I was in processed of doing shopping through Ur apps and when it came to payment my order through phonepe, by default payment request made through Avenue India Pvt Ltd and my 2000 deducted .1000 first tym then again 1000 .pls take an action against this and help me to refund my money 2000 back .

    I m a regular customer of myntra. I m trying to logging in my account from 5 days and unable to log in. Now it's locked and i have called customer care they also don't helped me, i have money in my myntra credit, please help me i really want my money. I can't afford this loss.
    Myntra is looting there customer like this. Please take some action against this

    I was supposed to avail my order by today but they delayed it by 7 days and the issue is I bought the item for using it in my upcoming trip to USA and now that they reschedule delivery I have no need of the product but they are not cancelling my order nor refunding the amount .
    I am a regular customer at myntra. I have 2 prepaid orders which are yet to be delivered. My account shows locked. Due to Covid 19, their customer care number is unavailable. Moreover, the email id [protected]@myntra.com is not accepting mails. The only way to contact them is through the app. But if I am not being able to login..how can I contact them. What is the issue? I have so many insider points and my orders are also pending. What should I do? Why is my account locked without any information. Is this how Myntra treats its regular customers in these tough times. Please help me resolve my issue!
    My Myntra account is locked. I don't know the reason. I tried all available options including their customer care support tel no. Their email is getting replied by an automated reply asking to contact customer care. If i'm not able to login, how can I get in touch with their customer care? They need to improve their one to one customer support and email support far far better again.
    My Myntra account is blocked and I have 3995 on Myntra credit I have tried lots of time to call customer care they are not giving any solutions how can they do fraud those who are customer from 5 years

    Mere sath bhi bhai mere 2800 rs hai myntra wallet mai or mere 250+ orders hai . Myntra 1 cheating company hai .
    My myntra account is locked after multiple login... I was just trying this to remember my password or multiple login methods an dnow its locked.

    My Myntra account locked without any reason. I'm unable to track my exchange product status. I'm a regular customer since years.
    My myntra account is locked since 3 weeks.. Everytime I call customer care they are asking to wait for 24 hours. I have money there in my myntra credit. This is really not the way to forfeit customer's money.. Atleast myntra should inform about the actual issue.. They can't fool their customers by saying everyday that we are looking into the issue

      Hi, this is regarding order no[protected]-1926501. I want to return a product (Since it does not fit properly) but i collected the insider point by mistake. Please take back the insider points and also the product. I want to return the product in any way. I have been purchasing very regularly on myntra and they should not disappoint regular customers. They should keep an option to return the insider points and make the return/exchange option available. I would want to return the insider points and the product and get a refund.

        After having a really bad user experience on myntra, i decided to delete my account and all my data. Turns out, there is no option on the screen to do so.

        When i contacted customer service using my email id registered with them and cell phone, they told me to send them government issued id proof like pan card, dl or voter id!
        This is unacceptable and invitation to identity fraud. For closing an ecommerce website user account, and when i'm contacting using my registered email and phone, i do not have to prove my identity and give anyone my id proof's with which they can do something illegal.

        I want all my data deleted from their site and my account deleted as well. I do not trust this business anymore.
        Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        ORDER NO:[protected]-5356301 placed on 6th December 2019 and to be received by 12th December 2019 has still not been received. A Myntra executive cannot be reached to know the status of one's order and the company has a hopeless feedback service. Customer Redressal Mechanism is extremely unsatisfactory.

          Poor customer service! Deception! Scam!
          We need urgent action taken in returning the product for a full refund or the consequences resulting in a case filed in consumer court and this experience broadcasted across social media (Tagging in your ceo and all higher business reps).
          This is quite dumbfounding customer service experience form such a reputed firm and needs sorting else will result in a colossal business loss and bad reputation - can see that in any of your customer reviews.

          Background: we are residents in the uk and are prominent users of myntra with spending of staggering 60-70k in a span of 2-3 months in 2017-18 as we love your products and order them weeks before we visit india as your return policies were always 30days*.
          But lately we have experienced the dreadful outcome with our recent order order no:[protected]-6538301 for 10k.

          Issue: your website has conflicting information on return policy as at the bottom of the page*: return within 30days of receiving your order and also *google: myntra return policy states the same, but we were confounded to know that you also have return policies based on products that are not clear to the user while placing an order and completely forfeits and contradicts your statements and this will be used as an evidence in our claim in court.

          We have followed below steps in placing the order:
          1. Login in to myntra
          2. Search for any product
          3. Select desired size and add to basket
          4. Follow the checkout process
          There is no clear evidence on return policy anywhere through this user journey.
          *all relevant information is provided below in screen evidence

          It’s with great regret that we would like to launch a formal complaint on your befuddled return policy. Your so-called agents/supervisors just read out scripts than understanding customer needs.

          We have placed the order on the 8thnov and the was delivered on the 20th where my parents had to unfortunately get admitted to hospital and upon their return we have seen the product on video call and contacted myntra asap to return the item as the colour doesn’t match the description nor the quality was to your standards and expectations.
          I have contacted your customer care numerous time with no luck in sending the product back for full refund as they simply don’t get it and each time i pay and call form the uk i have to explain the story for 20mins and been put on hold for atleast 30mins which has incurred me atleast £15 (₹1, 400). All the loss in time and monies incurred will be claimed for reimbursement in court.
          After quite a long hysterical discussion, one of your supervisors (Aanchal) promised to sort it out and never got back with a resolution and then another male supervisor just kept reading script and further went to this vicious loop of emails with no resolution.

          We would highly appreciate this issue being resolved asap and this will be our last step resolution, as the product is still in the package with all labels intact and in resalable condition as we have not even touched it as the person is still in the uk.

          I have placed an orde for HRX company shoes on 10-oct-2019 and invoice number is 112258885301935505901. I have received delivery of it after 10 days. within 2 months shoes are crack from front side and not having quality material.i am totally unsatisfied with the product.I want my money back.

            I ordered two products one is track pants and bomber jacket of Rs 2998 and order id is[protected]-8587703 they promised me to deliver this product on 10th of December2019
            But after they change the date 22nd December
            When i am calling to customer care they are making me fool.

              Actully it is very bar that customer care executive are talking rudely and not resolving the issue of my refund its hard earned money so i want to know when will my refund will be proceed of account [protected]@gmail.com... This site is worst to deal with as they impsoe fake claims and didn't transfer the money of returned items
              This site is worst worst worst and i really want to tell everyone that please dont shop from myntra they cheat us in name of og brands... So kindly stay away from these kind of cheater
              Actully when i returned the product after long wait they didnt even refund the 23000 amount and instead impose fake claims that i had made the different id's from my accounts as i hve complained about this fake id's been made from my no. And they told they will deactivate all other id's rather then mine offical one that is [protected]@gmail.com and now they block that one too and not refunding my amount

                There was no price tag that was attached by myntra while delivering the product while return delivery boy refused to take parcel, instead of delivery people solving the issue customer is asked to take the product back and file complaint themselves, no value for customers in myntra. Very bad online site never buy and think of return they always has excuses while it comes for return. Quality is also low with high cost.

                    I ordered products on myntra, on 6 dec i got refund email but not got to my banac yet, and i ordered some products by mistake, mymtra locked my ac, and i had not 1 product yet and neither got refund of yet
                    Such a frauds
                    Noone is there to listen
                    Got no resoltution yet
                    Got different sizes, cant able to create a eeturn request becz ac is locked from their side
                    Neother got my last refund to bank ac issued on 6th dec

                    i got ur email, it is mentioned that refund of 1494 rs was done 2 parts, one of 899, i would like u to inform that 899 was issued of kook and keech minions jacket, not of pink hoodie,
                    i am attching tbe screenshot
                    The refund of 1494 was done on 6th dec then how it could reflect in nov
                    the amount of 899 was of yellow hoodii request u to refund my money of 1494 rs

                      Placed on: 27 nov 2019
                      Order delivered on: 29th nov and 30 nov respectively
                      Return placed on: 1st dec and 4th dec respectively
                      Return picked up on: 6th dec
                      Quality check failed on: 12th dec (6 days after pickup, no other mail or update was given to me before this)

                      I had placed an order of 5 bags, and i returned the ones which were not as per my expectations.

                      Both the trolley bags were picked up on 6th dec and the concerned person checked all tags and then took the bags with him.
                      I did not receive any update for the bags neither on my mail nor on the myntra app for the return pickup update, so i called myntra customer care on 8th dec (2days after pickup) and they assured me that return has been picked up successfully and the refund will come within 8 days of the item pickup.

                      But yesterday (12th dec), i received an email saying that due to quality check fail return has been put on hold for both the trolley bags.
                      So i contacted myntra on 12th dec regarding the same and they informed me that the product will be shipped again to me as it failed the quality check and then only they will be able to help me further with the return.
                      Why did it took them a week's time to do a quality check on the product and also the person who picked up the bags had already checked the tags and everything before picking up the products. So on what parameters did the products failed the quality check as tags were intact???

                      And i had a word with the senior executive as well and he asked me lame questions like "the quality check fails if the product was used, washed or tags were not present"
                      First of all why the hell will we wash new trolley bags!!! Tags were present in the product before pickup and in 2 days time i cannot use the trolley bags!!!

                      The executive was not listening the details properly, that the product was a trolley bag and not a wearable item!! Also they are still sending the products back to me. How do i know whether they have tempered with the products or not from their inventory
                      And are forcibly asking me to accept the bags worth more than 11 thousand which may be already defective!! If the quality check had to fail, then they should not have picked those items in the first place on 6th dec.

                      I want my refund as soon as possible because it has already been 2 weeks now since i placed the return request.

                        I ordered a Roadster sweatshirt order no.[[protected]-5753903] for rs 584 and I received it on 3rd December but it it didn't fit me so I made a return request and I an executive pickup the same and Myntra processed the refund on 6th December and it's 12th December and I still didn't receive my refund they also provide me a bank reference no but I didn't get any information from the bank so I have a humble request you to pay attention to my complaint

                          I. Was suppose to get a product yesterday, however when i called in today to check why my. Product is recieved they told me that they are unaware of the issue and it will take more 5days since they have raised a complaint.

                            I have recieved belt on 05 th of dec. I have submit a written complaint to customer care on 05th of dec.

                            Today is 12th of dec and i haven't recieved any clarification or refund and any resolution.

                            Call to customer care several time and company not provide me any resolution

                              I receive order no.:[protected]-7265101 by 26.11.2019 around 11.30 am, i m little busy with meeting. Hence i was open this packet 26.11.2019 02.45 pm, when i was open myntra packing is outer is sound/seal condition (Plastic bag), but when i open inner pkt is unsealed... 1 box received in this box found 1. Charger code & ear bird., 2nd box missing in component (Ear phone - hammer) photo already with them... But case was declined from myntra team.

                              Vidya myntra cs manager, had confirmed on phone (Verbal communication) shipment release from myntra warehouse after 100% securities check... So we requested them kindly arrange to share us 100% examine verification certificate on your company letter head & also share us cc tv image.

                              Senior customer service :- inform us on phone, kindly share proof you had receive missing component, if any video or images which i received missing component... How can i share this, when i open this pkt that i know what is actual stuff in packet, right or wrong? How can say like this???)

                              100 % myntra is fake service, customer not satisfied your service and fake commitments.

                              I want proof from ur end 100% chk at ur warehouse. Every product release under cctv... If any thing hidden from your office that’s reason u r unable to share cctv /proof of quality chk or 100% security and intac condition.

                              With refer your below mail, stating that your product deliver intac condition. I repeated again and again (Outer packages : plastic bag is intac condition) but *inner packet is unsealed condition* i have a proof and when i open same time i” raise complaint and share photographs which i received condition with you.

                              What investigation you have done at your warehouse, show me the proof. I already share proof with i haved.

                              Did you check your courier company may be this also wrong info share with you...

                              I donot care your company policy rules and regulation.

                              I want solution... Regarding my money spend to your company of rs 2219-/. By cash. + interest also you earn in your company.

                              At least amazon or flipkart having some solution to the customer but your company does not do that. Any thing ealse (Decline)

                              Still i hv yet to receive any call from your office as discussed by vidya and more person, cs champion senior supervisor and manager... (Call arrange only 11:00 to 11:30 hrs ist.)

                              Totaly all of your sevice is failure only.

                                Hi,

                                My myntra account with the user id [protected]@gmail.com, is suddenly they had suspended and locked, however without any reason or intimation they had suspended and if they had mentioned the reason like something went wrong i will accept, but i called to customer care people and they are saying no reason for this, this is strange and please take proper action on myntra on my issue, need an investigation for this issue as i had purchased very clearly every time and also not frequent buyer, if buying of products is untethical from myntra?

                                My myntra account with the user id [protected]@gmail.com, is suddenly they had suspended and locked, however without any reason or intimation they had suspended and if they had mentioned the reason like something went wrong i will accept, they had never mentioned that would suspend the account for so and so reason otherwise i would have never place big order from it.. now i have to return few things worth Rs. 12000 and i am unable to do so.. because i am not able to log into my account. i called to customer care people and they are saying no reason for this, this is strange and please take proper action on myntra on my issue, need an investigation for this issue as i had purchased very clearly every time and also i am a frequent buyer, i have not made any unethical activity also.. if buying of products is untethical from myntra?

                                  Order number 112768104805786405703 placed with Myntra I was unaware of the insider points use policy and mistakenly collected the points and now I am unable to replace for a smaller size or a refund
                                  I don't want the insider points deduct it from my account but please it's my earnest request kindly exchange with the correct size or take it back for refund I am pretty worries as it costs 3599

                                  Hi,

                                  I made a purchase in myntra on Dec 6th through paypal payment mode and cancelled it on same day. It shows that the refund has been processed on Dec 6th itself, but the amount not credited to my account yet. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Transaction id is 4N319554BV208810Y.
                                  Lost complete trust on MYNTRA ! Received a wrong package in my name and received 1 tshirt with someone else’s invoice bill details instead of 5 products of mine. And no updates or call back. Such a disappointment waste of 3895 rs. No proper updates or refund because if their end mistake .
                                  Myntra has this policy to keep customers money with itself when we return purchaced product unsatisfied. They are exploiting customers and withhold our money for months n years without any interest.

                                    I have ordered a product on 7th december and since then in the tracking details it only shows that it's received by the seller. No message or mail regarding where is my product now, is it shipped yet, will it reach me within time given, nothing is mentioned by you. This is very unprofessional on your part. And if this order does not reach me on time i am not using you app and also recommending others to do so.

                                      I have bought a u s polo jacket but I am not getting return option, after calling to myntra customer care they said that there was some issue from seller side or from app, this happened twice and told me to wait for a week. But even after a week I called customer care now they are saying that I have earned some points so I can't return. I didn't do anying with points kindly resolve this issue

                                        When i placed the order they gave me a stipulated time to complete my delivery but now they failed to deliver my product within the time and at per their convenience the reschedule the delivery in another 7 working days..
                                        1 i bought this product to use it during my upcoming vacation commencing 13 th december and since they have reschedule it i no longer need the product.. But unfortunately to harass the customer they are not even allowing me to cancel the order or refund my payment
                                        This is not acceptable as i am facing this delay delivery issue for the second time and hence i wanted to complaint
