... Please replace your order but today cost of these goods rs. 2100 and i was payment made via paypal wallet and i lost my paypal first user coupon worth 400. First ofall customer satisfaction is the main moto of every business this is not fair myntra... Beause of your negligence i lost my happiness.. I order my goods due to an occasion of my sisters marriage.. But myntra felt dissatisfied. I want my goods back but they give my refund 0f rs 1363.

I received the product with the wrong size and not as i expected, however i have collected insider points on myntra by mistake, and informed the customer care immediately to help me out as i wanted the return of the product. However they clearly refused to help me out and refused to make any return or refund.
The behavior was totally wrong as i informed them in a minute about how i accidentally chose the points collection option. I even told them to just exchange the product and i can buy something else with the amount as the product delivered to me was of bad quality. But there was no assistance received from the customer care people. Order was delivered to me on 27th nov 1pm and on the same day at 11 pm i tried to place the return which i was unable to do so.
