Hi, i received the deborah milano lipstick on 30th oct. As soon as i uncoverd the packaging the golden outer covering was scattered all over with scratch marks and rust. Looking the condition of the outer covering i did not even opened te lipstick so the label is intact. I immediately called your customer service and they assured me that their team will contact me by 4th of nov. The back end team rejected my complaint though i got a defective product. The lipstick looks so old as if it has been shelf for 10 years.

    My issue is missing shoes i purchased a product from myntra that will delivered on 28 oct when i opened the box is empty then i raise a request on myntra recently then they give me a time to provide resolution on 31 oct. When i checked my email on 31 oct they tell me my complaint is declined from team. They does not helping me regarding my product. I tell every time nd discused about what will be i do they does not provide any resolution. Please help me about they didn't help me.

    I also tried call regularly and they tell me we didn't help me about this order. i pay money at the they tell me we delivered our product very safely and also once we declined your they can't help and didn't provide any resolution.

      Order shipped without quality check. Return no. : [protected]

      Received order and i found price tags were not intact / not stuck that was really disappointing so created return request in 10mins time order was delivered but guess what my return was decline because price tags were not intact.

      Without any quality check order was sent.. Myntra putting that blame on me and declining my refund request.

      They are cheating on customers.

        I had ordered a product on october 23, 2019 from myntra and it was suppose to get delivered on 29th october.

        Today is november 4, 2019 i have still not received that product.

        When you contact customer care, their stupid team says please wait until november 7, 2019 we provide you with the latest update.

        Who the hell wants the latest update, just delivery my product.

          I recently bought a skullcandy earphones from myntra.com, those are not working and they have a warranty of 2 years. So i sent my earphones along with warranty claim form and invoice given by myntra.com to skullcandy service centre india and they told the product is different from its name mentioned in invoice and then i checked in google and skullcandy original website and i confirmed that the product name which is stated in myntra.com is different and i sent the screenshots and emails to myntra.com customer service but they didn't taken any action. Skullcandy service centre said it is not possible to replace the earphone as the name is different in invoice. Myntra.com is cheating people and i lost 1062 rupees because of it.

            I ordered 2 items from [protected]@gmail.com and after returning it on 16th oct i still haven't got refund and trust me they have the worst customer care service on any e commerce website
            They won't update your details or initiate refund through calling on their helpline number
            Their helpline is useless
            Payment / refund: my bank account details for refund [incident: in[protected]]

              Myntra is delivering products to customers without price tags and post delivery if a customer wants to replace or return the item they are refusing to pick it up. I was delivered 2 t-shirts without a price tag and on return the pick up was taken and later rejected saying price tags missing. Since the size for the tshirt was small had to return the product.
              On being questioned that at time of quality checks there could be some picture of the product taken or a cctv footage to prove that the price tag was missing at the time of dispatch only from the myntra warehouse the support person didn't have any answer.
              Myntra is thoroughly cheating customers. The pick up staff of the company is also thoroughly unprofessional. They would pick up the products without any quality checks at the door step and tell that sms would be received for the collection of products and later reject the quality checks. Worst shopping experience provided by the company post it has been acquired by flipkart. Earlier was a trusted brand for online shopping.

                They have delivered the order to the wrong city though i have given the correct address without contacting me by their own it very pathetic on their part to do such things without the customer fault. I want my order to be delivered with the same amount. The company didn't provide me any solution neither they try to contact. They are going all the process from delivery to wrong city and giving me reason that i was not available to take the courier though it as 200km away from what i have given address please contact [protected]

                  A myntra delivery executive called me to delivery a product. I was not at home at that moment. I asked him about price and ask him to visit my house and delivered the product.
                  At home my mother was not aware of the amount of that product. He was asked the executive about the product. The executive clearly denied to inform and did misbehave. He told that do complaint whatever i just cancelled your order if you says that you will be complained.

                    Already returned the items 4 weeks back and refund was not initiated. Called customer service and had a chat with a team. When i chat with them they say that the bank details are highlighted and within 3 business days it will be refunded. Waited for 7 days and called them again they said the same thing. Called after 2 weeks and spoke with raju, he said that the bank details are incorrect, need the correct one. Once it is updated within 3 business days amount will be refunded. Again mailed the correct details and no refund after 3 weeks. Called them again and the agent is saying system is not taking the bank details and need the alternate one. Why can't they send the email when the details are incorrect? Everytime we have to keep a followup on that. Worst service i had experienced with myntra. Gonna uninstall once i get the refund.

                      I have paid for the above order online in advanced
                      Since last day product shown delivered to me in myntra app and as well as in text notification
                      But the product isn't delivery me yet
                      Customers care of myntra on call giving very poor and irresponsible response
                      Should i consider my self being victim of myntra or delivery agency's fraud?
                      They even not ready to register to my complain or they won't ready to give delivery agency's contact
                      I wouldn't getting the service which i paid for..

                        I wanted to return the product due to poor quality issue and return for the same has been scheduled. After getting the call from ur executive i was not able to pick that day and i received a msg in the evening that it has been cancelled. After that i didn't get any call from executive... What to do? And in the app it is showing pick up will be done after 3-4days..??? Very pathetic...

                          I ordered for two linen trousers and two linen shirts and i paid the amount for the same. When i did tracking i found to my dismay that the product was delivered on 31st october but i did not receive the item. The customer care also dot respond. You can’t call the myntra customer care as it shows not available. These people are cheating innocent indian public

                            I am getting mails from last 2 days that your associate will come to pick the product which i want to return but no one is coming and even not responding to my calls. I have only 1 day left to return the product and no one is coming. What should i do and is this the policy of your company when someone wants to return there product. When will your associate come to pick the order?

                            I purchased two suits and two earring sets, Myntra has cheated us and when i try to return it says put the barcode, when we put the barcode it says invalid, nothing can be done, i am quieting myntra for forever, never buy anything from this cheating company.

                              With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i bought a product from myntra on 22 september 2019. But product is not good as i expected so i return my product on 24 september 2019 to myntra. But in my myntra account i got a notification that they had successfully refund my money but when i check my bank account it shows that my refund money is not credited. I have been complaining my problem to myntra since one month but they are not solve my problem till now.

                                Payment towards myntra done on 16/09/2019. After some days i returned the product and refund was initiated on 21/09/10 but till now it is not reflect on my account. So, many times i contact with myntra and bank also. No body give me the positive reponse. I have also raised complaint on bank portal and from bank side they replied me that they had not get any kind of refund from myntra.

                                  I returned three orders due to size issues, one was images kurta set.. Which was picked up by courier guy very next day, another was biba baige kurta with red skirt again picked up v next day.. And m n s bra so they put it on hold and sent me back few cloths pieces from old granny's box.. Saying due to quality fail we are returning your product!! Is it joke?!! I have been buying things from this site but now i think i am going to stop because these three products are worth 7500k..

                                      I had received a woohoo gift card from one of my friend to make the shopping in myntra, recently i see that the gift card has been used by some other fraud user account and neither myntra or woohoo customer care people are giving the proper response, instead blaming either of the company for this issue.

                                      When enquired for checking the user account who has used the pin for fraud transactions they are giving the false statement that it cannot be checked from their end.

                                      They just play around with the customer, hence a proper action needs to be taken against these people or else they will always end up playing with customer money and time.

                                        Hi, i have placed an order on 28th september for 4 jeans.
                                        Out of which 2 jeans are of exact same price i. E. 1292.48 each.
                                        I have cancelled 1 product before it was shipped, so the amount for the same was credited back to my account on the same day, u. E. 28 sep.

                                        But for the other one, i have received the product and then requested for return as the fit was not good for me.
                                        Return was done on 30 sep and i received a mail confirming the same.
                                        It's been more than 1 month now and the amount is not yet refunded.

                                        Everytime i call myntra (2-3 times i called), they always give me bank reference number related to the cancelled order of 28th.

                                        I've explained them many times that there is one more order of same amount which is returned on 30th sep so refund on 28th sep is obviously not possible, but they are not able to understand this basic thing and keep telling me that amount of 1292.48 is processed on 28th (The cancelled product).

                                        But where is the other refund of same amount 1292.48 (The returned product on 30th).

                                        See point 2 above, i need refund processed for that one. Please don't get confused again because of same name and amount.
