I ordered a shirt of marks and Spencer for the first time on myntra. When I received I found it of cheap quality also the price tag was also fixed with cellotape. Apart it was bit big as per the size mentioned. So I returned it. In evening I got email that quality check failed and refund is on hold. I called customer care they said brand tag is missing from the shirt but that was there when I returned it. First of all the delivery boy should check it carefully when he came to pick up the product. It seems to be a defective and not original brand shirt. When i returned it everything was there include price and barnd tag on shirt. Now thry say its missing. I have ordered first time on myntra and its very bad experience. I want the complete refund.

    Date of delivery - 18th March
    Concern raised on 22 March
    I had 3 products, 2 jeans and 1 footwear.
    2 jeans were delivered but my footwear is not delivered.
    "Allen Solly" Footwear is not delivered.
    I asked to raise complaint, they said it should be raised with 72 hours, I was away and was not able to check on delivered products.

    I also asked to check with their delivery boy or share the contact number and name of delivery boy.

        Myntra has suddenly stopped their service at my pincode since 5 to 6 days earlier they used to deliver so I request them to restore their services at the above pincode.I want to place return for a order which I had ordered but I can't because of their sudden stop in services

          I had placed an order on myntra on 01/03/2023 for Nike Women White Court Vision Low Sneakers pricing 3, 996 INR" [Order ID #122948869116212119801]. After approximately 2 days the order got delivered and upon unboxing I found out that it had woodland shoe box contained "fake Woodland shoes with no tags". I immediately initiated a return providing them with all the necessary things to validate the claim. The return request was put on hold and then they cancelled it. Even after sending them the proof of the wrong product shipped myntra refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. After repeated calls, they reopened the issue but still, no pickup was arranged and no refund confirmation. After 3 weeks of torture, they rejected my claim. I lost my trust in myntra because of such a pathetic service. How could they not value such an expensive package I want to return the products and in return I expect compensation for my loss.

            I have a very old Myntra account which I created with Google account without phone number. I have some Myntra credit which I got through some product refund. Now, when I was placing a new order using Myntra Credit, they are sending some OTP which is mentioned, it will be send on registered email address but it shows 'Failed to send OTP'.

            When I contacted the customer support, they told me that your mobile number is not registered with your account that's why you are not receiving the OTP. She registered a incident to add my phone number to
            my account and asked me to send Govt. ID proof and phone number to be added on [protected]@myntra.com. I shared all the required details but my issue is not yet resolved. It has been 5 days and there is no progress on that issue. I am following up them on that support ticket and they are again and again asking to share the details every time and no other details are provided about the issue progress.

            My question is when we can't use the Myntra credit with Phone number then why they are allowing to refund the money in Myntra credit. This is a complete scam.

            No, I am so much frustrated that I am not able use my Money which they kept in Mynra credit on the name of wallet and easy usage.

              I bought a jumpsuit from myntra which they delivered a wrong product, since 10th march I’ve requested return pickup. Not a single delivery agent is calling me and deliberately marking return pickup failed. It’s been more than a week now still the order is not picked up, no one is responding either to my queries. Please help.

                  I ordered a Biba grey kurta set from Myntra after 5 days I received the packet which contained a different biba kurta set which was white and teal blue. After repeatedly raising complaints and issues in Myntra they are not resolving the issue or accepting returns.

                    I have ordered 4 trousers from myntra and got it delivered today, i am unable to get exchange of these as i am having fitting issues .when i called customer care they are telling only 2 products get return what can i do with this fitting issue of other 2 products, super coins collection i am not aware how it was done i have not done it manually .i am requesting them with other size they are not doing it .its not at all good .need to take necessary action i dont need any super coins .

                          The product call safari trolley with 3 bag quantity was picked up by their delivery agent and now they are not giving me refund for 2 trolley bags which is around 7000rs and again again rescheduling the pick for the same. I already made a complaint with all the deliver proof but still they are not giving me my refund l. Please help me with a resolution.

                            Myntra has delivered defective Philips hair straightener. On initiating a return request within a return window, they are not accepting a return saying go to brand support for the repair.
                            When Myntra has delivered something defective they return it, this is the policy which is clearly mentioned. Still they are not returning. Attached is the invoice with order details and return policy screenshot on the product.

                              This is to raise a written complaint against my return request. I purchased a kurti from Rangriti on 15-Jan-2023 which was delivered to me on 18-Jan-2023. Because of size issues I requested for return immediately on 19-Jan-2023. It’s been 2 months since I have raised this request but not a single attempt has been made to pick up my product. I have connected to the customer care executive for 7 to 8 times to get an update but not a single executive has solved this issue. Within one month the window of return got closed and I had requested customer care to raise the return request from their end. Everytime Myntra failed to collect the product, I had to call customer care. Everytime I get an answer (From senior executive as well) that it will be highlighted and sent as an escalation but no solution to this problem. Also I asked Myntra to give me the option of exchange or self-shipment but the customer care executive straightly denied the same. I have requested for a return within the timeline only. Also the product is with original tags and unused. During my last complaint, the committed date was 15 Mar 2023, but today also there is not a single attempt made to pick the product. Today I am not even able to open the help centre option. And I am unable to take the screenshot of previously registered complaints. Attaching all other screenshots and invoice of the product.

                              Please let me know in case any further details are required from my end to prove my rights.

                              The amount of product is not less, it is Rs 2794. As a regular customer of Myntra, I hold all rights to return the product and get a full refund amount.

                              I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

                                I ordered Dressbery women peep toes block heels and Dressbery velvet pointed toe pumps from Myntra. I prepaid for both these pairs.
                                Now on 5th March, they delivered only Dressbery velvet pointed toe pumps and the former shoe pair was missing in the packet.
                                Now when I have been chasing them either to send my order or to give the refund they are refusing it and saying that they cannot do anything in this regard as for missing item the customer has to lodge complaint within 72 hours. They are not even ready to investigate on this. When the product is not delivered to the customer how a customer will get to know that they have received the order. The customer is not free to be on Myntra App always to track the orders. It is the sole duty of the company to deliver the right product.

                                  I ordered jeans which I received on 9th March which is too loose to me so I have to exchange it so I waited but size is not available so I decided to return it so I placed return request on 11th March they accepted request and notify me they pickup my return on 11th March but they did not pick up . And now they are not responding me I request that return your product and refund my case and I assure you that I have not damaged or used product take it back as soon possible

                                    I ordered dresses for my family as there was a marriage in my family, and delivery was expected to be 12th but suddenly then delayed the delivery and soon after they cancel the order and send the refund, a person is waiting for you, and they just cancel the order and in response there CSR we're so rude they just hung up the phones, really cheap customer service, worst experience with shopping with flipkart

                                      I ordered a dress from Myntra but because of size issue and defective product i return it. But quality check failed and return will be reshipped to me but Today 7th days but product not reshipped. I contacted to Myntra customer care they told me to wait for 24 hours and from last five days they only advice to wait for 24 hrs but not giving satisfying reply.

                                      Product not reshipped also my amount is stuck.

                                      Please help in that case I don't want defective product.
