warranty claim

I had purchased a del mondo shoes online on myntra costing 2526. The sole of the shoe is wearing out gradually. I want to claim the warranty as the product was received by me on 12th july. I mailed the condition and details of the shoe to the shoe brand and they responded to claim the warranty directly to the purchasing site. Please expedite the issue...

I placed an order on 5th October which was supposed to deliver on 10th oct. But from 10th October everyday started getting message as could not deliver the product whereas no delivery boy contacted me.After 4-5 days got call from mantra delivery team to accept as delivered and they will processed my refund as it was misplaced. As I disagreed for that and escalated the issue to customer care. To customercare executive confirmed that the item was delivered not delivered to me, as the signature shared was neither of watchman/roommates/neighbours.
After escalating again keep on getting repeating email from customer support that it was delivered to me despite confirming that it's not.
The whole process took almost a month.
Again few days back I got call to initiate return, saying that the item is actually misplaced as he will return money in person. While initing return I mentioned the same. But every day I checked, the pick up date is showing postponed.

    I ordered a stylo bug girls blue & white printed a-line dress from myntra.com on oct 13 -2019 and i received it on oct 19-2019. But as the size of the dress is too small i requested for return on oct-19-2019and it is accepted by myntra on the same day. On oct 24-2019 i got a mail from myntra saying pickup failed. I raised complaint in myntra regarding this and waited till nov-1 but item has not been picked up. I again raised return request on nov-1 but till date the item is not picked up. Please take action to return my product and refund the amount asap

      My complaint is against myntra. I had purchased a product ceriz beige loafers on 24th october 2019. I received the product on 29th october and since it was a small size i placed a return request on the same day. On 30th october at around 1.30-1.45 the pick up guy (Name unknown) his contact no ([protected]) picked up the product and i received an email with the return no: [protected] (Photo attached). I haven’t received my refund yet as myntra people are saying that the product was not returned whereas i have a proof that the product was picked up. I spoke to the delivery guy too and he said that he updated them that he has picked up the product. I want my
      Refund of 996.45 to be initiated.

        Hello sir/ maam, i purchased 6 item from myntra from that i want return 3 item because i had fitting issue i had created returns request but it was declined then i talked to myntra customer care person they filed a complaint against my declined request and created return request again then agian it was declined. Now this is the 10 th time your myntra customer person creating my return request not giving any reason why it is declining and no response. I had talked to everyone your myntra supervisor but they are generating return request and as always it is declining within 2 to 3 days and no one is coming to pick the item. Plz atleast provide reason for decline i am very much tired.

          Hi team,
          This is regarding order no:[protected]-1055801 jompers blue kurta and pajama. I have placed order on 22nd october and received the product on 25th october '19. But i have received only 1 thing i. E. Jompers kurta and not pajama. I have paid online for both the things. I have used the kurta, that is why i have asked the team to send me pajama because i do not want to return the used kurta. After many follow up, team is not ready to listen and they are saying that they will not refund the money for pajama and they will not take used kurta. This is the worst experience with myntra and i had to take legal action against you guys. I am just asking for pajama or else refund my money for pajama. But you guys are not ready to provide any alternative action for this. I have made may follow up and now i am going to logged complaint against myntra in consumer forum.

            Hi sir/madam,

            I have ordered a crocs of size 10 by mistake. When the package reached home, my parents received it since i was not at home. By the time i reached home they have removed the tag and the outer package.
            Since it was one size larger i have requested for an exchange. Yesterday the delivery guy came with the new package. But while the time of verification they demanded for the outer package cover (Myntra cover). My parents was unaware about the neccessity of it. Am currently in a stage where i cant use the crocs and i lost 2400 rs. The thing i have currently is the unused corcs, the box and the bill.
            So kindly do something for the return or exchange for my product. Its a request and am from a middle class family. So this 2500 means a lot for me and i cant let it go. Please i will be waiting for a reply as soon as possible.

              The customer care is really really bad. they don't help and are only there to not help with any issues. I had ordered some clothes on mytra and they had 30 days returns, which they changed to 15 without notice after the product was bought and customer care refuses to help and wants a screenshot of the 30 days for the product as proof!

                I want to file complaint against Myntra as it cancelled my product and have reason of customer unavailable. They neither contacted me on my number nor tried to deliver product. Now they are saying that u were unavailable for delivery. My main question to Myntra is”How can I be available for last 7days”, just accept your mistake and deliver my product as soon as possible.
                I ordered the product for very important function and they cancelled me giving useless reasons and when I tried contacted them they told me we can’t do anything now as product is “Returned to origin”.

                  On its first (and last) use, the fabric body came away from the frame. Apart from the embarrassment and inconvenience I had to experience, I now have a useless bag for which I had paid so much.
                  I tried to call and talk it out with Myntra but they do not have an effective redress system for me. There is just an automatic call system without any real CCE to guide me through this problem.

                  My product is useless on its first use within one month of its purchase. I have been a very loyal customer of Myntra and this is the first complaint from my side about them. But since they have no proper system to look into my complaint I am compelled to deal with it this way.

                  I would like them to kindly take back the item and return my money. I am aware that I have used the product once, but if a product fails to deliver in its first use, I really don't know how to move on when I spent considerable amount of money on it.
                  It must have been a damaged product or one without appropriate quality testing. It was on discount so could have fairly been a defective product. In any case, nothing solves my problem till I know that value for my hard earned money is met. Hope you will look into it earnestly. Thanking you,

                    Hi, i received the deborah milano lipstick on 30th oct. As soon as i uncoverd the packaging the golden outer covering was scattered all over with scratch marks and rust. Looking the condition of the outer covering i did not even opened te lipstick so the label is intact. I immediately called your customer service and they assured me that their team will contact me by 4th of nov. The back end team rejected my complaint though i got a defective product. The lipstick looks so old as if it has been shelf for 10 years.

                      My issue is missing shoes i purchased a product from myntra that will delivered on 28 oct when i opened the box is empty then i raise a request on myntra recently then they give me a time to provide resolution on 31 oct. When i checked my email on 31 oct they tell me my complaint is declined from team. They does not helping me regarding my product. I tell every time nd discused about what will be i do they does not provide any resolution. Please help me about they didn't help me.

                      I also tried call regularly and they tell me we didn't help me about this order. i pay money at the they tell me we delivered our product very safely and also once we declined your they can't help and didn't provide any resolution.

                        Received order and i found price tags were not intact / not stuck that was really disappointing so created return request in 10mins time order was delivered but guess what my return was decline because price tags were not intact.

                        Without any quality check order was sent.. Myntra putting that blame on me and declining my refund request.

                        They are cheating on customers.

                          I had ordered a product on october 23, 2019 from myntra and it was suppose to get delivered on 29th october.

                          Today is november 4, 2019 i have still not received that product.

                          When you contact customer care, their stupid team says please wait until november 7, 2019 we provide you with the latest update.

                          Who the hell wants the latest update, just delivery my product.

                            I recently bought a skullcandy earphones from myntra.com, those are not working and they have a warranty of 2 years. So i sent my earphones along with warranty claim form and invoice given by myntra.com to skullcandy service centre india and they told the product is different from its name mentioned in invoice and then i checked in google and skullcandy original website and i confirmed that the product name which is stated in myntra.com is different and i sent the screenshots and emails to myntra.com customer service but they didn't taken any action. Skullcandy service centre said it is not possible to replace the earphone as the name is different in invoice. Myntra.com is cheating people and i lost 1062 rupees because of it.

                              They won't update your details or initiate refund through calling on their helpline number
                              Their helpline is useless

                                Myntra is delivering products to customers without price tags and post delivery if a customer wants to replace or return the item they are refusing to pick it up. I was delivered 2 t-shirts without a price tag and on return the pick up was taken and later rejected saying price tags missing. Since the size for the tshirt was small had to return the product.
                                On being questioned that at time of quality checks there could be some picture of the product taken or a cctv footage to prove that the price tag was missing at the time of dispatch only from the myntra warehouse the support person didn't have any answer.
                                Myntra is thoroughly cheating customers. The pick up staff of the company is also thoroughly unprofessional. They would pick up the products without any quality checks at the door step and tell that sms would be received for the collection of products and later reject the quality checks. Worst shopping experience provided by the company post it has been acquired by flipkart. Earlier was a trusted brand for online shopping.

                                  They have delivered the order to the wrong city though i have given the correct address without contacting me by their own it very pathetic on their part to do such things without the customer fault. I want my order to be delivered with the same amount. The company didn't provide me any solution neither they try to contact. They are going all the process from delivery to wrong city and giving me reason that i was not available to take the courier though it as 200km away from what i have given address please contact [protected]

                                    A myntra delivery executive called me to delivery a product. I was not at home at that moment. I asked him about price and ask him to visit my house and delivered the product.
                                    At home my mother was not aware of the amount of that product. He was asked the executive about the product. The executive clearly denied to inform and did misbehave. He told that do complaint whatever i just cancelled your order if you says that you will be complained.

                                      Already returned the items 4 weeks back and refund was not initiated. Called customer service and had a chat with a team. When i chat with them they say that the bank details are highlighted and within 3 business days it will be refunded. Waited for 7 days and called them again they said the same thing. Called after 2 weeks and spoke with raju, he said that the bank details are incorrect, need the correct one. Once it is updated within 3 business days amount will be refunded. Again mailed the correct details and no refund after 3 weeks. Called them again and the agent is saying system is not taking the bank details and need the alternate one. Why can't they send the email when the details are incorrect? Everytime we have to keep a followup on that. Worst service i had experienced with myntra. Gonna uninstall once i get the refund.
