I ordered some clothes for myntra, 2 product i odered in 7th of october, and today is 19th of october but still my product not deliver to me

I called customer care they are behaving very very rude

Myntra has one of the fast delivry site
Please refund my money

Your company working is so #
Y they are delying my product when i pay in advance. I never buy form myntra
They are making fool to people

I ordered jbl 110t earphones. After receiving, i tested those and one ear plugs is not working. I am not seeing return or exchange option there. If they are not allowing to exchange, then they should test this. What i will do with those earphones. It will be just an e waste with me. Hope this complaint is resolved asap. This is loot. They are not supposed to give useless things even getting full money

I had placed an order(Order No.[protected]-1226701) on 29th September 2019, which was meant as a gift for my brother. It was mentioned that the order will be delivered before 8th October. The item was not delivered till 18th Oçtober and I receive a message that my order is cancelled due to technical issue. All these 20 days I complained several times to the Myntra customer care and they apologized for the delay and assured me that my order will be delivered soon. They gave reason that there is delay due to the sale. I feel cheated now I am very disappointed and angry at the same time. Myntra is cheating with the customers and they have to be taught a lesson. I will take this issue across platforms and even to the court if they do not come up with a proper resolution.

Very frustrated with this myntra.. Such a big online site where people do believe u without any reason.. Bit as per my case i have requested to get the pick up done but all time its telling reschedule.. I want my money back asap.. See what myntra u can do next otherwise i have many more solution for this...
I have called so many times but the customer care representative talk with such a big attitude... Dont know what to do next.. Complained in facebook. Instagram but then also no action taken yet.

I have registered a return request of an order but the same is not getting picked up from myntra. I complaint many times at the contact center but nothing work out. They are just giving me timelines. Every morning i get sms that the item will be picked up but at the end of the day it doesn't. As the item is not been picked up they are not processing the refund. Kindly help me.

I would like to inform you that myntra is following a new startgey of not talking return it has started to arrange pick up and sending the return msg and then do not call on the phone and then send the new text msg that you have asked us to come other day.

I ordered a trouser and shirt at 1173. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at at 17 oct i got a message that said your order has been cancelled due to technical issue after 18 days of placing the order. The order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. Their customer service is awful. This should be purely considered as breach of contract!

Updated by Sourav001 I ordered a Roadster Shirt and Trouser (Order No.:[protected]-5454101) at 1173. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at at 17 oct i got a message that said your order has been cancelled due to technical issue after 18 days of placing the order. the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. I I orderes during the sale so Now prices are up .Their customer service is awful.This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !

we see no proper response form the customer care also.

While tracking my order i can seen that the order reached the pune delivery center on 4 oct 2019. Please deliver my order fast.

Today I have just received a kurta it's very bad quality.. Previously I have faced the same things but nothing happening. I hope as the way they charged the money for products in the same way the provide the good product material.. Dress is not properly iron, packaging was very bad..

I had scheduled for a pickup and its been failed for the 3rd time now. The executive dosent call me or they don't show up. At the end of the day i get a message saying pickup has failed. The number of the delivery executive will either be switched off or they won't attend the call. This is highly disappointing. I want the pickup to be done latest by saturday (19/10/19) or this will be the last time i'll be purchasing from myntra. There are better apps with better customer care facilities. You guys suck at customer care and after sales services.

I bought one Red tape shirt from Myntra.Com which is poor quality shirt . so I want to return to product but Myntra company is not returning to accept. The company Myntra provided Red Tape shirt without serial number. In return time demand serial number.

I placed a order on 9/10/2019 worth rs2000 from 2 different id at myntra total rs4000 deducted payment succeeded for both but no product shown in order history. They say payment will be reversed till 12th, then said it will be done by 14th, then said it will be done by 15th but today is 17th payment will not done. I am face lot of problem on this. I also have call recordings on this!

I was about to get my parcel on 5th October and its already 12th there is no response from the myntra team . I have paid them via paytm but till now I havent received my parcel that had Safari Trolley Bag and no one from Myntra team is responding .

Ordered a lavie bag on 28/09/19. Didn't receive it yet.
Product was to be delivered on 12/10/19. They failed to deliver it on time.
On 15/10/19 i received a message that the bag is out for delivery but nobody came. At the end of the day i got another message that the delivery agent failed to get in touch with me, hence couldn't deliver the product. Whereas i didn't receive any call from their end.
This is happening for the 2nd time now and i am really fed up with such unprofessionalism.

Updated by MadhuparnaRoyBhattacharya Ok so this is happening for the 3rd time now. The delivery agent calls and says he can't deliver the product today. On request he said that he will but not receiving the calls after that. My question is if they cannot deliver a product on a specified date then why do they send the 'out for delivery' message? We waste our time and wait for them at home leaving all our work and this is what we hear in return. I am a regular customer of myntra and this is not what I deserve.
It's getting really pathetic now. The delivery executives are of no use as it seems they are busy everytime.
I want a permanent solution to this or I am cancelling all my upcoming orders for sure. Adding my order details here.

Hi,

I had done shopping with Myntra yesterday and it was an offer if we shop for RS. 3000 or more with HDFC credit card then you will get 10% instant discount and I did shopping of RS. 5037.82

But I didn't received that discount and no one is responding to mails and calls.

Can you please help me in this. ?

I received wrong product from myntra and when i mentioned that wrong item received i had returned the product. Now i received a mail from myntra that quality check failed and they received an used item and my return was put on hold. First of all these people send me the wrong and used product and now they are telling that the quality check is falied. Product amount was of rs. 376.95 and now these people are not refunding my amount. Never buy from myntra because they are looters and dont even refund your money back. But i want my money back at any cost.

Dear sir,

I had ordered a dress (Kurti with plazzo set) on myntra (Order id-
112161455322248402301)
On receiving the packet, when i opened the packet only kurti was there & plazzo was missing.
I immediately placed a request for return as incomplete dress was delivered.
When the courier guy came to pickup the packet, he denied to take it back saying that the product is incomplete.
Is still pending even after repeated follow i have been contacting myntra since 9 oct but no resolution till date. Neither they respond to call back request nor on mail.
Kindly help.

I ordered on 01 oct of rs 1257 total. Amount out of which 1257 was pending never refunded to me by myntra. I kept on calling customer care but they seem to never really care about their customers. They said to go to bank ask them and bank costomers give me same answer contact to myntra customer care still my still my amount not refundded to my account plz check needful and resolved

I have been facing the issue from the past 4 days or more. The delivery guy from myntra refuses to take my return which is luggage bag cabin sized. The only reason they mention is that the bag they carry is not suitable to carry my return luggage which is not my fault, they always appoint a new delivery guy every day and all of them have a same reason....

I had ordered a here n now red kurta. Returned it because of size it. The delivery guy picked it up. The next day i get an email that the product has failed quality check. So i tried calling the customer care. After almost 3 hrs, i could connect. They said the kurta has got some black spots. Which was already there when they had delivered the product.
What kind of quality check are they doing?.
Kindly look into the matter. I want my refund as soon as possible.

And for one return request also i am kepp gettong messages like pickup failed due to reschedule from customer. But i did not reschedule any pickup. How could they sent message like this. If they are not able to deliver and pickuo the items why they are doing this type of business.
