13 Feb 2023 i recived shoose order based but I not receive correct product.after then i complaint to customer care on 14 Feb 2023. But no any refund and only they give me new max time line again and again. I have no solution on till date 26 Feb 2023.

    On 20th Feb 23 afternoon, the delivery person of Myntra called me for early delivery of 2 orders (2 Hencock shirts). I told him to keep the parcel outside my flat on 11th Floor. But when I came back the order was not there. Order ID # 1228389 [protected]. I raised the complaint with Myntra helpcenter twice but both the time they declined stating that the delivery partner has confirmed the delivery.

      Dear sir/mam,
      On 3rd feb I ordered chelsea boots size 8 from Myntra and received it on 6th feb 2023. Due to size issue I want an exchange. Moreover the size 7 was in stock after 10 days and I immediately processed for exchange on 16th feb 2023. On 20th feb the delivery person from Ekart logistics came to my home and due to some issue he cancelled the exchange. Later that day I visited the Ekart Logistics office in my locality and they informed me that due to stain issue the product the exchange is cancelled. Actually I want size 7 but I am stcuk with size 8 which is of no use for me. Furthermore the product I received on 6th feb i.e, size 8 contains Ajio invoice which seem quite inappropriate to me. I contacted several times to Myntra via mails and calls but they are not responding. Please help me in this issue as I want an exchange or a refund.

      Placed an order for a shoes I received it and the size was not fitting me. So I placed a return request and packed it with the tags Now they didn’t return my money and said it failed quality check so they are resenting me the product. When it’s not fitting me what will I do with it.Ridiculous company cheating people. Never will I shop again on Myntra.

      This is more painful while returning the product when courier guy comes and says this can not be returned because there is no Brand tag in this..just want to know from myntra that why you people are not updated like others they just scan the Bar code and things get cleared...you people are still confined with price tag
      and brand tag...and your pick up guy so called quality checker just check price and brand tag not the product and other details. This is really frustrating..

        Return failing due to Product Quality Check Failed

        I had ordered one dress ( Moda Rapido Navy Blue dress). Due to the slowness, by mistake ordered it 3 times of similar size.
        The product was supposed to get delivered in 1 day, so by the time i realized, couldn't cancel the products.

        I was out of town for some days, so the delivery person couldn't reach me and product was delivered...

        Return Pick-up of white, black and yellow leggings successful but Myntra declined it and not refunding my money. The logistics of Myntra is a cheater and playing foul game with customers. Myntra refunded for only one legging but has been closing the complaints lodged for all the two leggings.
        Myntra has taken the pick up product and has hijacked customer's money by not refunding it. Its worth Rs. 499 each.

            I have purchase a ladies suit set with dupatta from Myntra deliver the same on 09.02.2023, when open found dupatta is defective, I have create the return on 10.02.2023 return approved from Myntra and assign for pickup to (Ekart Logistics) there logistic partner cancelled the pickup mention "as you deiced to keep the product" I have received a sms then I know that pickup is failed. I have talk to Myntra customer care he raised a complaint for the same but product not pickup. when I checked in app found the return window is again open, once again I have create the return and Myntra again approve for pickup but the result is same from there logistic partner they cancelled my pick with same remarks. 6 cancellation made from there side with same remarks. Again today on 21.02.2023 found return window is open i create a return.

            Sir, all the activities of the same are available in app, hope I came on right place to found solution. I try to attach picture of defective part but failed to load due to large file.

              I had ordered a dress on Mantra, which was delivered on Feb 7th, 2023; However, it had the magnetic tag still on it.

              Feb 7, 2023: I contacted the Mantra customer care through their chat feature and asked them what reason I should select for exchange. I was simply asked to put in an exchange request through the app, and was given no clarity regarding the rest.

              I put in an exchange request citing that its a defective product.

              Feb 10, 2023: The delivery executive refused to go through with the exchange and wrote that the label was missing (Which is the stupidest thing ever, since the dress has the label as well as the magnetic tag)

              Feb 10, 2023: I called the customer care, and the customer care executive's solution: "Ma'am aap koi mall jaake magnetic tag hatwa dijiye". Hearing this I had requested for a return request to have been issued for the same. I was, however, given the assurance that the issue would be resolved by Feb 14th.

              Feb 14, 2023: Contacted the customer care support, since there had been no update from Myntra's end. I was informed that it would be resolved by Feb 17, 2023.

              Feb 18, 2023: Still no resolution. All that Mr. Jatinder, the Escalation Manager, has to say is "Please give us 24 hours, as we do not have an update on the matter yet"

              It's been 8 days, and they do not have an update on what the issue is, forget having a resolution.

                Hi Team Myntra,

                This is my first time I used Myntra for online shopping and got very bad experience as I have ordered a Bluetooth Speaker of Portronics of 20 watts (khaki color) and I loved the product but due to some technical issues Myntra cancelled my order.

                Please check the screenshot attached for your reference.

                Kindly help me get the same product at the sale price. I ordered it 1899 Rs. But now it shows for 2679 Rs.

                  I am a size L/XL since past one year i have adored a dress on the site named Kendall+kylie women solid t-shirt dress but for the whole year i have kept the track to check if the size was restocked and it was not either out of stock or when restocked only size s and M where restocked, pls solve this problem

                    On 29 january 2023 i placed an order of 2 items from myntra which were mango trousers . On 4 february i received 1 trouser and 1 wrong product which was mango footwear instead of trousers . I put it on exchange under wrong product received title and pickup was scheduled for next day . The pickup guy rejected the wrongly received item and was asking for trousers which i never received. I contacted myntra customer care and they on their own cancelled the exchange request and created return and assured me that it will be picked up the next day. But its pickup was refused again the next day as the pickup guy was again asking for trousers. I again contacted myntra and they again assured me that i will be picked up within 24 hrs and filed an open issue. Next day again the pickup was refused and again i contacted them and again they gave me the new timeline. Daily i am going for scheduled pick up and its getting rejected daily and i am calling the myntra customer care daily as well. Today is 16 february again my pick up has been refused as again their system is mentioning the trousers which i never received so from where am i supposed to give them and am getting messages from pickup company that my pickup was cancelled because my decided to keep the product which i never did . I contacted myntra again and the customer care support unit was again rude and very much not helpful. And daily i am receiving emails from myntra that they are rescheduling the pick up for trousers which i never even received and their is no mention of the wrong product which i actually received.

                    I kept on calling the myntra customer care and they were giving me more and more dates .And they were not even acknowledging the issue properly . There was no sync between the emails they were sending and what the customer care was saying.During the whole time they were just blaming the delivery associates.After trying for more then 2 weeks finally i registered complaint with national consumer complaint number and on this platform. After that my issue got resolved - the pickup of wrong item was finally successful and the amount got refunded.

                      I ordered two mango trousers on 29 january 2023 . On 4 february i received 1 trousers and 1 wrong item that is mango footwear instead of mango trousers . I put the wrong item on exchange under the wrong item received and the next day the pickup failed as its system was not acknowleding the wrong item received. Then i contacted the customer care and they asked me to wait on the assurance that it will be picked up the next day . But again its pick up was rejected and i contacted myntra customer care again . The customer care person on their own own cancelled exchange request and created a return request and again said it will be picked up tomorrow . The next day again the pick up failed and i contacted them again they filed a open issue and schelued the pick up for the next day which as earlier was rejected again. From 5 february 2023 i am contacting the customer care on a daily basis they are giving me new new time lines and the pickup is getting rejected daily. Today is 16 february and today as well the pickup failed and the customer care people who were very rude and not helpful at all gave the same answer 'again'. The message from pickup is saying that it declined because i decided to keep the product which i did not and the poor pickup guy is asking me to contact myntra again which ofcourse i did again.myntra's emails are always showing the pickup is rescheduled for trousers which i never received so from where am i suppose to return them.

                        Sir/Ma'am,

                        My sister had ordered 3 Kaifoo Kurtas but, instead we received one small red duppata without tags, we complained many times to escalation support of Myntra and they assured that it will be picked up as per the complaint dated 24th Jan 2023 but, still pickup guys are refusing the pickup.

                        They are saying that there is no such instructions given to them to pickup this wrong product. However, Myntra Customer Support told that ths is a high priority dispute pickup and they have clearly instructed pickup to take back this wrong order.

                        We are regular customer of Myntra this is the first time we feel cheated by the fraud seller/packaging team and frustrated by the pickup team's attitude towards this pickup order.

                        This is a very bad experience that we had and is discouraging us from ordering anything from Myntra in future.

                        I have mentioned many times to the Myntra Customer Support to ask pickup guys to pickup wrong red duppata since until and unless this instruction is not mentioned these pickup fools will not pickup.

                        If possible please fine the seller and take action on the pickup team.

                          My product was supposed to deliver on 7th Feb but it got delayed to 11th Feb and on 12th Feb your guys have raised issue and informed that it'll get resolved before 16th Feb. Bu t still no updated it's not even showing the delivery date which is ridiculous.
                          I've placed this order as wedding gift to my friend which is completed on 9th Feb, delay of 1 or 2 days acceptable but this is worse.
                          As per your delivery policy this is very bad.

                            I have purchased 6 top on sale it took a lot of time to select each one..without my permission myntra cancelled all my product and sent me message that it was a internal problem...its not first time i am facing this problem many time myntra cancelled item if you got very resonable price on sale.its a straightgy of myntra i am very sure...same on you myntra to waist time your insider members...i am very disappointed

                              I ordered 2 mochi sandals of size 40euro and received it on 13th feb. On checking i found there was slight damage on both the pairs so i requested a return later i came to know that both the pairs are fake not genuine but my return was rejected saying that they have done the quality check and then shipped. I raised request again and again it was rejected. Then i called customer support and escalated the issue till manager but each and every person has the same line to repeat that they cant do anything even if the product is fake because return request is already declined even the manager could not take any action. I was on call with them for 45mins but no solution
                              MYNTRA IS SENDING FAKE PRODUCTS. My major concern is product is fake.

                                Myntra.com — Wrong product delivered & return declined

                                I ordered four products from a brand NA-KD on MYNTRA (e-commerce site). The product i received was wrong means it was not the one I ordered. I placed a return request for that requesting MYNTRA customer care to approve the wrong product return and refund my amount but MYNTRA declined my request. I again asked for reinvestigation but they again declined. That particular product costed me 971/- and mode of payment was UPI . Order ID #1227552[protected]. I created a return for this on 11th feb 2023, they asked me to wait until 14th feb 2023. Again asked for reinvestigation on 14th feb 2023 but they declined my request. I request you to plz look after this issue I want my money back as I haven't recieved what I paid for. Attaching the image of wrong product recieved. Either ask them to refund my amount or to send me the CCTV footage of shipping right product.

                                  I ordered shi jewellery set from myntra .i received a different cheap quality product not matching with what i ordered .i requested a return but their agent hold my return it is not matching the real product .i raised a issue but no response from myntra .I just want that product to be returned and my money refunded back to my source of payment.

                                    Hii I received the product around 3:30 in the afternoon and two products berrylush dresses Myntra and I return the same within 2 hours of delivery and the delivery boy check the dresses in front of me with the tags entact with both the dresses I got confirmation message to that my order has been returned and in the evening I got the message that my one dress quality check has been failed due to original tags missing and I don't know what the hell happened how come the tag got missed I only got refund of one dress please check and revert return I'd is [protected]

                                      I received a different product from what i had ordered and when i'm trying to schedule a return, the delivery partner (ekart agent) is denying the pickup saying they will be charged by ekart if they bring wrong product. Return request is already approved by myntra since 7th feb 2023 and the only thing which is causing me trouble since past 4 days is its pickup which has to be done by ekart.

                                      I request a pickup to be scheduled asap so that i can return the product which i didn't even order in the first place and get my money back on time. Tracking id is MYNR[protected].
