I received order day 2 days back and i placed request for return on the same day as i had issue with the size, after return pickup myntra refused to return money saying price tag is missing. I returned package in same condition with all the things intact and there was no price tag when i received the product as it is blouse and there is no place on the cloth/blouse to put a price tag. Kindly help me at the earliest

    I have been a regular buyer at myntra, but since the last two weeks the guy (Pawan) who comes to deliver the products has some serious behavioural issues. He doesn't deliver on time, wants me to keep calling him and he keeps missing the packets.

    Harrasment2 when he comes to deliver, he tries to touch my hand. Well since its my office, he has to maintain his limitations.

    Harrasment 3 he has a habit of throwing the packets around my working desk, trying to talk to me for no reasons, when he is very well aware that i have esclated the matter to the customer care at myntra.

    What has surprised me id that after speaking to shreya, dheeraj, vishal and 2 more cs people 9 repeating the whole incident0 and being promied that they would ensure that either this guy learns to behave himself or he doesn't turn up to my office, i see him again today coming for an delivery with his same wicked smile.

    Is myntra a women friendly site?
    Do they do a background reference check of the vendors that are hired to deliver their stuff?
    How can a site that self proclaims itself to be no 1, make a lady feel unsafe?

      skechers shoes

      I ordered for skechers shoes on myntra for rs 7999 along with jackets. I received all the products in a big polythene bag of myntra but when i opened it, the shoes were in cardboard box without any cellotape on the box. The shoes inside the box were in a polythene and were used puma shoes without any tag on it. I called myntra and told them about it and also have sent them photos but they rejected its return.

      I am unable to return my shoes which got delivered today and myntra says it is impossible because credit point is collected. It is misleading on their side because there wasn't any warning or alerts popups while clicking that. There was a small exclamation mark which is usually hard to notice in the first place.

      They give no other possibilities to return and this is ridiculous because they could if they want.

        Flipkart has told me that it will take legal action against me for not being able to clear my paylater due. The reason i was unable to is that they had been showing the wrong amount. The actual amount should be 777. And they have added another 763. The item that was ordered worth 763 has been returned to origin through myntra but due to some glitch in either of the companies, my paylater has not been updated. I have called both the companies but to no avail. I have been forced to pay an extra amount of 800 as flipkart paylater because i have been threatened by flipkart that they would take legal action. Yet there has been no initiative to process refund or provide any resolution from their end. As you can see the amount of 763 has not been adjusted. I have already contacted them and they have told me that they have processed the refund
        Now i am going to take legal action for harassing me in this manner. They told me that they would resolve this issue but both the companies are bent in blaming each other and have acquired money from me through fraud

        Please return my 100 rupees late fee as well since I couldn't pay the amount due to glitch of both the companies and I had called several times before last date to resolve it

        Flipkart has told me that it will take legal action against me for not being able to clear my paylater due. The reason I am unable to is that they have been showing the wrong amount. However, I have not ordered the product nor has someone ordered for me. The bar code on the slip details is "ML[protected]". I am concerned about safety. Need urgent help!
        I got my my saree yesterday which not as per specified product and mistakely redeemed the insider points this is my first order from myntra and i dont aware about 3 rd option which is redeemed points and now im not able to exchange which is not satisfied .

        I dont want your insider points just want replacement for my product . Need help

          refund on hold

          I had ordered one dorothy perkins jeans which i returned due to very poor quality. I got a message that due to orginal tags missing the refund is on hold. But i raised a complaint that i had returned the product as it is. Whenever i would call them for the follow up they would say that they will return the product back to me. I told them you keep the product and my amount also., but just show me the proof that they had dispatch ed the product...

          I purchased 3shirts from myntra costs rs.763.25 each total rs.2290 on[protected] through andhrabank debit card. I cancelled my order and i should get my refund on[protected]. I raised this issue myntra gave me this reference no: 74332749290928956720673 but my bank didn't get any refund on my behalf of rs.2290. I informed to myntra they are not responding today i, e 24/11/19 they are saying from there end it was done. Please do something to get back my refund i have been waiting for my refund since 1 1/2 month.

              I ordered 2 branded wrogn shirts (Colour: blue colour& olive green colour) but i received only one.. That is olive green that also different size received. I ordered xl but their provided l (Return also completed and received the refund also).. I call and says this complaint : their agents says wit for 2 days says daily but did not given daily extend only after 2o days their said our order is declined says what is going on i dont know pls help...

                  I just made a prepaid order. But it's not added in my account and hence can't view it's tracking history. I have been charged for it. If money is deducted the i should be able to see it in my account of myntra right? I need to know about the order as soon as i make a payment. After all it's my money. Such vague and irregular website faults are unacceptable

                    I had ordered dorothy perkins jeans but returned it due to very poor quality. But i got a message that it had failed quality check because of the original tags not there. Then i raised the complaint that i had returned the product with whatever the tags were there, and i asked them that they should have a proof that when they are dispatching a product. They are clearly misbehaving with the customer by dispatching wrong product s with the misplaced tag
                    Since the amount is huge 2800 i clearly need my refund back.
                    Please lodge a complaint against myntra for a clear fraud and help to initiate my refund.

                    I had ordered triumph bra from myntra but due to size issue i had returned it but i got a message that it failed quality check even when i have returned the item with original tags and packed in the original box. And when i called them they are just misbehaving firstly they didn’t call back for sometime and when they call backed they had just put my call on holdMy product was worth Rs. 1500
                    So i want my refund.
                    I returned pack of AASI - HOUSE OF NAYO Women Pink & Golden Solid Kurta with Trousers & Dupatta. But i got a message from myntra as it was failed in quality check because it doesn't have price tag. But i returned the pack with price tag and the boy who came for pick up the product has taken the pic of barcode from price tag. Still i haven't get any update from myntra about my refund. It just kept in hold due to failed in quality check. Please resolve my issue and refund the money.

                          We ordered 2 denims of roadster on 17th nov. At the time of order, delivery date promised was 20th nov for 1 product and 22nd nov for another.

                          However, till date we have not received any update regarding the order

                          Order was placed considering the delivery date, as we need to move out station then.

                          Request you to consider the same and expedite the delivery process

                            I m a regular myntra user and now my account is locked without previous notifications. I have purchased products worth 20000 and now i want to exchange and return some of them. So kindly help me in unlocking the account. I m from a middle class family and can't afford to lose so much of money. Please help me with this. At least let them activate till i have dealt with the products which i have purchased in the last one month.

                              I recently ordered a watch through mytra and after ordering, it showed 2 weeks time to deliver the product. While tracking, it showed that the product reached the nearest ecom courier facility within 2 days. After about 5 days i got a msg that the product was out for delivery. But i never received it. After complaining abt this to myntra customer care. They suggested that i wait for 2-3 days. Now i got a msg saying that the package has been returned back. The total process looks fake and something s fishy, they let you buy something on an offer and hold the money for 2 weeks. Talking to customer care is useless as they only know to apologize and not sort out the problem.

                              I placed an order which was RAYMOND CLOTH FABRIC and it doesn't have any MRP tag. Now the myntra is refusing to accept the return static mrp tag is mIssing. Myntra agent picked up the product but next day recieved msg that procuct tag is missing. Even though i have return the product in the same condition i have received.

                                It's really sad to write such thing about a big online brand likmyntra. It's been 5yrs m an elite customer (As they say) purchasing from myntra. Bt frm last month they r overcharging me 149 rupees extra per product as delivery chrg under their fare policy rule by saying that i return multiple times hence m also not allowed to use cash on delivery benefit. Is it fare to accuse in the case when i am purchasing online? They should understand at least if i am buying multiple product at a time it's obvious i'll return too if the product is intangible and not obvious to me would i be forced to keep the unwanted things which i didn't like anymore because of quality issue, price issue, fit issue n so on.

                                Myntra has a strange and weird policy. Why can't they just transfer the refunded amount directly to the customers account instead of putting it in the Myntra credit in Myntra. I want the amount to be transferred to my bank account. Myntra cannot force it's customers to use the amount only on Myntra app

                                  I had ordered 2 jeans, a top and 1 eyebrow pencil from myntra and they have given me a wrong product delivery (A useless men's trackpant) for the top and they claim to have delivered all the rest products to me. I never got those products. Will never purchase anything from myntra henceforth. Have been their regular cusyomer and still they cheat is. They have made my loss of 1900 rs

                                    I had bought roadster watch from myntra. The product looked cheap so i raised a return request. And today i got the message saying that the product has failed quality test as the strap is damaged. Which i don’t how it happened and they refused to share the images due to privacy policy. I have been buying products from myntra and this is seriously disappointing.
