I have forgotten my password and cannot login my account. I have few items to return and have requested customer care to help me login my account but it's a week and i have no response
Kindly help me to create a return request for the account which i am unable to login. The customer care support is not providing solutions for forgotten password but at least they should help me to create return request...

I am reopening the issue as it showed a resolved status whereas this never got resolved. Company did not try to reach me out nor is it accepting any complaint via email.

I ordered wrong jogger jeans worth rs 1799 and they gave me jeans worth rs 1299
Plz help me getting right product.

I placed an order on myntra.com for a wrangler men black solid hooded sweatshirt dated 30sept 2019.
I pay using paypal. On 13th of october i got a call from the delivery guy that i will be there in an hour but he didn't showup and i got delivery msg within 30 minutes. I ordered a watch on 1st october and that time i was in hyderabad. The delivery date showed 9th october, so i gave the address of my home in kolkata as on 9th i would be in kolkata not in hyderabad. But the order did not come on the 9th. I left for hyderabad on 10th october. After that, i wasn't able to change the address to the hyderabad. Now the item got delivered in kolkata on 13th october and i will go to my home in kolkata after months....

I am unable to return my product as i claimed my insider points now your customer executive is saying that i won't be able to return my product as i claimed my insider points i asked your customer executive to deduct those points from my insider points balance and initiate the return for that product as that product doesn't worth the cost as well not as good as shown in pictures.

I created the return request on myntra. I got the message that refund has been initiated. But still it has not come into my account. My bank is asking for sender details which myntra is not providing. Moreover the reference number given by myntra is same when i place the order. I am calling myntra and bank people daily. I ordered a shirt on 29th september 2019. It was supposed to deliver on 12 th october but they delivered it on 4 th october. I got a message about successful delivery. They even did not call me when they delivered. Initially, i thought they perhaps deliver to the hostel manager but when went, there was nothing. Now when i called them on 12 th october that i have not got my order they are saying that it is too late to help...

I bought a shirt from myntra but it was not good and different in color so i requested for return. It is almost 10 days and they did not pick up order until now. They mentioned in their return policy that they pick up the item within 5 to7 days after return request. After 6 days of creating return requests, they sent a message that they will pick up an item but they did not pick up....

I ordered one tommy hilfiger belt for 2270 rs. I received that belt in damaged condition. And when i placed return request mentioning that the belt is damaged. The person denied to pick up the product because on his app the product was not pre approved and he told me to call on customer care. I did that but the customer care people said that they are registering missing product complaint regarding that belt and i have to wait for 3 days......

I placed two orders but the orders failed at the payment gate. The money got deducted from my paytm wallet twice but i received no order confirmation. Tried reaching to customer care, wrote an email on myntra resolver and tried reaching paytm but got no revert from anyone. All bills and processing errors are attached in the pdf.

I have ordered twoproducts which was supposed to be delivered by 10th and 12th of oct 2019 respectively. But i haven't received any of those. When i called the myntra support service they asked me to wait till 16thoct and then they will tell me when i am going to get the product delivered to me which is unacceptable.

I hope this reaches to myntra and they work on this asap....

Hello team, i have ordered 5 blazers from myntra. Out of 5 only 4 products were delivered on 6 oct, 2019. I was out of town and wasn't able to check the package. When i came home and saw, there were only 4 products inside it. When i am contacting myntra, they are informing me that they cannot do anything as it's post 48 hours. How one earth any person who is out of town can check the package on the same delivered day! I want myntra to refund...
