Concern is as follows.

Delivery agents not coming to take delivery and marking it as attempt failed. They call and tell they will come but nobody comes.
If the same thing happens over 3 times, they can close the issue.
Requesting Myntra to take action against such malpractice by delivery agents who are literally ruining the reputation of such brands.

Appreciate received a refund and a genuine pickup at the earliest.

    Order Tracking Id[protected] . I placed order on myntra on 3rd April, 2023, order delivery date was 13th april, 2023, but the order has not been delivered yet and also no reason for delay was mentioned. When I contacted the customer care, first they told me to wait for 48 hrs then after 3 days again they are asking me to wait for another 48 hrs. Customer care agents weren't able to give a tentative date for delivery. It was a prepaid order, I requested for cancellation but they mentioned it can be cancelled only during the delivery of the product since the product has been shipped. Please kindly take necessary action

      I had ordered the CROCS and made pre-payment. But I received a duplicate product. I have raised this issue to to consumer care of Myntra who are not responding even after noting the issue. Hope this issue gets resolved and I get my money back

        I ordered a sweat shirt of the M size but L size sweatshirt was delivered to me, so I placed a return order immediately, initially it was showing that the pickup will be done within 1 week which is 15th April. But it didn't happen. Then again it was showing that it will happen by 19, after some days it was 22, than again 25, 27 and now it is showing that it will be picked up on 30th april. I also tried contacting an executive but they are maing delay too. Not a proper response received.

          I had ordered a jeans (Women Navy Blue Light Fade Mom Fit Stretchable
          Ripped Jeans) on 16th April 2023 from myntra. It arrived early (18th April). I tried the jeans out but due to fitting issues I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product....

          Address: Must be on Moon. What on earth takes the product more than 13 days??

          The expected Delivery date at the time of placing order(6th April) was 17th of April. And the product had reached Pune(destination city) before 17th. When it was not delivered on 17th I still had hope that a brand like Myntra will take this as a priority and will somehow get it delivered in the early hours of 18.

          On 18th morning I tried to track the product which I found to have reached Warje which is barely 6 km from the destination address. It didn't get delivered on 18th. The customer care wasn't much to satisfaction.

          On 19th morning I tried to track the product and it again reaches the Warje Hub. What is Myntra exactly hiding from me. Late deliveries- Product arrives at the same hub multiple times.. Above that, I now have a 7days solution window!! Seriously!!!
          The product is barely 6km away from the address and it takes you 7 days to deliver that??

            I ordered from Myntra which had Faballey jumpsuits but they delievered me 1 pyjama of XL size & one different color jumpsuit,
            After calling them multiple time, raising complaint with customer, they are not ready to accept its their mistake anddenying my exchange or return request.
            I am Elite member of Myntra & still this kind of behaviour is there.
            These companies are really looting innocent people of India.
            I demand justice in this case .
            really annoyed with their customer serive.

              Hi Team,
              This is related to my 2 orders which I got from Myntra where I ordered jumpsuits and they delivered me XL size products of different type and size.
              After raising complaints they are saying that we cannot return or exchange the product as it's not our mistake.
              I don't understand how this is customer service .These companies should be closed .Purely looting innocent customers

                I ordered a suit from Myntra of Libas 3574₹ on 10 march but it’s not delivered yet to me the money is deducted from my card I called many time to customer care but they still can’t resolve my complaint

                    My Myntra account got deactivated without any reason. While am using my app, all of the sudden i got a message saying my account has been deactivated. I contacted customer care more than 20 times. No one have no clue on what's happening. Some give false promises that my account will get activated in 2 days. It's a temporary deactivation. Some will say you can't activate your account anymore. They themselves don't know, why the account got deactivated. I can't access my orders, returns or anything. They are such irresponsible ones i have ever seen. I am customer of Myntra for the past 5 years. I am also a customer of Amazon, Flipkart, but i haven't experienced any such issues with any of them.the customer service is really pathetic. I don't have access to my account. I lost my money.i can't access my orders anything

                      I had ordered a wedge heel from myntra site, and after one day I raised return request.
                      A delivery boy came and picked it up.
                      After a day it's status showed as return failed.

                      I have complain multiple times about this, But no action has been taken from myntra end.
                      I have CCTV footage also. it's my humble request please look into it.

                          I order 4 tshirts, 2 track pants, and 1 running shoes on 15/04/23. Got the delivery next day. Didnt like a particular Tshirt and raised a request for refund within 30 mins of delivery of product. To my utter surprise, after the pickup today I got the message that the product failed to meet quality checks!!

                          When I myself had put the tshirt(it was the cheapest amongst all) in the bag and handed over to delivery guy then how the hell did it says the tags are missing?

                          The company is a fraud along with its delivery partners. In my assumption, after the customer has handed over the product, the delivery partner might himself remove the tag in order to make some extra buck as he would be taking the orders again from warehouse to customer's place!

                            I've placed return for a product which did not fit me well
                            But it was rejected as it failed the quality check
                            When I received it back, there was just a small mark of cello tape glue which was present initially also when I received it and it got removed easily by nail only
                            My mistake is just that - I did not do a "quality check"
                            I want to get it returned and want my money back as its not suitable for me

                                This is second time now it's happening with the pickup of my order not done
                                Everytime the app shows pickup failed
                                It's been really frustrating to return any product from myntra
                                Myntra really need to fix this, even after contacting to customer service the issue regarding pickup of order is happening again, it is very disappointing

                                    Ordered a Pepe Jeans shirt amounting Rupees 1979.00 having order ID Order ID # 1231896 [protected] from my Myntra account Sukanya123([protected]) . Placed return request as the item was defective but got rejected as it was defective. How irony is that. Then again I was asked to place the return request by the costumer support (which is also a pain to get them on call because everytime I call all the customer executive it is showing busy all the time ) . Again they asked me place the return request for the 2nd time and now again I placed the return request mentioning specially that the product was defective. Again the delivery boy refused to accept the return request asking me to place the return request as a defective product. Very pissed off with Myntra. NEVER GOING TO PURCHASE AGAIN FROM MYNTRA.
