I ordered an elle 18 lipstick on 29th September. I receievd the lipstick today. The proce was worth Rs. 90. The lipstick is broken and used and not properly packed. This is the first time it has happened. I have always trusted Myntra and been a loyal customer. An action better be taken or I advocate not buying cosmetics from Myntra. Really disappointed....

I m very disappointed with the behavior of delivery man he used bad language with me he said i don't care about myntra complaint i will not deliver ur parcel used the word like tum landord hogi apni ghar par he aboused me as well. I asked him nicely when u will come firstly he ignores me than said ur address is not mentioned than past two days he haras me as well please take a action against him.. My order no. :[protected]-0099001 has been continuously declined day by day. The executive says to bring it like today but wouldn't deliver tomorrow. He is doing this for like, six days. I want my package as soon as possible. I also tried Myntra's "contact us" option. But everytime I try, it says that they aren't available at the moment. I tried to call the executive but the phone no. is not correct. I can't call the company either....

They don't deliver my product... Playing with my product.

One day it is in tollygunje, kolkata.. Next day it is in bhawanipur, kolkata... The next day again it is again in same place tollygunje.. And now today it is in chinnar park, kolkata
They are just moving this product from one centre to another in kolkata.br...

I have placed an order for a sari for rs 942.95 on 30th sep. Not only the amount for deducted twice from my icici account but also no order placed is shown on myntra orders section. I have done a payment through paypal and have their transaction id as well as invoice id but myntra claims they haven’t received the order at their end. Cheaters and scammers this company has become, robbing people of their money. Frauds...

Myntra has just exceeded their limit.. They don't care about the customer.

They were to deliver my product on 29/09/2019. This is the delivery date.

Right now from 29th, they are moving my product from one delivery to another in the same city..

1st it was in bhawanipur on 30th (1km from my address). Next day it was moved to tollygunje.. They didn't even deliver me.. Now it has been moved to chinnar...

So i requested the return mentioning wrong product as a reason, but the collecting guy denied to accept the product and told me to. Call myntra for help. Which i tried but didn’t but there is no proper response to my problems. Please help me and take this product and refund my money back....

I ordered red tape men running shoes on 8th septemebr 2019, but received a damaged product with its side strap broken.
Even the cardboard packaging was also broken.
I raised 2 complaints to file return and refund request, but both the times it was declined.

This t-shirt returned due to sizes and not fitting my body. What's why i was returned it to myntra hub through speed post by myself. Recieved a pack of 2 jeans on 30th september 2019 and i was waiting for my order of 3rd jeans. Later i learned that 3rd jeans is already delivered on 30th october 2019. On 2nd october 2019 when i try to understand the situation they told me that i can't complaint now cause i should have complained within 48hrs. All cheaters.. On 29th september 2019 the order was placed from my account by sone hacker and it was not placed by me or by my any known person. I really wonder how could someone do that which myntra has no strong back to it. On 1st october, 2019 around 6:50, while i was placing an order on myntra amount rs.2933 got debited from my sbi bank account. I didn't believe at first so i kept on generating otp again. Then i received a message saying transaction has been cancelled due to insufficient balance. I got worried and i emailed myntra as call and message were not available. No reply till now. Chat is not available telling all agents are busy. Call back is not...

Today i installed the myntra app and attempted to place an order in my area pincode number 799002. It was my first order and i have never rejected any order before. But unfortunately cod is not available in this pincode. I really want to purchase products from this app because i really liked the items. Therefore i kindly request to work on it soon as possible....

Can not exchange product after redeeming insider points

I got my read tape shoes delivered today however, i mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange my shoes. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

I placed an order on myntra on 30th september, 2019. I payed through paypal. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.
