I purchased a sweater for which insider points were showing, i didn't know what was that so i clicked on it and those points were added to my myntra app details and then it showed that i cannot return or exchange the product, for which i feel disgusted as the product i got is too oversized for me. It doesn't suit my body type and stature. I wanted to place a return request for the same as it cost me way too much for that sweater.
Please help me resolve this issue asap!

    I ordered shoes from myntra. The product did not fit me well. I proceeded to return the product. On the page, there was some shiny option which said collect points. I mistakenly clicked on it. Then the return option was gone. I called customer care. They told me you have collected insider points so this item can't be returned. I told them the product doesn't fit me and i do not need any points. The customer support person told me this is so unfortunate it happened to you. But we can't accept your return. If this product is of no use to you gift it to someone. We can't provide you any resolution.
    The item is of no use to me and it got delivered today only.

      I have bought a sandals of INR714
      from MYNTRA online shopping but they send me wrong product material instead which was they show in thier app.they told that the soul of sandal is synthetic but is is fully plastic not synthatic and also product quality is very poor.they loss my money and time also.i.want justice to loss my time.otherwise i will go for higher authority court.

        I have received a clothing (Stiched blouse) without any price tag. I raised a complain to them regarding the same as i want to return the product. According to them the price tag has been sent and they have a cctv footage for the same. So i ask them to provide the cctv footage. According to them (Conversation on call) they cannot provide the cctv footage, so i asked them to provide this in written to me that they they will not share the cctv footage to me, they are not even ready to share this in written to me. They say they cannot return the product and they will not provide anything (No footage and nothing on email).

        Customer is being cheated by such companies.
        Kindly take my concern forward.

        and every time i call myntra helpline they say that they have highlighted my request to accounts and to wait for 48 hrs. I dont know how to get my money back from myntra. please help.

          I placed an order from myntra on 5th dec 2019 worth rs.36, 000/- but i mistakenly collected the insider points due to which i'm unable to return or even exchange the products. I had word with customer care executive and they say that the points cannot be revoked and the products now can not be exchanged or returned.
          Kindly provide me with any solution or alternative with the same. It's a matter of big amount, my rs.30, 000 will be going straight down the drain.
          The policies are made for customer's benefits and it's not serving any of it's purpose. The products are not even of my use because of the size issue and i can't even exchange them now because of these points that i do not even want. It's the basic rule of online shopping that you can return/exchange the products if they don't look good or don't fit.
          The insider points are not providing any benefit to customer in this way but to myntra only.
          Please provide me with a solution or any alternative for the same.

            Approximately 2 weeks ago i placed a order of black solid backpack o[censored]nited colours of benneton from myntra shopping app
            I got these product on time but somehow quality was worst so i placed return and refund request.
            So next day my product was picked up from my home. I provided them my paytm payments bank account details for refund. But its more than a week i am not able to get my refund. Such a pathetic service from myntra.

            Delivery boy called me and told me to come to a different area as if was not able to come to my house then he told me he'll call after 5 min and he cancelled my order

              I have ordered h&m coat black in color the exact price was 5499 but after discount i had paid 4400 in which i also deducted my myntra credit points that was rs1000 in total i paid 3400 as of now i hv received my order but the coat is oversized so i want to return the order but i'm not able to return the product (Item cannot be returned due to the nature of the product) i'm getting this kind of response neither there is exchange policy nor return please help me

                Hi,

                I bought a jacket from Myntra on Nov 29th which was a wrong product. it didn't match the colour and the design. I raised a return request, next day Myntra representative came and reject the return as the product didn't match the image. He asked to contact Myntra support and take the approval and next day the problem will be resolved.

                As I was asked, I contacted Myntra helpdesk and had the complained registered. They asked me the image of the product and Tax invoice, I sent them immediately. To this date, I have not received any update so far, I've been calling Myntra everyday and they ask me to wait for 24 hrs, everytime I reach out to them.

                Please help me out here. The jacked is as it was received.

                  I have ordered a watch from myntra its been few days but they have not delivered the product to the courier service. But the tracking says that they have delivered it. Its showing the same from few days. I have contacted both courier service and myntra but the courier service says that they have not received the shipment yet so they can not do further process. Don't know why myntra is taking so much time. My awb number is [protected]. Please solve it asap.

                    I have paid from paytm upi but my order not placed and i have screenshot of my payment which was successfully paid to myntra account. But i haven't got any response from myntra after complaining so much.. I want my cash back any how.. Why are you doing this myntra.. I trust this app blindly but after this i have trust issue with this app.. Now please give my cash back

                      I had purchased 6 items from myntra online shopping under order no[protected]-2428501 on 25.10.19.
                      Few items were requested to be returned, but one of the item (Roadster women beige solid heels) was not accepted for return on the plea that original tag was not there.in this regard it is to mention that there was no original tag with the item, only one sticker showing mrp was there on the bottom of the heel, which was absolutely intact.
                      I request them to accept this item for return as it is confirmed that there was no separate tag other than rate sticker on the bottom of both heels.

                      This complaint was lodges on 13.11.19 as well as on 25.11.19, but no response at all from myntra.
                      I may please be contacted at [protected], is required.

                        I have purchased 7 men t-shirts from myntra on 29th nov 2019. My order no.:[protected]-9399001. Out of 7 t-shirts i have cancelled 2 of them of worth rs. 1148. I have got the email response saying that the order is cancelled successfully. As per refund policy of company the money should be refunded back to original mode of payment with 7-10 days. I have been following up with costumer care of myntra from last 5 days but keep on getting excuse like it will be initiated by end of day. Such attitude of myntra is not acceptable. Such incidence can be termed as fraud to customer. By doing this they will loose their market credibility.

                        I need refund of my money i have paid for the cancelled items.

                          Customer service was pathetic and useless and she hang up on me like i am asking for something impossible, i ordered two denims and today only the arrived i was sleeping and my brother took the order and didn't informed me as well, i woke up and saw that i can collect my insider points before the delivery because i was not aware that it was delivered so accidently i claimed points for both of them and after sometime i saw my order was there and when i opened it, one denim was absolutely fantastic, but the other one was a jogger instead so i chat with an agent and she told me that i can not exchange it because i claimed like seriously for the 70 points you want me to keep something that i don't want i told her to take all my points and she hang up on me this is unacceptable customer service is pathetic don't shop at myntra

                            I have received a fake product product from myntra. On contacting them i was told that the products are original and since i am out of the return window call was disconnected. This is the first time i am facing issues of receiving fake product. I fail to realise that they are protecting the seller on this. Myntra registered the complaint under number incident id - in[protected] and then responded by email stating they will not take a return as their products are original.

                              I had order a bluetooth earphones from myntra on 2 december 2019 and was delivered by 5 december. To my sorrow the product was received in a damaged condition withits led earbuds not working. When i called the service centre they stated that the product is not refundable or replacable due to the policies and asked me to service it. I find it very difficult since my rights are broken here. I would request the honourable court to look after into it and provide a justice keeping in mind the consumer rights.

                                I had ordered this watch on 1st december 2019 and received it on 4th december 2019. And i placed the return request as soon as i saw the product. The watch’s dial has scratches on it, the polish on the band has worn off from so many places! Even the invoice they gave is vertically cut into half so that the price, date and time of the whole order is not visible. The watch costs 9990. It is very very expensive. Please look into the matter asap. I called the customer care, they were not of much help. They are just saying that i’ll get an update regarding it on 11th december. I don’t want to keep the watch with me for that long. Please look into this matter and help. Please.

                                  I had ordered shoes from myntra and later, placed a return request as they didn't fit me well. The pickup executive arrived the same day but at the time i didn't have the shoe box with me. So i asked him to come back the next day. However, he placed my return request on hold, which required me to contact the support team to reschedule the pickup. I have been calling them ever since then (5 times until now) and they say that they will get back on the request in 24 hours but they never respond. I need help in getting the return through.

                                    I had self shipped a product which i had brought from myntra, view they had no pick up from my address.

                                    The refund of the courier charges have been credited to myntra pay but i wanted in my bank account, which is against my wish and will.

                                    I would like to lodge a complaint against myntra that they are forcing and harassing customer for crediting my courier charges in myntra pay only and not giving the courier charges in my bank account.

                                      And 03/12/2019 myntra delivery boy call me but on that day i am unable to take my order and at night i receive order delivered massage
                                      And then i complaint myntra customer care and i told him that i am not receive my order

                                      And now he did not respond he not help me
                                      This is my prepaid order when i contact myntra for this issu he send me signature for verification and i told him that this is not my signature

                                        I have ordered ucb black slippers on myntra.com. But i received white colour. So i placed a return request. The delivery executive refused to take my order as it is not matching the picture. How rediculous is this?. I placed a return request because i got the wrong product. I have called the customer care executives and they are saying to wait for 24 hours whenever i am calling. It's been 9days they are saying the same thing but my issue is not getting resolved.
