I have ordered a Nike Air Force One shoes from myntra I received shoes in a damaged Nike box which was placed inside a myntra box.

In addition to that the product is a fake one

I have ordered a Roadster joggers order number[protected]-8939701. I received the order on 5th of April 2023 I tried the product and raised a return request due to size issue on the same day. The product was picked up on the day 5th of April, 2023. I could see the status after pick up as return on hold. I contacted the Myntra customer care executive on 6th and 7th April respectively. They assured me that the issue will be resolved. But today on 7th April, I could see that the product is reshipped to me. When I contacted the customer care after seeing that, he informed me return was rejected due to wrong product. Which is not at all possible. They sent the product I checked it and raised a return request. If it's a glitch from myntra.com s end then why as a customer I should suffer. Please do the needful.

On 31st of March, 2023 I placed an order for blue soch kurta and made the payment through UPI, gpay. Screenshots are attached but Myntra app showed payment failure and it was directed to COD. I called up customer care and they said refund will be initiated within 24hrs. I did receive any refund not an update. I called up the bank and they gave me confirmation on mail that Myntra has received the amount. Screenshot attached. Amount has been credited to Myntra and they are denying the receipt and are not acknowledging the payment. Please provide some solution to this as soon as possible.

I am writing to raise an official consumer rights complaint against Myntra regarding a recent delivery issue that I have been facing. Despite following the standard procedure of raising a complaint for approval and receiving confirmation of the return, I have repeatedly faced the same problem.

Every time the delivery agent arrives, his phone is not updated with the approval, and he demands the original product back. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I have tried this method about 4-5 times now, and yet the issue remains unresolved.

As a consumer, I believe that I have the right to receive products that are in good condition and to return them if they are not as described. However, Myntra's delivery process has failed to meet these basic expectations, and I have been left with no option but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.

I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, and I expect Myntra to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt solution. I also request that Myntra reviews its delivery procedures and ensures that its delivery agents are properly trained and equipped to handle such situations.

I would like to remind Myntra that as a consumer, I have the right to receive products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Failure to do so would mean a breach of consumer rights, and I reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that a satisfactory resolution will be reached soon.

But suddenly the credit money has expired. I mean how can my money expire ?? I didn’t wanted to buy after that purchase so what !! Myntra has no right to deduct my money. There is no sense in it. How can myntra deduct “my money” from the credit?? Such behaviour is not accepted. This is just called a scam or fraud. Please refund the money that were very hardly earned money

As I had already mailed for you and your executive asked wait for 10
days.but yesterday the message came and they said the refund again
initiated.

I ask does the refund reversed is my mistake. My mistake is believed the
myntra. Atlast yesterday officer from myntra told the refund not came means
ask bank to make further procedure. But the bank they told if money came
that will credit in your account we can't do anything ask the site make
refund . But in myntra not responding what if after 10 days money not
credited. Myntra side also I can't anything.

My mistake is believing ans trust in myntra. Please atleast give me a
coupon or my money back . The bank is not responding...

I just lost hope. Please help me out. I only crested mistake by placing
order sorry.

Its been almost 10 days the refund has been processed and the money has not yet been credited to my account ! While complaining it in the app it’s showing that the amount is processed from our side please call the bank ! There is no further response from the bank side also thats why i am filing a complaint. All the details are attached.

Myntra has deactivated my account without any notice

This is a severe issue where i have ordered 2 products from Myntra.com on and when i wanted to return the products. My orders were rejected the return request and the product are not getting any option to file for return again. Also as i reached out to the customer care, my account has been deactivated so i am unable to do anything about the return of my product.

I ordered a US Polo jacket around 3 month. Just on using twice, the threads are coming out. Even the logo came out. It feels that it's a duplicate product and no real US polo product. No proper resolution from myntra.

Please replace/refund

I had ordered a kurta on March 16th 2023. Upon the delivery, the Kurta was damaged with threads coming out. I had placed a return request for the same, but the requests have been rejected with

"Dear Customer,

This email is with regard to the return of the product.

We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check.

We value your association with Myntra and thank you for your support & cooperation."

Upon raising a ticket with customer support, they are not providing any resolution with the same message:

This communication is further to our telephonic conversation in regard to the order number 123086045548774103003.

We understand that you were not happy with the previous decision pertaining to return of and hence we have re-evaluated the case on your request.

As discussed, upon reviewing the details again we identified no error in our previous decision and see that the claim for the return of the product is declined based on the following reasons:

- The product passed a stringent quality check before being packed.
- The product was delivered to you in a sealed tamper-proof packet.
- There is no other point in the journey before the packet reaches you where it can be repacked.
- No tampering to the package was reported.

I assure you that the decision has been arrived at post thorough evaluation of your account.

I would like to get the refund for the product delivered

I had ordered 20 shirts 16 Hancock &4 Invictius. I received 10 Hancock& 4 Invictus shirts I kept 3 Hancock and 1 Invictus shirt rest I returned . I got refund Rs7146 shirts I had kept are of Rs 3018 i.e total Rs 10164 whereas I had paid Rs 15288.Pending amount Rs 5124(6Shirts that I didnt receive)
Now I need Rs 5124 refund against the shirts that are not delivered to me I dont know by whose fault it may b Myntra or their delivery partners.In one package their was just one shirt the other was delivered in delivery partner package
I have been regularly contacting Myntra for the same but they are time and again closing my issue saying it’s resolved now I really being harassed by this

I had pending issues with Myntra which were not resolved and now my Myntra account is blocked with out prior notice of information.last night it was active but by morning it's blocked

I want my issues to be resolved because they are raised when my account is active also i want to return my some items which is my basic consumer right and it can't be denied saying that my account is blocked

I ordered the earphone and smartwatch from the Myntra. and I received the empty boxes for both of them. which I bought for RS.3895.

I request a refund.

I placed an order to myntra.com on, 25th March 2023. Order did not placed money got debited. I called so many times to customer care but they didn't resolve my problem till now. I want to complain about my issue in this forum regarding my money. Please take action to Myntra.com for cheated customer about money.

i had requested for the return pickup on the same day, i received the productwith strains and broken chain, due to the stains, broken chain the product i received is used one and since that day[protected] the product was with me as the person who came for the return pickup kept on hold due to quality check, i had been calling customer service since day 1 they are asking me to wait and give time but no one is calling or came for to pick it up. I made a new request after my old request was got cancelled. I contacted the support with texts and calls no proper response from the service.
It been 8 days no one came for pickup and fake promises from the myntra customer services.

Purchased woodland shoes worth rs 2029...but found defective and now they are neither initiating return nor refund of product...by saying this is mentioned in our policies

I had initiated for a pickup of an order...the delivery guy took my order on 31st but there's no update yet... it is not updated in the app and it's been 24hrs

My return request was confirmed and was scheduled to be picked up by the ekart delivery agent today. The ekart agent just cancelled my return request with out calling me or coming to pick my order back. Nobody came to pickup my order. This is pathetic. Please look into it ASAP. I want this to be resolved before the return window is closed.

Myntra used to deliver at pincode 203135 till last September last year and suddenly they have stopped delivering at this pincode. Please reinstate the delivery at pincode 203135 it is causing a lot of trouble for shoppers
