I am Puja, facing issue with some of my orders in Myntra.

1. One order is "Soch yellow flower embroidered kurta set of price 2809rs & Order ID # 1232655 [protected]". Which has been delivered to me one day before only, but there is no update yet. It is showing that product will be delivered today for 2days. So, I am not able to create exchange or return.

2. Second is "Biba cream colour motif print kurta set of price 2759rs & Order ID # 1232641 [protected]". For this I created return and has been picked up on 11th April. But status is still requested return. So refund has not been processed yet.

3. Third one is "Biba cream colour blue floral kurta set of price 2509rs & Order ID # 1232474 [protected]. This product is not being picked by pick up agent. I created return on 8th April and since then delivery agent is cancelling my pick up without approaching me. I need to return it.

I am attaching all the screen shots for your reference. Kindly consider and solve my problem.

    I have ordered 2 yellow colour t-shirts from myntra on 11th april for Baisakhi occasion on 13th april and the guaranteed delivery date showing by myntra is 12th April 9 pm and my order is out for delivery on 12th April 7 pm but i didn't recieved the order and if i am trying to contact the delivery agent his phone is switched off and if i am trying to talk to myntra customer care there is no option of talking to them.
    Pathetic service provided by myntra.

      Hi, this Manikanta Daruri. I had a Myntra account with manikanta.[protected]@gmail.com.
      I was ordered three "The Indian Garage Co" products on 3rd March 2023 with the amount of Rs/-1416 (UPI Transaction id[protected] through G.pay.
      After five minutes of my order placed, the payment method was changed as COD(Cash On Delivery). so, i was cancelled my order. but, i didn't get Refund of my money and Ordered Products too.
      then, i was approach customer care, they said that, "Due to payment gate way issues, this problem is occurs".
      Then, i was consult my Bank also, they said that, "the payment is successful and Merchant received payment."
      can you please help me, what should i do.? or Please solve my Problem

          I have ordered 2 dresses from Myntra . And I received it 3 days back. Unfortunately due to fit issues I want to return them back . But the status of the order did not updated to delivered . It still shows as the product is out of delivery . So that I could not find the return option and I am unable to return the product . I tried to contact customer care they said wait for 48hrs for updating . But it’s been more than 3days. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and help me to get my money back.

            Hi I had ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered to me on 15th March 2023 however the product was defective and hence I had requested for return pick up on the same day. It’s been almost a month and the product is not yet picked up from the logistics. I have been calling Myntra customer care and have been speaking to their executives as well as the seniors however they have been asking me to wait for 48 hours since 15th March 2023 and have not been assisting me. This is a pathetic service and Myntra is harassing me in direct or indirect way. They are saying that the delay is from the logistic company, and they cannot do anything. The tracking number which I received is [protected], the status is still showing in transit and the logistic person clearly stated that the pick-up from Myntra is on hold temporarily. Secondly, I asked them to assign the case to a different logistics, but they are not agreeing to this alternative as well. The escalation department called me up and deliberately disconnected the call stating my voice was not audible. They have also closed the complaint without any solution regarding the reverse pick up. This is really a case of harassment. Kindly refund my money as I cannot always wait for 48 hours after every follow up call. Kindly initiate refund as you have sent a defective product and you cannot force a customer to keep the defective product as the return request is already approved.

                This happened after i raised a return request of a product which was different than that of which i've ordered.No pickup was initiated and after few days that is on 7th of april i found out that my myntra account is deactivated for security reasons which is totally illlogical i am an top tier icon member who shop a lot from myntra.Its been 3 days and no resolution has been provided. They have updated 3 times the date in which final answer will be given.I have pending orders from myntra and i too have myntra credit left.I am unable to even create return.Kindly reactivate my account.

                    Myntra deactivated my account with any reason. I have done nothing wrong but still they deactivated my account. I want you to help me to get my account back

                    MYNTRA is very poor in customer care services. I am facing the same since 04 april 2023. Their product quality is very poor, small in sizez, poor fabric. Return request accepted by them since 4 april. NO PICK UP done till date. Online chat support is BOLT based, automatic response with 50 minutes waiting time for live support. Automatic disconnection on the chat platform after so much waiting. Also landline number mentioned is useless. Here also useless execuses are there. The so called champions are busy with other customers. Repeatation of the computerised voice call. After 15-20 odd minutes the call will be disconnected. Their grivences In-charge response is awaited even two more days have passed. OVERALL MENTAL HEADACHE, , , ,

                        I have ordered a Roadster joggers order number[protected]-8939701. I received the order on 5th of April 2023 I tried the product and raised a return request due to size issue on the same day. The product was picked up on the day 5th of April, 2023. I could see the status after pick up as return on hold. I contacted the Myntra customer care executive on 6th and 7th April respectively. They assured me that the issue will be resolved. But today on 7th April, I could see that the product is reshipped to me. When I contacted the customer care after seeing that, he informed me return was rejected due to wrong product. Which is not at all possible. They sent the product I checked it and raised a return request. If it's a glitch from myntra.com s end then why as a customer I should suffer. Please do the needful.

                          On 31st of March, 2023 I placed an order for blue soch kurta and made the payment through UPI, gpay. Screenshots are attached but Myntra app showed payment failure and it was directed to COD. I called up customer care and they said refund will be initiated within 24hrs. I did receive any refund not an update. I called up the bank and they gave me confirmation on mail that Myntra has received the amount. Screenshot attached. Amount has been credited to Myntra and they are denying the receipt and are not acknowledging the payment. Please provide some solution to this as soon as possible.

                            I am writing to raise an official consumer rights complaint against Myntra regarding a recent delivery issue that I have been facing. Despite following the standard procedure of raising a complaint for approval and receiving confirmation of the return, I have repeatedly faced the same problem.

                            Every time the delivery agent arrives, his phone is not updated with the approval, and he demands the original product back. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I have tried this method about 4-5 times now, and yet the issue remains unresolved.

                            As a consumer, I believe that I have the right to receive products that are in good condition and to return them if they are not as described. However, Myntra's delivery process has failed to meet these basic expectations, and I have been left with no option but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.

                            I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, and I expect Myntra to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt solution. I also request that Myntra reviews its delivery procedures and ensures that its delivery agents are properly trained and equipped to handle such situations.

                            I would like to remind Myntra that as a consumer, I have the right to receive products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Failure to do so would mean a breach of consumer rights, and I reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

                            I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that a satisfactory resolution will be reached soon.

                              But suddenly the credit money has expired. I mean how can my money expire ?? I didn’t wanted to buy after that purchase so what !! Myntra has no right to deduct my money. There is no sense in it. How can myntra deduct “my money” from the credit?? Such behaviour is not accepted. This is just called a scam or fraud. Please refund the money that were very hardly earned money

                                As I had already mailed for you and your executive asked wait for 10
                                days.but yesterday the message came and they said the refund again
                                initiated.

                                I ask does the refund reversed is my mistake. My mistake is believed the
                                myntra. Atlast yesterday officer from myntra told the refund not came means
                                ask bank to make further procedure. But the bank they told if money came
                                that will credit in your account we can't do anything ask the site make
                                refund . But in myntra not responding what if after 10 days money not
                                credited. Myntra side also I can't anything.

                                My mistake is believing ans trust in myntra. Please atleast give me a
                                coupon or my money back . The bank is not responding...

                                I just lost hope. Please help me out. I only crested mistake by placing
                                order sorry.

                                  Its been almost 10 days the refund has been processed and the money has not yet been credited to my account ! While complaining it in the app it’s showing that the amount is processed from our side please call the bank ! There is no further response from the bank side also thats why i am filing a complaint. All the details are attached.

                                      Hello,
                                      This is a severe issue where i have ordered 2 products from Myntra.com on and when i wanted to return the products. My orders were rejected the return request and the product are not getting any option to file for return again. Also as i reached out to the customer care, my account has been deactivated so i am unable to do anything about the return of my product.

                                        I ordered a US Polo jacket around 3 month. Just on using twice, the threads are coming out. Even the logo came out. It feels that it's a duplicate product and no real US polo product. No proper resolution from myntra.
