    I ordered a pair of formal loafers at the time of sale and after 3 days they cancelled my order and now i tried to purchase them again their increased by 6-7 times

      I am appalled to learn that Myntra is not delivering to my PIN Code 190009, even cancelled my order. I also tried putting my home pincode which is 192231, and even one of my relative's pincode in Anantnag, but still facing the same issue. I called up myntra customer care and they clearly told me that they dont ship to these pincodes. I tried asking them if they stopped delivering here recently but they didnt want to admit any such thing and repeatedly said that they dont deliver to this pincode. I tried putting some other pincodes of west bengal, but none of them is working. While pincodes of my relatives who reside in delhi and bangalore are working just fine.
      Why did myntra stop delivering here out of blue? Is it only here or the whole of Kashmir?

        Hi,
        I have placed an order on 15th April 2023 where they were showing me expected delivery on 21st, I needed that product on 22nd so I placed the order, At first they asked me to wait for 24 hours and now still no update on delivery. It’s already 23rd.

        There should be a better redressal process to brings this issue as it happened multiple times with me only on Myntra.

          I ordered a Kalini women burgundy kurta from Myntra but received a damaged product…I put it up for exchange but due to some reason exchange was cancelled and now there is no information about the exchange status now….I want to know when will it be exchanged or else I want refund

            I am extremely disappointed with Myntra. I had an account by the phone number [protected]. It has been deactivated under the reason of misuse of account. I was delivered a wrong product and was trying to return it. It got picked up but my account was deactivated right after the pickup. Also, my refund hasn’t been issued. I have been sent a mail by Myntra Customer Care that no return or exchange will ne issued from this account because of return of wrong product.

            I want my refund back immediately. This is so irresponsible of Myntra to blame a customer for their fault and refuse to refund my money.

              The product was different from the ordered product. Even exchanged product received was again different. Complained about the same but didn't get any response. Now I am having an undesirable product. I want return and refund against the same order.

                I received a pair of shoes on 20th of April 2023 and found the box of the shoes in a half torn condition and the Shoes Had stain marks. So I requsted a return and it was picked up on 21st, the next day. In the evening, I received a mail from Myntra that my return request has been cancelled .the query is what are the legitimate steps they are going through and why this harassment for a customer?

                  Received product without tag

                  I'd ordered a product from Myntra and received without tag. And now they're denying to pick it up. I've raising complaints multiple times they say they will schedule a pick up. But then delivery agent rejects the pick up coz he's unable to pick it up without tag....

                  So recently I purchased a white shirt of havard brand from myntra. On receiving the product, I didnt like the material and the size so I returned it. And the so I returned it to the person sent by myntra to pick the order on 23 may 2023.

                  But then they gave a notification that the product return is put on hold as the product didn't pass the quality check due to the tag is missing, which is not true.

                  I have seen the tag when I returned it to the product. There were two tags. If there were any more tags, then I don't know because when I have received the product there were only two tags which was there when I returned the product. That means they already gave me a defective product. And now they are not giving my money back.

                  This way they are duping innocent customers through such unethical schemes.

                  I wat my money back.

                    Delivery agents not coming to take delivery and marking it as attempt failed. They call and tell they will come but nobody comes.
                    If the same thing happens over 3 times, they can close the issue.
                    Requesting Myntra to take action against such malpractice by delivery agents who are literally ruining the reputation of such brands.

                    Appreciate received a refund and a genuine pickup at the earliest.

                      Order Tracking Id[protected] . I placed order on myntra on 3rd April, 2023, order delivery date was 13th april, 2023, but the order has not been delivered yet and also no reason for delay was mentioned. When I contacted the customer care, first they told me to wait for 48 hrs then after 3 days again they are asking me to wait for another 48 hrs. Customer care agents weren't able to give a tentative date for delivery. It was a prepaid order, I requested for cancellation but they mentioned it can be cancelled only during the delivery of the product since the product has been shipped. Please kindly take necessary action

                        I had ordered the CROCS and made pre-payment. But I received a duplicate product. I have raised this issue to to consumer care of Myntra who are not responding even after noting the issue. Hope this issue gets resolved and I get my money back

                          I ordered a sweat shirt of the M size but L size sweatshirt was delivered to me, so I placed a return order immediately, initially it was showing that the pickup will be done within 1 week which is 15th April. But it didn't happen. Then again it was showing that it will happen by 19, after some days it was 22, than again 25, 27 and now it is showing that it will be picked up on 30th april. I also tried contacting an executive but they are maing delay too. Not a proper response received.

                            I had ordered a jeans (Women Navy Blue Light Fade Mom Fit Stretchable
                            Ripped Jeans) on 16th April 2023 from myntra. It arrived early (18th April). I tried the jeans out but due to fitting issues I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day and the pickup was successfully completed. I got a message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                            They informed that the issue is "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                              Address: Must be on Moon. What on earth takes the product more than 13 days??

                              The expected Delivery date at the time of placing order(6th April) was 17th of April. And the product had reached Pune(destination city) before 17th. When it was not delivered on 17th I still had hope that a brand like Myntra will take this as a priority and will somehow get it delivered in the early hours of 18.

                              On 18th morning I tried to track the product which I found to have reached Warje which is barely 6 km from the destination address. It didn't get delivered on 18th. The customer care wasn't much to satisfaction.

                              On 19th morning I tried to track the product and it again reaches the Warje Hub. What is Myntra exactly hiding from me. Late deliveries- Product arrives at the same hub multiple times.. Above that, I now have a 7days solution window!! Seriously!!!
                              The product is barely 6km away from the address and it takes you 7 days to deliver that??

                                I ordered from Myntra which had Faballey jumpsuits but they delievered me 1 pyjama of XL size & one different color jumpsuit,
                                After calling them multiple time, raising complaint with customer, they are not ready to accept its their mistake anddenying my exchange or return request.
                                I am Elite member of Myntra & still this kind of behaviour is there.
                                These companies are really looting innocent people of India.
                                I demand justice in this case .
                                really annoyed with their customer serive.

                                  Hi Team,
                                  This is related to my 2 orders which I got from Myntra where I ordered jumpsuits and they delivered me XL size products of different type and size.
                                  After raising complaints they are saying that we cannot return or exchange the product as it's not our mistake.
                                  I don't understand how this is customer service .These companies should be closed .Purely looting innocent customers
