My myntra account was deactivated without any intimation .I called customer service they said u violated the terms o[censored]se 4 & 12 I ask specific rule they said we have only this information and we already send the mail also I aggrieved with them but they don’t have any answer after that I’ll try for sign up with new details but they deactivated my new details also what can I do i want to activate my account with my previous details I need justice for this .please reactive my account I’ll request u please .

    Hi Team,
    I purchase tops and jeans on 11th Apr 2023, 6 of those items was to delivered today(13th Apr 2023) and while tracking as well it was showing that items has reached to nearest delivery hub, but suddenly around 9:30PM a message delivered to me just saying my ordered got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Is this is a way to handle the customer and now they expect us to buy same in higher price, I as a customer don’t welcome this kind of service from such big brand e com site,
    Please stop doing fraud with people.

      I placed two return request on myntra.com with Return ID [protected] and [protected]. And myntra delayed my return pick more than 10 days. After the return period is over myntra just cancelled my order with out any valid reason they never tried to contact me also.
      Now I am unable to place return request again.
      As resolution I want to have the full refund of my payment to the original payment method.

          Myntra had deactivated my account giving reason of violation of terms and rules, but I don't know what exactly happened and their team is also not giving me reason for the same, and now I can't exchange my orders.

            I order some clothes from myntra, before it showed that the order will be delayed and after someday it showed that the order is delivered.
            Now when I contacted them, they told me that it is delivered and not accepting my complaints. Not even giving my refund. Please look into this, this is totally a cheating. Never expected such cheap things from myntra

              I had placed return request on March 30, and the product was picked up on March 31 . I received a message sayIng did not pass the quality check . haven’t received the product nor refund .
              What is this quality check ? It is convenient to say did not pass the quality check. When in truth all the tags and bill was intact ..
              pls ship the product back or refund the amount .
              These irresponsible behaviour make us the consumer think is it worth shopping from you .

                I have ordered 2 yellow colour t-shirts for baisakhi occasion as on 13 april and i want that tshirts as soon as possible.
                So, i have ordered it from myntra as it was showing that the guaranteed delivery date is 12 april 9 pm and my order is out for delivery from 12th april 7:18 pm but i didn't recieved my order till now(13 april) and the delivery agent picked my order for delivery but didn't delivered and if i am trying to contact him he is not answering my call and sometimes he switch off his phone.
                And if i try to get my problem resolved from myntra, there customer service is not giving me proper reply and told me to wait till the end of 12th april but today there is no updates nothing and the agent is not picking up my calls today also.

                  I ordered crocs from Myntra on 10th maarch and I reviewed them on 12th .When I received them 2 of the tags were torn . I returned them.on the same day I got them as they are not of my size.
                  Now they kept my return on hold.Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back!I want the refund.

                    I had ordered Mamaearth detan tan combo from myntra which consisted o[censored]btan face mask, face scrub and face wash. And I only received face wash and face scrub I did not receive my face mask so I did get customer support they approved for refund but I wanted my missing item to be delivered so I denied it as it will take alot of time at that time I was very dissapointed . So I want my missing item to be delivered to me.

                      I am Puja, facing issue with some of my orders in Myntra.

                      1. One order is "Soch yellow flower embroidered kurta set of price 2809rs & Order ID # 1232655 [protected]". Which has been delivered to me one day before only, but there is no update yet. It is showing that product will be delivered today for 2days. So, I am not able to create exchange or return.

                      2. Second is "Biba cream colour motif print kurta set of price 2759rs & Order ID # 1232641 [protected]". For this I created return and has been picked up on 11th April. But status is still requested return. So refund has not been processed yet.

                      3. Third one is "Biba cream colour blue floral kurta set of price 2509rs & Order ID # 1232474 [protected]. This product is not being picked by pick up agent. I created return on 8th April and since then delivery agent is cancelling my pick up without approaching me. I need to return it.

                      I am attaching all the screen shots for your reference. Kindly consider and solve my problem.

                          Hi, this Manikanta Daruri. I had a Myntra account with manikanta.[protected]@gmail.com.
                          I was ordered three "The Indian Garage Co" products on 3rd March 2023 with the amount of Rs/-1416 (UPI Transaction id[protected] through G.pay.
                          After five minutes of my order placed, the payment method was changed as COD(Cash On Delivery). so, i was cancelled my order. but, i didn't get Refund of my money and Ordered Products too.
                          then, i was approach customer care, they said that, "Due to payment gate way issues, this problem is occurs".
                          Then, i was consult my Bank also, they said that, "the payment is successful and Merchant received payment."
                          can you please help me, what should i do.? or Please solve my Problem

                              I have ordered 2 dresses from Myntra . And I received it 3 days back. Unfortunately due to fit issues I want to return them back . But the status of the order did not updated to delivered . It still shows as the product is out of delivery . So that I could not find the return option and I am unable to return the product . I tried to contact customer care they said wait for 48hrs for updating . But it’s been more than 3days. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and help me to get my money back.

                                Hi I had ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered to me on 15th March 2023 however the product was defective and hence I had requested for return pick up on the same day. It’s been almost a month and the product is not yet picked up from the logistics. I have been calling Myntra customer care and have been speaking to their executives as well as the seniors however they have been asking me to wait for 48 hours since 15th March 2023 and have not been assisting me. This is a pathetic service and Myntra is harassing me in direct or indirect way. They are saying that the delay is from the logistic company, and they cannot do anything. The tracking number which I received is [protected], the status is still showing in transit and the logistic person clearly stated that the pick-up from Myntra is on hold temporarily. Secondly, I asked them to assign the case to a different logistics, but they are not agreeing to this alternative as well. The escalation department called me up and deliberately disconnected the call stating my voice was not audible. They have also closed the complaint without any solution regarding the reverse pick up. This is really a case of harassment. Kindly refund my money as I cannot always wait for 48 hours after every follow up call. Kindly initiate refund as you have sent a defective product and you cannot force a customer to keep the defective product as the return request is already approved.

                                    Myntra account deactivated without any justification

                                    This happened after i raised a return request of a product which was different than that of which i've ordered.No pickup was initiated and after few days that is on 7th of april i found out that my myntra account is deactivated for security reasons which is totally illlogical i am an top tier icon member who shop a lot from myntra.Its been 3 days and no resolution has been provided. They have updated 3 times the date in which final answer...

                                      Myntra deactivated my account with any reason. I have done nothing wrong but still they deactivated my account. I want you to help me to get my account back

                                      MYNTRA is very poor in customer care services. I am facing the same since 04 april 2023. Their product quality is very poor, small in sizez, poor fabric. Return request accepted by them since 4 april. NO PICK UP done till date. Online chat support is BOLT based, automatic response with 50 minutes waiting time for live support. Automatic disconnection on the chat platform after so much waiting. Also landline number mentioned is useless. Here also useless execuses are there. The so called champions are busy with other customers. Repeatation of the computerised voice call. After 15-20 odd minutes the call will be disconnected. Their grivences In-charge response is awaited even two more days have passed. OVERALL MENTAL HEADACHE, , , ,
