I placed an order on myntra on 1st of october which was delivered around 4th october 2019
The size that i ordered was too large so i decided to return the order. My order was picked up on friday afterwards the refund was processed and amount is 796.95 on 12th october 2019. Then through a mail they said my bank info is incorrect so i shared my bank details but till date 31st october i haven't received my payment. I wrote down so many mails to myntra but they are not responding properly.

    The order has been picked up on12oct 2019 by xpressbees delivery partner. But still the refund has not been processed. Even customer care executive and senior supervisor are not helping in this case. I have already shared receipt with them. But then also they are not resolving my issue. They continuously ask for 24hrs and just do nothing...kindly help me out. It's so torchering.

      The product i received it was not good as quality, so i request to return the product . First time it automatically got canceled so again i request for return that also canceled automatically, so i called customer care executive of myntra and told them about this issue they said it might be some technical fault so i believed them but
      Five times my return request automatically cancelled without no reason, When i contact customer care executive they only give me complaint numbers.without resolve previous complaint they are giving me new complaint no.
      Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The product is too large for me and I decided to return it but the myntra keep cancelling my return after 24 hours of confirmation. Please help.

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: bagpack

        The issue that i have experienced was: sir, my product was to be delivered on 22nd october but due to some delay they told me that it will be delivered on 28thoct but it has not been delivered yet. Today's date -30th oct.

        It occurred on: 28/10/2019

        I want u to change the address to house no-39992/42, 10th cross, anjaneya bhadwane, davangere karnataka and deliver it there.

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

        The delivery boy said that you will come in office if you want fast service.
        Delivery boy came to location and my uncle handover the shoes to delivery boy and i was still on the call delivery boy told me that shoes is dirty i told him that i used the shoes and went to the outside hardly 1 km to check shoes fitting but he denied and rudely behaviors to me

          Dear myntra,
          I have ordered two sarara dress and two track pants on 22nd october. It was received on 26th october when we were out of town for vacation by our mother. Yesterday night we came back thats is 29/10/2019. On opening the parcel only two saraa dress are found but two track pats are absent. The size of the cover itself shows that it cant accomodate four items. What i feel is that two tracks were missed at packing time.
          On reaching to customer care, danish and his senior raj, said sorry for lodging complaint as it's beyond 48 hours. (Just before 15 mins 12:30pm 30/10/2019)
          It's rediculous for denying to lodge a complain. Second we came back yesterday night as it's diwali holiday and we were out of town, naturally unable to check your goods.
          I was asked to have a proof of it. As we were not aware of your mistake in advance we haven't recorded it.
          But now i ask you to send me the proof that you have packed four items and it contained two items which we claim missing.
          As it's your regular business and you should have a proof to have everything packed properly and according to the order.
          Pl send proof or resolve the problem by sending remaining two track pants or refund our money.
          I am a loyal customer of yours since 5-6 years.

          I have checked the signature and it is not something I recognize. The signature is not even a valid/ legitimate one.

            I have received wrong and damaged product. I have put the return request on 23rd oct and myntra promised me they will pick up on 24the but no one came. Estimated date was given 28th after multiple follow ups. When i called them today, they are now saying wait till 5th nov. This is really frustrating. All their customer representative keep giving excuses and disconnect the calls without helping. I need refund of these two products first. They can pickup the product whenever they want but i need my money back. I somehow received number of pick up agent from myntra when i called him he said he can't pick up and started abusing

              My order is not delivered to me instead returned to origin. The delivery service company ecom xpress didnt even tried to contact me to confirm my add. Infact other product which i ordered on same day and time delivered to me without any problem.

              Also i am not able to contact myntra customer care as its no. is not displayed but they provide their postal address like old fashion way. I simply get sorry for incovinience msg from ecom xpress and myntra. So dissapointed by myntra during festival season.

                money was deducted from my bank account but order was not placed in myntra shopping site.

                I ordered Puma navy blue cappela IDP slip-on Sneakers worth rupees 2309 on 29 october 2019 from Myntra. I prepaid using Punjab National Bank ATM and net amount of rupees 2530 was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account. I got confirmation for the deduction of money from my bank but the order was not placed. Please help me recover my money. This is cheating from myntra. Since i got no message from myntra if they have cancelled the order...

                  I haven't received a single call from your delivery executive for this particular product. Yet you are informing me that i have refused to collect the order.
                  This has been done for 5 times.
                  Myntra's behavior is very wrong this time. I am repeating again that i haven't refused or rejected this order.
                  Please make this delivery without faking for once.

                    I have received a cello tape tied up packet and I called on customer care and they suggest me to open that and that packet was full with papers and polythene but product not there I want my money back

                      So it is humble request to please deliver my package by 29 october 2019.
                      As per the information it is in my nearby hub, so please deliver it by morning on 29 oct 2019.

                        I have ordered ants women black solid ruffled top on 17th october and it's delivery date was given on 28th october. First of all it's not delivered on time but the actual problem is i can't even track it. There is no such detailed information about when it shipped, exact time of delivery, number of delivery person. It's urgent. I need this before 30th october. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. This was not expected from this kind of famous online site. Completely disgusting and such a communication gap. Resolve it now.

                            I ordered a mango puffer jacket worth 5590 inr and 5013 inr after discount on 27th oct 2019 using my union bank of india credit card. The order was successful and showed complete. Even the order number was generated order no:[protected]-5667501. The amount of 5013 inr also got deducted from my credit card account. But myntra has not sent any confirmation email. When i checked back, it was also not showing up on my myntra account. And is still not!
                            Myntra resolve this before i take up legal action. Asap.

                              Even after waiting si many days
                              And putting correct details it's still showing invalid.
                              I spoke to customer care aldo..they said to speak to the sender who gifted me this but she also can't do anything..she sent same card again and it's showing incorrect again.
                              How can that be possible.

                              I have placed an order of buying Tshirt on 30/09/2019 and I received wrong product that is totally different from the original product (as per the image shown in website ). Because of this, I have requested exchange of it. When the delivery boy come to exchange, he asked me to give original product, which I didn't receive.I said that I have received wrong product, that is why, I requested for exchange. He didn't take the wrong product because he has original product image in his mobile and he has to take only that product shown in image. Till now this process repeated 2 times. Regarding this issue I have made a complaint also by calling myntra customer care but I didn't receive the correct response from them.                               I have received information from them like this even though I have provided all the proofs of having received wrong product. This is so irritating and as of now I think like I wasted so much money and time in this issue.

                                Issue: return request declined for an unused/undamaged adidas sports shoe. The reason cited was a failed quality check. But i haven't worn the shoes simply because there are fitment issues and it's impossible for me to walk wearing them. The tags are intact.

                                Action taken by me:
                                1) tried returning the shoes for a refund. So as to buy some other pair of shoes with better fit.
                                Myntra declined this after recollecting the shoes from me, and cited a quality check issue. That the shoes had been worn (Which isn't the case). Myntra then reshipped the shoes back to me.

                                2) next, having received the same shoes again, i lodged a request for an exchange to at least get a bigger size (Size 12) of the same shoes. This time the delivery personnel himself refused to carry out the exchange citing the previous quality check issue, and asked me to get approval from the customer care.

                                3) next, the customer care gave empty assurances of raising tickets for re-investigation. After waiting for more than 10 days for the investigation to happen, i was intimated that they have concluded the investigation without even sending someone to verify the shoes' condition at my home.

                                This entire process of quality check and subsequent re-investigations was a sham and non-transparent.

                                Expected resolution: full refund of the amount rs. 1981.

                                  I ordered 2 tshirts on 2nd october on myntra.
                                  But i didn't get my order but the order was showing delivered. I also talked to the delivery boy who was going to deliver me. He said your delivery box has lost somewhere and his office sir said him to click on order delivered and signed a dummy sign in the mobile and pay him the amount of the order. But there is no any update from your side regarding this. Kindly check on this and let me know. Also i want the original order which i delivered if possible. If not, then i want my refund because that's their mistake and miscommunication.
                                  I also called the myntra customer care two times but there's no update regarding this.
                                  They just send me the proof of delivery as someone signed a dummy signature.

                                  I request you to kindly investigate on this and suitable action should be taken.

                                  I got a call from Myntra Head Office and they asked me about the whole scenario. They told me that they would investigate about it and after investigation..almost after 10 hours I got refund as Myntra Credits and Order was showing Lost in the Myntra My Orders menu under my delivery order.

                                    I have placed an order on 14th oct 2019, the expected date of delivery was 24oct. The items (2 in qty) reached delivery hub on 19 oct. Since it reached delivery hub earlier i expected delivery to be early to us. So for the same i contacted myntra customer executive on 23rd. As per him i need to wait till 24th oct as it was mentioned date for delivery and he assured of delivery on 24th oct.
                                    But the item was not delivered on 24th as well. Then again i called them on 25th and talked with senior executive and she said you have placed a complaint so you need to wait till 31st. But i cannot wait till 31st thats the reason after seeing expected delivery date i ordered the items. What is the point of giving fake delivery dates in myntra site if they cannot fulfill it. Yesterday the order was out for delivery but we did not receive any call from him. He then updated in the system that customer denied delivery. Why would someone deny after following up these many times with myntra executives. Its unacceptable that a site like myntra is doing such things with their customers. I have been hearing such stories about myntra from many people around me which is causing their reputation to go down.

                                    If you have intention to deliver the item to me then kindly do it by 30th. From 31st oct onwards i won't be able to collect it.
                                    I have ordered ferraiolo shoes from myntra 1 month back and it's mentioned that it has 2 months warranty but not more then one month it spoiled, wen I call Myntra they are saying to ask ferraiolo company, wen I called ferraiolo company they are saying complaint to Myntra. It's been more then 7days no one has replied
